VoIP technology is Eight New Services among Ubiquitous-IT839 strategies. This paper tested wiretapping or VoIP service in connected a soft phone and LAN and WAN sections, Internet telephones and a device. IP PBX, a banner operator network to have been connected to VoIP Internet network. As a result of having experimented on wiretapping of VoIP networks, Vulnerability was found. and a wiretapping by attacks of a hacker was succeeded in a terminal and proxy and attachment points of a VoIP network like a hub to follow a CVE list. Currently applied a security plan of an each wiretapping section in viewpoints of 6 security function of Access Control. Confidentiality, Authentication. Availability, Integrity. Non-repudiation in VoIP networks named to 070. Prevented wiretapping of contents by the results, the AES encryption that executed wiretapping experiment about a packet after application of a security plan. Prevented wiretapping, and kept security and audit log. and were able to accomplish VoIP information protection to network monitoring and audit log by an access interception and qualification and message hash functions and use of an incoming refusal.

Using the sample of 104 mutual savings banks inspected by the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) on June 2011, this study examines if mutual savings banks manage BIS capital adequacy ratio using allowance for bad debts through comparison of BIS capital adequacy ratio before and after the 2011 when mutual savings banks experienced a large-scale restructuring by financial supervisory authorities. We find that mutual savings banks mainly use the allowance for bad debts to manage BIS capital adequacy ratio. It also shows that mutual savings banks with a business suspension order by FSS manage BIS capital adequacy ratio more than the others. Lastly, we find that Non Big4 auditors as well as Big 4 auditors don't effectively audit the use of the allowance for bad debts for mutual savings banks to manage their BIS capital adequacy ratio.

본 연구는 항공사 기내서비스의 서비스 프로세스분석을 통한 서비스품질감사 시스템 개발에 관한 연구이다. 서비스는 고객과의 상호작용에 의해 창출되는 그 특성으로 인해 과정이 중시된다. 서비스 프로세스에 관한 연구는 서비스 개발단계에서 전체 서비스의 효율을 위해 미리 계획하는 것이 일반적이나 고객과의 상호과정을 거친 서비스창출 후에도 그 품질을 측정하기 위해 여러 가지 방법으로 분석이 이루어진다. 본 연구에서는 서비스청사진 기법을 통하여 항공사 기내서비스의 서비스프로세스를 분석하고 이를 서비스품질감사를 위한 체크 리스트 도구개발에 활용하여 최종적으로는 항공사의 기내 서비스품질감사 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

In a dynamic IT environment, employees often utilize external IT resources to work more efficiently and flexibly. However, the use of external IT resources beyond its control may cause difficulties in the company. This is known as "Shadow IT." In spite of efficiency gains or cost savings, Shadow IT presents problems for companies such as the outflow of enterprise data. To address these problems, appropriate measures are required to maintain a balance between flexibility and control. Therefore, in this study, we developed a new information security management system called AIIMS (Advanced IT service & Information security Management System) and the Shadow IT Evaluation Model. The proposed model reflects a Shadow IT's attributes such as innovativeness, effectiveness, and ripple effect. AIIMS consists of five fields: current analysis; Shadow IT management plans; management process; education and training; and internal audit. There are additional management items and sub-items within these five fields. Using AIIMS, we expect to not only mitigate the potential risks of Shadow IT but also create successful business outcomes. Now is the time to draw to the Light in the Shadow IT.

Objective : Several studies have reported the association between posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and hypertension (HTN). The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of PTSD symptoms on blood pressure. Methods : Korean veterans of the Vietnam War with (n=62) or without PTSD (n=87) participated in this study. The clinician administered PTSD scale (CAPS) and alcohol use disorder identification test (AUDIT) were applied. Blood pressure, pulse rate, risk factors of HTN and demographic data of the subjects were collected. Effects of potential explanatory variables on HTN were analyzed with logistic regression. Results : Diastolic blood pressure was significantly higher in PTSD group (p=0.015). However, PTSD subjects showed significantly lower pulse rate than non-PTSD subjects (p=0.004). Logistic regression analysis showed that avoidance symptom might be a predictor for hypertension (OR=1.065, p=0.030). Conclusion : These results suggest that PTSD, especially avoidance symptom, might be a risk factor on HTN in the elderly with PTSD. Further studies are needed to evaluate the change of blood pressure according to the clinical improvement of PTSD.

Resort Hotel Rate System was first introduced as an official guideline after Tourism Promotion Act, which enables the secretary of transportation to rate resort hotel by its facility and accommodation, was enacted on January 18, 1971. And the system was modified time to time to what we currently have after numerous revisions. However, the system has made a slow progress compare to the other countries system and have shown many potential problems that need to be improved. There is a problem that it is not even clear whether the act is as effective to apply it to rate any resort hotel in reality. The hotel rate system was first introduced in 1970's and changed ever since, and it also changed the private organizations to audit the decision. However, unlike the hotels in other countries, our hotel rating system is not focus on the customer's service and informations. It focus on the hotel's quality so that cause the problem whether the hotel is for customer or not In other different countries, they have some specific standard for evaluation of customer service based on customers' reference or needs. However, there is no evaluation part concerning on customer service in Korea. Also, even the hotel rating system is not based on the hotel waitress or waiter's service part. It means the system is almost focus on the hotel's qualities. Therefore, customer who needs hotel service, can not trust whether they can choose the hotels which gives the right informations and good quality services. Although hotel's physical layout is important, the service part is also important for evaluating the hotel entirely. There are a lot of things to develop and to be changed in order to develop tourism industry in the process of decision about Hotel's level in Korea Thus, this research will summarize some problems which are revised through the former research of hotel's level. And it will compare the system of hotel's level between Korea and developed countries in hotel industry Additionally, I will show current tourism industry in Korea. Finally, I suggest the improvement proposal for the level system of hotel in Korea and process of this system in the future.

Windows Event Log is a format that records system log in Windows operating system and methodically manages information about system operation. An event can be caused by system itself or by user's specific actions, and some event logs can be used for corporate security audits, malware detection and so on. In this paper, we choose actions related to corporate security audit and malware detection (External storage connection, Application install, Shared folder usage, Printer usage, Remote connection/disconnection, File/Registry manipulation, Process creation, DNS query, Windows service, PC startup/shutdown, Log on/off, Power saving mode, Network connection/disconnection, Event log deletion and System time change), which can be detected through event log analysis and classify event IDs that occur in each situation. Also, the existing event log tools only include functions related to the EVTX file parse and it is difficult to track user's behavior when used in a forensic investigation. So we implemented new analysis tool in this study which parses EVTX files and user behaviors.

Users can access their data anywhere, at any time by using outsourced storage. But they cannot know how service provider manage the data. Even user cannot know when data damaged. To solve these problems, the outsourced storage auditing schemes has been proposed. Most proposed schemes are based on Homomorphic Verifiable Tags. But it has computational efficiency limitation because data used to exponent. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to outsourced storage auditing scheme using coefficient matrix. In the proposed scheme, data used to auditing by coefficient matrix form. Auditing procedures are proceed as solving the linear simultaneous equation. The auditor can audit easily by solving the equation using solution vector. The auditor can audit the n size data using sqrt(n) size data through out proposed scheme.

Quality management has become an pervasive philosophy in most sectors of business. Specific movements such as statistical quality control, quality circle, total quality management, and quality management system have become embedded in business organizations. Only the companies with competitive edge can survive in the competition in global market. KSA(Korean Standards Association) established in 1962 has launched all kinds of quality education, quality standard certification service for business, and KNQA(Korean National Quality Award) system. This article considers quality competitiveness excellent company award among KNQA. We performed a statistical analysis of audit data for quality competitiveness excellent company for three years, from 2015 to 2017. By using ANOVA and two sample t-tests, the average scores of 13 evaluation fields were significantly different depending on company size and type. We proposed ways to improve the current hall of fame system. We discovered that the average scores of 13 evaluation fields in the audit data according to years and hall of fame status were not significantly different. We also showed linear relationships among 13 evaluation fields by correlation analysis and obtained an estimated linear regression equation : Business Performance, which is a comprehensive index, as a dependent variable was significantly related to Customer Focus and Product Liability as regressor variables among 13 evaluation fields by regression analysis.

A majority of menopausal women experience serious depressive symptom because they are disturbed by their menstruation stop and by multiple physiological symptoms. The purpose of this study is to analyze the related factors of depressive symptom of menopausal women in Korea. A multiple regression model was used to study in association with depressive symptom, controlling for socio-economic characteristics, health status and behavior characteristics, women's health, and family support characteristics. For the data, Menopausal women were 4,680 peoples were selected for this study. PASW 18.0 was used to study in association with affecting factors of depressive symptom in the menopausal women The study shows that Education level, Marital status, Income, Employment status, Activity limitations, Perceived health status, Perceived body Image recognition, Current smoking, AUDIT, Frequency of induced abortion, Frequency of eating out, Breakfast with family, Lunch with family were associated with depressive symptom of menopausal women in Korea.
