지하철 콘크리트 BOX구조물의 내구성설계에 대한 연구 (A Study of Durability Design in the Subway Concrete Box Structure)

  • In the course of studying the design of securing the 100-year-long durability of 100 years the subway structure according to the requested service by the Seoul Metropolitan Subway Construction Headquarters, we analyzed 14 construction sites adopting the durability design in subway line No. 9 and concluded as follows: 1. When comparing with 158, the environment index presented for securing 100-year-long durability of subway structure in subway line No. 9, the index of durability was verified as 159.7$\~$179.8 2. When examining the increase value of durability index, we verified that the constructors didn't make various choices in method but they employed the uniformly selected system. 3. Under consideration of the bid form, the construction under bid contract in bulk gave the impacts on the construction cost with attention to selection of the durability index, while the construction under alternative contract in bid adopted uniformly the standard presented by the ordering party.

  • Number of subway train units that Seoul Metropolitan Subway Corporation as at September 2005 is 1.944 on 4 routes from 60 units at the time of commencement of operation, having grown exponentially. Along with increase in the number of passengers the role of subway as safer and expedient means of transportation is now being required. Furthermore, the Corporation has been researching on means of improving the safety and reliability of subway entry/exit doors which has become an essential task and directly effect the safety of the passengers. In this Study, has developed sensory control system for the entry/exit door of the subway train using non-contact proximity sensor as a part of review of and measures against various issues of entry/exit door of the subway trains currently under operation. In addition, this sensor system was verified through test production and tests. If this technology becomes commercialized and practically utilized in the future, it would be able to make definite contribution to the safer transportation of passengers.

풍화암지반에 시공되는 콘크리트라이닝의 적정시공에 관한 연구 (Study on the optimal construction of a concrete lining in a weathered rock)

  • 터널에 시공되는 콘크리트라이닝은 1차지보재의 열화를 가정하여 상부로부터 오는 하중을 부담할 수 있도록 설계하는 2차지보재로서, 설계자나 발주기관(client)의 의도에 따라 많은 차이를 나타내고 있다. 특히 풍화암이나 풍화토에 적용하는 지보패턴 4, 5패턴의 콘크리트라이닝 두께를 결정하는 변형계수값을 3패턴에 비해 크게 작은 값을 사용해 보수적으로 설계하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이런 현재의 여건을 감안 컴퓨터 프로그램(MIDAS-civil)을 사용 역해석을 실시하여 적정한 시공방안을 제시하고자하며, 본 연구를 위해 검토한 기존 프로젝트는 서울지하철 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$호선 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$공구의 시공사례를 활용하였다. 검토결과 콘크리트 라이닝 두께는 축소할 수 있는 것으로 나타났으며 이를 향후 서울시 도시철도 건설사업에 적용할 경우 경제적인 효과도 클 것으로 기대하고 있다.

  • Operation a subway company requires high amount of early construction, operation and maintenance costs. Seoul Metro, one of the public subway companies in Seoul, Korea, has undergone operational deficit from its establishment, and the main reason is that the early construction and operation cost exceed the total revenue. Therefore, detailed researches on current operation system and possible alternatives are conducted to settle down finance trouble of the company. In particular, problems on operation and ticketing systems are analyzed, and based on that, necessity and detailed plan of railroad pass for one day are introduced and analyzed.

  • 지하철 역사의 미세먼지농도는 지하철 승객의 건강을 위해서 항상 모니터링되고 관리되어야 한다. 서울메트로와 서울도시철도공사는 몇몇 공기 오염물질을 주기적으로 측정하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지하철 역사의 $PM_{10}$ 농도를 연속해서 측정하기 위해, 선형회귀분석법을 이용하여 저가의 광산란식 미세먼지측정기의 성능을 향상시키고자 하였다. 이와 더불어, 지하철 역사의 대합실, 승강장, 터널, 외기의 $PM_{10}$, $CO_2$. 습도, 온도 등을 측정하고 기록하기 위해 CDMA M2M 기법을 적용한 무선통신 모니터링 시스템을 구축하였다.

수도권 도시철도 환승율 및 실수송수요 분석 (Transfer Rate and Actual Ridership of Urban Railways in the Seoul Metropolitan Area)

  • Although the transferring is one of the most important factors in urban railways, there is very little analytic research in the transfer-related field. This paper analyses the transfer rate of urban railways in the Seoul Metropolitan Area and the actual passenger boardings and alightings at transfer stations using the AFC(Automatic Fare Collector) O/D data collected doling Sep. 2000. According to the results of this study the transfer rate is 0.657, which is calculated from the transfer hoardings/initial boardings. And the actual ridership of Subway Line 2 and Line 5 are different from the data which was provided by the AFC.

일부 지하철 지하작업장 근로자에게 실시한 금연운동이 건강행태에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Non-Smoking Campaign for Subway Workers on Their Health Behavior)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the effect of non-smoking campaign for subway workers on their health behavior such as smoking, drinking, and exercise. Method: The study was done on the subjects of 112 male employees for 3 years from 2003 to 2005 working at the Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation. However, the subjects decreased to 105 in 2004 and 111 in 2005 due to work transfer. The data were obtained through administering questionnaires. The non-smoking campaign was done with health education using various strategies and methods by an administrator-in-charge assisted by the community health center. Results: Smoking rate and cigarette consumption decreased but there was no statistical significance. Smokers' frequency of drinking and exercise were higher than that of non-smokers, but there was no statistical significance. Conclusion: The result indicated the program was not effective to change the subjects' health behavior; therefore, tailored program considering the subjects is recommended.

지하철 건설에 따른 공간적 영향 분석 - 서울 지하철 7호선의 아파트가격에 미친 영향을 중심으로 - (Analysis Of Spatial Impact With Seoul Subway Line 7 Construction)

  • In order to account for a price variation of apartment that places near a newly constructed subway station, a spatial hedonic model was developed to examine spacial characteristics that affect a purchasing price of an apartment using a White Estimator. In particular, the paper aims to examine various effects of subway 7 construction on an apartment price in Seoul Metropolitan Area. As explanatory variables, an apartment size, distance to a closest subway station, distance to the Central Business District (CBD) of Seoul, the number of years after building, and a lagged variable of the apartment purchasing price were used. The lagged variable plays a role of representing a spatial weighted average of previous prices of other apartments that locate within 3 km from the apartment. For a precise study, an entire sample was divided into two sets, southern area and southwestern area of Seoul, and two different spatial hedonic models were estimated. Not only before and after analysis, but also with and without analysis were conducted to compare with different effects of the spatial characteristics of two areas. The results show that before the construction of the subway 7, the prices of the apartments in the southern area were more sensitive to the apartment size, the distance to a closest subway station, the distance to the CBD, and the prices of the other apartments locating within 3km rather than those in the southwestern area. After the construction, on contrast, it is found that the apartment purchasing prices in the southwestern area are more sensitive than those in the southern area due to people's expectation regarding a new development around the subway station. In addition, the prices of the apartments locating closely with a transfer station are more likely to go up by increase in the apartment size, the distance to the station, and the prices of the other apartments within 3 km. Compared with the negative effects of the distance to the station on the prices in the other models, the positive effect of the distance to the transfer station might be caused by the characteristics of commercial area in which people are not likely to live.

서울특별시 지하철 A설계구간에서의 지하수 수질 및 오염특성 (Groundwater Quality and Contamination in the 'A' section of Seoul Metropolitan Subway)

  • 이 연구는 서울특별시 지하철 A설계구간에서, 현재 시점의 지하수 수질 및 오염을 파악함으로써, 추후 지하철 공사로 인한 수질 악화 발생시, 이에 과학적으로 대처하기 위해 수행되었다. A설계구간을 따라 총 21개 시추공에서 지하수 시료를 채취.분석하였으며, 그 결과 배경수질은 주로 $Ca-HCO_3$ 유형으로 나타났다. 전체시료 가운데, 국내 먹는물 수질기준을 초과하지 않은 시료는 1개이며, 나머지 20개 시료는 $SO_4$, Cd, Pb, Fe, Mn, Al, F, $NO_3-N$ 등이 먹는 물 수질 기준치를 초과하여 있었다. 오염의 형태는 일부 시료에서 몇몇 화학 원소의 농도가 나머지 시료에서의 농도보다 크게 나타나는 점오염의 형태를 띄었다. 화학분석 자료와 포화지수 분석을 통하여, 지하에 매립된 물질과 지표 퇴적물이 일차적인 오염원임을 추정하였다. 요인분석 결과, 연구지역 내 지하수 시료의 수리화학적 특성의 약 47%가 오염 인자에 의해 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
