  • Space development has been independently performed by space agencies in each country. This causes redundant development for individual function, resulting in waste of space resources. Accordingly, Interagency Operations Advisory Group (IOAG) was established for standardization with mutual agreement between international organizations, and space resources can be used efficiently between space agencies through cross-support. IOAG define Service Catalog#1, #2, and #3, according to the network layer. In this technical paper, the background and main contents of the IOAG Service Catalog, and the application plan for domestic space development will be discussed.

  • Service science is a new application area that implements services in an interdisciplinary area of management, economics, and engineering. Service systems provide functionalities of traditional software systems, moreover the functionalities are more intellectual in that they require dynamic context awareness, analysis, and decision making based on the recognized and analyzed contexts. However, conventional software development approaches do not sufficiently provide methods to model the service requirements and to design service-intensive systems. Therefore, there is a great demand on effective methodologies for developing service systems. In this paper, we compare traditional software systems with service-intensive systems in order to identify characteristics of the service systems. And, we propose a step-wise process to model service systems, in terms of architecture, components, and workflows. Then, we show a case study on an emergency handling system which is a type of living assistant systems. We believe that the proposed approach can be used in developing high-quality service systems effectively.

However, no reports have discussed the status regarding the use and adequacy of subsidies available for motor development rehabilitation as a part of development rehabilitation services in children and adolescents with cerebral palsy. In this study, we investigated the current use and subsidy adequacy of motor development rehabilitation as an essential part of development rehabilitation services in children and adolescents with cerebral palsy. Methods : The study included parents of children and adolescents with cerebral palsy, who underwent motor development rehabilitation of development rehabilitation services (n=148). The participants were administered a questionnaire to investigate the current use and subsidy adequacy of the motor development rehabilitation part of development rehabilitation services. Results : Most respondents indicated that 310,000-410,000 /month was an appropriate subsidy and agreed that the subsidy should be extended to adults with cerebral palsy. We observed a significant difference in the appropriate subsidy based on age groups (p=.029), as well as type of development rehabilitation service most needed (p=.005) and whether or not agree to extend the subsidy to adults according to gross motor function classification system level (p=.015). There were significant relations of appropriate subsidy (p<.001) and appropriateness of copay (p=.004) according to degree of transportation cost burden. Moreover, there were significant relations of appropriateness of current subsidy (p=.015) and appropriate subsidy (p<.001) according to degree of inconvenience of using transportation. Conclusion : This study highlights the need to increase subsidies for motor development rehabilitation of development rehabilitation services and that the subsidy should be determined based on the burden of transportation costs and the inconvenience of using transportation. Development rehabilitation service for adults with cerebral palsy should also be supported.

  • As the cloud-based ICT(Information & Communication Technology) infrastructure matures, the existing monolithic software development method is evolving into a micro-service structure based on cloud native computing. To develop and operate the services efficiently under the cloud native environment, DevOps-based application development plans through MSA(Micro Service Architecture) design based are essential. A cloud native environment is an approach to developing and running applications that take advantage of cloud computing models such as automation of source distribution, container-based virtualization, application scalability, resource efficiency, and flexible maintenance through object independence. To implement this approach, the utilization of key elements such as DevOps, continuous delivery, micro service, and containers is essential, but there are not enough previous studies on case analyses or application methods of these key elements. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the cases of application development in cloud native environment and propose the optimized application development process and development method through small and medium-sized SI projects.
