As the internet service evolves fast recently, guarantee request of QoS (Quality of Service) by characteristic of traffic source as well as high rate of data is going greatest. Accordingly intemet service technology also is changing rapidly, technology that guarantee QoS in existent network service technology is developed or network model that guarantee new QoS is presented. By DiffServ-aware-MPLS network that present in IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) to guarantee QoS in this treatise does comparative analysis with existent network model, relative show that is superior, and present direction that compose next generation network wish to.

Insurance's service have been studied for purchase behavior, life style. And Insurance's service is more and more important. Steady necessity of study was on the rise for insurance's service. This study is based on existing study. We classified insurance's service factors into insurance business's characteristic factors(image, information, security), insurance agent's characteristic factors(expert knowledge, care) and insurance product's characteristic factors(multiplicity, a made-to-order goods) And then we investigated how these classified characteristic factors could influence on customer satisfaction.

The present study attempted to identify the relationship among cognition of service quality, cognition of contribution, and satisfaction in the international film festival context. A sample survey of 1,897 visitors of eight major international festivals held in Korea was administered throughout the year 2008. The factor analysis identified four factors of service quality. The structural modeling confirmed that all the four service quality factors and cognition of contribution positively affected the satisfaction. The study revealed the constructs of service quality, contribution, and satisfaction in the international film festival context.

무선 인터페이스 CDMA, WCDMA(HSDPA) 그리고 WiBro 는 대용량의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 제한된 무선자원에서 각 사용자에게 효율적으로 제공하기 위하여 Multicast 및 Broadcast 형태로 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 이러한 서비스는 CDMA 에서는 BCMCS(Broadcast Multicast Service), WCDMA 에서는 MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) 그리고 WiBro 에서는 MBS(Multicast Broadcast Service)라 불리고 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 서비스들의 DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting)와 같은 방송형 서비스 및 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 제공해 주기 위한 각 무선인터페이스의 Multicast 및 Broadcast 형태를 비교 및 분석하여 그에 따른 서비스의 확장성을 비교 분석하였다.

In this paper, we analyze social network status and suggest TV SNS Service. According to alexa.com's recent chart, there are three SNS sites (facebook, myspace, twitter) in global top 20 sites. SNS usage has increased dramatically. Recently many SNS are growing up by opening their platform that make it easy to develope new services and functions by third party developers. KT is implementing open platform that is support Widget and SNS service. And Recently Social TV comes into the spotlight. Social TV is combination of social media and TV contents. It is enable to exchange emotion and opinion by communication with other people when watching Video contents. We propose TV SNS Service that provides various services by using advantage of SNS system and Social TV.

As multimedia content technology developed, there are many cases that service contents are being provided in many different ways in the cloud-based media service system. A DRM is a technology that can enhance the copyright of the digital content by providing right information. It is available on a single platform and has a problem that the additional cost when the platform is changing. In this paper, we propose a media service system based on cloud computing. It can be used on multiple platforms at the same time by applying a number of DRM for digital contents, and allows use of a new authentication for another platform without any additional cost.

This study aims to analyze contents of websites which provide health information service. The study reviewed 5 websites and selected 15 sample contents among them. Based on the case model that extracted the contents from the websites, this research analyzed the usefulness of the contents. As a result, the usefulness of all the contents are rated above the average. Among the contents, The active core contents include 'information for librarians', 'information bout cancer', 'health related database', and 'multi-lingual health information'.

Contents of nitrites was tested in 2,290 meat products during 2000-2003, in Seoul by Diazoa method. It was detected over 40 ppm NO$_2$$\^$-/ contents in 20 hams, 7 sausages, one bacon, and one crushed meat product respectively. Also, over 20ppm nitrites was 21.8%(240/1,103) in hams, 20.7%(122/589) in sausages, 6.8%(14/205) in crushed meats, and in 6.0%(5/83) bacons respectively. In case of average contents and contents range, 0.012 g/kg, ND-0.116 g/kg in hams, 0.012 g/kg, ND-0.066 g/kg in sausages, 0.010 g/kg, 0.001-0.089 g/kg in bacons, and 0.006 g/kg, ND-0.040 g/kg in crushed meats etc. Specially, in sausages, it was increased continually by years, in not only average nitrites contents but also their contents range, also, in case of bacons, increased continually by years on only average nitrites contents. According to results, the NO$_2$$\^$-/ contents monitoring for the processed meat products must be reinforced to supply safety food for the citizens.
