지식.정보.과학군대의 고급대제 리더십 (Senior Level Leadership of the Knowledge-Intelligence-Science Military)

  • Today, the times of knowledge-intelligence made changes of the ordinary life of citizens society, and also changed greatly the circumstance of leadership in the military. The times of knowledge-intelligence changed the circumstances of national security and the features of warfares, and also make affecting decisively to senses and style of new who were servicing in the military. In order to response effectively against the changes of those leadership circumstances, senior level leadership should be understand in depth human psychology and battlefield circumstances in the dimension of policies and strategies, and should be executed their leadership. In this thesis, I reviewed the concept and vision of senior level leadership theories and cases about traits and roles In addition, I suggested development options for senior level leadership such as (1) high charactenstics and professionalism, (2)educational center of military for advanced democratic citizen and leadership, (3)execution of leadership in psychological leadership, (4)development of leadership needed in the battlefield Finally, the current military senior level leadership should be changed from one-side and authority style to the change-orientated style, which could believe and participate by themselves.

Senior Level Designers - Designers Shared Leadership Model in Interior Design Companies: The Consequence of an Investigation among Leading Designers in Nine Companies in Korea

  • Interior design companies in Seoul, Korea, senior level designers-designers shared leadership model has not been implemented by the design management. The whole interior design companies are worked each by a leadership team consisting of senior level designers, contractors and designers, being accountable for company, workers, and budgets. The results for workers' opinion in leadership positions were evaluated. All 154 leading workers of all professional teams were anonymously interviewed with a questionnaire containing 45 items regarding their satisfaction with this new shared leadership model. The response rate was 96.2%. After all, the leading workers were satisfied with the shared leadership model both in their own designing practice and in general. Non-design workers were comprehensively more in favor of quite a few aspects of shared leadership than senior level designers, but even the latter reported to be generally satisfied. However, both professional teams estimated leading positions to be only modestly attractive. The consequences yield some evidence that the transform from traditional leadership models to the senior level designers -designers shared leadership model may have advantages in the management of interior design companies. Furthermore, there is a need for greater clarity about precisely what we mean by shared leadership and also a deeper exploration of potential challenges arising from shared leadership models if we are to try to come to terms with their practice.

간호대학생의 임상실습교육환경, 셀프리더십, 실습소속감이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Nursing Students' Clinical Practice Learning Environment, Self-leadership, and Clinical Practice Belonging on Nursing Professionalism)

  • Purpose: This exploratory study aims to identify various factors influencing the level of nursing professionalism among nursing students. Methods: This study surveyed 246 senior nursing students in U city with a structured self-report questionnaire analyzed with SPSS 22.0. Results: The average scores for clinical practice learning environment, self-leadership, clinical practice belonging, and nursing professionalism were 3.16, 3.77, 3.53, and 3.60, respectively. There were significant differences in nursing professionalism according to the subjects' satisfaction with the nursing major and satisfaction with the amount of nursing. The most significant factors affecting nursing professionalism included clinical practice learning environment (${\beta}=.40$, p<.001), self-leadership (${\beta}=.21$, p=.001), and clinical practice belonging (${\beta}=.16$, p=.011). These variables explained 39% of the total variance in nursing professionalism. Conclusion: Clinical practice learning environment, self-leadership, and clinical practice belonging are factors in the nursing professionalism of senior nursing students. Collaborative efforts by universities and clinics are needed to improve the clinical training environment and to produce good nurses. Particularly since few studies have been conducted in Korea on clinical practice belonging, it is meaningful to explore how clinical practice belonging affects nursing professionalism.

간호대학 4학년 학생의 중환자간호역량에 미치는 영향 요인 (Factors Influencing Competence in the Intensive and Critical Care Nursing of Senior Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the factors influencing the competence in intensive and critical care nursing of senior nursing students. Methods: A descriptive survey was used to examine the factors that influence competence in intensive and critical care nursing. The data were collected using self-administered questionnaires; 237 senior nursing students were asked about general characteristics, critical thinking, communication competence, self-esteem, self-resilience, and self-leadership. Results: Multiple regression analysis indicated that self-leadership, self-esteem, and confidence in intensive care unit practice predicted the competence in intensive and critical care nursing (37.8% of explanatory power). Critical thinking, communication competence, and self-resilience were not shown to be significant predictors of, but were positively correlated with, the competence in intensive and critical care nursing. Conclusion: Based on the results, it is suggested that self-leadership, self-esteem, and confidence in intensive care unit practice should be considered in nursing education in order to improve nursing students' level of competence in intensive and critical care nursing.

병원 조직의 진성리더십 유형이 조직몰입과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : LMX의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Authentic Leadership of Hospital Organization on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Focusing on Mediating Effect of LMX)

  • Purpose - This study is to clarify the structural relationship between the direct supervisor and organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior through mediation of the Leader-member exchange (LMX) in the hospital organization, and to confirm the mediating effect of the LMX. Through this study, we will provide basic data on the aspects of HR to enhance organizational immersion and organizational civic behavior in hospital organizations, and present suggestions on academic contribution and effective organizational operation measures. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is to investigate the relationship between authentic leadership and OC and OCB of the organization member, which is proposed to secure more active and high competitiveness in the recent changing medical environment, with multi-regression and B&K(1986) method. For this purpose, 653 employees of senior hospitals in Seoul and Kyeong-In area were surveyed using structured questionnaires. Each questionnaire was composed of 7-point scale, and each hypothesis was testified by multiple leaner regression and by BK method for testifying mediator effect. Result - As a result of the analysis, it was found that the male and non-medical staff had higher recognition level than the medical staff in the LMX, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In the senior management or more than 5 years' experience group, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior were recognized higher than the group of subordinate managers. Second, authentic leadership has a positive influence on LMX, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and LMX has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, as a result of analyzing LMX mediating effect in the relationship of authentic leadership and organizational effectiveness by BK method, LMX had partial mediating effects between authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, and between authentic leadership and organizational commitment. Conclusion - Results of the study confirmed that all the members of the hospital organization that were lacking served as positive factors for the relationships of authentic leadership and LMX, and authentic leadership and organizational effectiveness. It is expected that the hospital organization will be able to suggest such as the organizational approach to expect high organizational effectiveness centering on authentic leadership ability as psychological capital.

노인주거시설개발을 위한 연구 - 주거유형에 따른 노인과 주거환경의 특성 (The differences of the elderly and the housing features according to housing types)

  • The main objectives of this study were to determine the differences in the personal. physical. socio-psychological characteristics of the elderly and the housing features according to housing types. This study classifed housing types into 4 types purchased apartment, public rental apartment charge-free institutional housing for the elderly and private housing facility for the elderly. On the basis of the findings. these al·e the following conclusions: Generally, the morale of residents in elderly facilities was higher than that of the apartment residents’. This result could support the development of senior housing in Korea Residents of rental apartment were younger and their functional health and level of independence were higher than that of others. Therefore rental housing would be an alternative housing for the independent low-income elderly. However the morale of rental housing residents was lower than that of ethers. The elderly housing facility residents’ recongnition of the housing managers’ leadership style was higher than that of the apartment residents’. This result ensures the importance of housing manager’s role in managing senior housing.

총체적 품질경영프로그램의 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Key Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of Total Quality Management Programs)

  • Over the last few years Total Quality Management (TQM) programs have hem widely adapted by Korean manufacturing firms to improve their productivity, competitive edge and product quality levels. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of importance placed on four key TQM factors (customer satisfaction, strong management leadership, continuous improvement, imployee involvement and participation) used during the implementation of korean manufacturing TQM programs and to assess the effectiveness of those key factors in improving the performance of the firms. A Questionaire was developed and sent to senior managers in manufacturing organizations throughout korea. This survey asked qustions regarding 1) the firm's business environment and TQM program development 2) subcomponents of the key factors and 3) the effectiveness of the TQM program at improving the performance of the organization. The survey data were analyzed to determine the degree of correlation between each of the factors and the effectiveness of the TQM programs. This study demonstrated that the TQM programs were instrumental at improving the performance of the firms studied, and that the improvement was positively correlated with the length of time that the program had been implemented and the planned duration of the TQM program implementation. It was found that the person-oriented elements of management leadership and employee involvement were positively correlated and predictive of the success of the TQM Program, while the process-oriented components of customer satisfaction and employee involvement were not useful predictors of the effectiveness of the TQM program implementation.

노인일자리전담기관 종사자의 감정노동과 직무만족의 관계: 자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Relationship between the Emotional Labor and the Job Satisfaction of Workers in Senior Employment Agencies: Mediating Effect of Self-efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 노인일자리전담기관 종사자의 감정노동이 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 대전과 충청 지역에 소재한 21개 노인일자리전담기관의 종사자 261명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석은 SPSS/AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형분석 등을 사용하였다. 노인일자리전담기관 종사자의 감정노동과 직무만족의 관계, 그리고 자기효능감의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 검증되었다. 분석결과를 기초로 하여 노인일자리전담기관 종사자의 직무만족을 높이기 위해 몇 가지 방안을 제안하였다. 노인일자리전담기관 종사자들의 감정노동을 감소시키기 위해 종합적인 감정노동의 관리시스템의 구축, 감정노동을 호소하는 종사자들에게 대한 신속한 상담치료 등과 감정노동에 대응할 수 있는 매뉴얼을 개발해야 한다. 종사자들의 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위한 비정규직 비율의 감소, 처우수준의 개선, 셀프리더십의 배양 등이 필요하다.

장기요양기관 내 위험발생가능성, 감정노동, 감성리더십이 요양보호사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Possibility of Job-related Risk, Emotional Labor, and Emotional Leadership on Turnover Intention of Caregivers in Long-term Care Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 위험관리의 측면에서 장기요양기관 내 위험발생가능성, 감정노동, 감성리더십이 요양보호사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 후 이에 기초하여 이직의도를 감소시키려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 노인요양시설 요양보호사 434명에 대한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 자료에 대한 위계적 중다회귀분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요양보호사가 경영위험 및 종사자위험 발생가능성을 높게 인식할수록 이직의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회재해위험 발생가능성은 이직의도에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 업무위험 발생가능성은 이직의도에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 영향의 방향은 연구가설과는 반대였다. 둘째, 요양보호사가 감정노동의 표면행위를 수행할수록 이직의도가 높아졌으며, 내면행위는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 마지막으로, 요양보호사가 상사의 감성리더십 수준이 높다고 인식할수록 이직의도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타나 조직 내 리더십의 중요성을 다시 한 번 확인하였다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 요양보호사의 이직을 예방하고 장기요양기관의 서비스 질을 향상시키기 위한 제언을 하였다.

Application of Total Quality Management in Developing Quality Assessment Model: The Case of Vietnamese Higher Education

  • The shift from elite education to mass education in Vietnam has met the demand for education for everybody as well as for quality human resource talent for an emerging nation. Under the resource constraint, understanding the quality dimensions of education and its priority level is important for effective and efficient policies. This study was carried out using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to develop quality criteria and a ranking model. Two rounds of in-depth interviews were conducted with fifteen experts in the field, who were rectors, employers, and recruitment specialists to develop the quality framework applied in Vietnamese universities under total quality management (TQM), starting from the input of the senior secondary school leavers, through a teaching process to the output. The first round of interviews were unstructured questionnaires designed to explore the main factors in quality assessment model. The second round affirmed the experts' agreement on the assessment model. Then, fuzzy logic was applied to rank eight criteria in the quality assessment model into priority order: cost, teaching and administrative staff, leadership, curriculum, student-related factors, internationalization, admissions, and campus. The results are critical for identifying the necessary actions to enhance the education quality and to further research on the optimal quality model.
