구조방정식 모형을 활용한 시외버스 서비스 만족도 영향요인 분석 연구 -충남 시외버스 이용자를 대상으로- (Exploring Factors Influencing the use of Intercity-bus Services by means of a Structural Equation Model - Focusing on Intercity-bus Users in Chungcheongnam-do Province -)

  • 본 연구에서는 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 시외버스 서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석자료는 충남 시외버스 이용자를 대상으로 대인면접 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다. 분석결과, 환경요인이 운행요인보다 서비스 만족에 더 중요한 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 남성의 경우, 정류장청결과 교통카드충전의 편리성이 버스청결보다 중요한 요인이며, 여성의 경우, 정류장청결, 카드충전편리, 이용요금적정성 보다 버스청결이 더 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 또한, 환경요인의 만족도가 높아질수록 이용자는 이용했던 버스를 타인에 권유하는 의향이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 시외버스 서비스 만족도를 높이고 시외버스 이용을 활성화하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 버스의 청결도를 높여 쾌적한 환경을 제공하는 것이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구결과는 시외버스 이용 활성화를 위한 정책개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

이용자 만족도에 영향을 주는 기록정보서비스 품질 요인에 관한 연구 (Quality Attributes of Archival Information Service affecting User Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기록관 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향을 주는 기록정보서비스 품질요인을 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 독립변수로는 공평성, 유형성(외형성), 편리성, 응답성, 공감성을 선행연구를 통하여 도출하였으며 종속변수로는 이용자 만족도를 선정하였다. 기록관에서 기록정보서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 이용자를 대상으로 온·오프라인으로 설문을 요청하여 78부의 결과로 기술통계와 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 진행하였다. 상관분석 결과 기록정보서비스 품질 요인과 이용자 만족도 간에 양의 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였으며, 다중회귀분석 결과 유형성(외형성), 공감성, 편리성 순으로 이용자 만족도에 유의미한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 기록정보서비스 품질개선을 위해서는 시설 개선, 쾌적한 환경 유지, 이용자와의 공감 능력 향상, 기록관의 빠른 정보 업데이트와 검색 도구의 개선이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

감염병 확산에 따른 레스토랑 선택속성 변화 분석: 텍스트마이닝 기법 적용 (Analysis of Changes in Restaurant Attributes According to the Spread of Infectious Diseases: Application of Text Mining Techniques)

  • 2020년 3월, 코로나바이러스 팬데믹으로 선포되면서, 다양한 방역 조치가 취해져 왔다. 이에 따라, 관광 및 환대 산업 내의 많은 변화들이 야기되었다. 특히 레스토랑 산업에서는 비대면 서비스 및 좌석 간 거리두기 등 방역 지침이 시행되었다. 전통적으로 레스토랑 선택속성에 대한 연구는 분위기, 서비스 품질, 음식의 품질을 포함한 3가지 속성의 중요성이 강조해 온 데 반해, 코로나19 이후 레스토랑 이용자를 대상으로 레스토랑 선택속성을 탐색한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 코로나19라는 환대 산업 내의 환경적 변화에 대한 이해에 기반하여, 국내 온라인 리뷰 데이터 상에서 새로운 레스토랑 경험적 속성을 확인하기 위한 탐색적인 접근을 시도하였다. 본 연구는 서울 을지로 지역에 위치한 일반음식점 및 휴게음식점 475개로 네이버 플레이스에 등록된 총 31,115개의 온라인 리뷰를 분석 단위로 고려하였다. 분석 방법은 단어 빈도와 역문서 빈도의 곱으로 산출된 TF-IDF와 잠재적 토픽들을 추출하는 확률적 모델 알고리즘인 LDA 토픽모델링 기법을 통해 온라인 리뷰 내에서 단어들의 군집화를 통해 레스토랑 선택속성을 재분류하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 분위기, 서비스 품질, 음식 품질과 함께 코로나19 이후 레스토랑의 새로운 속성으로 "감염병 예방"요인이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 기존 레스토랑 선택속성에서 제시하는 세 가지 속성들을 범주화하고, 나아가 새로운 속성을 제시하였다는 점에서 기존 레스토랑 선택속성 문헌을 확장하여 학술적 의의가 있다. 나아가, 분석 결과에 기반하여 레스토랑 운영의 측면 및 정책적 관점에서의 실무적 제언을 시도하였다.

중요도-성취도 분석에 의한 백화점 의류점포속성 평가 (Evaluation of the Clothing Store Attributes in the Department Using Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study was to take the gauge of the importance-performance of the clothing store attribute in the department store. The survey was administered to customers of department stores in Deajeon city and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and importance-performance analysis were used to analyze the data of 37 clothing store attributes. The findings of this study were as bellows: 1. 8 factors were distracted from 37 clothing store attributes by factor analysis (Factor 1: goods, Factor 2; store's facility and environment, Factor 3; salesman and service, Factor 4; brand, Factor 5; price, Factor 6; store's atmosphere, Factor 7; convenience of the transportation and access, Factor 8; promotion and advertisement) 2. as results of importance-performance analysis, 10 attributes were shown in area I (high importance and high performance) which needed a strategy of Keep Up the Good Work, 6 attributes in area II (low importance but high performance) fitted a strategy of Possible Overkill, 12 attributes in area III (high importance but low performance) corresponded to a strategy of Concentrate Here, and finally a strategy of Low Priority was needed to 9 attributes in area IV (low importance and low performance).

HMR 선택속성이 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향: 고객가치의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Selection Attributes for HMR on Satisfaction and Loyalty: Focused on Moderating Role of the Customer Value)

  • The purposes of this study were to verify the effects of HMR (Home Meal Replacement) selection attributes on satisfaction and loyalty for HMR. In addition, the moderating role of customer value was examined among selection attributes of HMR, satisfaction and loyalty for HMR. Using a convenience sampling method, the data were collected from those who have bought HMR in Seoul and Kyonggi area. After a total of 235 responses were collected, 220 were used for the analyses. The multiple regression analyses were conducted to test the hypotheses. The results are as follows. First, it was found that product practicality and cooking convenience of HMR selection attributes had an effect on satisfaction of HMR but that ingredients safety and package & circulation period did not have an effect on satisfaction of HMR. Second, satisfaction of HMR significantly impacted loyalty for HMR. Third, in low group for customer value, product practicality of HMR selection attributes had an positive effect on satisfaction of HMR, and ingredients safety of HMR selection attributes had an negative effect on satisfaction of HMR. In high group for customer value, cooking convenience of HMR selection attributes had an positive effect on satisfaction of HMR. In low group as high group for customer value, satisfaction of HMR had a greater impact on loyalty for HMR.

항만물류서비스의 평가에 관하여 (On the Evaluation of Physical Distribution Service in Ports)

  • It is required to consider pricing and non-pricing factors and external economy in order to achieve the objects of physical distribution system in a port. Recently, among the three factors, much attention has been paid to non-pricing factor in the system. Although physical distribution service in a port(PDSP)has been frequently mentioned in documents and literature related to port and shipping studies, few study on it has not been systematically and scientifically made due to the following problems; $\circ$ there are not proper criteria to evaluate level and quality of PDSP and as a result it is difficult to set up a unified standard for doing so. $\circ$ algorithms to evaluate problems with complex and ambiguous attributes and multiple levels in PDSP are not available. This thesis aims to establish a paradigm to evaluate PDSP and to abvance existing decision making methods to deal with complex and ambiguous problems in PDSP. To tackle the first purpose, extensive and thorough literature survey was carried out on general physical distribution service, which is a corner stone to handle PDSp. In addition, through interviews and questionnaire to the expert, it have extracted 82 factors of physical distribution service in a port. They have been classified into 6 groups by KJ method and each group defined by the expert's advice as follows; a. Potentiality b. Exactness c. safety d. Speediness e. Convenience f. Linkage Prior to the service evaluation, many kinds of its attributes must be identified on the basis of rational decision owing to complexity and ambiguity inherent in PDSP. An analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is a method to evaluate them but it is not applicable to PDSP that have property of non-additivity and overlapped attributes. Therefore, probablility measure can not be used to evaluate PDSP but fuzzy measure is required. Hierarchical fuzzy integral method, which is merged AHP with fuzzy measure, is also not effective method to evaluate attributes because it has vary complicated way to calculate fuzzy measure identification coefficient of attributes. A new evaluation algorithm has been introduced to solve problems with multi-attribute and multi-level hierarchy, which is called hierarchy fuzzy process(HFP).Analysis on ambiguous aspects of PDSP under study which is not easy to be defined is prerequisite to evaluate it. HFP is different from algorithm existed in that it clarified the relationship between fuzzy measure and probability measure adopted in AHP and that it directly calculates the family of fuzzy measure from overlapping coefficient and probability measure to treat and evaluate ambiguous and complex aspects of PDSP. A new evaluation algorithm HFP was applied to evaluate level of physical distribution service in the biggest twenty container port in the world. The ranks of the ports are as follows; 1. 친환경 식품 전문점의 점포속성이 지각된 가치와 충성도에 미치는 영향: 배송 서비스의 조절효과 (Effect of Eco-Friendly Food Store Attributes on Perceived Value and Loyalty: Moderating Effect of Delivery Service)

  • Purpose: The online market is growing the most in history due to the expansion of non-face-to-face commerce. In addition, as consumers' interest in health, food safety, and environment increases, interest in and consumption of eco-friendly agricultural products is also increasing. Therefore, in the case of a specialty store that sells eco-friendly organic agricultural products, a marketing strategy that can increase customer loyalty by reflecting these consumer needs is necessary. In this study, the store attributes of eco-friendly food stores are classified into location, assortment, price, quality, and employee service, and the effect of each store attribute on utilitarian and hedonic value is investigated. Research design, data, and methodology: The subjects of this study were customers who visited an eco-friendly food store. Of the 511 survey responses, 311 were used for statistical verification, excluding 200 who had not visited within the last 3 months. For statistical analysis, Smart PLS 3.0 was used, and after checking the validity and reliability of the items, hypothesis testing was performed. Result: As a result of the study, it was found that assortment, quality, and employee service among store attributes had a positive (+) effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Second, location had no significant effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Third, price did not appear to have a positive (+) effect on the utilitarian value, and it was found to have a positive (+) effect on the hedonic value. Fourth, It was investigated whether the presence or absence of delivery service had an effect on store attributes between utilitarian and hedonic value, and it was found that there was a significant effect between employee service and hedonic value. Conclusions: Among eco-friendly food store environment management will be required in order to provide food that meets the tastes and needs of consumers by diversifying the taste, standard, and quality grade of food, and to maintain or improve the quality. In order to unlike other stores, eco-friendly food stores have high price resistance from the point of view of consumers, so it is necessary to diversify promotional media such as YouTube and SNS to raise awareness of eco-friendly organic food.

대학급식소 서비스 품질 속성에 대한 IPA 분석 - 대전지역 남학생과 여학생 비교 (Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) of Service Quality Attributes of University Foodservice - A Comparison of Male and Female Students' Perceptions in Daejeon)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate students' perception on importance and performance of service quality of university foodservice, and to examine Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) of foodservice quality for male and female students. A total of 500 university students in Daejeon were surveyed and 432 responses were returned. Excluding responses with significant missing data, 412 responses were used for data analysis. In terms of importance of service quality attributes, 'sanitation(4.74)' category received the highest score, followed by 'food(4.36)', 'service(4.22)', 'convenience(4.01)', 'menu(3.90)' and 'atmosphere(3.73)'. In terms of performance, the highest service quality attribute was associated with 'convenience(3.30)', followed by 'service(3.06)', 'sanitation(2.95)', 'food(2.88)', 'atmosphere(2.79)' and 'menu(2.68)'. As the results of IPA, 'staff's kindness', 'overall quality of service', 'taste of the food', 'freshness of the food', 'overall quality of the food', and 'cleanliness of the facility' fell into the Quadrant IV(Focus here) for female students. On the other hand, male students' IPA grid illustrated that 'taste of the food', 'freshness of the food', 'nutrition of the food', 'sanitation of the food', and 'sanitation of the utensils' fell into Quadrant IV(Focus here).

Understanding and Predicting Online Service Continuance: A Theoretical Integration of User Satisfaction and Technology Acceptance

  • The increasing popularity of the Internet has led to the emergence of online service delivered by websites. Given large investments in these websites, it is important to retain existing customers in online service contexts. In order to understand how website information and system attributes may influence perceived usefulness of using the websites, customer satisfaction, and ultimate continuous usage behaviors, we develop a model to integrate user satisfaction with technology acceptance. Furthermore, this integration is sharpened through the synthesis with research on continuous usage of online service based on customer satisfaction. We then test the model using a sample of 236 respondents who have used one of the most popular Internet blog and community service in South Korea within the last three months. The analysis results suggest that website information and system attributes play key roles in forming continuous intention of the service and perceived playfulness serves as an important moderator toward customer satisfaction. Our model is more likely to help link website design and invesment decisions to the strategy for retaining existing customers in the context of online service.

A Study on the Service Design for Online Service Company to Enhance User Experience

  • Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate service design cases by online service companies and suggests framework to understand service design of them. Background: Recently, exploratory service design cases by online service companies such as Google, Apple, and NHN has been developed. Service design and online service experience design has been booming among user experience professionals but these two areas are not clearly defined. It is interesting to study the definition and key factors of service design and online service experience design. Moreover, investigating service design cases by online service companies is needed. Method: Due to diversification of service design cases by online service companies, this study has reviewed online resources and literatures about top 5 online service companies in USA and Korea. Furthermore, this study used expert interview who worked for service design at NHN. To understand the attributes of service design cases, this study developed 3 types of service design classifications scheme such as service design as extension of online service, space design and event service design. Finally, this study suggested a new framework for service design cases. Results: This study investigated service design cases by online service companies and suggests key issues and frameworks to uncover service design for online service. Conclusion: Service design cases for online service was analyzed by $2^*2$ matrix(extension, $enrichment^*product$, service) to explain characteristics and attributes. NHN's Knowledge-iN bookshelf at NHN library1 is a unique form of service design as a tool of enrichment of online experience. Application: The results of this study might help to understand service design cases and plan new service design for online service companies with structured framework.
