FinDID : A DID service supporting the standard service scheme for the financial sector

  • 본 논문에서는 금융권 DID(Decentralized Identity) 서비스 체계의 표준 방식을 준수하는 가운데 체계적인 검증 방식을 통하여 개인 정보나 자격 증명을 유연하게 제어할 수 있는 블록체인 기반의 DID 서비스인 FinDID(Financial Decentralized IDentity)를 제시한다. DID는 특정 인증기관 없이 탈중앙화 환경에서 활용하는 신원 관리 체계이며, 사용자가 자신의 정보를 제어할 수 있는 기술로서 사용자 자신의 개인정보에 대한 자기 주권화를 실현할 수 있다. FinDID을 통하여 사용자는 자신의 여러 개인정보를 인증하는 크리덴셜을 발급자에게 발급받아 개인 전자지갑을 이용해 타겟금융 서비스가 필수적으로 요구하는 클레임만을 크리덴셜에서 선택하여 프레젠테이션을 생성하고, 이를 금융 서비스에게 제출하여 자신의 서비스 이용자격을 부여받는다. FinDID는 전자지갑, 크리덴셜 발급자, 크리덴셜 저장소 그리고 DID 관리 컨트랙트 및 크리덴셜 관리 컨트랙트를 포함하는 DID 서비스 및 이러한 서비스 체계를 이용하는 금융서비스로 구성된다. DID 서비스는 각 사용자의 DID를 관리하고 관련된 신원 관리체계의 모든 검증과정을 지원한다.

활성탄 재질 및 사용연수에 따른 Tetracycline계 항생물질 흡착특성 (Effects of Activated Carbon Types and Service Life on Adsorption of Tetracycline Antibiotic Compounds in GAC Process)

  • 입상활성탄 재질별 신탄 및 사용탄에서의 tetracycline계 항생물질 4종에 대한 파과특성의 경우 석탄계 활성탄이 가장 늦게 파과에 도달하였으며, 다음으로 야자계, 목탄계 순으로 조사되었다. 또한, 물질별 활성탄에서의 파과특성을 살펴보면 tetracycline(TC)의 파과시점이 가장 늦은 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 oxytetracycline(OTC), chlortetracycline(CTC), minocycline(MNC)으로 나타났다. 활성탄 g당 tetracycline계 항생물질 4종에 대한 최대 흡착량(X/M)은 석탄계 활성탄이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 야자계와 목탄계 순으로 나타났다. tetracycline계 항생물질 4종에 대한 석탄계 활성탄의 최대 흡착량(X/M)은 야자계와 목탄계 활성탄에 비해 각각 1.27$\sim$1.36배 및 1.69$\sim$1.84배 정도 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 활성탄 사용율(carbon usage rate, CUR)은 tetracycline의 경우 석탄계 재질의 활성탄이 2.96 g/일, 야자계나 목탄계 활성탄은 각각 3.40 g/day 및 4.53 g/day의 활성탄을 사용하여야만 제어가 가능한 것으로 조사되어 석탄계 활성탄이 다른 재질의 활성탄들에 비해 적은 양으로도 tetracycline계 항생물질을 제어할 수 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 나머지 tetracycline계 항생물질 3종에서도 이와 유사한 결과를 나타내었다. 또한, 석탄계 활성탄 신탄과 사용탄에 대한 CUR을 비교해보면 tetracycline의 경우 신탄을 사용하였을 경우 보다 1.3년 사용탄 및 3.1년 사용탄을 사용하였을 경우가 CUR이 1.96배 및 2.53배 정도 높은 것으로 나타났다.

인천항의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of the Port Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Performance in Incheon Port)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful suggestions by analyzing causal effect relationship between port service quality, and customer satisfaction and performance in port industry. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using multi-regression analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were divided into three dimensions such as internal quality, interaction quality and environmental quality. Results: The results of this study are as follows; regarding the influence of pot service quality dimension on customer satisfaction, it was found that the effects of interaction quality and internal quality were significant and those of environmental quality was not significant on customer satisfaction. It was found that customer satisfaction made statistically significant influence on performance from the investigation of the causal effect relationship between customer satisfaction and performance. Conclusion: Incheon Port needs to act actively paying attention to port facilities, efficient operation, network, cargo recruitment activities, smooth communication and fast handling.

An Empirical study on improvement of operation for feeder vessel route between Busan and west coast of Japan

  • In this paper, practical problems for current feeder service between Busan port and west coast of Japan were extracted through in depth interviews with Japanese feeder vessel companies, shippers, and port authority based upon which major criteria (elements) for improvement of the feeder network are structured in hierarchic order and weighed relative importance through AHP method. From the questionnaire answered by Korean and Japanese port users and experts the weights of criteria were calculated and the shipping service was ranked the first by both parties with 0.235 and 0.217, respectively. The port service and support system ranked the second and the third, whereas the port marketing was shown to be the lowest of all. Considering the overall weights, the increase in a port loading and unloading speed of port service was followed by provision of dedicated deck for feeder vessel of port facilities for Korean respondents. Therefore, speed up of the port operations and providing docks for feeder vessel are to be firstly provided for more efficient feeder operations, which would be the basis for the construction of optimal transportation network.

전자서명(電子署名)과 전자인증(電子認證)의 제문제(諸問題) (Some problems of the Electronic Signature and the Electronic Certification)

  • This article discusses and analyses several issues regarding to the Electronic Signature and the Electronic Certification. The objects of the analyse are the each paragraphs of the Korean Electronic Signature Act of 1999 and that of the Korean Electronic Transaction Basic Act of 1999 in comparing to the paragraphs of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act' (E-Sign) of 2000, U.S.A. and that of the Draft UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Signature of 2000. The main issues discussed herein are the scope of the electronic signature, the definition of the electronic signature, permission of services to the non-authorized certification service providers, the effect of the electronic signature, the liability of the concerning parties of the electronic signature including liability of the certification service providers, that of the subscribers and that of the relying parties. This paper also discusses the problems of the possibility of issuing the electronic negotiable commercial papers, the validity of the electronic signatures done by electronic agents, the authority certificate, mutual certification of the foreign certification service providers, the permission of the electronic notary service, the problems of the consumer protection and the possibility of issuing electronic insurance policy, etc. The writer concludes by suggesting some measures that will activate the use of electronic signatures under the korean circumstances.

An Empirical Study of Determinants of Customer Satisfaction of Banking Sector: Evidence from Bangladesh

  • The aim of this study is to determine the factors that affect customer satisfaction in the banking sector of Bangladesh because the economic growth and stability of a country depends on the soundness of its banking sector. The study tries to investigate and assess the quality of service on customer satisfaction in the banking sector. As a sample, data were collected from 382 respondents who were customers of 32 selected commercial banks of Bangladesh. A pre-structured questionnaire was used to collect the required data and information. OLS regression model and descriptive statistical tools were used to analyze data. The results of this study reveal that the quality of service (e.g., tangibility, reliability, and empathy) has a statistically significant impact on customer satisfaction. The results also show that there is a positive correlation between the customer satisfaction and service quality dimensions in the banking sector of Bangladesh. The present study finds that in the domestic banking industry the service quality dimensions (i.e., tangibility, reliability, and empathy) have significant positive impact on customer satisfaction. The findings of the present study suggest that Bank Supervisory Authority, Central Bank of Bangladesh, and Bank Management should give special emphasis to ensure maximum satisfaction of banks' customers.

유헬스케어에서 환자의 프라이버시 보호 방안 연구 (A Study of Patient's Privacy Protection in U-Healthcare)

  • 유헬스케어 서비스의 급속한 발전과 보급에 힘입어 유헬스케어 서비스 기술은 많은 변화가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 유헬스케어 서비스는 보안상의 문제로 인하여 사용자의 민감한 의료정보가 제3자에게 유출되고 사용자의 프라이버시가 사용자의 동의없이 침해되는 문제가 발생되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유헬스케어 환경에서 사용되고 있는 환자의 프라이버시 정보에 안전하게 접근하기 위해서 병원관계자의 권한 및 접근 레벨에 따라 환자의 생체정보를 분산 접근하는 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 환자의 생체정보의 접근을 제어하는 동시에 타임스탬프를 통해 DoS 공격 예방과 최신성을 유지한다. 또한, 제안 모델은 병원관계자를 중앙에서 서버가 통합 관리하는 동시에 병원마다 병원관계자의 권한 및 레벨에 따라 접근을 제어하기 때문에 환자의 프라이버시 침해 및 의료정보 유출을 예방한다.

Current Problems of Criminal Law Protection of Information Relations in the Border Sphere

  • The article considers some issues of criminal law protection of information relations. With the emergence of new types of threats to Ukraine's national security in the field of protection and defense of the state border, the issues of development and strengthening of information protection become especially important. Proper compliance with information legislation also depends on the established responsibility for its violation, which rests on certain provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is stated that these norms are placed in different sections and do not have a proper systematization. The article singles out the subjects of information relations in the border area, which are subject to criminal law protection: persons who are not bound by stable relations with the SBGS (who cross the state border of Ukraine, etc.); persons who are members of the SBGS (servicemen and employees); SBGS as a public authority (official and secret information, information about the activities of the agency, its officials, etc.).

택시서비스 품질 저하의 선행요인들에 관한 실증적 연구 : 서울지역 택시의 교통사고율을 중심으로 (Empirical Study on the Determinants of Service Quality Deterioration of Taxi Industry : Based on Traffic Accidents by Taxi in Seoul)

  • Taxi, one of the passenger services, is an essential transportation system in our society. In spite of the importance of taxi service, deterioration of the service quality is continuously reported. In particular, taxi service failures due to traffic accidents have emerged as the most serious social problem which may incur a considerable amount of social costs. In this study, we focus on analyzing the causes of service quality deterioration-traffic accidents of both corporately owned and privately owned taxies in Seoul. The research objective is to find out the determinants of service quality deterioration of Taxi industry and to suggest policies for improving the taxi service in Seoul. We collected the archival data from KTSA (Korea Transportation Safety Authority) and ODP (Open Data Portal), which span from 2005 to 2014. Hierarchical regression analyses and a set of mediation tests are conducted. The root factors inducing traffic accidents of taxies are divided into competitive, and profitability factors. The statistical results indicate that the accident ratio per taxi is not only affected by competitive/profitability factors such as number of active taxi drivers, number of bus passengers, and taxi fare, but also mediated by the traffic violation ratio. To alleviate the current problems with taxi service in Seoul, we conclude that the number of taxies be reduced and the taxi fare be increased. Finally, we suggest several policies to improve the endemic taxi industry problems, over-supply and the low profitability by enhancing the linkage between service quality and profitability.

트램 운전자격제도 도입방안 연구 (Study on the Introduction of Tram Driving Qualifications)

  • 트램은 1900년대 초중반 대중교통으로서 많이 이용되어 왔으나, 이 후 교통체계가 자동차 중심으로 발전됨에 따라, 도시교통난 유발과 도시환경미관을 저해하는 등의 이유로 활용성이 낮아졌다. 최근에는 친환경적 최첨단 트램기술이 개발되어 트램에 대한 수요가 점차 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 트램 교통시스템이 철도와 도로교통의 두 가지 특성을 갖고 있음에도 불구하고 우리나라에서는 관련 법령에 트램 운전자의 자격에 대해서 규정하고 있지 않다. 트램은 도로 교통과 인접하거나 연계되어 운영되기 때문에 자동차와의 사고발생 가능성이 높으므로, 우리나라에 효과적으로 도입하기 위해서는 운전자의 자격요건을 정립함으로써 사고 시 피해를 최소화하고 신속한 대응이 가능하도록 해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위하여 해외 트램 운전자격제도를 조사, 검토하였고 이를 통해 철도안전법 및 하위법령 등 관련 법에 대한 보완방안을 고찰하였다.
