Dispatcher's Training simulation function are network analysis, power system modeling, supervisory control, and system security assessment. This function provides hand-on training for power dispatchers for operation of the nation control center in the future, it needs interface between simulator and expert system. This paper introduces DTS function which is adopted in the Central Load Dispatching Office.

우리나라의 재난및안전관리기본법에서는 표준현장지휘체계는 긴급구조활동에 대한 지휘에 대한 것으로 국한하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 표준현장지휘체계를 다양한 재난에 범용적으로 적용가능하도록 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 대규모 재난피해 발생시 모든 대응자원을 신속히 동원하여 재난현장에 제공 지원할 수 있도록 재난안전대책본부의 자원 응원조정 역할의 명확화 등 개선방안을 제시하였다.

효율적이고 안전한 항만운영을 위해 e-Navigation의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. e-Navigation 구축을 위해서는 반드시 선박 및 해상교통관제센터(Vessel Traffic Service Center, VTS) 간 해상교통데이터를 교환할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 해상교통데이터를 교환하고 활용하기 위한 Open API 시스템을 설계 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 해상교통관제센터(Vessel Traffic Service Center, VTS)로부터 수신받은 IVEF(Inter VTS Exchnage Format) 데이터를 $3^{rd}$ Party 가 활용할 수 있도록 Open API 형태로 제공한다.

GPS was developed for military purposes. As a result, it is used as a military important means such as guided weapons and strategy / tactics. However, GPS depends on the communication infrastructure and is affected by interference signals. In this paper, we propose a secure micro - web page - based smart map that can enhance security without relying on communication infrastructure on the battlefield. The proposed system consists of general smartphone, security QR, central server and smart map. Only use the network when downloading the security key and SmartMap before the task starts. During operation, the smartphone transmits and receives data using a secure QR. The security QR inserts the security code to prevent forgery and falsification and confirms whether the data is authentic by checking whether the smart phone is forged or not. As a result of implementation, we solved communication security problem of existing technology by using location based service without relying on communication infrastructure.

이 연구는 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델에 기반을 둔 사회연결망서비스를 활용하여 경호경비산업을 활성화하기 위한 전략을 규명하기 위하여 본 조사에서 심층면담과 IPA 분석 기법을 활용하여 규명된 전략의 방향성과 실제 구체화 할 수 있는 전략적 내용 및 개선과제를 확인하고자 하였다. 심층면담을 통하여 규명된 경호경비산업의 미래에 필요한 전략적 개선과제는 모두 11개 항목으로 나타났다. 각각의 개선과제는 3가지의 영역으로 범주화 할 수 있었다. 3영역 11개 항목을 IPA 분석을 통하여 중요도 및 실행가능성을 설명하였다. 첫째, 우선적으로 실행이 필요한 영역은 민간 중심 지역사회 치안관련 포털 사이트 개발 및 운영, 보편적 사회연결망서비스(소셜네트워크서비스: SNS) 활용 확대, IT기반의 보안콘텐츠 관리 및 운용 전문인력 양성, IT기반의 경호경비산업 종사자 교육 콘텐츠 개발, 온라인 경호경비산업 종사자 보수교육 프로그램 개발 및 확충 등 5개의 항목이었다. 둘째, 역량 재고를 통해 효과성을 높여야하는 영역은 공개형 경비보안 공공 종합정보시스템 구축에 관한 1개의 항목이었다. 셋째, 재검토가 필요한 영역은 개별 경호경비산업 종사자 전문인력 정보 채널 운영, 사설 경호경비 서비스업체의 고객전용 서비스 및 이벤트 확충 등 2개의 항목이었다. 넷째, 효과성이 미흡한 영역은 사회연결망서비스의 활용확대를 위한 제도 개선, 지역사회 치안용 폐쇄형 카메라 정보의 공유 방안 논의, 사설기업 사회연결망서비스(소셜네트워크서비스: SNS) 개발 등 3개의 항목이었다. 규명된 전략적 과제들의 특성에 따른 분류 및 실행의 정도는 향후 경호경비산업의 환경 변화에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 인지할 필요가 있을 것이다.

이 연구는 우리나라 경찰의 복지향상을 위해서 경찰 수련원의 문제점을 분석하여 그 확충방안을 모색하였다. 한국 경찰 수련원의 문제점의 분석결과, 첫째, 노후화, 둘째, 군이나 소방 등 다른 유관기관의 수련 시설과 비교할 때 시설 부족. 셋째, 운영예산의 부족이 지적되었다. 경찰 복지수련원의 문제점 해결을 위한 확충방안으로, 첫째, 경찰 수련원의 민간위탁방식 도입, 둘째, 경찰 수련원에 대한 용어 규정의 명확화, 셋째, 경찰 수련원의 효율적 운용을 위한 예산 확보방안을 제시하였다. 끝으로 우리나라 경찰 복지 향상을 위한 정책적 제언 및 이 연구의 한계에 대해서 논의 하였다.

최근 국내의 전자, 금융, 전기, 서비스, 제조, 제약 등 기업의 형태를 막론하고 악의적인 해커를 통해 기업 보안사고가 발생되고 있으며 이로 인한 기업정보 손실의 피해가 매년 꾸준히 늘어가고 있다. 이에 대응하기 위해 국내 대다수 기업들은 기업 활동과 관련된 중요 정보를 보호하기 위해 노트북, 스마트폰, 태블릿 내 다양한 Endpoint 보안솔루션을 도입하고 있다. 그러나 무분별하게 도입되고 있는 Endpoint 보안솔루션 간에는 과다 예산, 동일한 기능으로 인한 충돌이나 성능 저하 등의 문제들이 발생하고 있으며, 이로 인한 추가적인 유지비용, 충돌 문제를 해결하기 위한 노력은 보안부서의 IT운영상의 새로운 어려움이 되고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 Endpoint 보안솔루션 도입 및 운영상의 문제를 해결하기 위해서 PC를 중심으로 정보보호 거버넌스에 기반한 Endpoint보안 솔루션 도입 결정을 위한 프로세스를 마련하여 해결 방안으로 제시하고자 한다.

This paper introduces a graphical user interface design that is aimed to apply to the surveillance and security robot, which is the pilot program for the army unmanned light combat vehicle. It is essential to consider the activities of robot users under the changing security environment in order to design the efficient graphical user interface between user and robot to accomplish the designated mission. The proposed design approach firstly identifies the user activities to accomplish the mission in the standardized scenarios of military surveillance and security operation and then develops the hierarchy of the interface elements that are required to execute the tasks in the surveillance and security scenarios. The developed graphical user interface includes input control component, navigation component, information display component, and accordion and verified by the potential users from the various skilled levels with the military background. The assessment said that the newly developed user interface includes all the critical elements to execute the mission and is simpler and more intuitive compared to the legacy interface design that was more focused on the technical and functional information and informative to the system developing engineers rather than field users.

금융ISAC은 금융분야의 보안관제센터로서 금융사를 모니터링하고 보안서비스를 제공한다. 금융ISAC은 해킹이나 바이러스 등 외부공격에 대해서는 신속한 대응을 통해서 피해를 최소화하지만 내부공격에는 대처하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 최근 정보자원의 효율적 관리와 안정적 운영을 위하여 그리고 온라인 해킹범죄에 공동으로 대응하기 위하여 정보공유시스템에 대한 필요성이 국내외를 막론하고 날로 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 금융ISAC에 개인정보 공유분석 센터를 병행 설치하여 보안서비스 제공뿐만이 아니라 개인정보가 유출되었을 시 유출된 정보로 인한 2차 피해를 방지할 수 있는 개선된 금융ISAC을 제안한다. 제안된 금융ISAC은 금융사 정보유출시 유출정보와 같은 아이디와 비밀번호가 사용되는 다른 금융사에 새로운 비밀번호를 생성하여 제공하고 금융정보가 유출되었을 경우에는 피싱 등에 주의하라는 경고를 한다.
