C4I 시스템 사용의 영향 요인에 관한 연구: 구조모형의 매개변수의 관점에서 (A Study of Influencing Factors Upon Using C4I Systems: The Perspective of Mediating Variables in a Structured Model)

  • The general aspects for the future warfare shows that the concept of firepower and maneuver centric warfare has been replacing with that of information and knowledge centric warfare. Thus, some developed countries are now trying to establish the information systems to perform intelligent warfare and innovate defense operations. The C4I(Command, Control, Communication, Computers and Intelligence for the Warrior) systems make it possible to do modern and systematic war operations. The basic idea of this study is to investigate how TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) can explain the acceptance behavior in military organizations. Because TAM is inadequate in explaining the acceptance processes forcomplex technologies and strict organizations, a revised research model based upon TAM was developed in order to assess the usage of the C4I system. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting the usage of C4I in the Korean Army. The research model, based upon TAM, was extended through a belief construct such as self-efficacy as one of mediating variables. The self-efficacy has been used as a mediating variable for technology acceptance, and the variable was included in the research model. The external variables were selected on the basis of previous research. The external variables can be classified into following: 1) technological, 2) organizational, and 3) environmental factors on the basis of TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment) framework. The technological factor includes the information quality and the task-technology fitness. The organizational factor includes the influence of senior colleagues. The environmental factor includes the education/train data. The external variables are considered very important for explaining the behavior patterns of information technology or systems. A structured questionnaire was developed and administrated to those who were using the C4I system. Total 329 data were used for statistical data analyses. A confirmatory factor analysis and structured equation model were used as main statistical methods. Model fitness Indexes for measurement and structured models were verified before all 18 hypotheses were tested. This study shows that the perceived usefulness and the self-efficacy played their roles more than the perceived ease of use did in TAM. In military organizations, the perceived usefulness showed its mediating effects between external variables and dependent variable, but the perceived ease of use did not. These results imply that the perceived usefulness can explain the acceptance processes better than the perceived ease of use in the army. The self-efficacy was also used as one of the three mediating variables, and showed its mediating effects in explaining the acceptance processes. Such results also show that the self-efficacy can be selected as one possible belief construct in TAM. The perceived usefulness was influenced by such factors as senior colleagues, the information quality, and the task-technology fitness. The self-efficacy was affected by education/train and task-technology fitness. The actual usage of C4I was influenced not by the perceived ease of use but by the perceived usefulness and selfefficacy. This study suggests the followings: (1) An extended TAM can be applied to such strict organizations as the army; (2) Three mediation variables are included in the research model and tested at real situations; and (3) Several other implications are discussed.

복합운동이 여성노인의 낙상관련 건강체력, 낙상위험도, 자세균형에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Combined Exercise Training on Physical Performance, Falling Risk and Balance in Elderly Women)

  • 본 연구는 여성노인을 대상으로 낙상예방을 위한 12주간 복합운동프로그램이 여성노인의 낙상관련 건강체력, 낙상위험도, 자세균형에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 연구대상자는 운동그룹 16명 통제그룹 16명으로 총 32명이 참여하였다. 운동그룹은 복합운동프로그램을 주 3회 60분씩 12주 동안 실시하였고 통제그룹은 같은 기간 동안 일상적인 생활을 하였다. 여성노인들의 낙상관련 건강체력은 노인체력검사(SFT: senior fitness test)중 동적평형성, 2분 동안 제자리걷기, 30초 동안 일어섰다 앉기 검사를 측정하였다. 여성노인들의 낙상위험도는 Tetrax장비로 측정하고 자세균형능력은 Spine Balance 3D를 이용하여 측정하였다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 SPSS/ver. 21을 이용하여 이원반복측정 변량분석(two-way ANOVA with repeated measures)을 실시하였고, 유의수준은 α=.05로 하였다. 본 연구결과 복합운동을 적용한 운동그룹은 동적평형성(p=.001), 2분 제자리걷기(p=.001), 30초 동안 일어섰다 앉기(p=.001), 낙상위험도(p=.002), 자세균형(p=.034)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 보였지만 통제그룹은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 살펴보면 여성노인들의 12주간 복합운동프로그램 참여가 그들의 건강체력과 자세안정성을 향상시키고 낙상의 위험을 감소시킬 수 있을 것이다.

도시 거주 여성 노인의 비만 유무에 따른 신체구성, 상⋅하지 근력 및 신체활동 능력 분석 (Analysis of Body Composition and Functional Physical Performance in Urban-Dwelling Elderly Women with or without Obesity)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in body composition, upper and lower limb muscle strength, and functional physical ability in urban-dwelling elderly women with or without obesity. Methods: All study participants were assigned to the normal weight group (n=8, BMI<25) and the obesity group (n=7, BMI>25) based on their obesity rate. Anthropometric measurement was conducted and body composition was measured. For the upper and lower limb strength, grip strength and maximal isometric knee extension and flexion were evaluated by a dynamometer. The senior fitness test was performed to measure functional ability. Data analysis was conducted by the independent t-test and the alpha level was set at 0.05. Results: The waist, hips, and thighs of obese elderly women were thicker than those of normal-weight elderly women. This physical difference resulted from body fat mass, not muscle mass. Despite a similar level of limb muscle mass between the two groups, the upper limb grip strength was higher (24.00% for left, 19.95% for right) in the normal-weight women than the obese women (p<0.05), but otherwise there was no difference in maximal knee flexion or extension isometric strength. Functional physical ability showed no difference in a 30-second chair sit and stand test and a six-minute walk test, but a 30-second arm-curl (11.00% for left, 14.81% for right), back stretch (8.54cm for left, 8.99cm for right), chair sit and reach (9.22cm for left, 6.24cm for right), and 2.44 meter round trip walk (0.62 sec, 9.39%) were faster in performance for normal-weight elderly women than obese elderly women (p<0.05). Conclusion: Taken together, despite similar levels of upper and lower extremity muscle mass, normal-weight elderly women showed higher performance in upper limb strength, flexibility, and agility than obese elderly women, but there was no difference in lower extremity functional muscle strength and cardiopulmonary endurance.

  • Background: Most Pilates programs for older adults have been based on mat Pilates, and there has been limited research on Pilates with mini-balls. Therefore, this study aims to compare the effects of Pilates with mini-balls and mat Pilates interventions on strength, total body endurance, flexibility, and dynamic equilibrium to determine the differences. Methods: The elderly aged 65 or older living in Gyeongsan, Daegu, were divided into two groups, and the experimental group (n=10) conducted a Pilates exercise program using mini balls for 12 weeks, and the control group (n=10) conducted a mat Pilates exercise program for 12 weeks without mini balls. Strength, endurance, flexibility, and dynamic equlibrium were measured as a pre-test, and post-test was performed in the same way after 12 weeks of application. Results: Comparing the mini-ball Pilates group to the mat Pilates group, there was a significant difference (p<.05) in the 'chair sit and reach' after the intervention. In the within-group comparison, there was a significant increase (p<.05) in 'arm curl right', '30-second chair stand', '2-minute walk', 'back scratch', 'chair sit and reach', and '2.44m up and go' in the experimental group using the mini-ball Pilates program. Mat Pilates program significantly increased the within-group comparisons in '30-second chair stand' and 'chair sit and reach' (p<.05). Conclusion: It is suggested that mini-ball Pilates has a positive effect on the senior fitness and will be a good exercise method for using it as an exercise program for the elderly in the future.

뉴실버 세대를 위한 헬스장 서비스디자인 콘셉트 평가 (Fitness Center Service Design Concept Evaluation for the New Silver Generation )

  • 본 연구는 KSC(kano, Score Model, Concept Position)평가방법을 활용하여 제공할 서비스디자인 만족도에 대한 정확도를 높이는 것이 연구의 목적으로 부산지역을 중심으로 6개 지점을 운영하고 있는 P사 헬스장을 중심으로 건강한 뉴실버세대를 위한 다양한 헬스장 서비스모델을 제시하여 사례연구를 진행하였다. 더블다이어몬드(Double Diamond)방법을 활용하여 P사의 5개 지점 중 연산점을 중심으로 사례연구를 진행하였는데 이는 연산점을 중심으로 노인을 위한 다양한 여가생활 인프라가 잘 구축 되어 있었기 때문이다. 본 연구를 통하여 고객에 대한 다양한 인사이트(Insight)를 추출하였고 발굴한 인사이트(Insight)를 기반으로 관리자와 트레이너의 관점에서 서비스디자인 모델을 최종적으로 9가지 도출하였다. 최종적으로 도출한 9가지 모델을 기반으로 카노(Kano)만족도 평가, 스코어모델(Concept Score), 콘셉트포지션(Concept Position)평가를 통하여 9가지 제시한 안들 중 3, 6번을 제외한 모든 안들이 유효하다는 것을 알 수 있었고 최종적으로 투자비용과 효과성으로 구분하여 실행 로드맵을 제안하였다.

노인의 신체활동 참여에 따른 체력과 인지기능, ADL, IADL, 및 심리적 변인의 차이 (Differences in Physical fitness, Cognitive function, ADL, IADL, and Psychological variables according to the Elderly's participation in Physical activity)

  • 본 연구는 서울·경기 소재 65세 이상 노인 463명을 대상으로 신체활동 참여에 따른 체력요인과 인지기능, 일상생활수행능력, 도구적 일상생활수행능력 및 심리적 변인에 대한 차이를 분석하였다. 수집 된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 독립 t-검증과 일원분산분석 그리고 피어슨의 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며 모든 통계적 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 노인의 신체활동 참여유무에 따라 체력, 인지기능, 일상생활수행능력, 도구적일상생활수행능력 및 심리적 변인인 우울과 삶의 질에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 신체활동에 참여하는 노인의 참여빈도에 따라 체력, 인지기능, ADL, IADL, 우울 및 삶의 질에 통계적 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 신체활동에 참여하는 노인의 참여시간에 따라 체력에서 통계적 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 체력과 인지기능, ADL, IADL, 우울 및 삶의 질의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 대부분의 요인에서 상관관계가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 성공적인 노화와 자립적인 노후생활을 위해 신체활동을 포함한 체계적인 중재 전략의 개발이 필요하다.

아파트단지 내 여가관련 부대복리시설 특성 및 요구에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Residents' Needs for Service Facilities in Multi-family Housing Properties)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of service facilities, and needs for service facilities using for leisure in multi-family housing properties. The multi-family housing complexes in Seoul were selected in this study. Site visits, analysis of drawing of complex and questionnaire survey were conducted. The statistical techniques used for data analysis included frequencies. The research results were as follows; The studied apartment complexes provided the appropriate and adequate service facilities in accordance to the regulations of multi-family housing. Playground for children, senior center, resting place were found in all the complexes, but the presence of exercise facilities, shared spaces, green spaces, and community parks was somewhat different across the studied complexes. Satisfaction with leisure facilities were different with the apartment complexes. The respondents who had lived older apartment complexes were more likely to increase dissatisfaction, and the reason was attributed to no presence of the leisure facilities they wanted to use. The respondents said that such service facilities using for leisure facilities as playground for children, senior center, community parks, walkways, reading room, and fitness center were highly needed.

낙상예방 프로그램이 노인의 체력, 낙상효능감 및 낙상예방행위에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Fall Prevention Program on Physical Fitness, Fall Efficacy and Fall Prevention Behavior among Community-dwelling Older Adults)

  • Purpose: This research was conducted to determine the effects of fall prevention exercise and education on physical fitness, fall efficacy, and fall prevention behavior among community-dwelling older adults. Methods: This study applied nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected from January 8th to March 4th, 2015. There were 24 subjects in the experimental group and 21 in the control group from two different senior citizen center in B city. The fall prevention program consisted of exercise, education, and telephone coaching was developed using self-efficacy theory: 'Performance accomplishment', 'Vicarious experience', 'Verbal persuasion', 'Emotional arousal'. Then, it was conducted once a week for 8 weeks. Data were analyzed with $x^2$ test and t-test using the SPSS program. Results: The findings indicated that fall prevention program conducted on older adults is good for improving their muscular strength in lower extremities (t=6.25, p<.001), physical balance (t=2.66, p=.014), physical flexibility (t=2.88, p<.001) and fall prevention behavior (t=6.19, p<.001). Conclusion: The fall prevention program can be used for community-dwelling older adults as a nursing intervention that enables older adults to enhance their self-care continuously. It is necessary to conduct a follow-up study to see if a self-help meeting could improve self-efficacy.

지속적인 리듬운동에 참여하는 농촌과 도시 거주 노인 여성들의 체력 및 낙상효능감의 비교 연구 (Comparative Study on Physical Fitness and Fall Efficacy of Rural and Urban Female Elderly Participants in Continuous Rhythmic Exercise)

  • 본 연구는 농촌과 도시에 거주하는 노인 여성들의 체력과 낙상효능감에 대해 분석하여 지역에 따른 노인들의 건강요인들을 분석하기 위함이다. 본 연구 대상자는 주 2회 이상 지역 마을회관에서 건강체조와 치어리딩를 하는 농촌 및 도시에 거주하는 노인 여성 98명(REG; n=46, 77.53±6.37 yrs, 151.81±5.26 cm, 60.00±9.42 kg, UEG; n=53, 73.57±2.70 yrs, 154.07±3.52 cm, 57.37±2.06 kg)으로 진행되었다. 체력은 근지구력, 심폐지구력, 유연성을 측정하였으며, 낙상효능감은 Tinetti 등이 개발한 10개 항목의 Fall Efficacy Scale을 사용하였다. 도시 노인들이 유연성과 낙상효능감에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.01, p<.05). 근지구력과 심페지구력에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다(p>.05). 추후 지역의 노인들의 건강요인의 불균형을 개선하기 위한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

웰다잉을 위한 프로그램의 효과분석 (Analysis of Welldying Program Effectiveness)

  • 본 연구는 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램을 실시하여 변화를 측정함으로써 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램이 노인에게 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 실시하였다. 광주광역시에 소재한 A노인건강타운을 이용 중인 어르신들 중에서 30명을 선정한 후 각각 15명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구분하였다. 매주 1회 총 8회기의 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램을 실시하였으며, 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램에 참여한 노인들은 참여하지 않은 노인들보다 죽음불안이 감소되었다. 따라서 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램이 노인의 죽음불안 감소에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램에 참여한 노인들은 참여하지 않은 노인들보다 생활만족도가 향상되었다. 따라서 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램이 노인의 생활만족도 향상에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 세째, 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램에 참여한 노인들은 참여하지 않은 노인들보다 자아통합감이 향상되었다. 따라서 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램이 노인의 자아통합감 향상에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.
