  • 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크(Ubiquitous Sensor Networks: USNs)환경은 주변 공간의 상황을 인식할 수 있고, 인식한 상황을 바탕으로 적절한 시기에 필요한 정보를 올바른 사용자나 사용자 장치에게 제공해주는 지능적인 환경을 제공한다. 이러한 환경에서 사용자의 위치정보는 매우 중요한 요소로 부각되고 있으며, 위치정보 측정을 위해 GPS(Global Positioning System)같은 위치 측정 시스템들이 개발되고 있다. 하지만, 사용자의 위치정보를 측정하는 것은 다른 한편으로 사용자의 프라이버시를 침해 할 수도 있는 심각한 보안상의 문제점을 야기시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 CBS(Covert Base Station)을 이용하여 베이스스테이션만이 노드의 위치를 파악할 수 있도록 하여, 노드 및 노드 주변의 다른 어떤 노드에게도 위치가 노출되지 않도록 하기 위한 기법을 제시한다.

  • In this study, study, about Automatic Loader and Unloader system which can directly be used for material handing and tool operating is moving linear transfer system for mainly forming of small electronic unit and other at press line. This system for been installed in a press in order to load and unload a workpiece from a press die. Control method be used Programmable logic control(PLC) unit. other Control equipment of system is Motor drive, Positioning Control and so on. It took data of input from each sensor and send signal of output to actuator by sequence program. We try to Characteristics test of this system has good condition when operating by laser measurement

  • The GPS(global positioning system) made up of 28 artificial satellites going round around the earth at a height of 20,000.Km is a system to determine the receiver's location by measuring the distance between the satellite and receivers using an electronic wave. Recently it's been widely used in various applications, such as a navigator, a surveying system, etc. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm to transform coordinates from GPS signals corresponding to various sizes of maps, and the application using this algorithm is also introduced. The algorithm is programmed by MFC on the WinCE 5.0 operating system, and the GPS receiver with a 20 channel high sensitivity and GPS microcontroller chip manufactured by SiRF Technology was used.

  • Autonomous speedsprayer operation was conducted using a fuzzy controller combined with a DGPS. The signal of DGPS receiver and signals of four ultrasonic sensors were processed in real time. The speedsprayer was steered with two levers controlled by two hydraulic cylinders. The fuzzy controller has two inputs; direction of running obtained from the DGPS receiver and distance from trees measured by ultrasonic sensors. The operation times of the hydraulic cylinders were inferred as outputs of the fuzzy controller. Field test results showed that the speedsprayer could be autonomously operated by the developed fuzzy controller including turning operation in the end of the tree row. The ultrasonic sensors contributed a little to performance of the autonomous operation, but the speedsprayer could avoid trees or obstacles in emergent situations with them.

  • 본 논문에서는 비콘을 스캔하기 위한 고정된 하나의 수신기로 실내 위치를 파악할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 비콘의 위치를 파악하기 위해 센서를 추가하고 와이파이를 이용해 사용자의 시스템 이용 범위를 확장시켰다. 또한 추가된 센서를 이용해 위치를 추적하는 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 개발된 어플리케이션을 통해 이용자 2 (User 2)가 이용자 1 (User 1)의 위치를 모니터링 할 수 있다.

  • To realize a visual servo control of slender manipulators, two problems to be solved are analysed. The stability problem on so-called noncolocation control and the infinite order problem of the real Jacobian matrix caused by the elastic deformation are discussed. By considering the dynamic relations between rigid and elastic modes, a Jacobian operator is derived and the physical meaning is also explained. Then, for practical control, a simple control scheme using an approximate Jacobian is proposed and its stable conditions are proven by means of the $L_$2$ stability theory. The scheme is structurally similar to the conventional PD control laws, but external sensors(e. g. visual sensor) are used for positioning and internal sensors for damping. A good performance is obtained via control experiments of a slender two link manipulator.

  • In this paper, we propose an obstacle avoidance algorithm for a network-based autonomous mobile robot. The obstacle avoidance algorithm is based on the VFH (Vector Field Histogram) algorithm and delay-compensative methods with the VFH algorithm are proposed for the network-based robot that is a unified system composed of distributed environmental sensors, mobile actuators, and the VFH controller. Firstly, the compensated readings of the sensors are used for building the polar histogram of the VFH algorithm. Secondly, a sensory fusion using the Kalman filter is proposed for the localization of the robot to compensate both the delay of the readings of an odometry sensor and the delay of the readings of the environmental sensors. The performance enhancements of the proposed obstacle avoidance algorithm from the viewpoint of efficient path generation and accurate goal positioning are also shown in this paper through some simulation experiments by the Marilou Robotics Studio Simulator.

  • In this study, services for promoting health were provided to kindergarten children. As u-Health services for children, services centered of positioning of children are provided. However, since problems related with obesity and mental health are increasing day by day due to westernized eating habits, the necessity of physical and mental health care for children is on the rise. Considering this state, in this study, experiments of u-Health services under the concept of wellness were conducted on kindergarten children. For physical health, the children's obesity was controlled and for mental health, services of diagnosing hyperactivity disorder which is a sub symptom of ADHD were provided. Based on the results, it could be identified that parents' satisfaction and children's health conditions were improved.

  • The spindle unit is core parts in high precision machine tools. Diverse static, dynamic and thermal charateristics of spindle unit are needed for special purpose of machine tools. Compromise between those charateristics will be done in concept design phase. High static stiffness at spindle nose may be very important performance for heavy cutting work. High dynamic stiffness is also useful to high precision and high speed machine tools. Improvement of thermal charateristics in spindle lead to high reliability of positioning accuracy. For high speed spindle structure, the design parameter such as, bearing span, diameter, bearing type and arrangement, preload, cooling and lubrication method should be in harmony.

  • This paper is a study on the Inverse dynamics of a one-1ink flexible robot arm which is control led by the transiational base motion. The system is composed of the flexible arm, the mobil stage, a DC servomotor, and a computer. The arm base is shifted so that the tip follows a desired path function. The tip Rotten is measured by the laser displacement sensor. The governing equations are based on the Bernoullie-Euler beam theory and solved by applying the Laplace transform method and then the numerical inversion method to the resulted equations. Tip responses obtained both theoretically and experimentally are in good agreement with the desired trajectory, which shows that the scheme of inverse dynamics is effective for the open-loop endpoint positioning of the flexible am driven by the translation stage.
