The purpose of this study is to suggest the general education contents for undergraduate students at engineering related departments through need analysis in order to develop creative and integral talents. For this study, the need analysis was conducted by using focus group interviews, Borich's educational need equation and the Locus for Focus Model, and highly ranked priorities on both methods proposed as the highest priorities. As a result, 'drawing up a letter of self-introduction and a portfolio', 'understanding fields', 'understanding careers related to the major', 'presentation skills', 'knowledge for certificated exams', 'method to deduct creative ideas' were high on the list of top five priorities. The selected items by Locus for Focus Model show that undergraduate students at engineering related departments need general education contents associated with career development and communication by priority.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are remotely piloted or self-piloted aircraft by inputted program in advance or artificial intelligence. In this study Aileron and Elevator are used to control the movement of airplane for horizontal and vertical flights about its longitudinal and lateral axis. In an introduction, the drone was linearly modeled by extracting aerodynamic parameter through flight test and simulation, lift and drag coefficient corresponding to angle of attack, changes of pitching moment coefficient. In the main subject, the flight simulation was performed after constructing hardware using TMS320F2812 from TI company and PID with lateral and longitudinal controller for horizontal and vertical flights. Flying characteristics of two system were estimated and compared through real flight test with hardware equipped algorithm and adaptive algorithm that was applied to consider external factors such as turbulence. In conclusion the control performance of the controller with proposed algorithm was streamlined at lateral and longitudinal controller respectively, we will discuss guidance command to pass way point.

This paper explores the influences of the traditional Chinese culture on social relations in China. It provides an introduction to the concept of Guanxi, the notion that social connections are based on socially situated reciprocity. This is different from social interaction in Western society that is based on self-interest and equity. Guanxi represents the foundation of social networks in many Eastern countries. As such, the study of social networks in China requires scholars to examine Guanxi networks. The paper demonstrates how a Guanxi perspective might be added to the examination of various theories that comprise structural (network) theory, including social capital theory, social exchange theory, cognitive and contagion theories, and the role of homophily for the study of Chinese society and its social organizations.

Compared with traditional patch-based sparse representation, recent studies have concluded that group-based sparse representation (GSR) can simultaneously enforce the intrinsic local sparsity and nonlocal self-similarity of images within a unified framework. This article investigates an accelerated split Bregman method (SBM) that is based on GSR which exploits image compressive sensing (CS). The computational efficiency of accelerated SBM for the measurement matrix of a partial Fourier matrix can be further improved by the introduction of a fast Fourier transform (FFT) to derive the enhanced algorithm. In addition, we provide convergence analysis for the proposed method. Experimental results demonstrate that accelerated SBM is potentially faster than some existing image CS reconstruction methods.

본 논문에서는 국내 가상이동망 사업자(MVNO : Mobile Virtual Network Operator) 제도 도입에 대한 논의를 위해 MVNO의 개념, 국내외 사업자 현황, 규제 동향 및 제도 도입의 효과를 분석한다. 아울러 AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process, 계층적 분석) 기법을 이용하여 정부의 정책개입에 따른 MVNO 사업자의 효율적인 비즈니스 모델을 도출한다. 이를 위하여 사업자의 주요평가기준으로 경쟁활성화, 투자요인증대 및 경제성을 선정하였으며 자율협상, 부분규제 및 전면 규제의 세 가지 대안을 상정하고 각각의 평가기준별 점수를 비교, 분석한다.

Sense and Respond Logistics(SARL) is a transformational, network-centric, knowledge-driven concept that enables joint effects-based operations and provides precise, agile support. Sense and respond logistics relies upon highly adaptive, self-synchronizing, and dynamic physical and functional processes. It predicts, anticipates, and coordinates actions that provide competitive advantage across the full range of military operations. In this research paper, we considered the essential prerequisite to introduce the appropriate SARL concept for the future warfare environment into the military logistics support system and also provide the conceptual alternatives to actualize the introduction of SARL.

With the advent of the international standard IEC 61850 for communication networks and systems in substations, utilities are beginning to implement substation automation systems (SAS) that can give support to interoperability, interchangeability and self-description features. This paper describes with the SAS design accordance with this new standard. After a brief introduction of IEC 61850 SCL, this paper addresses some issues related to the specification of an IEC 61850 based SAS, and describes the Substation Configuration Language (SCL) based on Extensible Markup Language (XML). The SAS design process is explored with examples including the Intelligent Electronic Device (IED) selection, Logical Nodes (LN) allocation and the related services and the SAS communication architecture.

This study focused on the introduction of damage repair for polymeric composite carbody. called selfing tech-healinique. using microcapsules loaded with the healing agent The manufacturing process for microcapsules with the healing agent was introduced and tile characteristics of microcapsules manufactured by varying with various manufacturing process variables were evaluated. The DCPD was used for the healing agent and microcapsules were made of urea-formaldehyde resin. The magnitude and the size distribution of microcapsules were measured by a particle size analyzer using laser diffraction technique. Thermal stability was investigated by using a TGA under continuous and isothermal heating conditions for the healing agent. microcapsules without the healing agent. microcapsules with the healing agent.

With the development of computer technologies and the increase of internet users, Internet plays an important role in job-recruitment business. However, almost of the sites which provide job offering and job hunting service, merely have the function such as simple inquiry for information corresponding to job offering and job hunting. In this research, the online website whose task is supporting whole procedure of recruitment for real enterprises is constructed to apply the interview procedures of the real enterprises through internet. We utilize the video conference to increase the reality for interview. Also it has functions such as presentation of application form and resume and self introduction using the video conference. Through the online recruitment website we can expect time and cost saving for recruitment for both sides of enterprise to hunt the person and people to seek the job.

The purpose of this study is to identify and profile Korean women's fashion opinion leaders on demographic, psychological and communication channels dimensions. The questionnaire was administered to 1204 students from a purposively selected. women's universities in Seoul. The data was analyzed using $X^2$-test, t-test, multiple regression analysis and discriminant analysis, The significance level was set at. 05. The major findings derived from analysis are as follows: 1. Fashion opinion leaders are generally come from families with higher income, more education and higher occupational status than followers. 2. Fashion opinion leaders are more likely to be exhibitionistic, self-confident, individualistic, risk taking and gregarious than followers. 3. Fashion opinion leaders are more exposed to impersonal communication media, especially to fashion magazines than followers. These findings imply an obvious usefulness for both manufacturers in the apparel industry as well as retailers to help them in the identification of their target market for the introduction and acceptance of fashion items.
