The dependent variable, the frequency of voiding trial untill self voiding achieves, the frequency of urinary retention, the amount of residual urine, the occurrence, of urinary incontinence, were measured during 3 days after catheter removed. The data analyzed with SPSSWIN ; frequency, percentage, t-test and $X^2$-test were used to analyze homogeneity of general characteristics of subjects between the experimental and the control group. T-test, Mann-Whitney U test, and $X^2$-test were used to determine the effect of bladder training. The result of the study were as follows : There was significant difference in the frequency of voiding trial untill self voiding achieves between the experimental group and the control group. There was no significant difference in the frequency of urinary retention between the experimental group and the control group. There was no significant difference in the amount of residual urine between the experimental group and the control group. However, there was significant difference in the amount of residual urine in urinary retention patients. There was significant difference in the occurrence of urinary incontinence between the experimental group and the control group. In conclusion, bladder training program as a nursing intervention was effective in conclusion, bladder self voiding ability after removal of catheter for craniotomy patients. This study aims to verify the relationship between a motivational climate and self-management perceived by athletes. 195 male and 153 female athletes participated in this study. Firstly, reliability and validity are verified for questionnaires, and descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA, and regression analysis are used. The result of the correlation analysis says that all the factors have meaningful relations among them. The analysis on the effects of the motivational climate on self-management indicates that the mastery climate perceived by the athletes has affected statically the sub-factors of self-management such as mental management, training, management, personal relationship management, life management, health management, and intrinsic behavior control. However, the competitive climate didn't help self-management. Based on the study, it was suggested that through the mastery climate, a leader should make athletes manage and control themselves in terms of conquest strategies, self-assessment, problem-solving and decision-making skills, self-control, goal setting, efforts to strengthen oneself, and plan.

The program was applied for five weeks and two hours for each session composed of the preparation step, the main step and the finishing step. The contents of the program were ROM exercise, daily activity training, risk factors and aftereffects, nutrition management and stress management. To collect data, all subjects were questioned before and after the application of the program. Collected data were analyzed through frequencies, percentages, Wilcoxen signed rank test and Cronbach's alpha using SPSS-WIN program. A 15-minute questionnaire on breast-feeding was administered to the obstetric and pediatric residents and nurses in metropolitan academic training programs in Korea to assess their attitudes to and knowledge about breast-feeding and their confidence in managing breast-feeding problems. The questionnaires were self-administered and confidential and the participants was 279. Overall, the study participants indicated a supportive attitude toward breast-feeding. Nurses had a highest supportive attitude than obstetric and pediatric residents. Their self-confidence in this area was inappropriately high with 48% of total, 49% of obstetric, 42% of pediatric and 58% of nurses describing themselves as "confident" or "very confident" to manage common breast-feeding problems to compare their knowledge level answering only 46% of the questions correctly. However, nurses who did have continuing education about breast-feeding had significantly high in knowledge level. These health care professionals have extremely limited knowledge of breast-feeding management compared to their reported confidence. To be truly supportive of breast-feeding, health care professionals should receive didactic and clinical training to breast-feeding management.
