The purpose of this study is to compare the perceptions of hairdressers, hairdressers-to-be, and ordinary people on hairdressers. For this, 286 hairdressers, hairdressers-to-be, and ordinary people residing in Daegu and Gyeongbuk were surveyed and analyzed. The study results are as follows: First, the job preferred by hairdressers is running their own salon. Most of those involved in the beauty industry considered that anyone who has an aesthetic sense can become a hairdresser, the average education level is college, and 5-10 years of experience would be adequate. On the other hand, the majority of the ordinary people thought different. Second, most of the hairdressers thought that professional theoretical knowledge and skills are required for hairdressers and that they have the role of leading beauty. On the other hand, the majority of the hairdressers-to-be and ordinary people considered that what it takes to become hairdressers are design sense and creativity and that they should take the responsibility of cleanliness and service. Meanwhile, all the research subjects shared common ideas that the competence required for hairdressers is skills and female hairdressers are preferred. Third, the most common cause for hairdressers to move from a workplace to another was wage-related issues, and the most answered entry-level salary was between KRW 1 million and 1.5 million and average working hours a day 9-10 hours. Fourth, the research subject groups showed significant differences in their perception of the occupation of hairdresser. The results suggest that although the social perception of hairdressers is improving, ordinary people still need to change their perception.

This study focuses on immigrant women who are married to Korean men and who live in a multicultural family situation in Gyeonggi-do. These women experience acculturative stress and marital conflict and this study aims to determine how social support seeks to mediate the effects of those stressors. The women in this study participated in activities and received services from one of Gyeonggi-do Province's civic organizations, religious organizations, or social service organizations, such as the Social Welfare Agency and the Multicultural Family Support Center. In order to verify the study's hypothesis, the researchers used the following statistical analytical methods : t-test, two-way ANOVA and multi-regression analysis. Analysis of the study's results showed that the highest degree of marital conflict was found in the sub-zones and variables that were personal. Those variable were : the difference in mindset and values (personal domain), economic problems (communal living area), a child's upbringing and education issues (third party area), and the participant's sex life (in the marital relationship). The hypothesis was tested using the research model validation and the results are summarized as follows. First, in order to analyze the relationship between the marriage migration females' acculturative stress and the impact of that stress on marriage conflict, the hierarchical regression analysis was used. It identified that a direct correlation existed between acculturative stress and marriage conflict; where a higher degree of acculturative stress was present, a higher degree of marriage conflict was found. Second, the study found a statistical significance in the correlation and relationship (${\beta}$=.208, p<0.05) between the acculturative stress of the marriage migration female and material support. In other words, the material support can be seen as having a moderating effect on the acculturative stress, which is the independent variable, and the marital conflict, which is the dependent variable.
In 1997, in the course of overcoming economic crisis caused by the shortage of foreign currency there was a significant phenomenon, the irregularization of human labour resources. There was no exception in hospital, either. Most hospitals put a lot of thought to solve the problem about irregular workers. Between employee and employer the problem of irregular workers has been raised as a main topic of all. The objectives of this study were to inspect the actual state of irregular workers and to understand the positive effect of protecting irregular workers, recently established and revised, on the human resources management of hospitals. After enacting irregular labours protection acts there were many opinions that the labour rules of hospitals would be changed.(56.7%). The plan to solve irregular worker's wage issues would he carried out step by step, but some hospitals have not examined the plan yet,(81.9%). Many hospitals had a plan that irregular worker's wage would be actualized in two or three years.(78.3%) The method, to solve the problem of irregular workers arc as follows: 1) the introduction of functional wage system, 2) the convert from automatic rising wage system to annual wage system, 3) the incentive grade system according to management result, 4) lower functional group wage system, 5) non-term contract wage system. From the point of the opening medical market and securing competitive power of hospitals, it is prospected that irregular works would be increased also in future. So to manage irregular workers effectively would be essential in maintain hospital's competitive power and improve medical service. The result, of this study were a, follow: (1) In hospital, the ratio of irregular workers in hospitals was lower than that of all irregular workers in Korea. (2) In hospital, the wage level of irregular workers was higher than that of irregular workers in Korea. (3) In hospital, the social insurance application ratio of irregular workers was higher than that of all workers in Korea. (4) In hospital, there seems to be no appropriate and active measures to improve labour condition of irregular workers, yet. (5) In many hospitals, the policy of irregular workers would be expected to revised for the law standards. In this study the actual conditions and problems of irregular workers were proposed and it was expected to contribute decisions-making in hospital management, especially when using human resources.

The Instant Messenger(IM) is the most popular personal communication tool today. IM is a tool that can substitute E-mail for a person, and can secure the user for a company. Further, it is claimed as it has a limitless potential. However, there has been several reports on security issues. It has known that the transmitting message is not secured for the attacks, and hacking tools has been developed. In addition, several reports has been made regards to the vulnerability. In other words, anyone can peep through and manipulate the messages that are sent or received via IM. This is a barrier for the IM to be developed as a corporate's strategic tool, and furthermore, it will create serious personal privacy issue. IETF IMPP Working (:roup is preparing a standard mutual relationship between IM. However, it is complicated due to the American On-Lines's absence, whom has ensured the most number of IM users. There was a discussion only about the form of the transmitting data, but it is insufficient state to discuss the security service for general. In this paper, 1 design and implement the Secure Instant Messaging System, to solve the IM's vulnerability and the security issue presented above.

RFID/USN core technologies for ubiquitous computing, It is possible to use variety of sensors, direct processors, and wireless network technology that easily collect the actual physical environment and can monitor information remotely. Especially the healthcare industry and services combined with U-Healthcare that have international competitiveness in the medical field. But the USN, standard management system of RFID such as EPCglobal architecture framework, the lack of interoperability issues and the global sensor network implementation. In this paper, a system for managing sensor nodes of the USN, USN of SIP-based management system (UMS) is proposed. UMS support Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), provide session management and mobility capabilities, that is based on Internet standard protocol. UMS architecture of the existing SIP architecture, added USN User Agent (UUA) and the USN Name Server (UNS) that the location of sensor nodes should be possible to trace. UUA on behalf of the limited capacity of the location of the sensor nodes to perform the registration process, UNS to track the location of the sensor nodes to provide name resolution services. The proposed management system has the advantage of internet applications such as Web services interoperability and easy to recycle existing resources with other SIP-based because it uses the Internet standard protocol SIP. In this paper we propose is based on the UMS blood temperature management system is verified through the scenario.

CM services have been focused on the advancement of the CM industry and expansion to overseas market based on CM capabilities. However, there has been lack of quantitative and comprehensive research to investigate current CM trends and prospects for improving competitiveness. In this sense, the purpose of this study is to statistically analyze total of 3,453 CM service contracts over the past 18 years (between 1997 and 2014) in term of market type, contract size, owner's type, commodity type. Finding of this research reveal that 1) compared to 2005, CM market size in 2015 increased as much as 2.5 times, and that 2) domestic CM projects count for 87.5%, architectural project 88.4%, less than 1 billion won small contracts 75%, respectively. Also, recently as CM company are developing capability and competitiveness, 1) overseas CM market share has grown up to 20% among total CM contract amount, and 2) CM contracts by private owners has increased 3 times demanding the total management services based on high technical capability. Additionally, the result of this paper supports the growth path model proposed by Jung et al. (2014), where a path from Domestic Public (DP3) and Domestic Private (DC2) CM projects towards the expansion to International Private (IC5) contracts was quantitatively analyzed. Implications for other practical issues are also briefly discussed.
It is strongly believed that multicast will become one of the most promising services on internet for the next generation. Multicast service can be deployed either on network-layer or application-layer. IP multicast (network-layer multicast) is implemented by network nodes (i.e., routers) and avoids multiple copies of the same datagram on the same link. Despite the conceptual simplicity of IP multicast and its obvious benefits, it has not been widely deployed since there remain many unresolved issues. As an alternative to IP multicast, overlay multicast (application-layer multicast) implements the multicast functionality at end hosts rather than routers. This may require more overall bandwidth than IP multicast because duplicate packets travel the same physical links multiple times, but it provides an inexpensive, deployable method of providing point-to-multipoint group communication. In this paper we develop an efficient method applied greedy algorithm for solving two models of overlay multicast tree building problem that is aimed to construct MDST (Minimum Diameter Spanning Tree : minimum cost path from a source node to all its receivers) and MST (Minimum Spanning Tree : minimum total cost spanning all the members). We also simulate and analyze MDST and MST.
For the development and management of u-City(ubiquitous city), Ubiquitous City Construction Law was enacted(March 3, 2008) to form the legal basis of u-City plan, construction and managements afterwards. Among u-City elements, the u-City Management Center has its own meaning and importance in roles which are crucial to the u-City developments, and its legal establishment is one of the core u-City realization factors. The purpose of this study is to analyse its overall problem issues regarding the function and location of u-City Management Center and then to suggest the basic direction and enforcement strategies to form its legal basis. As a result, in order to enhance the possibility of successful realization of u-City Management Center, the classification and standardization of function type, allocation of detailed functions based on u-City project hierarchy, and practical definition and relationships among basic u-City components such as u-City Service and Infrastructure were suggested. Also, practical execution devices on revenue sources and private sector participation, as well as the legal basis stipulating the mandatory inclusion of u-City Management Center development for u-City projects, were suggested.
The elderly people was over 8.3% in 2003. This seament is projected to grow to 14.4% by 2019(Aged society) and over 20% by 2026(Super aged society). As the elderly population is increasing and young population is declined social issues around elderly care are emerged in Korea. As a result of that, they are in the condition of poor system of the welfare of the old and it is the worst one in Korea. And because of the worst financial independence and difficulty in Korea, welfare facilities and medical instruments are so insufficient and deteriorated, so the quality of service is getting low. Furthermore the mortality of cancer is rapidely increased in recent years. So it is expected that the number of families who are caring for terminal cancer patient will be increased. We can not solve those problems only with government's policy such as to secure ample budget and to enlarge the aged welfare institutions. Definitely, to acheve the suggetions persistence concern about old people is most important, and family, community and national government should be linked to accomplish to goal. Accordingly, for this study attempts to provide conceptual framework of the respite care, spiritual care and home hospice, nursing home for the elderly. And this study is to discuss the necessity and effect about the construction of housing welfare infrastructure and to make a cooperation and linkage system among the aged welfare institutions, government and the aged welfare programs. As is well known, the issue of the increasing aged people is neither a matter of individuals nor of the family, but rather a complex matter of whol society. Therefore it can be resolved by the active participation of government. Conclusively this study tries to provide an direction of the improvement with regard to the welfare policy for the elderly. The study is as follwos: Chapters 1: The theological base, conception, essentiality, respite care, spiritual care and home hospice, nursing home for the elderly. Chapters 2: Definitions of respite care, spiritual care, hospice, patient of termina cancer and quality of life. And relations between respite care and nursing home. Chapters 3: The necessity of long-term care insurance and the perspectives of spiritual care. Chapters 4: Conclusions and summarizing(The directions of improvement of welfare policy for the elderly). To sum up, the problems of the aged people has not effects only to the aged people. This means that the problems of aged is the problems of the young generation today. Because young generation will be the old generation in the near future.

The new communication paradigm is rapidly shifted from wireless mobile networks to an All-IP(Internet Protocol) network, led by service industry leaders and communication manufacturers. In this paradigm, providing authentication and session keys of a subscriber becomes one of the critical tasks because of IP open accessibility among heterogeneous networks. In this paper, we introduce authentication process procedure of heterogeneous wireless mobile networks and develop so-called IMAS(Integrated Mobile Authentication Server) which can securely inter-work among all mobile networks and support the legacy networks with backward compatibility. Especially, in designing IMAS, mobile authentication inter-working mechanism, key management technique, and other issues to be overcome are presented. We analyze and evaluate the performance of authentication algorithm which creates session key. A simulation environment of IMAS is established, and a performance(TPS; Transaction Per Second) result is analyzed and evaluated. It turned out that IMAS works among heterogeneous wireless mobile networks without compensating efficiency and functionalities of the legacy networks and decrease the entropy of data redundancy and data inconsistency among networks because of the integrity of the distributed Data Base(DB).
