식물관찰 활동 및 관찰일지 쓰기를 활용한 수업에 대한 예비초등교사들의 반응 분석 (Analysis of Pre-service Elementary Teachers' Responses to Learning using Plant-observation Activities and Observation Journal Writing)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the responses of pre-service elementary teachers to the plant learning using plant-observation activities and observation journal writings. Thirty pre-service teachers participated in this study. Before and after practicing plant observation and observation journal writing for 11 weeks, pre-service teachers' interest to plants, attitude to plant-observation teaching, and plant-observation teaching efficacy were examined using a questionnaire. Also, the observation journals, reflective journal writings, and interviews were analyzed to investigate their qualitative change. In addition, the pre-service teachers were classified by multi-dimensional scaling and cluster analysis with respect to attitude to plant-observation teaching and observation journal writing, and teaching efficacy. While the pre-service teachers showed significant increase of the interest to plants and plant-observation teaching efficacy, and positive change of the attitude to plant-observation teaching, there was a little difference between gender with more positive effects on females. The positive attitude changes of pre-service teachers included positive recognition about plants and the diversity, increased interest and curiosity about plants, careful observation about nearby plants, and independent learning and positive inquiry with plants. In terms of teaching efficacy, they showed positive change such as enjoyment and satisfaction with plant-observation, confidence as elementary teachers in the future, and recognition about the importance of elementary teachers for plant education. However, the changes were different among the groups classified by attitude to plant-observation teaching and observation journal writings, and plant-observation teaching efficacy.

외식 이벤트 이용자들의 지각 위험과 태도.행동 간의 영향 관계 연구 (The Effects of the Food Service Event Users' on Attitude and Behavior Perceived Risk)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 외식 이벤트 이용자들의 지각된 위험 및 태도와 행동 간의 영향 관계를 밝혀 고객 지향적인 외식 이벤트 마케팅의 전략 도출 및 고객의 가치 제고를 효율적으로 실현할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 함에 있다 예비 조사는 2008년 5월 9일부터 동년 5월 11일까지 '경남사랑 2008'(경남창원) 외식 이벤트에서 참가자 예비 설문지 조사를 실시하였고, 2차 실증 설문보정은 'Gyeongbuk Food Expo 2008'(경상북도 영주) 동년 11월에 실시하였으며, 본 설문은 '2009 울진대게 국제축제' 대상으로 하여 외식 이벤트를 이용하고 나오는 고객들을 대상으로 출구 조사를 실시하였다. 배포된 설문지는 행사 1일차~2일차에 250부가 배포되었으며 245부가 회수되었으나, 응답이 불성실한 26부를 제외한 219부가 분석에 사용되었다. 연구의 결과는 외식 이벤트 이용자들의 지각 위험은 태도에 영향을 주며, 이용자들은 다양한 상품을 기대하는 것이 아닌 이용자들의 기호와 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 상품과 가치 부여만이 이용자 만족과 재이용을 유도할 수 있다는 것으로 이에 따른 이용자의 행동은 외식 이벤트의 홍보에 중요한 역할의 관계가 있음을 나타내고, 이용자 태도에 의한 재구매가 이루어짐을 나타낸다. 추천은 태도에 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 영양에서는 영양적 가치가 있으면서 유기농 식품을 이용한 외식 이벤트가 금전적인 낭비나 시간 낭비가 될 위험이 적은 외식 이벤트가 될 때 외식 이벤트 이용자들의 만족과 재방문 의도, 구전효과는 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있다.

소셜 로그인 서비스 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 개인 혁신성의 조절효과 (Factors Affecting Attitudes toward Social Login Services: The Moderating Role of Individual Innovativeness)

  • Due to the increase in the use of the Internet, it is becoming more common to provide or use a social login for registering for services. Herein, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of security, individual innovativeness, ubiquity and brand awareness on the use of social log-in service through the individuals' attitude who have memorized various IDs and passwords by using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). In addition, the effect of individual innovativeness on the relationship between social login characteristic factors and attitudes toward social login services are examined. Based on the statistical results, it is found that the significant factors affecting the attitude toward the social login service are the security, ubiquity, brand awareness and perceived usefulness. Moreover, the individual innovativeness is found to have the moderating effects in the relationship between the three factors (the perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use, and security) and attitude toward the social login service. Positive attitudes increase with the usefulness, ease of using social login serive when individual innovativeness is high. On the other hand, when individual innovativeness is low, the stronger the effect of security on attitude toward the social login services. In accordance with these results, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

Social Supports from Organization and Customer: An Integrated Model

  • This study applies the job-demands resource (JD-R) model to investigate the interactive effect of job demands and job resources in predicting the development of service employee work engagement and customer-oriented attitude. This paper proposed a theoretical model that suggests that the service employee's work engagement is the consequence of the employee's perceived support from the organization and its customers (customer participation) and leads to a customer-oriented attitude. However, the effect of organizational support is somewhat hindered by job insecurity, demonstrating the inability of an organizationally provided job resource to overcome the job demand of job insecurity. As a type of job demand from customer's perspective, customer crowding is suggested as a negative moderator in the link between customer participation and work engagement. As such, this article proposes how different elements of a service employee's work environment interact to ultimately influence the service employee's customer-oriented attitude. Specifically, the current research focuses on how the negative contextual elements of job insecurity and job crowding (i.e., job demands) interact with the potentially positive elements of organizational support and customer participation (i.e., job resources), as well as with an employee's customer orientation, to ultimately develop a customer-oriented attitude. This study concludes with some propositions for potential causal relationships among key constructs that can be empirically tested in future research, as well as implications of the current study for both managers and researchers.

온디맨드 O2O(Online to Offline)서비스에 대한 소비자의 심리적 애착과 즐거움 및 신뢰성이 서비스만족도와 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Consumer's Psychological Attachment and Enjoyment, Trust on Satisfaction and Attitude toward On-Demand O2O(Online to Offline) Service)

  • 본 연구는 O2O서비스에 대한 선행 연구와는 달리 온디맨드 O2O 서비스에 대한 소비자의 심리적 요인에 중점을 두었다. 이를 위해 152명을 대상으로 정량, 정성 조사를 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였으며 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 정성조사로서 O2O 서비스에 대한 소비자의 지각을 살펴보고, 정량조사를 통해 소비자의 심리적 요인이 서비스의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 서비스에 대한 애착과 즐거움, 신뢰성을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 온디맨드 O2O서비스에 대한 만족도에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 심리적 요인은 서비스에 대한 신뢰성이며, 서비스태도에서는 소비자의 심리적 애착이 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 소비자의 입장에서 온디맨드 O2O 서비스에 대한 소비자의 심리적 요인을 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 본 연구 결과를 통해 온디맨드 O2O서비스의 확장을 위해서는 소비자의 심리적 애착과 신뢰성을 우선적으로 고려해야 할 것이다.

학교급식의 관리와 효과에 대한 초등교사들의 태도 분석 (Analysis of Elementary School Teachers' Attitude Toward School Food Service Management and Effect)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the general problems of school food service and to explore a way to improve it, by examining elementary school teacher's consciousness and attitude toward it that gave a big impact on children's development of food habit. For attaining the purpose, the following research questions were posed : 1) What's elementary school teacher attitude toward school food service management? 2) What's elementary school teacher attitude toward school food service effect on children? 3) What's elementary school teacher opinion about how to develop school food service? The subjects of study were 328 male or female teachers who served at elementary school in urban and rural area, including eup, myon, or farming and fishing villages, Kyonggi province. A questionnaire survey was conducted over them. The conclusions were as follows: 1) Teacher Attitude Toward School Food Service Management Concerning food service place, the subjects were more satisfied at food service room(73.3%) than at classroom(23.0%). They responded that food service room was more effective, than classroom, for food transportation, distribution and post-arrangement. Their satisfaction at food service place was significantly different. The older teachers considered personnel management and cooking room's sanitary management to be more efficient, and their age made a significant difference to their consciousness of these things. Many teachers(63.1%) thought the measures to prevent and manage group food poisoning were relatively efficient. The male teachers expressed more affirmative view on the efficiency of school food expense management and menu preparation than female teachers, and there was a significant disparity between male and female teachers. 2) Elementary School Food Service Effect School food service was thought to be very effective for physical growth(74.1%) and physical strength improvement(70.1%). Teachers at smaller school revealed more affirmative response toward school food service effect on correcting an unbalanced diet, and older teachers considered its effect on nutrition knowledge acquisition and learning outcome to be more great. Teachers at larger school put less value on its effect on table manners, and school size produced a significant difference. The number of teachers who thought school food service generally raised parent concern and support for school(36.6%) was a little more than that of teachers who didn't think so(15.2%). And the number of teachers who didn't consider its effect on improving parent food life to be good(29.3%) was slightly more than that of teachers who did. 3) School Food Service Reform Measure What's most urgently needed for better school food service management appeared to be an expansion of facilities concerned, followed by more effective food distribution and transport, cooking room's better sanitary management, more successful food poisoning prevention and management, more effective food expense management, and an increase of food service personnel in the order named. The most effective means of school food service education was found to be a creation of link system to family, followed by a development of school food service education program, a development of teaching materials, an insertion of school food service in curriculum, and teacher education in the order named.

Exploring the Antecedents of Price Fairness in the Fast Food: A case of McDonald's

  • This study aims to investigate the influencing attributes on price fairness in the domain of fast food service context. As the research subject, this research selects McDonald's business because of its market share in the fast food market. Five attributes are examined to account for price fairness. The attributes are advertising attitude, employee service, waiting, convenience, and brand love. This study performed survey to collect the data. The survey participants are university students because they are essential market segment for fast food business. The number of observation is 299 for the data analysis. To analyze the data, this research used various statistical instruments (e.g., frequency analysis, mean and standard computation, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, correlation matrix, and multiple regression analysis). Regarding the results, this research identified advertising attitude, employee service, and brand love are influential attributes to establish price fairness of university students. This research could inform the marketing director of food service business to understand university students target better.

커피전문점의 광고실행 유형이 고객의 상표태도 및 구매의도 형성과정에 미치는 영향 (Customers' Brand Attitude and Purchase Intention Formation Process by Advertising Execution Types - A Korean Coffee Shop Case)

  • 관광 서비스 업체들은 광고라는 커뮤니케이션 수단을 이용하여 고객들의 태도를 자사 상품에 호의적으로 변화 또는 유지 시키려 노력한다. 그리고 효과적인 설득적 메시지를 전달하기 위하여 광고실행 방법에 변화를 주고자 한다. 본 연구에는 감성적 광고실행과 인지적 광고실행 유형이 고객들의 광고태도, 상표태도, 그리고 구매의도에 상이한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 조사하였다. 연구결과 광고실행의 유형에 따라 영향력의 정도에 차이를 보이는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 감성적 광고실행 방법을 적용한 광고의 경우 광고태도는 상표태도에 유의한 영향을 미치나 구매의도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 반면, 인지적 광고실행의 방법의 광고의 경우는 광고태도가 상표태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향의 정도는 크지 않으나 두 변수에 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악 되었다.

남성 세분시장별 이.미용서비스 만족도와 재방문 의도의 비교 (Comparison on Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit among Men's Beauty Service Markets)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify men's beauty service markets based on socio-cultural appearance attitude and to compare their satisfaction and intention to revisit beauty service. The study was done by survey method. Data of three hundred men aged from 20's to 40's were collected by on-line survey. Descriptive analyses, factor analyses, cluster analyses, Duncan tests, multiple regressions, and path analyses were applied. The results are as follows: First, five factors were found for men's socio-cultural attitude for their appearance. They were high involvement in appearance, social appearance, appearance satisfaction, appearance comparison and low involvement in appearance. Second, cluster analysis based on socio-cultural attitude produced three customer groups such as high involvement, social concern & satisfaction, and low involvement. Third, customer groups showed significant differences in some demographics and some items of service dimensions, which resulted in significant differences in satisfaction, and intention to revisit beauty shop services. A high involvement group was composed of young and unmarried men with more frequent visit to beauty shop service. In general, both the high involvement and the social concern & satisfaction groups showed higher evaluations than the low concern group in some of service items, level of satisfaction, and intention to revisit. In conclusion, attitude on their appearance could be useful factors in segmenting men's beauty service market. Levels and types of beauty shop service should be differentiated among consumer markets.

간호사의 사회봉사활동에 대한 인식과 태도 (A Study on Recognition and Attitudes toward the Social Service Activity of Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate recognition and attitudes about social service activity(SSA) of nurses. Method: This was a descriptive study. The data was collected from July 15 to 31, 2002 by using a self-report questionnaire consisting of general characteristics(15items), recognition(24items) and attitude(23items) about SSA. The questionnaire was sent to 711 nurses of 38 hospitals in the Gyounggi province area, and 664 questionnaires were returned. The answer rate was 93.4%. The data was analyzed by the SPSS 12.0 Win program. Result: Seventy-one percent of nurses had a SSA experience during university, but only 14.2% nurses participate in SSA now. The mean score of recognition of SSA was 3.58($\pm$0.45), and that of attitude was 3.70($\pm$0.42). The relationship between recognition and attitude had a positive correlation(r=.398, p=.000), the higher the score of recognition, the higher the score of attitude. Conclusion: From these results, to improve nurses' participation in SSA, research to investigate the barrier factors of SSA participation in spite of the high level of recognition and attitude is needed. Programs for nurses to participate in SSA and systemic management should be set up.
