민간경호경비의 발전에 대한 자본주의의 사회환경적 해석 (Social Environment Research of Capitalism for the Private Security Development)

  • Capitalism is based on a material desire of the human being. the social control of capital value and the management of capital ability reflects the actual condition of the capitalism well. The unconstrained growing and the expansion of capitalism, it finally lost social meaning and an importance of human being element and the safety of the civilian life, began to threat the security of citizen by forming over the material center structure of society. Improving human life quality and material richness on their life leads positive factor of capitalism whereas is causing several crimes through the society which is being threatened around a human being life for a negative factor of the capitalism. Therefore capitalistic social system has offered both a positive factor 'growing' and 'richness' and that of a negative 'structural poverty' and 'lack of security' and they have been remaining the assignment of capitalism 'poverty' and 'security' by settlement in the society for a extremely phenomenon of both sides. The objective of this research is to build its study theory and establish its causal relation by illuminating for the social environment of capitalism for a private guard or a development background of the civil security contributing for citizen security, as well as gets the clue of the development possibility of the civil guard and escort field and the development of capitalism. In Korea because their recognition of the study approach and the social safety for social security control function is still staying first step and our daily life is annoying from various threat of the society, many studies and the realistic necessity of experience related with social security is being studied. In addition, The development possibility of the civil guard and defense at the civil field which will be keep the social security has a wide position but its study approach and realistic comprehension is still in insufficient condition. Consequently, this research is started to grasp the security of civil fiend and to grope a development possibility through the research of capitalism.

중국 안티바이러스 제품 분석을 통한 정보유출 가능성 연구 (Possibility of Information Leakage through Analysis of Chinese Antivirus Software)

  • 최근, 중국산 네트워크 장비(화웨이 5G), 앱(틱톡 등) 및 각종 중국산 제품들에 대한 보안 안전성에 대한 논란이 제기되고 있으며, 중국 제품이나 소프트웨어를 사용하는 사람들의 정보를 수집하여 불법적인 사건들이 발생하고 있다. 특히, 2020년 국방부 조사결과에 따르면 해안 경계시스템으로 사용하는 군 감시 장비로 납품 받은 중국산 CCTV에서 악성코드가 발견되어 원격으로 중국 서버로 특정 정보가 전송되는 사고가 발생 하였다. 이러한 중국 보안 제품들의 안전성 문제는 기업이나 개인의 문제보다는 조직적으로 국가에서 주도하는 것을 의심해 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 중국산 안티바이러스 소프트웨어인 360 Total Security(이하 360 TS)에 대한 네트워크 및 프로세스 수준의 분석을 수행한다. 또한, 국산 클라우드 기반 백신 V3 Lite제품과 비교 분석 한다. 이를 통해 중국 보안솔루션의 안전성을 점검하여 정보유출 및 위험성을 제시 한다.

지역 무질서가 범죄두려움에 미치는 영향 - 민간경비의 조절효과 - (The Effect of the Community Incivility on the Fear of Crime - Focused on Moderation Effect of Private Security -)

  • 사회 안전과 관련해 범죄두려움의 중요성이 날로 더해가는 현실에서 민간경비의 활용이 범죄두려움에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 실증적 논의는 그 적실성이 높다 할 수 있다. 이에 이 연구는 범죄피해에 대한 위험인식과 그 두려움을 가중하는 대표적 요인인 지역 무질서가 범죄두려움에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 지역 무질서와 범죄두려움의 관계에서 민간경비 유무의 영향력과 방향성을 검증해보았다. 이를 위해 한국 형사정책연구원에서 제공하는 전국범죄피해조사 2014년도 자료를 활용하고, STATA 13.0을 통해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 민간경비 중 경비원의 경우 일반적 두려움에 주효과만을 나타냈으며, 지역 무질서와의 상호작용에서 유의미한 영향력을 갖지 못했다. 이와 달리 보안장치의 유무는 범죄두려움에 정적인 효과를 보였고, 이는 개인이 특수 잠금장치, 방범장치, 도난 경보시스템을 사용하더라도 여전히 높은 수준의 범죄두려움을 형성하고 있음을 뜻한다. 지역 무질서가 범죄두려움을 가중하는 상황에서 보안장치 유무의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의미했다. 물리적 무질서가 높은 곳에서는 보안장치가 있는 경우, 보안장치가 없을 때에 비해 범죄두려움이 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 보안장치의 존재가 물리적 무질서가 높은 곳에서 범죄불안을 해소하는데 도움이 된다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 효율성과 적합성 측면에서 보안장치의 설치를 유인할 수 있는 정책을 강구하고, 강화된 경비원의 역할과 책임, 재량을 논의하였다.

  • 해상 및 해안에서 공경비를 보조하고 민간경비수요에 부응하는 고품질 경비서비스를 제공할 수 있는 민간경비제도 도입을 위한 기초연구로 육상 민간경비업의 현황과 경비지도사 제도를 분석하였다. 또한 해양민간경비 대상영역 탐색과 해양경비 현황분석을 통하여 해양영역에 민간경비서비스 제도의 도입 필요성 및 해양경비의 특수성과 전문성을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 해양경비 현장에서 중추적인 역할과 업무를 담당할 해양경비사 제도를 제안하고 효과적인 해양경비업무 수행에 필요한 해양경비사 자격 조건과 선발시험 과목을 구성하였으며, 경비현장의 실무능력 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램을 설계하였다. 해양경비법에 해양경비업 조항 신설을 제안하여 해양경찰이 해양민간경비를 감독하고 관리함으로써 공경비와 사경비의 시너지 효과 창출은 물론 해양경비산업의 건전한 발전과 국제경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다.

방재 및 감재주택을 위한 건축 계획 요소의 설정 (Architectural Design Elements for Hazard-Resistant and Reduction House)

  • Purpose: Almost every research carried out in our country against the natural disaster is focused on the temporary facilities such as temporary housing, emergency shelter and as a result, it is very hard to find out researches on the ordinary houses which installed integrated systems of hazard-resistant against the natural disaster. Method: To conduct this research, categorizing process for design, structural, environmental and installation elements found in the Hazard-Resistant and Reduction House built for sale in Japan was performed. Result: In this study, several design concepts and subordinate items are recommended for hazard-resistant housing. First, design concept of 'Preparedness' which means security and access to the storage storing goods especially food & beverage for the emergencies is needed. The subordinate items consist of security of stocking space, diversified and circular storage system, and safety storage system. Second, design concept of 'Security' which means security of physical safety space and rapid recovery to returning to daily life against natural disaster is needed. The subordinate items consist of many items including not only structure and facilities but also architectural design method. And finally, design concept of 'Maintenance, Support and Return' which means minimizing the physical and psychological damages and support safety and physical conditions of the victims from the impact of the disaster to returning to daily life is needed. The subordinate items consist of high efficiency insulation/airtightness design, microclimate design, combination of photovoltaic system and storage battery, non-power appliance system against the power failure, storing system for drinking water, rainwater storing and utilization system.

Security experts pointed the smartphone security risks and KCC(Korea Communications Commission) published safety rules for smartphone users. In this paper we surveyed market and product trends of smartphone and analyzed the security technology of smartphoen OS including Symbian, iPhone OS, Windows Mobile and Android.

Autonomous Vehicles as Safety and Security Agents in Real-Life Environments

  • Safety and security are the topmost priority in every environment. With the aid of Artificial Intelligence (AI), many objects are becoming more intelligent, conscious, and curious of their surroundings. The recent scientific breakthroughs in autonomous vehicular designs and development; powered by AI, network of sensors and the rapid increase of Internet of Things (IoTs) could be utilized in maintaining safety and security in our environments. AI based on deep learning architectures and models, such as Deep Neural Networks (DNNs), is being applied worldwide in the automotive design fields like computer vision, natural language processing, sensor fusion, object recognition and autonomous driving projects. These features are well known for their identification, detective and tracking abilities. With the embedment of sensors, cameras, GPS, RADAR, LIDAR, and on-board computers in many of these autonomous vehicles being developed, these vehicles can properly map their positions and proximity to everything around them. In this paper, we explored in detail several ways in which these enormous features embedded in these autonomous vehicles, such as the network of sensors fusion, computer vision and natural image processing, natural language processing, and activity aware capabilities of these automobiles, could be tapped and utilized in safeguarding our lives and environment.

A Model of Artificial Intelligence in Cyber Security of SCADA to Enhance Public Safety in UAE

  • The UAE government has set its sights on creating a smart, electronic-based government system that utilizes AI. The country's collaboration with India aims to bring substantial returns through AI innovation, with a target of over $20 billion in the coming years. To achieve this goal, the UAE launched its AI strategy in 2017, focused on improving performance in key sectors and becoming a leader in AI investment. To ensure public safety as the role of AI in government grows, the country is working on developing integrated cyber security solutions for SCADA systems. A questionnaire-based study was conducted, using the AI IQ Threat Scale to measure the variables in the research model. The sample consisted of 200 individuals from the UAE government, private sector, and academia, and data was collected through online surveys and analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling. The results indicate that the AI IQ Threat Scale was effective in measuring the four main attacks and defense applications of AI. Additionally, the study reveals that AI governance and cyber defense have a positive impact on the resilience of AI systems. This study makes a valuable contribution to the UAE government's efforts to remain at the forefront of AI and technology exploitation. The results emphasize the need for appropriate evaluation models to ensure a resilient economy and improved public safety in the face of automation. The findings can inform future AI governance and cyber defense strategies for the UAE and other countries.

CRM을 활용한 사이버 채권사이트 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Cyber Bond Site with CRM)

  • The marketing environment of recent security business has been changed as goods and service have been changed variously. Under this condition, the security corporations have been trying to have good relationship with customers and to have high gains as well. But the management of the customers in the bond marketing is not enough. Then, this paper suggests some methods to promote the CRM at bond brokerage in order to make profits in the security corporation. First, the customers will know the earning rate of the bond that they have and also they can analysis the difference selling the bond and keeping it until the due date. The developed bond management system analyzes customers' preference from questionaire which is responded by customers. It also can make customers actively sell and buy the bond through recommendations corresponding with customers' preference. Moreover, this paper suggests the video conference consulting system for close relationship with corporation and customers. We have tested this bond management system and we expect that this system activates the buying and selling of the bond that non-experts can easily invest bonds and the security corporations can increase profit.

식품보장 기준선 마련을 위한 기본 개념과 세부 영역 설정 및 관련 지표 탐색 (Basic Concepts and Detailed Dimensions of Food Security and Related Indicators for Policy Development and Evaluation)

  • Objectives: Standardized guidelines and reference points for a food security policy are necessary to guarantee that basic social safety nets work properly. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the basic concepts and detailed dimensions of food security, including the potential relevant indicators, and sought to establish standardized well-being baselines. Methods: A literature review and 14 expert roundtable discussions were carried out to analyze and extract the key concepts of food security. After determining these concepts and detailed dimensions of food security, a conceptual framework was modeled. Then, indicators for each local government that could be monitored and evaluated for each sub-area were suggested. Results: The concept of food security was defined as follows: Individuals should be provided with sufficient, safe, and quality food, which should be accessible to the community and available for use to achieve health and well-being. In addition, food security should be ensured sustainably in a changing environment. Four dimensions were suggested while conceptualizing food security. First, sufficient food, which means sufficient food supply in quantity, quality, and safety. Second, equitable food which includes creating environments in which high-quality and safe food can be purchased at an appropriate price and can be provided regardless of the socioeconomic gap. Third, healthy food which should be provided to promote people's health and happiness through the eco-friendly consumption of food. Fourth, sustainable food, which can be supplied in a sustainable manner and as part of an eco-friendly food system that considers the conservation of natural environments. Conclusions: The basic concepts and detailed areas of food security including the potential indicators proposed in this study, may be useful for developing and implementing various policies and programs to support food and nutrition security in the future.
