Objectives: We developed a registry guidance to provide a standard for data collection, analysis and methodical management of information on the influence of drug exposure on pregnant women and fetus. Methods: We surveyed guidances and regulations of clinical trials and the pharmaceutical affairs law, compared them with Pregnancy Exposure Registry of other countries and in addition, investigated related references. We found the flaws of the present registry and supplemented it based on better results from other countries. Results: We developed a concrete and detailed report that included pregnancy drug exposure cases necessary for close monitoring, types and characteristics of data on pregnancy drug exposure, the requirements of registry data, and essential items needed to be researched. Conclusions: Information on pregnancy drug exposure in Korea can be effectively collected by using this report which provides a comprehensive assess to drug's influence on pregnant women and fetus, and in addition, accurate information about safety and effectiveness of drug use in pregnant women and fetus can be obtained by sharing data globally and managing it synthetically and systematically.

16 chicken isolates and four clinical isolates of VanB-vanA incongruent vancomycinresistant Enterococcus faecium strains without vanS were isolated in 1999. Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis revealed only a peripheral relationship between the chicken isolates and clinical isolates, but suggested clonal spread in the chicken isolates.

Water extracts of Acanthopanax divaricatus var. albeofructus (ADA) fruits were used to treat hPBMC to determine the mechanisms for the immunomodulatory effects. The secretion level of various cytokines including Th-1 type (IL-2, L-12, $IFN-{\gamma}$ and $TNF-{\alpha}$) and Th-2 type (IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10) were measured using ELISA. A significant increase of Th-1 type cytokine secretion was observed in the presence of extract while Th-2 cytokine, IL-6 was suppressed. Our results suggest that ADA fruit extract may influence the anticancer immune responses towards a predominance of Th-1 cytokines in the immune system.

본 논문은 얼굴의 크기에 무관하게 적용 가능한 효율적인 얼굴 검출 및 얼굴 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템에서는 먼저 스킨필터(skin filter)를 이용하여 눈, 코, 입을 포함한 얼굴 영역을 검출하며, 검출된 얼굴 영역을 로그-극좌표(log-polar) 이미지로 변환한다. 변환된 로그-극좌표 이미지에서 자동상관관계(autocorrelation) 기법을 이용하여 얼굴의 특징을 추출한 후, 고유얼굴(eigenface) 인식 기법으로 얼굴을 인식한다. 실험을 통하여 제안된 시스템이 평균 $97.83\%$의 인식률을 보여주었다.

Purpose: This study examined the impact of working environment, job identity, and job satisfaction on turnover intention among child care providers. Methods: Data were collected from a sample of 146 child care providers using self-administered questionnaires from May 1 to July 20, 2014. The data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0. Results: Child care providers had a middle level of job identity, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Turnover intention among child care providers was significantly predicted by age, job satisfaction, and income satisfaction. Conclusion: These results suggest that intervention and strategy development are needed to decrease turnover intention among child care providers. Exploration of strategies to increase the job satisfaction and income satisfaction are needed, in order to reduce turnover intention.

Transgenic Nicotiana benthmiana plants harboring and expressing coat protein (CP) gene of Zucchini green mottle mosaic virus (ZGMMV) were generated for both virus-resistant screening and complementation analysis of related viruses and environmental safety assessment (SA) of living modified organism (LMO) purposes. Transformation of leaf disc of N. benthamiana was performed using Agrobacterium-mediated method and the pZGCPPGA748 containing the ZGMMV CP and NPTII genes. Two kinds of transgenic homozygous groups, virus-resistant and -susceptible lines, were obtained by screening of challenging homologous virus for T1 generations. Complementation of CP-deficient related virus was analyzed using the susceptible line of ZGMMV. These two pathologically different lines can be useful for host-virus interactions and LMO environmental SA.
