The existing city which consists of the downtown in Korea has been built spontaneously, and it is in difficulties for the distribution problem and traffic congestion since undersupply of social facilities cannot afford to handle the increasing traffic demand. So the traffic facilities have been reinforced to increase the competitiveness of the city and solve the related problems. The need of a new transit system considering the transport capacity and environment-friendliness is emerging as revitalization of public transportation is needed for reduce of personal transportation. In case of local governments that the Self-Reliance Ratio of local finance is high, if they promote the business by tram transit low which period could be shorten, it can correspond the traffic policy and invigorate the introduction of the new traffic system.

In this paper, we present a virtual tourist system with realtime 3D visualization and the assistance of context information service. Our system enables a visitor to take a discovering tour on a virtual environment from a remote client by following navigator or by self-navigating. During the tour, the system provides immersive 3D graphics contents while supporting relevant information to the visitors corresponding to their positions in the virtual environment. When the visitors interact with interested objects, the context information service will also support introduction information for presenting about the objects. The introduction information based on text format is represented by a comfortable way-audio conversion to visitors in different languages depended on their preferences using TTS(Text-To-Speak) tool.

This study was to develop a fashion internship pragmatic program for college students. Preceded researches were reviewed and some case studies were used for this study. The results of this study were as follows : Pragmatistic program has 6 steps such as preperation, introduction, selection, operation, reputation, management. pre-internship schedule, resume and self-introduction form, preparing for the interview and details, how to write a follow up letter after the interview, advise during the intern period, 7 contents that you should include in the final report, Presentation Strategy, SWOT analysis table were included in this study. So this study would be helpful for the college students who are searching for internships and jobs.

According to the statistics of marine accidents occurring in Korea since the past 10 years, the proportion of small fishing boats having a gross tonnage of less than 10 tons was confirmed to be as high as 47.51% of the total marine accidents. Additionally, the trend of marine accidents involving small fishing boats has been increasing steeply compared with that of other ship types/sizes (gross tonnage); hence, countermeasures must be prepared urgently. The Korea maritime transportation authority proposed the introduction of a self inspection system to improve the ship inspection system of small fishing vessels. Futhermore the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries recently prepared and implemented the 'Remote Method of Vessel Inspection Guidelines' to introduce non-face-to-face inspection methods. In this study, a self inspection approval system was presented as a method for reducing marine accidents of small fishing vessels. Moreover, a mobile application was developed to prepare a standardized remote method, and its effectiveness was analyzed. Resultantly, the necessity of introducing a mobile application-based ship inspection system was confirmed with the introduction of a self inspection approval system that could induce voluntary safety management in fishing vessel owners. Additionally, we confirmed that the self inspection approval system could effectively reduce marine accidents by raising the safety awareness of ship owners.

Purpose: This study was attempted to estimate the effects of diabetic education fortified with individual practice on plasma glucose, self-care, and self reported physical symptoms in type 2 diabetes patients Method: The subjects consisted of 46 patients with type 2 diabetes patients, who took the hospitalization diabetes education program from July 2003 until February 2004 at Seoul C university hospital. The experimental group was assessed at preand post intervention. The diabetes education was provided for one week. The education consisted of diabetes education videos for the diabetic introduction, group education for medication therapy, dietetic treatment and diabetes complication education. Also individual education for nurses examination of glycemia and insulin injection practice. Results: The HbA1c values significantly decreased from 9.6% on the time of hospitalization to 7.4% 3 months after discharge. In respect to the number of days of self-care, medication, diet, exercise, cleansing feet, and carrying sweets to prepare for hypoglycemia all significantly increased 3 months after discharge compared to the values at the time of hospitalization. Self reported physical symptoms were also significantly increased 3 months after discharge compared to the time of hospitalization. Conclusion: The diabetic education fortified with individual practice can be practically used as a plan for managing glycemia, self-care, and self reported physical symptom of diabetes patients.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of preceptor preparation education on the preceptor's role recognition, role conflict and professional self-concept. Method: A Quasi-experimental design with non-equivalant control group was used. The subjects included 39 nurses, 19 in experimental group, and 20 in the control group. The program consisted of introduction of preceptor education program & curriculum, change of hospital management environment, the newest trend of nursing course, concept of preceptorship, steps of preceptorship, role of preceptor, attitude of preceptor, role of education, etiquette in nursing situation, policy of clinical education ability improvement, communication, conflict management, nursing ethics, contents concerned nursing professionalist, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and medication. The data was collected from September 29 to November 17, 2007 using a structured questionnaire. Result: Preceptor's role recognition was increased significantly in the experimental group. However, role conflict and professional self-concept weren't significantly changed in the experimental group, compared to the control group. Conclusion: This study provides evidence for potential and beneficial effect of preceptor preparation education program on nurses.

With regard to the new town developments which have supplied lots of houses in a short period of time in Korea this study aims to evaluation and finding out problems of the developments finally to suggest the direction. A new town's competitiveness model set in the previous paper takes a role of research frame to recognize the problems and to show the direction. The model explains that new town's competitiveness is composed of 4 factors; Self-sufficiency, Innovativenss, Identity and Sustainability. Problems of the developments are as follows; incongruity of spatial structure especially in the capital region, deficiency of self-sufficiency resulted from single-use development, restriction on mixed development by a number of regulations in capital region, low business value, grand scale of land compensation, house oriented planning guidance, unfair share of infrastructure fee, and physical structure depending mainly on fossil energy. Based on this recognition this study conclusively suggests corresponding direction such as role performance as a means of urban growth management, promotion of quality of life by accumulating social capital, introduction of socially sustainable management program for the new towns, discovery and creation of town's value, reexamination of self-sufficiency's meaning or target, selective deregulation of metropolitan development, institutional strategy for cost reduction, changeover from house index to urban function oriented index, and pursuit of low-carbon green town.

This study highlights empirically the relationship among major constructs such as accident, fear and anxiety emotion, self-efficacy, and negative spillover of work, focused on the railway drivers. The differentiated factor of this study is in that the experience of accident was posed as exogenous variable. The main statistical tool was Regression. Hypothesis tests based on 201 samples verified that the experience of accidents showed a significant effect on negative spillover of work mediated by fear and anxiety, with moderating effect of self-efficacy between fear and anxiety and negative spillover of work. However, the moderating effect was shown as increasing the degree of negative spillover of work, since the drivers recognized their fear and anxiety accrued by accident experience as uncontrollable. This findings suggest the need for mitigating driver's negative emotion - fear and anxiety - through an introduction of practice such as exemption of settlement obligation in accident site and lowering of the penalty for accident responsibility.

Introduction: Previous studies on occupational health focussed predominately on the occurrence of occupational diseases. Relatively few studies have measured how employment is associated with the use of healthcare services. This study investigates the association between employment and the extent and range of healthcare use, such as medical expenditures, of women in South Korea. Methods: We analyze data of the Korean Health Panel, an ongoing longitudinal national representative survey, from 2008 to 2017, to identify the status of economic activity of women by year and age group. We estimate the association between female employment status and medical expenditures by using random effect panel Tobit models. Furthermore, we investigate the association between employment status and the range of healthcare services in biomedicine and traditional Korean medicine (KM) by conducting conditional fixed-effects logistic regression analyses. Results: For women aged between 25 and 65 in 2017, the majority of them were employed or self-employed. (The proportion of employment of self-employment equals 64.80%). In addition, working women spent 11.6% less on healthcare than nonworking women, and self-employment lowered the healthcare expenditure by 13.1%. Neither work nor the type of work is related to the types and range of healthcare service use. Being employed or self-employed is negatively associated with women's expenditure on healthcare. Conclusions: The findings show that employment is associated with less spending on healthcare. They imply that employment has a positive impact on women's health.

Nowadays more and more attention is paid to digital technologies, digitization, and the digitization of public services in particular. Progressive countries aim to build "digital" governance and a digital economy. In this aspect, the international experience of using digitization in the field of public administration, including in local self-government bodies, plays an important role. Therefore, it is important to analyze the international legal experience of the functioning of local self-government in the conditions of digitization. The purpose of the work is to study the international legal experience of the functioning of local self-government in the conditions of digitization. The object of the study is local self-government in the conditions of digitization through the prism of international legal experience. The subject of the study is social relations that arise, change, and cease during the implementation of digitization in local self-government in Ukraine and foreign countries. The research methodology consists of such methods as the method of philosophical hermeneutics; dialectical method; classification method; comparative method; target method; method of documentary analysis; generalization method. Research results. As a result of the conducted research, the international experience of the functioning of local self-government in conditions of digitization was analyzed. In particular, the impact of digitization processes on the course of the decentralization reform in Ukraine is summarized. Also, from the analysis of international experience, a conclusion was made about the potential possibility of reducing the existing gap in the process of communication between the central government and united territorial communities thanks to the introduction of the latest technologies in the field of administrative services, to stimulate innovative and economic development of regions, attracting the attention of businesses and potential investors, as well as the functioning of more open local authorities with electronic communication tools.
