Recent improvements on the quality, fidelity and availability of biometric data have led to effective human physical activity detection (HPAD) in real time which adds significant value to applications such as human behavior identification, healthcare monitoring, and user authentication. Current approaches usually use machine-learning techniques for human physical activity recognition based on the data collected from wearable accelerometer sensor from a single wearable smart device on the user. However, collecting data from a single wearable smart device may not provide the complete user activity data as it is usually attached to only single part of the user's body. In addition, in case of the absence of the single sensor, then no data can be collected. Hence, in this paper, a continuous HPAD will be presented to effectively perform user activity detection with mobile service infrastructure using multiple wearable smart devices, namely smartphone and smartwatch placed in various locations on user's body for more accurate HPAD. A case study on a comprehensive dataset of classified human physical activities with our HAPD approach shows substantial improvement in HPAD accuracy.

The role of security guard leader, it cannot be too emphatic as security supervisor who are training security guards and leading. It is also important that security guard leader make activity to a profession of private security by a professional training. An object of this study present satisfaction of training and make clear a developing plan positively through a survey about basic training of security guard leader. A method of this study, This paper used theoretical study, literature study and analyzed data of survey. This study will lead a important of private security of korea suggested a developing plan about training of the security guard leader by a following study.

무선 인터넷에 대한 수요가 날로 증가하고 있는 가운데 무선 인터넷이 보다 활성화되기 위해서는 반드시 해결해야 될 문제가 있는데, 보안 문제가 바로 그것이다. 특히 음성 위주의 이동통신에서는 도청만이 문제가 되었지만 증권이나 뱅킹같이 단순한 정보 서비스를 뛰어넘는 상거래 활동이 이루어지는 데이터 서비스에서는 사용자 인증, 데이터 무결성 보장 등 해결해야 할 문제가 많다. 이에 무선 인터넷 환경에서 안전한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 유선 인터넷 환경에서와 같은 보안 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 무선 PH(WPKI: Wireless Public Key Infrastructure)의 필요성이 대두되었다. 즉, 유선 인터넷 환경에서 제공되는 기밀성, 무결성, 부인봉쇄 등의 보안 서비스를 무선 인터넷 환경에서도 제공하기 위해서는, 먼저 무선 PKI가 구축되고 서비스가 활성화되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 안전한 무선 인터넷 서비스를 위한 다양한 무선 인터넷 기술들과 그에 사용되는 무선 PKI기술 그리고 이에 적용 가능한 무선 PKI 표준들에 대해 분석하였다. 본 논문의 수행 결과로는 안전한 무선 PKI 서비스의 활성화와 더불어 무선 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스, 주식 거래, 온라인 쇼핑 등 무선 인터넷을 이용한 전자 상거래의 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

기존 금융정보유출 행위를 탐지하기 위해 보안솔루션에서 생성한 행위 로그를 수집하여 패턴분석으로 정보유출 이상행위를 탐지하고 차단하는 활동에서 발생되는 한계점을 극복하고, 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 방안으로 첫 번째, PC에서 정보유출 경로(외부에서 읽기, 외부로 저장하기, 외부로 전송하기 등)로 이용되는 PC내 실행 프로그램들을 실시간으로 모니터링하고 두 번째, 해당 프로그램이 실행하는 시점에 연관된 보안 통제 프로세스와 상호 연동하여 정상 통제예외 통제우회 행위인지를 파악한 다음 마지막 단계인 시나리오 기반으로 생성한 처리 절차를 통해 금융정보유출 위험을 통제할 수 있는 위험 관리 모델을 제안함으로서 정보 보호 측면의 보안성 강화 및 업무 효율성 향상의 기대효과를 창출하고자 한다.

The protection of nuclear safety software is essential in that a failure can result in significant economic loss and physical damage to the public. However, software security has often been ignored in nuclear safety software development. To enforce security considerations, nuclear regulator commission recently issued and revised the security regulations for nuclear computer-based systems. It is a great challenge for nuclear developers to comply with the security requirements. However, there is still no clear software development process regarding security activities. This paper proposes an integrated development process suitable for the secure development requirements and system security requirements described by various regulatory bodies. It provides a three-stage framework with eight security activities as the software development process. Detailed descriptions are useful for software developers and licensees to understand the regulatory requirements and to establish a detailed activity plan for software design and engineering.

우리 지구 상에서의 테러행위는 날이 갈수록 점점 더 증가해 가고 있다. 테러의 공격목표 또한 다양해지고 있으며, 최근에는 다중 이용시설을 포함한 국가중요시설을 주요 표적으로 삼고 있다. 국가중요시설의 경비는 그 일부분을 2001년부터 특수경비에서 담당해 오고 있으나, 법 제도의 미비 등 여러 문제로 인해 아직 완전히 정착하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 현행 특수경비원 교육훈련제도가 안고 있는 문제점을 도출하고, 그에 따른 개선방안을 연구 제시함으로써 특수경비원의 전문화는 물론, 나아가 특수경비제도의 발전을 도모하고자 한다. 교육훈련을 통한 특수경비원의 전문화를 위한 제도발전 방안으로 우선, 신임교육의 일괄적인 교육체계를 공통교육과 전과교육으로 구분하여 교육하되 과목과 시간을 일부 조정해서 시행하고, 새로운 경비 '전문교육기관'의 설립과 함께, 교육 대상자의 교육 입교실태와 교육기관에 대한 실질적인 확인 감독활동을 강화해 나가야 한다. 또한, 교육 책임기관에서 명확한 교육목표와 지침을 주기적으로 시달하고, 교관 선발기준과 절차를 정립하여 이를 통해 전문화된 교관을 선정토록 하며, '교재편찬 위원회'를 신설하고 위원회에서 집필진을 엄선하고 이들이 교재를 편찬하는 등 교육지원적인 면도 보완해 나가야 할 것이다.

As one member of the Korea Society of Systems Engineering (KOSSE) and especially as a member of Sociotechnical Systems session of the KOSSE, I tried to contribute somehow to the activity of KOSSE to help development of better Korea systems. This report is a brief discussion of the need for KOSSE activity in the Cyber Security area especially for the protection of national critical infrastructure systems from cyber terror.

This study presents a plan of construction for cooperating crime prevention system between public police and private security to provide positive safety, and crime prevention activity for clients. A method of this study, this paper used statistics analysis and literature study. This study, an introduction is at the chapter I , a role of public police and private security at the Chapter II, the realities of private security industry of korea at the Chapter III, the police service relating with private security and operating realities at the ChapterIV, the problems and a plan of construction for co-operating crime prevention system at the ChapterV, and conclusion at the ChapterVI. In conclusion, It is needed a public information strategy, partnership between the police and guard, establishment of special office for private security, and the improvement of the quality in security corporation.

The strengthened aviation security measurements caused by increased terror threat all around the world have air passengers annoyed by uneasy treatment and some delayed process. The service level of air travel and competitiveness of airlines industry has been weakened also. The aviation security process is mainly conducted at an airport. The threat level of airport is not usually same airport to airport, and the quality of aviation security activity is neither same. However, ICAO requires every international airport to conduct similar process to ensure aviation security without considering situational difference of each airport. The paper has objectives to develop reasonable security measurements based on risk management concept. It studied the ways of achieving target level of security of an airport, considering the threat situation of the airport and its ability to conduct security procedures.

본 연구는 2010년 서울에서 개최된 G20 정상회의 행사의 안전활동 문제점을 도출하여 이를 토대로 향후 우리나라에서 개최될 국제회의 안전활동에 대한 발전방안을 모색해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 G20 정상회의 행사에 직접 참여한 경찰, 소방, 군, 국정원 등 안전기관의 문제인식 차이를 통하여 제반적인 문제점을 도출해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 G20 정상회의 행사에 차출되어 근접 근무한 4개 안전기관 직원을 대상으로 델파이방법에 의해 의견을 수렴, 국제회의의 단계별 구성요소 및 문제점을 파악하고 구성요소별로 문제인식에 대한 통계처리를 실시하였다. 이와 함께 안전기관 전문가 4명과 1:1 면담결과를 통하여 국제회의 행사에 있어서 행사장에서 주로 이루어지는 실시단계는 어떤 역할을 수행하며 그 중요성이 무엇인지를 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, '안전의전 부문'으로 의전과 안전은 순치관계로 비유될 정도로 상호 상생이 필요하기 때문에 더욱 긴밀한 협력과 정보교환이 요구된다. 둘째, '상황관리 부문'에서는 준비기획단을 중심으로 광역지자체, 제 안전기관간의 신속하고 유기적인 정보교환 및 기능별, 장소별로 분산된 모든 안전인력을 통합적으로 운용할 수 있도록 각 안전기관의 상황실간 협조체제를 강화해야 한다. 셋째, '안전인력자원관리 부문'에서는 제 안전인력이 행사에 전념할 수 있는 시스템을 강구하고, 여건이 충족될 수 있도록 지도층의 격려와 관심이 필요하다. 넷째, '지자체협조지원 부문'에서는 국제회의 개최도시의 광역지자체는 국제회의 각종 시설의 운영, 회의운영 지원, 관광 등 행사 파급효과 달성, 숙박시설 서비스의 극대화, 교통시설의 정비 등에서 1차 책임을 수행하므로 시 도지사의 관심 하에 특별점검을 수행해야 한다.
