트위터와 유튜브를 통해 확산된 생리대 발암물질 이슈에 대한 네트워크 분석 (Network analysis of issue diffusion on the sanitary pad cancer-causing agent via Twitter and Youtube)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 이슈가 SNS를 통해 확산되는데 매체적 특성과 관계가 있는지 네트워크 분석을 통해 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 소셜 미디어를 매체 상호작용성과 이용자 상호작용성을 기준으로 유형화하고, 트위터와 유튜브를 통해 확산되는 이슈의 확산성을 비교했다. 노드엑셀 프로그램을 통해 자료를 수집할 수 있는 트위터와 유튜브를 분석 대상으로 했는데 트위터는 매체 상호작용성과 이용자 상호작용성이 낮은 트위터는 '제한형'으로, 유튜브는 매체 상호작용성과 이용자 상호작용성이 높은 '소통 확산형'으로 분류했다. 제한형에서는 이슈 확산 네트워크가 방사형으로 나타났고, 소통 확산형에서는 거미줄형으로 나타났다. 유튜브에서 의견의 다양성이 높았고, 트위터에서 보다 이슈가 더 활발하게 공유되면서 확산된 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 상호작용성을 기준으로 소셜 미디어의 구조적인 특성에 따라 이슈의 확산 양상에 차이가 있다는 것을 규명했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 이용자들이 얼마나 쉽게 메시지를 공유하고, 댓글을 달면서 상호작용할 수 있는지가 플랫폼으로서 SNS의 활성화에 영향을 미친 것을 밝혔다. 정부와 기업, 소비자들은 이와 같은 트위터와 유튜브의 특성을 파악하고, 커뮤니케이션 채널로서 SNS를 어떻게 활용해야 할지 고려해야 할 것이다.

MMORPG 이용자 충성도에 대한 영향요인간 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationship of Factors Impacting on e-Loyalty to MMORPG)

  • MMORPG은 국내 게임시장의 25.9%를 차지하는 게임 장르로 최근에 다양한 게임이 출시되어 업체 간 경쟁이 치열해 지고 있는 산업이다. 이에 따라 게임업체에서는 충성도 높은 게임이용자 확보를 위해 다각도로 노력을 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 MMORPG 게임 장르의 특성과 부합되는 MMORPG에 대한 이용자 충성도의 결정요인을 도출하고, 이러한 결정요인 간 구조적 관계가 이용자 충성도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 온라인 게임 및 인터넷 서비스 이용에 관한 선행연구를 검토하여 상호작용성, 공동체의식, 보상, 재미를 이용자 충성도의 결정요인으로 도출하였으며, 이들 연구변수 간 구조적 관계를 실증연구를 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과, 상호작용성, 공동체의식 및 보상이 재미에 유의미한 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 재미는 이용자 충성도와 매우 강한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상호작용성과 보상은 공동체의식에 영향을 주었으며, 공동체의식을 매개로 재미에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

An Empirical Study on Consumer Acceptance of IPTV Service

  • In recent years, IPTV attracts great attention along with the digital convergence of communication and media technologies. IPTV combines the advantages of TV and Internet and changes our lifestyle dramatically. In addition, the IPTV service is capable of becoming a new business model which has huge growth potentials in technology-converging marketplaces. This study examines critical factors on the consumer's adoption of the IPTV service. Based on the Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT), IPTV specific attributes and personal characteristics, we derive eight key factors in the research model. compatibility, ease of use, image, diversity of contents, interactivity, monetary value, social influence, and user satisfaction. Using the partial least square (PLS) method on the data collected through a web-based survey, we test our research model with several hypotheses. From this study, we find that diversity of contents, compatibility and interactivity have a significant indirect effect on the use of IPTV service via user satisfaction, and user satisfaction and social influence also have a significant direct impact on the IPTV use. These findings not only provide practical insights on the consumer acceptance of new technology-converging services, but also help managers to plan their marketing strategies better.

  • The cosmetic medical information mobile platform is evolving into a new channel for searching and obtaining relevant information before using cosmetic medical service. In addition, the medical institutions can facilitate the medical contracts, and take advantage of systemic customer management through the cosmetic medical information mobile platform. Therefore, the paradigm of the cosmetic medical mobile service industry is facing a flow of change through the use diffusion of cosmetic medical information mobile platform. In this study, in order to explore the factors affecting the use diffusion of the cosmetic medical information mobile platform, this study used the research model of the influence of the characteristics of the cosmetic medical information mobile platform on perceived convenience and usefulness, and use diffusion by applying TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). As a result, immediateness, interactivity, and customization in the characteristics of cosmetic medical information mobile platform had positive effects on the perceived convenience. Also, interactivity, customization, and economics had positive impacts on perceived usefulness. In addition, perceived convenience and usefulness had positive effects on the use diffusion. Through this study, the factors influencing the use diffusion of cosmetic medical information mobile platform were actually explored, and the service value of the cosmetic medical information mobile platform were categorized. Future research is expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and expansion of the cosmetic medical service market based on various research.

SNS 광고특성이 이용자의 심리적 요인을 통해 광고태도 및 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of SNS Advertisement Characteristics on Advertisement Attitude and WOM through Users' Psychological Factors)

  • Purpose As the number of SNS users increases, the importance of SNS advertisement is also increasing. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of factors on effectiveness of SNS advertising, and expand research on users' attitude and behavior intention toward SNS advertising. Design/methodology/approach This study was designed to examine the structural relationships among SNS service attribute, users' cognitive characters, psychological factors, users' attitude and behavior intention toward SNS advertising. Concretely, SNS service attribute was presented as online interactivity, and users' cognitive characters were presented as perceived relevance and perceived intrusiveness. In addition, psychological factors were presented as presence experience and message credibility, users' attitude toward SNS advertising was presented as advertisement attitude and users' behavior intention was presented as WOM. Findings The results showed that online interactivity has a positive effect on presence experience and message credibility, but perceived intrusiveness has a negative effect on presence experience and message credibility. Perceived relevance has a positive effect on presence experience, but does not have significant effect on message credibility. Presence experience and message credibility have positive effects on advertisement attitude and WOM, and advertisement attitude also has a positive effect on WOM. Based on the results from this study, academic and practical implications can be drawn. First, the study extended the scope of research about SNS advertising through focusing on SNS service attribute and SNS users' cognitive characters and identified the relationship between presence experience, message credibility, advertisement attitude and WOM. Second, the results of this research can provide practical guidelines to develop effective advertising strategies for companies which promoting SNS as a marketing tool.

외식업 웹광고 구성요소가 소비자의 수용태도 및 구매효과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Web Ad Components on Consumer Attitude and Purchase in Food Service Industry)

  • This study examined the effects of Web ad components on customer attitude and purchasing decisions in 300 individuals who visited family restaurant Websites. The results are summarized as follows: First, Web ad components such as content, design, and interactivity had effects on the cognitive attitudes of the customers. And design, accessibility, and Web functionality had significant effects on the customers' emotional attitudes. In addition, content, navigation, and Web functionality had significant effects on the customers' behavioral attitudes. Lastly, the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral attitudes of the customers had significant effects on their purchases. From these results, design elements such as content, color, and menus, along with user interactivity for information are considered helpful components of a food service Web ad for customer cognition of the restaurant's information. In addition, aspects of Web functionality such as the food service's Web ad set-up, or the protection of personal information, the color design and menu, as well as accessibility for easy use, are all helpful in terms of gaining a customer attitude that is friendly and preferential towards a restaurant's menu items.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 서비스 및 제품의 품질평가 요인이 한국 인터넷 패션 쇼핑몰의 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 중국 여대생을 중심으로 - (Effects of the service and the product quality evaluation factors of internet shopping mall on the satisfaction for Korean internet fashion shopping malls - Focusing on Chinese university women -)

  • This study was to examine the service and the product evaluation factors of Korean internet fashion shopping malls and to suggest marketing implications for Korean internet fashion shopping malls wanting to expand into the Chinese market. This study conducted a questionnaire survey for college female students in Qingdao, China, who have shopped at Korean internet shopping malls, and 310 surveys were used in the final analysis, frequency analysis, factorial analysis, and regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, Most of the respondents answered that they found the Korean internet fashion shopping malls through the internet, and the most purchased item was outer clothing. Second, the system stability and web site structure excellence factors had a positive influence on the service satisfaction for the shopping mall 'S', while the system satisfaction, service efficiency, interactivity and web site structure excellence factors had positive influences on service satisfaction for the shopping mall 'P', and the system satisfaction, service efficiency, interactivity factors had positive influences on service satisfaction for the shopping mall 'N'. Third, examining the correlation between product satisfaction for the shopping mall 'S', 'P', and 'N' with fashion product evaluation factors showed that, design factors and quality excellence factors of the three shopping malls had positive influences on product satisfaction. The results of this research provide useful information in forming an efficient operating system and improving marketing strategies for internet fashion shopping malls planning to enter or having already entered the Chinese market.

이러닝의 특성과 유용성이 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influential Factors of Intention to Continued Use of e-Learning)

  • Why does e-Learning service for individuals remain in the early development stage? To find the answers of this question, we adopted usefulness and intention to continued use as dependent variables based on technology acceptance model and inferred convenience, cost-effectiveness, social presence, interactivity, concentration, and procrastination as independent variables based on literature review and interview with e-Learning users. Convenience and cost-effectiveness of e-Learning tend to enhance usefulness and/or intention to continued use, while lack of social presence, interactivity, and concentration of e-Learning and academic procrastination tend to hinder usefulness and/or intention to continued use. To prove this research model, we used a data set collected from the survey. The respondents of survey were the undergraduate students who used voluntarily e-Learning. Data analysis was conducted using 275 respondents by partial least square. The analysis result of causal relation indicated that convenience and cost-effectiveness influenced both usefulness and intention to continued use, and that cost-effectiveness and concentration influenced only intention to continued use. But, interactivity and procrastination did not influence usefulness and intention to continued use.

이러닝 수강의도와 선행요인간 관계에서 사용자-구매자 차이 (Buyer-User differences in relationships among antecedents and e-learning attending intention)

  • 중고등교과 관련 이러닝은 사용자(학습자)와 구매자(학부모)가 다른 경우가 많다. 본 연구는 이러닝사용자와 구매자의 선택행동이 다를 것이라는 가정을 실증하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 전체소비자를 대상으로 할 경우 이러닝 강좌에 대한 인지된 유용성, 상호작용성, 사이트 명성은 소비자의 수강의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었지만, 콘텐츠품질은 회귀되지 않았다. 그러나 이러닝사용자(학습자)집단에서는 상호작용과 인지된 유용성, 콘텐츠 품질은 영향을 주었지만 명성은 회귀되지 않았다. 구매자(학부모)집단은 명성과 인지된 유용성에 영향을 받은 반면, 콘텐츠품질이나 상호작용성에는 영향을 받지 않았다.

IP기반 양방향 매체에서의 다차원적 상호작용에 관한 연구: e-러닝 서비스를 중심으로 (A Study on the Multi-Dimensional Interactivity in IP-Based Interactive Media: e-Learning Service Case)

  • 디지털 융합이 빠른 속도로 진전되고 있는 가운데 VoIP, IPTV 등 IP를 기반으로 하는 융합 서비스가 확대될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 그 중 IPTV는 양방향 서비스와 서비스 확장성을 통해 수동적 입장에 머물러 있던 이용자에게 다양한 경험과 더 큰 선택권을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. IP 기반의 양방향 매체가 가지는 상호작용적 특성은 기본적으로 매체의 기술적 특징과 풍부한 정보 제공, 그리고 콘텐츠 품질 등으로부터 영향을 받을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 IP 기반의 양방향 매체에서 나타나는 상호작용의 유형을 다차원적 구조로 도출한 후, 다차원적 상호작용이 서비스 품질과 인지적 몰입에 매개 효과가 있는가에 관해 실증적으로 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과, IP 기반의 양방향 매체에서의 상호작용은 크게 탐색적, 반응적, 소통적, 창조적 상호 작용으로 나눠지며, 이 중 반응적 상호작용과 창조적 상호작용은 시스템 반응성, 콘텐츠 유용성, 매체 생동감과 이용자의 인지적 몰입 사이에 매개 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와같은 연구 결과가 IP 기반 양방향 매체에서의 상호작용을 촉진하기 위한 전략 마련에 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
