The Urban park plays a significant role as an ideal space for residents. In this sense, Seoul city established a criterion for urban park system according to the park size per person in each district of Seoul. However, that criterion tends not to meet the residents behavioral patterns and interaction dynamics between districts. The objective of this study is to establish the demand forecasting of urban park in Seoul. The result of this study shows that the priority of designating park area is changed greatly when interaction dynamics between districts is taken into account.

Percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy (PTNB) is one of the essential diagnostic procedures for pulmonary lesions. Its role is increasing in the era of CT screening for lung cancer and precision medicine. The Korean Society of Thoracic Radiology developed the first evidence-based clinical guideline for PTNB in Korea by adapting pre-existing guidelines. The guideline provides 39 recommendations for the following four main domains of 12 key questions: the indications for PTNB, pre-procedural evaluation, procedural technique of PTNB and its accuracy, and management of post-biopsy complications. We hope that these recommendations can improve the diagnostic accuracy and safety of PTNB in clinical practice and promote standardization of the procedure nationwide.

Single-incision laparoscopic total gastrectomy for gastric cancer has recently been reported by Seoul National University Bundang Hospital. However, this is not a popular procedure primarily because of the technical difficulties involved in achieving consistent intracorporeal esophagojejunostomy. At Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, we recently introduced a simple, easy-to-use, low-profile laparoscopic manual scope holder that enables the maintenance of a stable field of view, the most demanding condition in single-port gastrectomy. In this technical report, we describe in detail the world's first solo single-incision laparoscopic total gastrectomy with D1+ lymph node dissection and intracorporeal esophagojejunostomy for proximal early gastric cancer.

공원 프로그램으로 시대 변화에 따른 여가욕구의 다양화에 빠르게 대응할 수 있으며, 이용자와 공원과의 관계를 보다 밀접하게 만들 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 서울시는 1997년의 남산 야외식물원 식물교실프로그램 이후 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 운영하고 있고, 세 개의 공원녹지사업소에 공원여가과를 신설하여 조직적으로 접근하고 있다. 그러나 관련 연구는 공원 이용자에 집중되어 있다. 이에 본 연구는 프로그램 운영 주체를 대상으로 프로그램을 작동시키는 구조를 드러내고자 한다. 구체적 목적은 '1. 관련 법 및 운영 조직과 인력의 구성을 파악하여 서울시 공원 프로그램을 작동시키는 제도적 특성을 진단, 2. 프로그램 운영비의 조달과 집행, 민관 협력 등 운영방식을 분석, 3. 2015년부터 2017년까지 운영된 구체적 프로그램을 분석하여 프로그램 운영의 구조와 프로그램 간의 관계성 파악'이다. 연구 내용을 종합해 볼 때 첫번째 프로그램 운영의 구조에 있어서는 지원법은 체계적이지 못하나 운영 조직은 체계를 갖추어 나가고 있었다. 두번째 운영방식에서 대부분의 예산은 지방정부가 충당하고 있었고, 민간참여의 단계는 낮았다. 세 번째로 프로그램의 특성을 살펴보았을 때 프로그램은 양적으로는 증가되었지만 특정 주제에 집중되어 있었고, 공원시설을 적극 활용하는 프로그램은 적었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 근거로 세 가지 과제를 제안할 수 있다. 첫째는, '공원 및 녹지 등에 관한 법률'에 공원 프로그램에 대한 개념 및 지원에 관한 내용이 포함되도록 해야 한다는 것이다. 두 번째는, 프로그램의 양적 증가에서 질적 향상으로의 변화가 필요하다는 것이며, 마지막은 공원여가문화 활성화를 위해 서울시 푸른도시국을 시민주도 및 여가문화 지향의 조직으로 개편할 필요가 있다는 것이다. 본 연구는 기존의 많은 공원 프로그램 관련 연구와는 달리 프로그램 이용자가 아닌 서비스 제공자인 공원관리청을 연구 대상으로 했다는데 의의를 갖는다. 연구 결과는 서울시뿐만 아니라, 타 지방정부가 수요자가 중심이 되는 공원 관리 및 운영의 방향성을 제시하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이며, 결과적으로는 시민의 가장 가까운 여가공간으로서 공원의 장기적 비전을 마련하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

Cnidium Rhizome is a frequently prescribed herbal medicine in Korea, Japan as well as China, which has been successfully used in these countries for the treatment of diseases related to. gynecology, blood circulations and dental troublers in the name of 천궁. And it is circulated as the same chinese character, which is 천궁, although original plants are different as Cnidium officinale in pharmacopoeia of Korea or Japan and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. Twenty-seven N,N',N"-trisubstituted thiourea derivatives were prepared. Among them, 1- [3-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxy-phenyl)-propyl] -1,3-diphenethyl-thiourea (81, IC$\sub$50/= 0,32 $\mu\textrm{m}$), showed 2-fold higher antagonistic activity than that of capsazepine (3, IC$\sub$50/= 0,65 $\mu\textrm{m}$) against the vanilloid receptor in a Ca$\^$2+/ -influx assay.
