The subsystems of HSR train control system in each country has developed and operated till early 2000, however 2001/16/EC ERTMS is issued for inter-operability among European train control systems in 2001. So it is trend that ERTMS/ETCS has been applied to not only low-speed train system but high-speed train system over 300km/h in many countries of Europe. According to the government policies of the Honam HSR, metropolitan HSR and test lines, incoming on-board signal control system has been required caused by speed limit to 160km/h on the ground signal system. As ETCS-Level 1 system has applied in our railways from 2003, so our train control system has depended on foreign technologies. In this paper, we analyzed to localize train control system for being ready to protect foreign policies and obtaining core technologies of HSR train control system for instance ETCS-Level2.

As the government set the direction for Green Growth recently, so local government struggles to obtain carbon emissions trading. In the center of this global environment atmosphere, the quantitative targets would be suggested by some developed countries. In case of a international green movement like this, it would have been being induced from by crystallizing of economic and environmental regulations and legal policies that not only a meter-rate system of carbon emissions but also application for regenerate energy. In this paper, we researched cultivating of energy storage system(ESS) to conjugate regenerative energy of train, an energy efficiency and cultivating cost etc. In conclusion, we would acknowledge a difficulty in cultivating ESS only for cost reduction of energy consumption, so governmental policies for green growth should be thoughtfully examined.

Objectives : The Syndromes of Daecheongryongtang (大靑龍湯證) and Mahwangtang (麻黃湯證) are similar in pathogenesis. However, both syndromes have a different pathogenesis. So we will try to distinguish the difference between the two syndromes. In addition, we'll see about 40 provision. Methods : Examine the claims of the syndrome of Daecheongryongtang in "Sang Han Lon" (傷寒論). The scholar's claims are not all same. Thus, we analysis the claims of many scholars. Results and Conclusions : The Syndromes of Daecheongryongtang and Mahwangtang are similar in pathogenesis. However, the Syndrome of Daecheongryongtang is different from that the sweat purgations in exterior of the body caused by heat in the interior. The pathogenesis of 39 and 40 provisions are different. 40 provision is more severe symptoms than 39 provision in the stagnation. So 40 provision used the term "fazhi (發之)".

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the relation of the mentalistics linguistics and costume, and to clarify the relationship between language as psychological expressions and costume to understand the phenomena of human costume behavior more deeply and comprehensively. As for the analysis of he costume phenomena, Noam Chomsky's psychological linguistic theory were applied to costume system. In this respect, particularly, by means of Chomsky's later theory(1965), the costume behavior were analyzed. The followings are the findings of the analysis : 1. The Syntactic Component: (※ See Full-Text) 2. The Semantic Component. The costme behavior is similar to a language system. Just as one morpheme or a phrase and phrases make different sentences, so various methods wearing costume make different sentences, so various methods wearing costume make different forms is costume. Language and costume have dictionary entry showing the meaning of vocabulary, and rules combining the individual meaning of the dictionary entry to complete the sentence.

PURPOSES : Safety consciousness can be the first factor to hinder the acceptance of design alternative, which moderates the applied design criteria in order to adapt the road to the natural terrain condition. METHODS : The method which enables to check the safety of design alternative by using design consistency concept is suggested. The method is based on the linked or interactive analysis between terrain and road alignment. Real design example is considered as a guide how to apply the method and the analysis result is discussed with the future research. RESULTS : Suggested method can be used for designers as a tool to review their design outputs can be safe as much as the original design. So, designers have the more objective judgement on their designs and have the confidence on their designs. CONCLUSIONS : The method is expected to be used as a tool to see the safety consciousness in an objective view, so any possible conflicts between designers and design-related personnels caused by the terrain-oriented design can be solved.

J2ME service technology has advantage that can embody independent and, more soft system in DICOM 3.0 and medicine reflex administration server, client′s OS that is medical treatment reflex standard in radio Internet. Also, intranet that do web based spread, and develop by system that can alternate existent client-server structure rapidly. Specialty, possibility of improvement is much because is connecting being limited in internet environment that medical equipment and information system of various kinds of machine are wire in medical institution and so on. Because do medical treatment reflex transmission module development applying DICOM technology and filtering techniques of "m-PACS" In this research, existence, by interlock in radio usable Mobile reflex conversion system design and embody. That is, patient′s information which is stored to various systems to be transmited and can give big help in medical examination and treatment to reflex client without being wooed doctor′s interpretation result and so on in place through environment to be radish tentacle bar see.

Numerous software vulnerabilities have been found in the popular operating systems. And recently, robust linear behaviors in software vulnerability discovery process have been noticeably observed among the many popular systems having multi-versions released. Software users need to estimate how much their software systems are risk enough so that they need to take an action before it is too late. Security vulnerabilities are discovered throughout the life of a software system by both the developers, and normal end-users. So far there have been several vulnerability discovery models are proposed to describe the vulnerability discovery pattern for determining readiness for patch release, optimal resource allocations or evaluating the risk of vulnerability exploitation. Here, we apply a linear vulnerability discovery model into Windows operating systems to see the linear discovery trends currently observed often. The applicability of the observation form the paper show that linear discovery model fits very well with aggregate version rather than each version.

The purpose of this study is to discover the interrelationship between modern costumes and Seung-Hee Choi's dancing costumes in 1930s. Seung-Hee Choi, who was a dancing pioneer in Korea, introduced the modern dancing costumes for the first time in Korea. The results are as followed ; First, we can find Eroticism in Choi's dancing dress. Choi's dancing costume had used gold thread, silver thread, spangle, see-through and a half-naked body clothing that decorated with beads and cords. It is similar to modern costumes in ubjet mtter, silhouette, design, and so on. Second, the influence of Futurism was in her dancing costumes, that is, it represented asymmetry designs and rectilineal figures. Third, not only beauty but also a Functionalism was expressed in her dancing costumes. Functional beauty was shown through bias cut, pleats, slit, and so on.

In this paper, we present a new environment of learning and teaching of trigonometric, exponential and logarithmic functions, the most difficult parts for students to learn among functions, through sound and music, students like the most. First, by using sound and music, we try to arouse student's interest. Second, we let students see and hear properties of transcendental functions so that students can understand and remember them easily. Finally we encourage students to compose their favorite song using transcendental functions so that they can experience the practicality of transcendental functions.
