본 연구의 목적은 국제해사기구(IMO)의 배출규제해역(ECA) 시행에 따른 환경규제가 페리 선사들의 재무지표로 구성된 효율성에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 2004년부터 2017년 까지 북유럽, 지중해, 북미 지역의 8개 페리선사의 재무데이터를 수집하여, ECA가 페리선사의 재무성과에 미친 영향을 효율성의 관점에서 지역별로 추정하였다. 방법론적 측면에서 본 연구의 학술적 기여는 다음과 같다. DEA의 자의적인 변수 선정 문제를 완화하기 위하여 Dyson et al.(2001)이 제시한 변수 선정 기준을 적용했으며, Network SBM DEA 모형을 통하여 기업의 규모를 고려하는 동시에 기업의 수익 창출 과정을 단계별로 구분하여 재무성과를 보다 세밀하게 측정하였다. 또한 BTR 모형을 적용하여 편의(Bias)를 최소화한 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과 가장 강한 규제를 받았던 북유럽 선사의 경우 오히려 효율성의 꾸준한 증가가 관측되었다. 북미지역 선사들의 경우 정부지원금이 효율성에 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 드러났으며, 상대적으로 ECA와 유가에 의한 영향은 적었던 것으로 관측되었다. 반면 지중해 지역의 경우 가장 낮은 수준의 규제를 받았음에도 불구하고, 규제 이후로 효율성 값이 낮아지는 모습이 관측되었다. 본 연구는 향후 ECA가 확대될 예정인 아시아의 페리선사와 정책당국에 의사결정의 참고자료로서 기능할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

The first purpose of this study investigates the influence of stiffening on the acoustic response of stiffened plates, which are often employed in steel structures. And the radiation efficiency is measured by average mean square velocity and sound intensity of stiffened plates. The second, it determines influence of mass, damp and stiffeness due to the partial adhesive visco-elastic material to reduce radiated sound power.

The purposes of this paper are to compare expert systems and decision support systems, and illustrate the possible benefits when expert systems are integrated into the model base of a decision support systems for supporting decision-makers. Integrating expert systems capability into decision support systems may enhance the quality and efficiency of both computerized systems. This integration can improve selection of model, analysis, model management, judgement, and modeling. Thus the results are much more powerful decision support systems than are presently available.

With the paradigm shifting from the principal of manufacturing efficiency to business globalization and rapid adaptation to its environments, more and more enterprises are being virtually organized as manufacturing network of different units in web. The formation of these enterprise called as Virtual Enterprise(VE) is becoming a growing trend as enterprises concentrating on core competence and economic benefit. This paper proposes the cooperation methodology for VEs which can be organized by the selection of manufacturing partners, and managed by the information flow infrastructure.

In this paper, we analyze the performance of the network management system with intelligent mobile agent system. The proposed system dynamically selects appropriate its destinations. Thus, the system has an advantage of flexible network management in mobile network environments as well as dynamic change of traffic. Comparing its delay and throughput performance with the conventional SNMP based network management system, we find that the proposed mobile agent system performs better efficiency than the conventional one.

As a part of the configuration design expert system of machine tools, inference mechanisms are constructed in this paper. In addition to procedural inference, the method of multivariable inference is considered as an efficient approach to deal with the cases of highly coupled condition. We propose a generalized multivariable inference procedure. The procedure is applied to the type selection module of the configuration design expert system of machine tools in order to demonstrate the efficiency and validity.

For the purpose of domestic production of ultrasonic transducer, experiments on material selection for backing and matching layer, and electrical impedance matching between transducer and equipment were performed. The characteristics of manufactured transducers with experimental results were analyzed and compared with foreign products. Through the evaluation of the transducers manufactured and the comparision with foreign products, it is confirmed that the transducers manufactured show the good performance characteristics and efficiency.

The purpose of this paper is to develope efficient techniques for implementing the dual simplex method. In this paper we proposed one artificial row technique to get an initial dual feasible basic solution, a dual steepest-edge method coupled with a dropping row selection rule, and an anti-degeneracy technique which resembles the EXPAND procedure for the primal simplex method. The efficiency of the above techniques is shown by experiments. Finally, the dual simplex method is shown to be superior to the primal simplex method when it is used in the integer programming.

Generally, hanger insulator for polymer arrestor have to be good insulation properties and mechanical strength and weatherability, But many remark and repairs have been to think about low cost and light weight. The Paper is used Polymer arrestor for post and performance analysis and mechanical strength insulator hanger according to development of simplest product. To enhance the efficiency of experimental modal analysis, we proposed the process which is the selection of the locations and the number of measurement points for pre-test.
