전기와 자기에 대한 중학생들의 개방적 탐구에서 과제 유형에 따른 탐구 수행 분석 (An Analysis of Junior High School Students' Open Investigation into Electricity and Magnetism in Two Kinds of Tasks: Qualitative and Quantitative)

  • 중학교 '전기와 자기' 에 대한 개방적 탐구 과제는 관찰을 통한 서술적인 결과 처리가 특징인 정성적 과제와, 변인통제를 통한 정량적 결과 처리가 특징인 정량적 과제로 나눌 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 두 종류의 과제에 대한 중학교 2학년 학생들의 탐구 수행 특징을 탐구 과정을 중심으로 분석하는 것이다. 학생이 작성한 '탐구 보고서' 및 '탐구 활동 평가서' 그리고 연구자의 관찰 및 면담 자료를 분석하였다. 정성적인 과제에 대한 탐구에서는 자신의 생각과 다른 뜻밖의 관찰을 인지하고 처리하는 것이 어려운 점이었고, 정량적인 과제에 대한 탐구에서는 여러 개의 변인을 다루고, 신뢰롭고 타당한 측정을 하며, 정량적으로 결과를 처리하는 것이 어려운 점이었다. 정성적인 과제에 대한 탐구에서는 자신이 제시한 탐구 방법 및 결과의 부족한 점을 인지하고 있었는데 반해, 정량적인 과제에 대한 탐구에서는 부족한 점을 거의 인지하지 못했다. 이러한 결과는 기존의 실험실습과는 다른 개방적인 탐구를 지도할 때, 정성적인 과제의 경우 뜻밖의 관찰 결과를 신뢰롭고 타당하게 처리하도록 지도하는 것이 중요하며, 정량적인 과제의 경우 여러 개의 변인을 다루는 방법 및 신뢰롭고 타당한 측정 방법을 지도하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다.

IT인력의 개인과 조직특성이 경력만족, 경력전망 및 경력몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Individual and Organizational Effect of IT Human Resources on Career Satisfaction, Career Prospects and Career Commitment)

  • IT산업의 인적자원에 대한 중요성과 관심은 증가하고 있으나 IT인력관리에 대한 체계적인 접근이 부족한 실정이며 국내 IT산업은 전문인력의 부족 및 우수인력들의 잦은 이직현상 등 여러 가지 문제점을 노출하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 IT인력을 대상으로 개인특성과 조직특성이 경력만족, 경력전망 및 경력몰입에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. IT 인력의 경력몰입을 실증적으로 연구하기 위해 국내 IT관련 업체에 종사하고 있는 개발자 및 전산실 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 개인특성 중 자아존중감이 경력만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 조직특성 중에서는 분배공정성 및 성장기회제공 등에 대한 지각 정도가 높을수록 경력전망에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 경력계획과 경력관리는 IT인력의 경력몰입에 미미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 IT인력관리의 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 향후 국내 IT인적자원의 체계적인 관리에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

학교공동체 구성원의 역할 탐색을 위한 조사연구 (A Survey Study on the Roles of School Community Members)

  • Each roles of school community members as principals, assistant principals, head teachers, teachers, parents of pupils, and persons of regional society by questionnaire method. The opinions of 805 subjects of school members in Pusan city by stratified random sampling are analyzed. The results of analysis are as follows : The major roles of principals in school community are considered as (1) converging various schools members' opinions and reflecting them to school management (2) setting manifest educational goals of school and projecting visions of school development in the future (3) managing efficient, rational school. The major roles of assistant principals in school community are defined as (1) mediating and co-ordinating relation between principal and teachers (2) combing and harmonizing school members (3) dividing and co-ordinating school members' roles. The major roles of head teachers are defined as (1) driving departmental services and acting teaches' professional competency (2) mediating relation between school managers and teachers (3) converging teachers' opinions, delivering and reflecting them to the school managers. The major roles of teachers are defined as (1) supporting pupils' growth (2) completing teaching-learning activities (3) devoting pupul discipline. The major roles of pupils in school community are (1) believing schooling and teachers (2) self-initiative, positive learning activities (3) comprehending, caring, co-operating others. major roles of parents of pupils in school community are (1) believing schooling and teachers (2) The participating schooling (3) supporting schooling. The major roles of persons of regional community in school community are defined as (1) concerning and believing schooling (2) supporting and co-operating schooling (3) comprehending and loving schooling.

  • Fishery and shipping industry are ones of the important industries for the Republic of Korea, and the education of competent technicians is a essential-important factor for the further development in these fields. To this end, curriculum for the fisheries and/or merchant marine high schools are rearranged to meet the industrial needs and social change. In this study, the existing goal of education is rearranged inclusively to meet the further development and the curriculum to realize the goal. The departments are reorganized into nine ones by establishing new two. They are Department of Refrigeration Mechanical Engineering and of Automated-ship Operation. Four departments of existing seven-Department of Fish Aquaculture, of Fish Processing, of Marine Engine and of Marine Communication-are renamed into Department of Aquaculture, of Food Processing, of Power Mechanical Engineering and of Electronic Communication respectively. The remaining three departments- Department of Fishing Technology, of Self-managing Fisheries and of Navigation-are unchanged. The specialized subjects are revised as follows; (1) The existing seven subjects especially prepared for the fisheries and/or merchant marine high schools are changed into the common subjects for all the vocational high schools. They are Food Science, Food Hygiene, Food Processing Machinery, Air-conditioning Facilities, Welding and Piping, Communication Law and Introduction to Computer. (2) Two subjects are newly established: Refrigeration Mechanical Engineering and Automated-ship Operation. (3) Four subjects are disused : Sea Training, Fisheries Law, Canned Food and Practice in Communication. (4) Introduction to ship, to Marine Engine and to Marine Communication are merged into Introduction to ship. (5) The compulsory major subject is fixed as Introduction to Fisheries for the fisheries high schools and Introduction to shipping Industry for the merchant marine high schools.

교대근무 간호사의 직무스트레스와 스트레스반응과의 관계에서 수면의 질의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Sleep Quality on the Relationship between Job Stress and Stress Response of Shift-Working Nurses)

  • Purpose: The aim of this research was to identify the mediating effect of sleep quality on the relationship between job stress and stress response of shift-working nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 150 nurses who had more than 6 months of shift-working experience. A survey was conducted from May to June 2017 in a hospital in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The data were collected through self-report questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using SAS 9.4 program. The analysis was based on Baron and Kenny's model to examine the mediating effects of sleep quality on the relationship between job stress and stress response of shift-working nurses. Results: In the first and second steps, job stress was identified as a significant predictor of sleep quality (β= .29, p= .001) and stress response (β = .24, p= .004). In the third step, sleep (B = .55, p< .001) was observed as a significant predictor of stress response, and the direct relationship between job stress and stress response was not significant (β= .07, p= .291). Sleep quality was found to exhibit complete mediating effect on the relationship between job stress and stress response. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that strategies for managing the stress of shift-working nurses should include effective ways to ensure sleep quality.

간호대학생의 스트레스, 임상실습 스트레스, 대처, 심리적 안녕감에 관한 융합 연구 (Convergence Study on Stress, Stress of Clinical Practice, Coping, and Psychological well-being in Nursing Students.)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 스트레스, 임상실습 스트레스, 대처, 심리적 안녕감 정도와 그 관계를 파악하여 간호대학생의 성공적인 대학생활 및 추후 간호사 생활을 지속할 수 있는 방안을 확인하고자 시도된 연구이다. 연구 대상은 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생 242명으로, 자료수집 기간은 2015년 10월부터 11월까지 시행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 program으로 ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation coeffient, Multiple regression analysis를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 문제에 직면했을 때 문제를 회피하지 않고 직접 해결하고자 할수록, 그리고 스트레스를 적게 받을수록 심리적 안녕감은 증가하며, 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 주요변수는 문제중심 대처기제(${\beta}=.446$), 회피중심 대처기제(${\beta}=-.301$), 스트레스(${\beta}=-.281$)로 설명력은 51.0%로 나타났다 결론적으로 간호대학생들이 스트레스를 회피하기 보다는 이를 직시하고, 스스로 또는 사회적 지지체계를 이용하여 문제해결 방안을 적극적으로 간구하려는 스트레스 관리 전략을 통해 심리적 안녕감의 함양이 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

러시아 연해주 지역의 한인 주거에 관한 연구 -문헌고찰과 현지 답사를 통한 1930년대 이전의 한인주거 분석 - (Study on the Dwellings of Korean Diaspora in Yunhaju of Russia pre-1930's - Focusing on Analysis of related documents and Interviewing in Yunhaju -)

  • Koreans were started moving to Yunhaju in Russia for escaping from tyrannical rule and famine in 1860's in Korea. Social and political situation of Russia were made it very hard to get to know about Korean's life there so far. But it was known that Korean Diaspora has been kept traditional way of living in without contacts between Korea for 140 years. This study examined the dwellings of Korean Diaspora in Yunhaju through reviewing related documents and records firstly and had a time to visit places which Koreans lived since 1860's for example Posyet(equation omitted), Suifen(equation omitted), Ussuriisk(equation omitted), Vladivostok(equation omitted), Partizansk(equation omitted) and took interviews with Koreans who lived there pre 1930's. Results of research were as following : 1) A first place to settle down for Koreans in Yunhaju was Posye(equation omitted) and scattered as time goes by far away from there. 2) Koreans were helping each other for living and they had their own self managing organizations in village there. 3) The villages which was made in Yunhaju by Koreans in the beginning were similar to traditional ones in Korea. 4) It was verified that dwellings which was built by Koreans in Yunhaju were similar to ones in north area in Korea. At that time lots of Korean Diaspora came from north part and they kept their own traditional way of building houses there for a long time. 5) Korean Diaspora have been kept traditional heating system ‘Ondol’ in their various types of houses until now in Yunhaju. Moreover, it is known that Russians prefer to set ‘Ondol’ in their houses recently as a very special and expensive heating system. This study would be a very good opportunity to standing out Korean history of housing in Yunhaju as well as evaluating their identification as Koreans. For this, it is needed to take more deep research in specific areas which could see more various types of housing and could compare ones between two countries.

간호대학생의 스트레스, 감성지능과 학업성취도 (Stress, Emotional Intelligence, Academic Achievement of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 감성지능과 스트레스, 학업성취도와의 관계를 파악하고 이들 간의 관계를 규명하는 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 자료 수집은 P시의 K대학에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 간호대학생 157명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 2014년 11월 24일부터 12월 12일까지 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 18.0을 이용하여 실수와 백분율, 평균 및 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 스트레스와 감성지능, 학업성취도는 유의한 상관관계를 보여 스트레스가 높을수록 감성지능이 낮은 것으로 나타났다(r=-.190, p=.017). 따라서 간호대학생의 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발 및 검증을 제언한다.

DACUM 직무 분석 기법을 통한 이러닝 품질 관리사의 직무 모형 개발 (Development of a Task Model of e-Learning Quality Managers Based on the DACUM Method)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 DACUM 직무 분석 방법을 통하여 이러닝 품질 관리사의 직무를 분석하고 직무 모형을 개발하는 것이다. DACUM 직무 분석을 위해 1명의 직무 분석가, 9명의 직무 분석 협조자, 1명의 서기, 1명의 실무자로 이루어진 DACUM 직무분석 위원회를 구성하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이러닝 품질 관리사의 직무는 7개의 임무(서비스 기획, 인프라 구축, 콘텐츠 개발, 서비스 운영, 서비스 평가, 품질 관리 행정, 전문성 계발)로 구성되었으며, 각 임무별 과업은 총 61개로 분석되었다. 또한 이러닝 품질 관리사의 직무 수행에 요구되는 14개의 지식, 21개의 기능 및 19개의 태도가 추출되었다. 둘째, 직무 분석 결과를 바탕으로 이러닝 품질 관리사의 직무 능력 모형을 만들었다. 이 직무 모형은 이러닝 품질 관리사의 임무와 임무별 과업이 상호 연관성을 갖도록 논리적인 순서 등을 고려하여 DACUM 차트로 완성되었다.

호소 퇴적물 내부생산성 오염도 영향 평가 및 용출특성에 관한 연구 (The evaluation of pollution level and release characteristics by inner productivity in the sediment of lake)

  • In this study, it is grasped the status of nutrients through an investigation of release characteristics and physicochemical properties of sediments on reservoir. And then the effect of sediments is evaluated on the water quality in reservoir. In the results of physicochemical analysis, the pollution level of midstream is the highest, which shows the traits that the water is more deeper and takes place a deposition consistently. Then, the pollution level of upstream is higher than downstream's because inflow has influence on the upstream directly. The downstream is located near tidal gate so that the soil particles can be moved easily and are difficult to be deposited due to the distribution of seawater by control of tidal gate. Therefore, the downstream is showed the lowest pollution level than the others. Also, the concentration of SOD(Sediment Oxygen Demand) in the upstream which is influenced on the effect of inflow is highest than the others. When it analyzes under anaerobic and aerobic condition to understand the release characteristic of sediment, it shows that the release rate is low or negative under the aerobic condition. Whereas the release rate is usually positive under the unaerobic condition relatively. According to these results, it is necessary to maintain the proper environmental factors of water body for decreasing the release rate of sediment. Because the release rate is changeable under the different condition of water body. Therefore, proper strategies are required for increasing the self-purification of water as well as keeping the aerobic condition of sediment and managing a sediment layer directly to control the inner-pollution by the sediment of reservoir.
