의료소비자, 서비스 및 시장 특성요인과 고객충성도와의 관계 분석 -1개 중소도시의 의료이용 경험자를 대상으로- (How Are Consumers, Service and Market Factors Related to Customer Loyalty in Medical Service? -Targeting the Medical Consumer in a City-)

  • Objectives : This study was performed to explore customer royalty and the related factors. Methods : 900 households(a 1% sample) were randomly selected from the total population of K city located in Kangwon province. An interview survey was performed with using a structured questionnaire for the subjects(923 persons) who had used medical service during the year before the survey, and the survey was done September, 2002. Results : When comparing the relating factors related with customer royalty according to the sociodemographic characteristics, the older group showed a significantly higher level of recognition for service quality, service reputation, internal customers' attitudes and switching cost. The lower income group showed a higher level of recognition for service quality, service image and switching cost. The lower educated group showed a higher level of recognition for service reputation, service image and internal customers' attitudes. The higher educated group showed a higher level of recognition for perceived risk, and seeking variety. In addition, the expert group or the service and manufacturing workers group showed a higher level of recognition for service involvement. On multiple regression analysis, internal customers' attitudes, service image, service reputation, service quality, switching cost, and substitutability showed significant relations with customer loyalty. Conclusions : This study showed that customer loyalty was significantly influenced by service factors like internal customers' attitudes, service image, service reputation, and service quality, and by market factors like switching cost, and substitutability. The results of this study can be used as a baseline for developing strategies to create and keep customers with high loyalty.

대학생의 사회봉사동기, 태도 및 자존감에 관한 연구 (The Relationships among Motivation, Attitude and Self-esteem of Voluntary Service)

  • The purpose of this study is to test the motivation, attitude of voluntary service and self-esteem of college students. Therefore it can give the fundamental data of the institutionalization plan and to find the activative methods of voluntary system. This study is based on the questionaire, that was consisted of motivation, attitude of voluntary service and self-esteem. For this study, 223 college students were answered. The data was collected from 10th to 30th September 2002. The results of this study are as follows : 1. $\cdot$The mean score on the motivations scale of voluntary service was $3.221{\pm}0.42$. $\cdot$The mean score on the attitudes scale of voluntary service was $3.28{\pm}0.49$. $\cdot$The mean score on the self-esteem was $2.56{\pm}0.46$. 2. There were significant differences between voluntary service was self motivated(F= 11.12, p= 0.000), the students who will participate very active in voluntary service aftergraduation(F= 11.12, p= 0.000), and the motivations of voluntary service. 3. There were significant differences between the students who will participate very active in voluntary service after graduation (F= 8.23, p= 0.000) and the attitudes of voluntary service. 4. There were significant differences between voluntary service was self motivated (F=4.69, p= 0.004), the students who will participate very active in voluntary service after graduation(F=2.49, p=0.045), the parents who have the experience of voluntary service(F= 5.03, p= 0.026), the students who have the experience of voluntary service before college entrance. 5. There was positively significant correlation between the motivations of voluntary service and the attitudes (r= .693, P=0.01), the attitudes and self-esteem (r= .326, p=0.01), and the motivations of voluntary service and self-esteem (r= .305, p=0.01).

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to understand the attitudes to internal service quality between coworkers, service quality to patients, job satisfaction, organizational identification and job identification of physical therapists in medical organizations. Methods : Data were collected from physical therapists working in medical organizations. 195 questionnaires were analyzed. Participants' total mean, group mean by age, sex, career and type of medical organization and the variables' correlations were examined. Results : The attitudes of physical therapists to five variables were very positive. Especially job identification was strong. The significant differences between groups were found in some variables. All variables except age and career were positively related to each other. The correlation between age and career was very high. Age and career were related to some of variables. Conclusion : To improve organizational performances it should be a top priority to understand the attitudes of physical therapists in organizations.

학교급식 영양사의 서비스 리더십이 조리종사원의 태도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Dietitians' Service Leadership on School Foodservice Employees' Attitudes)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine school foodservice employees' awareness on dietitians' service leadership and to analyze the effects of the service leadership on employee attitudes (leader reliability, value correspondence, and leader satisfaction). Questionnaires were distributed to 208 school foodservice employees from November 2007 to January 2008. The results were as follows. First, in terms of the employees' perception on the dietitians' service leadership, service belief gained the highest score, followed by insight, attitude, and ability: the average score was 3.8 point. Second, the leader reliability and leader satisfaction scores perceived by the employees were over 3.8 point on average but the awareness on the value correspondence was 3.43 point. Third, among the service leadership factors, service belief (p<0.001) and insight (p<0.001) had positive effects on leader reliability. Also, service belief (p<0.01), service ability (p<0.001), and insight (p<0.01) had positive effects on value correspondence. Finally, service belief (p<0.001), service ability (p<0.05), and insight (p<0.001) had positive effects on leader satisfaction. Fourth, a hypothesis test using path analysis revealed that dietitians' service leadership produced positive effects on school foodservice employees' attitudes (leader reliability, value correspondence, and leader satisfaction). In conclusion, the service leadership of dietitians directly contributed to leader satisfaction, value correspondence, and leader reliability in school foodservice employees.

학교급식 조리종사자의 식품위생안전성에 대한 지식, 태도 및 실천에 관한 연구-제1보 (Studies on the Food Hygiene & Safety Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices of Kitchen Employees in School Food-Service Programs-Part 1)

  • The purpose of the present study was to assess food hygiene and safety knowledge, attitudes, and practices of food-service personnel in school food-service programs and to find factors affecting their knowledge, attitudes, and practices. A self-administered questionnaire was offered to a random sample of 40 kitchen employees in elementary schools in one region of Korea, with 37 completing the survey, a response rate of 92.5%. The survey was carried out over a two-month period (April-May, 2001). Knowledge score of the employees was high with a mean/standard deviation of 4.75/0.32 on a 5.0-point scale. They had significantly lower attitude score (4.55$\pm$0.33) and practice score (4.55$\pm$0.45) compared to the score of knowledge (p<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that (1) the employees' education level and work experience in school food-service programs affected their knowledge, (2) age, level of living, monthly income, and housing type affected their attitudes, and (3) monthly income, level of living, housing type, and work experience in school food-service programs affected their practices. Pearson's correlation analysis confirmed that the knowledge and attitude scores were significantly correlated (r=0.598, p<0.001). The results indicate that the knowledge, attitude, and practice levels of the employees regarding the food hygiene and safety were better than expected, however, the results suggest a need for the adoption of approaches which take account of socio-economic and environmental influences on behavior to improve and maintain their practice level. The food-handling practices of school food-service employees need to be monitored routinely in order to ensure that safe food is served to our school children.

관계요인의 매개효과를 통한 종합사회복지관 종사자의 직무태도에 관한 실증적 분석 (An Analysis on Working Attitude of Workers in Integrated Social Welfare Facilities through Mediation Effects of Relationship Factors)

  • 본 연구는 종합사회복지관의 종사자를 대상으로 종합사회복지관 종사자의 서비스 질이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 종합사회복지관 종사자의 서비스 질인 유형성, 신뢰성, 대응성, 확신성, 공감성이 관계요인인 관계친밀성과 클라이언트맞춤화를 매개로 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 종사자의 직무태도를 해결하기 위한 함의를 제시한다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 종합사회복지관 종사자의 서비스 질인 신뢰성, 대응성, 확신성은 종사자의 직무태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 관계친밀성과 클라이언트맞춤화는 조직몰입과 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 났다. 따라서 종합사회복지관 종사자의 직무태도에 미치는 신뢰성, 대응성, 확신성은 매우 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 관계친밀성과 클라이언트맞춤화는 종사자의 직무태도를 향상시키는데 중요한 관계요인으로 입증되었다. 본 연구는 종합사회복지관 종사자의 서비스 질과 직무태도와의 관계에 대한 정책적 시사점을 대안으로 제시하였다.

한일 초등 예비교사들의 천문학 기초개념 이해와 천문학에 대한 태도 (Comparison of the Pre-service Elementary Teachers' Understandings of the Basic Concepts of Astronomy and Their Attitudes Toward Astronomy between Korea and Japan)

  • 이 논문에서는 한국과 일본의 초등 예비교사들이 가지고 있는 천문학 기초개념에 대한 이해 정도와 천문학에 대한 태도를 조사하여 비교하였다. 천문학 기초개념 및 지식은 1998년에 천문교육연구협의회(The Collaboration for Astronomy Education Research, CAER)에서 개발한 천문학진단검사지(Astronomy Diagnostic Test, ADT ver.2.0)의 21문항에서 한일 양국의 중등학교 교육과정을 고려하여 선정한 12개 문항을 양국의 언어로 번안하여 투입하였다. 천문학 기초개념 및 지식에 대한 검사문항의 신뢰도는 0.69이었다. 천문학 태도에 대한 검사는 제일릭 등(Zeilik et at., 1999)이 개발한 천문학태도조사지(the Survey of Attitudes Towards Astronomy, SATA)를 그대로 번역하여 사용하였다. 신뢰도는 0.87이었다. 조사 결과 천문학 기초개념에 대한 한국의 예비교사들의 정답률은 38%이었고 일본은 37%이었지만, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 없었다. 천문학에 대한 태도에서는 한국의 초등 예비교사가 일본보다 높았다. 특히 천문학에 대한 인지적 능력과 가치의 범주는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 이 연구를 통해 부가적으로, 한국과 일본의 초등 예비교사들의 가진 천문학 기초개념이 지식의 수준이 40%, 미만이었으며, 천문학에 대한 태도 점수가 미국의 대학생들에 비하여 상당히 낮다는 점을 발견할 수 있었다.

금연광고가 대학생들의 금연인식에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Anti-Tobacco Ads on College's Students' Perception)

  • In this paper, we investigated and analyzed influence of tobacco countermarketing advertisements on university students' attitudes about smoking. For the investigation and analysis, we made up a questionnaire twice before and after watching antitobacco advertisements using the same questionnaire. We analyzed message framing, message theme category, and main effects and interaction effects between smoking experiences in attitudes on smoking before(pre-watching attitudes on smoking) and after(post-watching attitudes on smoking) watching antitobacco advertisements by the questionnaire results. In the analysis results using ANOVA test by diverse factors, we verified that efficacy of advertisement messages in positive group of pre-watching attitudes on smoking are better than in negative group. We also verified that interaction effects between message framing and message theme category about changes of post-watching attitudes on smoking are more efficient for changes of smoking attitudes when message theme is negative message rather than positive message.

병역필 여부에 따른 남자 대학생의 성지식, 성태도 및 성행동에 관한 연구 (Influence of Military Service Experience on Sexual Knowledge, Attitudes, and Behavior of Male College Students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the difference of sexual knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of college students who fulfilled military service and those who did not, for providing basic data for developing nursing interventions for the college students. Methods: This study used a descriptive research design. The subjects of this study were 3,741 male college students. Data were collected through personal interviews using questionnaires from November to December 2007. The sexual knowledge, attitudes, and behavior measurement tool was used. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test and chi-square test. Results: The major findings of this study were as follows: 1) There was a statistically significant difference in sexual knowledge of contraception / abortion(p = .002, t = 3.16), venereal disease(p = .006, t = .2.73), sexual attitude of sexual behavior(p = .002; t = 3.13) and sexual double think(p = .047, t = 1.98) according to military service 2) There was a statistically significant difference in sexual behavior experience frequency of 9 items(friendship with opposite sex, kiss / embracing, petting, porno magazine / porno video contact, masturbation, sexual intercourse via anus, sexual intercourse via mouth, cause pregnancy, cause abortion: p < .000, $x^2$ = 39.47; p < .000, $x^2$ = 55.88; p < .000, $x^2$ = 46.76; p = .034, $x^2$ = 6.77; p = .017, $x^2$ = 12.05; p = .003, $x^2$ = 14.24; p < .000, $x^2$ = 47.70; p < .000, $x^2$ = 23.86; p < .000, $x^2$ = 21.84) respectively according to military service. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that sexual knowledge, attitudes and behavior differ before and after the experience of military service, so further study for detecting military sex culture character effecting difference in sex knowledge, attitudes and behavior is needed.

교사의 AIDS 관련 지식 . 태도 . 행위 . 관심도에 관한 연구 (The Study on Teachers' Knowledge, Attitudes, Behaviors, and Interests regarding to AIDS)

  • A study of 232 secondary school teachers was conducted to explore their knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and interests concerning AIDS and HN infection, in order to develop in-service training program for teachers and effective teaching strategies across the curriculum for students. 1. Teachers of 12.9% reported that they had attended in-service training concerning AIDS and HIV. 2. Teachers of 75.4%, 68.2%, 73.7% offered correct answers to the knowledge section pertaining to the transmission of HN, prevention of mv infection, and HIV antibody testing. 3. Significant correlations were found among knowledge, attitudes, interests, and between interests and behaviors, related to AIDS and HIV. Teachers who had relatively more knowledge and positive attitudes related to AIDS, had an more interest in AIDS, expressed stronger intentions to care for, and took more positive attitudes toward working with and teaching AIDS patients than other teachers did.(Correlation through Factor Analysis).
