글로벌 전자책 플랫폼의 부상 과정과 유형에 관한 연구 -구글 이북, 아마존 킨들, 애플 아이북스 스토어에 대한 사례연구 (The emergence and ensuing typology of global ebook platform -The case study on Google eBook, Amazon Kindle, Apple iBooks Store)

  • 본 연구는 글로벌 전자책 플랫폼의 부상 과정과 유형을 구글, 아마존, 애플에 대한 사례연구방법(case study method)으로 분석하였다. 글로벌 전자책 플랫폼들은 급격히 변화되는 디지털 기술 환경과 각자의 주어진 적합도 지형(fitness landscape)에 적응하는 과정을 뚜렷이 보여주고 있다. 적응과 진화 과정에서 결정적인 요인이 된 것은 고유한 선택 범주(distinct selection criteria), 자원 풍요도(degree of resource abundance), 개방적 혁신에 기반한 탐색 과정(search process)이다. 이 요인들을 기반으로 글로벌 전자책 플랫폼들은 종분화(種分化, speciation) 과정에서 니치(niche)를 창출하였으며, 초기 조건(initial condition)인 핵심 자원(key resource)에 따라 경로 의존적으로 진화하였다. 각각의 전자책 플랫폼들은 오픈 플랫폼(open platform)과 하이브리드 플랫폼(hybrid platform), 그리고 클로우즈드 플랫폼(closed platform)으로 진화하였다. 구글 이북(eBook)은 안드로이드 기반의 다양한 단말기를 통해 주체들이 직접 운영하며 참여하는 개방성과 확장성을 특징으로 하며, 아마존 킨들(Kindle)은 온라인 대형 서점에서 확장되어 단말기와 유무선 모바일 네트워크까지 아우르며 개방성과 폐쇄성을 동시에 지닌 플랫폼으로 성장하고 있다. 또한 아이북스 스토어(iBooks Store)는 아이폰과 아이패드 등 하드웨어 경쟁력과 폐쇄성 기반의 에이전시 모형으로 진화하고 있다.

누대도태에 의한 벼멸구의 품종적응성의 변화 (Changes in the Fitness of Brown Planthopper, Nilapawata lugens Stal (Homoptera: Delphacidae) to Several Resistant Rice Varieties after Multi-generational Selection)

  • 벼멸구를 저항성 품종에서 도태시켰을 때 새로운 생태형으로 발전되는 속도와 벼멸구의 생태형과 벼의 품종저항성 간에 유전적으로 대응하고 있는지를 알아보고자, 감수성품종(동진벼)으로 사육하던 벼멸구를 Bph1 gene을 가진 저항성품종(청청벼)으로 각각 3세대 및 6세대 도태시킨 후, 같은 Bph1 gene을 가진 4개 품종(Mudgo, IR26, IR64, 청청벼)과, 다른 bph2 gene을 가진 2개 품종(밀양63호 및 가야벼)및 저항성이 없는 2개 품종(동진벼, TN-1)을 공시하여 각 계통의 벼멸구의 산란 및 섭식선호성, 수명, 발육기간, 사충율, 산란수 등을 조사하였다. 그 결과 감수성 벼멸구(생태형-1)를 저항성 Bph1 유전자를 갖인 청청벼에서 3세대(청청3세대계)및 6세대(청청6세대계)로 도태시켰을 때, 사육세대가 많아질수록 청청벼에서의 성충의 수명은 길어지고, 산란수는 많아지며, 또한 약충의 우화율이 높아지고, 약충기간이 짧아지는 등 빠르게 저항성을 극복하였다. 청청3세대계 및 6세대계 벼멸구는 청청벼와 같은 Bph1저항성 유전자를 가진 다른 품종들(Mudgo, IR26, IR64)에 대해서도 도태세대수가 많아지면서 선호성이 점점 높아지는 경향이었다. 성충의 수명과 산란수에 있어서도 청청3세대계, 청청6세대계 등으로 도태세대가 많아질수록 같은 저항성 Bph1유전자를 가진 Mudgo, IR26, IR64등에서 수명이 길어지고 산란수도 많아졌다. 벼멸구의 약충기간은 품종과 벼멸구 도태계통간에 큰 차이가 없었다. 그러나, 약충기간 중 사망률은 도태가 진행되면서 역시 Bph1저항성 gene의 4개 품종 모두에서 낮아졌고, 죽은 개체의 수명도 길어졌다. 밀양 63호(bph2 gene)와 가야벼(Bph1+bph2 gene) 등 2개 품종에서는 벼멸구의 3개 계통 모두 우화하지 못했다.

  • 시설절화용 장미 "그랜드킹"은 경남농업기술원 화훼연구소에서 육성한 신품종이다. 다수성인 적홍색 대륜계의 'Bixa'을 모본으로 병해충에 강한 대륜계인 'Redsandra'를 부본으로 2000년도에 인공교배 하였다. 2000~2001에 걸쳐 가시가 적은 계통을 GR004-1 등 15 계통을 양성 우수한 형질을 가진 GR004-1번 계통을 최종선발 하였다. 2006년 농작물 직무 육성 품종선정위원회에서 "Grandking" 을 명명하였고 화색은 Red-Group 52A 'Hirball' Red-Group 43A 보다 약간 어두운 특성이다. 꽃의 크기는 중형계로 수세가 강건하고 충해에 강하고 줄기는 직립으로 곧게 자라고 튼튼한 편으로 잎색도 (Green group 137A)짙은 특징을 지니고 있다. 2003~2006년까지 생육 및 수량 특성검정을 양액재배 방법으로 실시하였으며 절화수량(본/$m^2$/년)은 228본이고 절화수명은 12.8일로 대비종의 'Hireball'품종 보다 길었다. 꽃 직경이 9.0 cm의 중형으로 가시가 적은 특성을 갖추고 있었다. 화형은 반검변고심형 겹꽃으로 정연하게 피고 꽃 잎수는 36.1개 정도이며 절화장은 77.4 cm이었고 절화수명은 12.8일 정도를 나타내었다.

Tall fescue 품종의 환경적응성 III. 가을철 예취관리가 1번초의 개체중과 수량구성요소에 미치는 영향 (Environmental Adaptation of Tall Fescue varieties in Mauntainous pastures III. Effect of autumn cutting management on the dry weight of plant(DW) of the 1st cutting)

  • This experiments were carried out to estimate the optimum final cutting date in autumn and the selection of highly adaptable varieties in mountainous pastures of Taekwalyong area. The evaluations were based on the data of varietal differences of dry weight of plant(DW) and yield components of the 1st cutting as affected by various final cutting dates of last autumn. Nine varieties of tall fescue Barvetia, Fuego. Demeter, Safe. Barcel, Forager, Johnstone, Enforcer and Stef. were used and 4 final cutting date of autumn were $C_1$, cut on 30 Sept. $C_2$, on 14 Oct. $C_3$, on 28 Oct. and $C_4$. on 11 Nov.. respectively. The results obtained were as follows: I . Between the dry weight of plant(DM) and yield components of 1st cutting were different by various final cutting dates of autumn. The dry weight of plant(DW) was significantly positive correlated with heading characteristics of the 1st cutting in earlier cuttings($C_1- C_3$) of autumn, but there was not significant correlated with heading characteristics of the 1st cutting in the latest cutting($C_4$) of autumn. 2. The variety of Forager with heavier weight of heading tiller(HTW) and dry weight of tiller(WT) showed the highest dry weight of plant(DW) of the 1st cutting in earlier cuttings($C_1-C_3$) of autumn, whereas the variety of Barcel with high number of tillers per plant(NT) showed a high dry weight of plant(DW) of the 1st cutting in the latest cutting($C_4$) of autumn. 3. Optimum final cutting date and critical period of mountainous pastures in Taekwalyong area were estimated in late September($C_1$) and middle October($C_2$), sespectirety. 4. The dry weight of plant(DW) of the 1st cutting was significantly negative correlated with final cutting dates in growth period of autumn.

Evaluation of pepper seedling growth according to the growing period and tray for automatic transplanting

  • The effective growth of pepper seedlings relies on the growing period and tray used, which both aim to minimize seedling damage during the transplantation process. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of red and green pepper seedling growth in plug and cylindrical paper pot (CPP) trays with different growth periods of the seedlings. Two different seedling growth trays were used for the two varieties of pepper seedlings in the same growing media. The pepper seedling growth rates were investigated at 15, 30, and 45 days for each of variety. Important parameters, e.g., the plant height, fresh weight for the plant and root, number of leaves, leaf length and width, and leaf chlorophyll contents, were measured. During the experiment, the CPP tray maintained uniform seedling growth as compared to the plug tray. CPP trays ensured the height of the seedling, with these results 0.84 to 1.6 times higher than those of the plug tray for all conditions, indicating the good quality of the pepper seedlings. The shoot and root weights were found to be greater with more leaves in the CPP tray seedlings for 45 days compared to the seedlings grown in the plug tray, whereas the green pepper variety showed a greater leaf ratio than the red pepper seedlings. The analysis of pepper seedling growth presented in this study will guide the selection of suitable growth trays and seedling periods for farmers when they undertake automatic pepper transplantation in the field.

Characteristics of Growth and Yield by Varieties of Sweetpotato(Ipomoea Batatas L.) Cultivated in Paddy Field

  • In recent, a demand for sweetpotato cultivation technology to expand the cultivated area of field crops in paddy fields is increasing. This research was carried out to establish suitable varieties and cultivation techniques for mass production of sweetpotato for processing raw materials. For the selection of varieties suitable for cultivation in rice fields for each processing purpose, 12 varieties in 2018 (8 varieties for starch, 4 as dried, chips and beverages), and 6 varieties in 2019 (4 varieties for starch including 'Daeyumi'; chips, semi-dried 'Pungwonmi'; beverage and coloring 'Shinjami') were used. Sweetpotato stems were planted in mid-May and harvested after 120 days to investigate the yield. Results revealed that the yield of sweetpotato (2019) for starch production, varied with variety as 'Gogeonmi' 3,926 > 'Jinhongmi' 3,428 > 'Daeyumi' 2,873 > 'Singeonmi' 2,752 kg/10a. The starch content was 20.2% in 'Daeyumi', 18.2 in 'Gogeonmi', 21.2 in 'Singeonmi', and 20.6% in 'Jinghongmi'. The total amount of starch was higher in 'Daeyumi' (730 kg/10a) and 'Gogeonmi' (731 kg/lOa). The yield of chips and edible varieties 'Pungwonmi' was 4,688 kg/10a. The yield of 'Shinjami' of purple variety such as beverages and powder was 3,139 kg/10a. Aaa result of evaluation sweetpotato yield by waterlogging treatments on different growing stages in paddy fields, the yields of 'Daeyumi' and 'Jinhongmi' varieties treated with waterlogging at the storage root formation stage decreased by 11.8% and 11.7%, respectively, compared to the control. In the case of waterlogging treatment at storage root swelling stage, Both varieties showed the lowest yield reduction at 7.0% and 4.8%, respectively. Based on these results, stable production and substitution effect of processing raw materials can be expected by cultivating sweetpotato varieties suitable for paddy cultivation.

데미글라스 소스의 재료별 선호도와 소스 선택에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 광주.전남 레스토랑을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effect on Sauce Selection and Preference of Demi-glace Sauce by Material - Focused on the Restaurants in Gwang-ju and South Jeolla Province -)

  • The sauce is very important to western dishes and also to value and relish of dishes because taste, appearance and the degree of water content are determined by sauce. Also, the taste derived from major sauce like a demi-glace and the basic sauce that affects cooking quality are highly recognized, but preference analyses of source and researches on each ingredients have not been performed up to now. Until today, sauces act as lubricants which add relish to dishes and aid digestion, so the importance of source is more emphasized to raise the taste, appearance, water content and specially healthy function of main ingredients. In this research, some problems of sauce itself and possibilities of improvement was grasped and then some remedies were suggested through the preference, variety and quantity analyses of demi-glace sauce practically used in hotels and restaurants around Gwang-Ju City and South Jeolla(Chon-Nam) Province. Finally, the volume of demi-glace sauce with various ingredients was suggested for various kinds of application. Through the actual proof analysis, preference of each sauce made from various kinds of ingredients was investigated. The result shows that the sauce made from beef bone is highly preferred, followed by pork bone and lamb bone. The least preferred is chicken bone.

컨테이너 터미널의 선처리 알고리즘 성능분석과 최적선택 제안 (Performance Analysis of Preprocessing Algorithm in Container Terminal and Suggestion for Optimum Selection)

  • Purpose - In order to gain the upper hand in competition between container terminals, efforts to improve container terminal productivity continue. Export containers arrive randomly in the container terminal and are carried in the container terminal yard according to the arrival order. On the other hand, containers are carried out of the container terminal yard in order based on container weight, not in order of arrival. Because the carry-in order and the carry-out order are different, rehandling may occur, which reduces the performance of the container terminals. In order to reduce rehandling number, containers can be moved in advance when they arrive, which is called preprocessing. This paper proposes an effective preprocessing algorithm and analyzes the factors that affect the productivity of the container terminals. It also provides a way to choose the best factors for preprocessing for a variety of situations. Research design, data, and methodology - To analyze the impact of factors affecting the performance of preprocessing algorithms presented in this paper, simulations are performed. The simulations are performed for two types of bays, 12 stacks with 8 tiers, and 8 stacks with 6 tiers. Results - The results of the factor analysis that affects the performance of the preprocessing algorithm were as follows. (1) As the LMF increased, preprocessing number increases and rehandling number decreased. (2) The LML effect was greatest when the LML changed from 0 to 1, and that the effect decreased when it changed above 1. (3) The sum of preprocessing number and rehandling number was then shown to be increased after decrease, as the LMF increased. (4) In the case of NCI, a decrease in NCI showed that the containers would become more grouped and thus the performance was improved. (5) There was a positive effect in the case of EFS. Conclusion - In this paper, preprocessing algorithm was proposed and it was possible to choose the best factors for preprocessing for a variety of situations through simulations. Further research related to this study needs to be carried out in the following topic : a study on the improvement of container performance by connecting the preprocessing with remarshalling.

녹차전문점 이용유무에 따른 녹차와 녹차전문점에 대한 인식 및 태도 (Perception and Attitudes toward Green Tea and Green Tea Cafe Compared by Usage of Green Tea Cafe)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate individuals' perceptions toward green tea and green tea cafes according to their usage of green tea cafes, gender, and marital status. The survey was conducted online and completed by 200 respondents who had been to green tea cafes and by 200 respondents who had not. The visitors of green tea cafes had more positive perceptions regarding the atmosphere, familiar taste, good quality of raw foods, freshness of foods, good service, excellent taste, and menu variety of green tea cafes. Males perceived green tea as 'good for health' more than the females. There was no difference in the perception of green tea cafes by marital status. Regarding a popularization plan for green tea cafes, the customers felt more need for a tea sommelier than the non-customers, and females versus males felt stronger about having a tea sommelier that would provide opportunities to taste various tea products and develop a green tea menu that considered nutrition and health. Unmarried respondents felt a greater necessity for having a place with a comfortable environment, tasting a variety of tea products, and having a chance to experience tea culture. When selecting a green tea cafe, the quality of the food and cleanliness of the cafe were considered to be most important. The implications of the data are discussed.

자작나무시루뻔버섯(차가버섯)을 접종한 자작나무로부터 버섯의 생장 (Growth of Chaga Mushroom (Inonotus obliquus) on Betula platyphylla var. japonica)

  • 자작나무시루뻔버섯(차가버섯)은 살아있는 나무에서만 자라는 귀중한 약용버섯이다. 그러나 아직까지 인공재배가 아닌 자연 채취에 의존하고 있다. 자작나무시루뻔버섯을 인공적으로 재배하기 위해 2007년에 자작나무시루뻔버섯 톱밥종균을 자작나무에 접종하였으며, 그 후 균을 접종했던 자작나무에서의 버섯 생장을 9년간 조사하였다. 자작나무시루뻔버섯은 연간 1 cm 미만으로 생장하였고, 9년간 가장 크게 자란 버섯 개체의 경우에는 9 cm까지 생장하였다. 자작나무시루뻔버섯균이 생존한 것과 생존하지 않은 것의 나무 생장(diameter at breast height, DBH)에는 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로 자작나무시루뻔버섯의 인공재배는 성공적이었으며, 버섯 생산성을 고려할 때 자작나무시루뻔버섯균을 접종할 기주는 가능한 한 큰 자작나무를 선택하여 사용하는 것이 좋을 것으로 판단된다. 아울러 자작나무시루뻔버섯의 접종 성공률을 높일 수 있는 개선 방법 또한 필요하다.
