주부의 자원활동(自願活動) 참여동기와 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Housewife動s Volunteer Activities Motivation and Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand what needs housewife volunteers want to be satisfied with and try to find the way to satisfy them, examining empirically their participation motivation and activity satisfaction. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1) the housewife volunteers’participation motivation was composed self-developmental, self-actualization, altruistic dimensions and the mean score of self-actualization was the highest. 2) the self-development motivation was proved significantly different in housewives’age, their last child’s age, religion. the altruistic motivation was proved significantly different in their religion. 3) the housewife volunteers’activity satisfaction was proved significantly different in the level of self-developmental motivation, self-actualization, and altruistic motivation. Namely, the higher the level of self-development motivation, self-actualization, and altruistic motivation was, the higher activity satisfaction was. 4) the variables that influence on housewife volunteers’activity satisfaction were family support, self-development motivation, self-actualization, job appropriateness.

중년여성의 자아실현과 영향요인 (The Influencing Factors on Self-actualization in Middle-aged Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing factor to self actualization in middle-aged women. Method: The subjects for this study were 191 middle-aged women selected by convenience sampling in three cities. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, Pearson Product Moment Correlation coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression. Result: The results of this study were as follows: 1. The relationship between self-efficacy, social support, self esteem, motivation for achievement, parental satisfaction with children and self-actualization were found to have statistically significant positive correlations. But the relationship between depression and self-actualization were found to have statistically significant negative correlation. 2. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor was social support. Social support, motivation for achievement and self esteem accounted for 38.1% of the variance in self-actualization in middle aged women. Conclusion: According to these results, it is recommended that in order to enhance self-actualization in middle-aged women, empowerment of social support, motivation for achievement and self esteem should be pursued.

간호전문대학생의 자아실현에 관한 연구 (A Study on Self-Actualization Level of junior College Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to Identify the self-actualization level of Junior College Nursing Students and to analyze the variables that may be related to self-actualization. A convenient sample of 346 students were selected from three colleges located in Seoul and Kyungki-Province. The data were collected using a direct survey method from September17to October 2, 1992. The instrument used for this study was the self-actualization test modified by Kim & Lee(1983). The collected data were analyzed using percentages, means, 1-test, X$^2$-test, ANOVA and Pearson’s correlation coefficient, with the SPSSPC$^{+}$ Package. The results of this study are as follows : 1) The self-actualization level of subjects was moderate. The subjects showed higher scores in the areas of Self actualizing Values and Nature of Man than the standardized normal groups. The subjects showed lower scores in the areas of Inner Directed Existentiality, Self acceptance and Capacity for Intimate Contact. 2) The subjects attending day junior colleges showed higher scores in the areas of Time competent, Existentiality and Self Acceptance than those attending college in the evening. The subjects attending evening junior colleges showed higher scores in the areas of Spontaneity than those attending college by day. 3) The junior students showed higher scores in the areas of Feel-ing Reactivity than freshman. The students with no religion showed higher scores in the areas of existentiality than those who had a religion. The group who had the experience of failure on the college entrance examination showed lower scores in the areas of Nature of Man than those without this experience. Those who chose their major voluntary showed scores higher in the areas of I nor Directed, Self Actualizing Values, Spontaneity and Self regard than the unsatisfied group. The group satisfied with college life showed higher scores in the areas of Time Competent, Inner Directed, Self Actualizing Values and Self Regard than the unsatisfied group. In conclusion self actualization level depends on motivation of choice, satisfaction with nursing as a major and satisfaction with college life. Therefore, and effective guidance program is required to improve motivation and satisfaction with nursing as a major and with college life.

자아실현성과 공동의사결정에 관한 연구 - 남편과 부인을 중심으로 (A Study on the Relation between Husband and Wife's Self-Actualization and Joint Decision-Making)

  • This study was mainly concerned providing a basic of data for the more reasonable home management. The purpose study was to investigate the relationship of husbands and wives self-actualization and degree of joint decision-making. For the purpose of this study 500 questionaire were distributed to the marital in seoul. The 412 data were analized by Frequency, Percentage, T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe-test. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1) Over one and half of husbands and wives are try to be self-actualized. 2) The tendency of the husbands and wives decision-making was joint decision-making. 3) The important influential variables on the husbands and wives self-actualization husbands were age, life-cycle, job employment motivation. And wives were life-cycle, education, income, job, employment motivation. 4) The important influential variables on the joint decision-making were age, number of child, life-cycle. 5) A marital joint decision-making level differs significantly, according to the degree of husbands and wives self-actualization. The higher level of husbands and wives self-actualization, the higher degree of marital joint decision-making. The result of this study implies that a marital joint-making necessary in order to carry on happy home management and the reasonable home administration.

창업동기, 창업역량 및 창업지원 정책이 창업 초기기업의 창업 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 사회적지지의 조절효과 (Effects of Startup Motivation, Startup Competence, and Startup Support Policy on Startup Satisfaction in Early Startup Companies : Moderating Effect of Social Support)

  • 사회·국가적으로 창업의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 하지만 국내 신생 기업의 생존율은 상대적으로 낮은 편이다. 따라서 초기 창업기업의 창업 만족도를 재고하여 생존율을 높일 방안 마련이 절실하다. 본 연구에서는 초기 창업기업의 창업 동기, 창업역량, 창업지원 정책이 창업 만족도에 미치는 영향과 사회적지지의 조절효과에 대해 알아보았다. 창업동기는 세부적으로 경제적 동기와 자아실현 동기로 구분하였다. 창업역량은 세부적으로 경험역량과 마케팅역량으로 구분하였다. 창업지원 정책은 세부적으로 창업자금지원과 창업컨설팅 지원으로 구분하였다. 온오프라인으로 창업 7년 이내 초기 창업기업의 경영자 250명으로부터 설문을 받아 실증분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과 경제적 동기, 자아실현 동기, 경험역량, 마케팅역량, 창업자금지원은 창업 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 창업컨설팅 지원은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 또한 창업 만족도에 미치는 영향력의 크기는 자아실현 동기, 경험역량, 마케팅역량, 창업자금지원, 경제적 동기 순으로 나타났다. 사회적지지의 조절 효과는 경제적 동기, 자아실현 동기, 경험역량에서 나타났다. 그러나 마케팅역량, 창업자금지원, 창업컨설팅 지원은 조절 효과가 검증되지 않았다. 연구 결과를 통해 자아실현 동기와 경험역량이 창업 만족도 제고에 핵심적인 요인이라는 학술적 시사점을 제시하였다. 또한 초기 창업가의 자아실현과 경험역량을 극대화할 창업 교육 프로그램과 창업컨설팅 지원 제도의 실효성 제고 노력 등이 필요하다는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • 창업의 중요성이 강조되고 있으나 창업기업이 지속하여 생존하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 따라서 창업기업의 창업만족도를 강화하고 생존율을 제고할 수 있는 방안 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 창업기업의 창업동기, 창업역량, 창업열정이 창업만족도에 미치는 영향과 일반창업기업 및 스타트업의 창업형태에 따른 조절효과에 대해 고찰하였다. 창업동기는 자아실현동기와 친사회적동기로 구분하였다. 창업역량은 마케팅역량과 경험역량으로 구분하였다. 창업열정은 조화열정과 강박열정으로 구분하였다. 온라인과 오프라인으로 창업후 7년 이내 일반창업기업과 스타트업 기업의 경영자 361명으로부터 설문을 받아 실증분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과 자아실현동기, 친사회적동기, 마케팅역량, 경험역량, 조화열정은 창업만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 강박열정은 유의한 영향을 미치치 못하였다. 또한 창업만족도에 미치는 영향력의 크기는 조화열정, 마케팅역량, 자아실현동기, 친사회적동기, 경험역량의 순서로 나타났다. 일반창업기업과 스타트업의 창업형태에 따른 조절효과는 친사회적동기, 경험역량, 조화열정에서 나타났다. 그러나 자아실현동기, 마케팅역량, 강박열정과 창업만족도간 조절효과의 유의성은 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는 조화열정과 마케팅역량이 창업만족도 제고에 중요한 요인이라는 학술점 시사점을 제시하였다. 또한, 창업기업 사업주체의 심리적 안정성 지원 프로그램, 전문가를 통한 창업역량 강화 및 자아실현동기와 친사회적 동기를 함양할 수 있는 창업교육 프로그램 강화 등이 필요하다는 실무적, 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

외식관련전공 대학생의 창업동기가 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 성별의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Influence of Entrepreneurial Motivations of College Students Majoring in Foodservice on Entrepreneurial Intentions: Focused on the Moderating Effects by Gender)

  • 본 연구는 창업에 관심 있는 외식관련전공 대학생들을 대상으로 유인 요인과 추진 요인의 동기 이론을 통해 창업동기를 고찰하였으며, 창업동기가 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 이러한 영향관계에서 성별의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 실증연구를 수행하기 위해 확보된 317개의 표본을 바탕으로 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀 분석 및 위계적 조절회귀분석을 사용하여 총 2개의 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 창업동기의 유인 요인 중 성취욕구(p<0.001)와 자아실현(p<0.01)이 창업의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되어 외식관련전공 대학생들은 긍정적인 창업동기로 창업의도가 증진된다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 한편 창업동기가 창업의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 성별과 창업교육 경험의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 성별의 조절효과는 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 이론적 시사점과 더불어 대학에서의 창업 활성화 및 창업의욕 고취를 위한 정책적 방안을 제시하였으며, 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구방향에 대해서도 논의하였다.

성인학습자의 배움 의미에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Meaning of Learning in Adult Learners)

  • 사람들은 어떤 이유로 배움을 시작하게 되는가 라는 질문으로 배움의 의미에 대한 연구를 시작하였다. 배움은 인간화이며 인격화이다. 배움은 인간의 기본적인 본능이며 배움의 본질은 타인과 나의 삶에 대한 이해이며 공동체를 배우고 사회적 자본을 익히는 계기가 된다. 인간에게 배움은 유목적인 판단력을 주며 사회환경과의 끊임없는 조화를 이루면서 살아가야 할 인류에게 생산적 삶의 계기를 마련해 준다. 배움은 자기 관리, 다양한 세대와의 의사소통, 자아실현 등의 계기를 마련해 주며, 배움은 세상을 바라보는 시각을 확장 시킨다. 우리에게 배움은 개인의 존재론적 의미, 실존적 의미를 찾게 하는 중요한 기제로 작용한다.

창의성 교육 모델의 탐색 (An Exploration of Creativity Education Model)

  • Although it is widely acknowledged that enhancing creativity is an important educational theme on which schools should depend and embody their educational goal and activities, how to do it can be characterized as 'piecemeal' without a whole picture of it. Thus, school practices of creativity education has been disoriented, discontinuous, short-term, and peripheral in nature. In this practical context, a theoretical model of creativity education was developed in ways in which several theoretical concepts based on research findings on a variety of aspects of creativity education were compiled and organized. The core of the model was creative problem solving process to which the goals and the mediating variables of creativity education were connected in relational fashion. By giving repetitive opportunities for creative problem solving geared to producing the results that are novel and useful for the individual as well as the socity, it was conceptualized that two educational goals could be achieved: a short-term goal of developing creative potential of the individual and the long-term goals of self-actualization of the individual and contribution to the society. It is also conceptualized that creative problem solving can be influenced in positive manner by several mediating variables: content knowledge and skills, creative cognition, creative motivation and attitudes, and creative environment. The creative environment is composed of psychological and physical conditions and provides a basis for creativity education. The former three variables are conceptualized as necessary conditions for the effectiveness and efficiency of creative problem solving, when provided appropriately. The four mediating variables ware conceptualized as mutually affecting so that the development of one variable influences positively that of the other, and vice versa. In terms of practical perspective of teaching creativity, developing creative potential, self-actualization, and contribution to society are the goals; creative problem solving process is the methodology; content knowledge and skills, creative cognition, and creative motivation and attitudes are the content; and creative environment is the condition of creativity education. The model is not yet perfect but needs further explorations to make it more detailed in clarifying various relationships. For instance, how the creative problem solving process can be differentiated in teaching various subject matters is yet to be explored. Thus, the model proposed in this study should be regarded as a general model of creativity education, and is relatively sound to be adopted in school practices since it is based on the theoretical as well as empirical study findings on creativity. However, the proposed model needs to be validated through empirical researches in real teaching settings.

Future Design and Success Engineering in Global Society by Creative Self-innovation

  • In this paper, we proposed "Future Design and Success Engineering in Global Society by Self-Innovation" (an abbreviated name: FDSE). We started to make a small experiment between Korea Maritime University and Yamagata University at the current year. After inspecting the results, especially, successful and unsuccessful points in our lecture, we have to develop the strong points and amend the week points, through making the analysis of success-failure, which is his favorite management method. We have to level up the contents of our work in the future. The students for this lecture would learn from experiences of "the common knowledge (common field of discussion)", held common languages, common thought, common system. They filled up the blanks of "The Matrix Frame" which is mentioned in the previous report, and they expressed their own way of life (work, study). As a matter of course, their personal private affairs must not be made public. It is quite happy that the cultural, economical exchanges between Korea and Japan are now in full flourish and people do a lot of traveling each other. However, if this project will start on the educational global standard, we have a world-wide significance. Moreover, we can promote goodwill between Korea and Japan, and also we can contribute to a better international understanding and the peace of the world by students in both Universities. We hope that candidates for this lecture will have a rounded personality and be a life worthy of human being for realizing Self-Actualization in "Motivation and Personality" by Abraham Maslow.
