The Number of the disputes originated from vegetable seeds in 1968-1970 under 'Seed and Seedling Law for Agricultural Product)' was 177.: Poor germination was the major one (26% of total disputes), followed by inferior seeds(24.3%), imported seeds(23.7%), and off-type plant(15.6%).During 1976-1995, under 'Administrative Law for Seed and Seedling' the number of disputes originated from vegetable seeds was 175.: 53 in radish, 19 in Chinese cabbage, and 17 in pepper. The type of dispute originated from radish seeds was premature bolting(26%), differences in sowing data(21%), poor purity(19%), micronutrient deficiency(9%), root cracking and branching(9%), poor germination(4%), and damage by disease(2%). In Chinese cabbage, micronutrient deficiency was the major one(27%), followed by poor germination(21%), incomplete head formation(16%), damage by disease(16%), poor purity(10%), and bolting(10%). In pepper, poor fruit setting was the major one(6%), followed by malformed fruits(5%), damage by disease(3%), purity(2%), and poor germination(1%).

Conflicts of interest and independent agenda of the parties brought together for implementation of a construction project often leads to dispute in Contract and claim situations. Construction Industry is notorious for claim that is managed on its arising and there lacks an endeavor to minimize the breeding grounds through efficient planning and alignment to purpose, of all contract-documents. There failure of a concerted effort entails wastage of resources, delayed completion of facilities and stained relationships of parties when collide in mistrust in contract to win over the other. There needs a focus on the claim breeding issue and establish an effective mechanism to deal with disputes in urgency. Claim occurs mostly during the construction phase. But the seeds of claim and nutrients essential for development are contained in the contract documentation and the information supplied or not in pre-contract phase. Opportunity to prevent nutrients for seed of Claim comes to an end once tender-documents are finalized, the contract is awarded and established or not a mechanism for dealing with claim situation. The processes presented here would help in minimizing the breeding grounds and emergence of disputes during progression of works and dealing with eventualities in forceful manners for finding a resolution most effectively in relevant time.

A critique on Freud's remembering taken place in the 80's and 90s has a significant impact on a paradigm shift: from the discursive constructivism to the neo-empiricism. Along with Marx and Nietzsche, Freud was one of the main intellectual sources in formulating the Cultural Studies, known as the political corrections in the later period of Post-modern era. In the wake of feminism, there was a social happening, namely, a memory restoration, when a woman therapist helped a woman patient to restore the past and come up with her father as the cause of her trauma. Finally, 'the false memory syndrome' brought up a hot issue firing on the controversy about Freudian remembering. Freud as a clinical therapist began to be a sole target to be criticized. Strangely enough, however, Freud was continually utilized by such theorists as Julia Kristeva, Homi Bhabah, and Žižek, while having dissenters like Deleuze, Quattari, and Butler. Of those intellectual claims, this paper focuses on the debates by the dissenters not from the discursive theorists but from the clinical studies: Sulloway, Grunbaum, and Crews. My argument directs to the empirical side of Freud for the conclusion that the dispute on him was a seed of a paradigm shift towards the neo-empiricism, after one century's flourishing of constructivism.
