저작권 보호를 위한 디지털 원문 서비스 프레임워크 (A Service Framework to Digital Fulltext Image for Copyright Protection)

  • Digital content industry is growing rapidly because of the property of high-speed networking and greater demand for digital fulltext-image. However, we know the fact that it is many difficulty in production and supply for good quality of content. Hereupon, we suggest digital fulltext-image service framework to protect copyright. More concretely, we propose integrated model and reference model to securely serve digital fulltext-image by recompositing core objects and reconstructing the value-chain structure of digital content industry to framework including the process(from its production (creators or copyrighters) to consumption (users or consumers)). Also, we construct the digital fulltext- image service system based on reference model and reconstruct its interface that occurs between core subjects.

Proposing m-Government Service Architecture Design Using Enterprise Architecture in Mongolia

  • The utilization of the Mobile Government system is having more than a few challenges including complexity of different mobile technologies, determining interoperability among existing systems and infrastructures, and establishing services with secured networks. To get over those challenges, integrated standard, innovative and comprehensive system architecture is required by the M-Government. Hence this study proposed reference EA framework for M-Government system in order to avoid unnecessary duplication of infrastructure deployment and integrate services among different government instructions. The study based on literature review, and current infrastructure and mobile network situation for delivering Government services of Mongolia. The study recommends innovative m-Government system framework used EA, and scope covered mobile service delivery area centered on G4C and C2G perspectives. The Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework has used in this research, and the proposed system service architecture defines the interoperable standards, infrastructure components, applications, and technologies for government institutions in Mongolia to aid interactions necessity among them to provide m-Service.

  • This paper proposes a systematic framework for developing new service concepts, with an emphasis on the customer's perspective. The framework consists of three phases; identification of customer needs, extraction of new service opportunities, and generation of new service concepts. The proposed framework is demonstrated through a case study in the telecommunications industry.

  • By the newly emerging network access technology, we face the new heterogeneous network environment. Focusing on the co-existence of multiple access network technology and the complex service needs of users, the wireless service operators should present the stable service quality for every user. For this, the service operators should build the new operation framework which combine the pre-established network and newly adopted one. Our problem is finding the optimal heterogeneous network operation framework. We suggest market-based marginal cost function for evaluating the relative value of resource of each network and develop the whole new heterogeneous network operation framework. To test the applicability of developed operation framework, we build large-scale JAVA simulator. By this development, we can easily test the new network environment in practical engineering field.

온톨로지 BIM 기반 지식 서비스 프레임웍 아키텍처 개발 (Ontology BIM-based Knowledge Service Framework Architecture Development)

  • Recently, the demand for connection between various heterogeneous dataset and BIM as a construction data model hub is increasing. In the past, in order to connect model between BIM and heterogeneous dataset, related dataset was stored in the RDBMS, and the service was provided by programming a method to link with the BIM object. This approach causes problems such as the need to modify the database schema and business logic, and the migration of existing data when requirements change. This problem adversely affects the scalability, reusability, and maintainability of model information. This study proposes an ontology BIM-based knowledge service framework considering the connectivity and scalability between BIM and heterogeneous dataset. Through the proposed framework, ontology BIM mapping, semantic information query method for linking between knowledge-expressing dataset and BIM are presented. In addition, to identify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the prototype is developed. Also, the effectiveness and considerations of the ontology BIM-based knowledge service framework are derived.

신뢰성에 기반한 효과적 제안 Communication Framework (Effective Proposal Communication Framework Based on Credibility)

  • The purpose of this research is to develop a communication framework based on credibility for information technology (IT) proposal. It is necessary to develop a communication framework for IT proposal since it has become more important how effective IT service providers can deliver an IT proposal to customers. In this paper, we develop a communication framework for IT proposal through dividing customer's recognition steps and analyzing key factors based on the credibility. Key factors affecting communication framework have been identified and analyzed by focus group interview and questionnaires with experienced staffs. The results of this study can be used for enhancement of IT proposal's quality through the introduction of communication framework.

Services Quality Improvement through Control Management Cloud-Based SLA

  • Cloud-based technology is used in different organizations around the world for various purposes. Using this technology, the service providers provide the service mainly SaaS, PaaS and while the cloud service consumer consumes the services by paying for the service they used or accessed by the principle of "pay per use". The customer of the services can get any services being at different places or locations using different machines or electronic devices. Under the conditions of being well organized and having all necessary infrastructures, the services can be accessed suitably. The identified problem in this study is that cloud providers control and monitor the system or tools by ignoring the calculation and consideration of various faults made from the cloud provider side during service delivery. There are currently problems with ignoring the consumer or client during the monitoring and mentoring system for cloud services consumed at the customer or client level by SLA provisions. The new framework was developed to address the above-mentioned problems. The framework was developed as a unified modeling language. Eight basic components are used to develop the framework. For this research, the researcher developed a prototype by using a selected cloud tool to simulate and java programming language to write a code as well as MySQL to store data during SLA. The researcher used different criteria to validate the developed framework i.e. to validate SLA that is concerned with a cloud service provider, validate what happened when the request from the client-side is less than what is specified in SLA and above what is specified in SLA as well as implementing the monitoring mechanism using the developed Monitoring component. The researcher observed that with the 1st and 3rd criteria the service level agreement was violated and this indicated that if the Service level agreement is monitored or managed only by cloud service prover, there is a violation of LSA. Therefore, the researcher recommended that the service level agreement be managed by both cloud service providers and service consumers in the cloud computing environment.

서비스 연구 프레임워크 관점에서의 향후 연구과제 (A Future Study Agenda Applying Service Research Framework)

  • 서비스학은 현대 경제에서 그 중요성이 강조되는 가운데, 서비스 연구의 가치와 필요성은 점점 높아지고 있다. 그동안 다양한 관점에서 연구되어 온 서비스연구를 하나의 프레임워크로 통합하여 서비스연구 프레임워크가 제안된 이후 서비스연구의 방향성이 정립되어 연구의 성장기반이 마련되었다. 그러나 제4차 산업혁명시대의 도래 등 현대경제사회 환경은 크게 변화하고 있으며, 서비스에 대한 심화된 체계적인 연구 강화가 더욱 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 기존 프레임워크상의 서비스학 연구 분야를 세부적으로 분석하여, 구체적으로 서비스학이 '무엇을' 연구하여 서비스학의 지평을 넓혀갈 수 있을지를 제시하였다. 서비스학의 본질적 관점에서 모형의 개발에 관한 연구, 연구 주제의 편협성을 탈피하기 위한 서비스 혁신, 서비타이제이션, 서비스 인퓨션, 서비스 솔루션, 서비스 디자인 레버리지 등의 영역에 대한 개괄적인 접근도 중요할 것이다. 또한 미래 서비스 발전의 근간을 형성하는 데 기여할 수 있는 서비스 테크놀러지의 활용에 관한 서비스학적 연구 및 비즈니스 모델의 개발이나 혁신적인 기업의 새로운 가치 창출에 이용하는 방안 등으로 연구주제로 확대할 필요가 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 서비스학 연구의 심화와 확장에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Evaluating Service System Alternatives via a Computer Simulation-enabled MCDM Framework

  • Decision makers in the service industry must effectively cope with queuing problems, service capacity optimization, service efficiency and service quality problems. This study proposes a computer simulation-enabled MCDM framework that integrates computer simulation analysis, Taguchi method, expert opinion and multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) to assist decision makers in coping with decision problems. In this framework, Taguchi method is adopted to reduce the time required for the simulation experiment. Computer simulation analysis is adopted to obtain useful information for rapid decision-making without interrupting actual production. MCDM is used to select the optimal alternative. The illustrative result is extremely promising.

  • Today, many companies realize that the effort to develop new products / services faster that customers want and continue to purchase is crucial for their survival. As the service sector is rapidly growing, one of the challenges faced by the service industries is the lack of effective methodologies for new service development. This paper proposes a systematic framework for developing new service concepts, with an emphasis on generating innovative, convergence-type service concepts from the customer‘s perspective. The framework consists of three phases-identification of customer needs (Phase I), extraction of new service opportunities (Phase II), and generation of new service concepts (Phase III). The proposed framework is demonstrated through a case study in the telecommunications industry. In the case study, a survey was conducted on ten customers to identify the latent customer needs; 61 new service opportunities were extracted; and 129 new service concepts were generated.
