본 연구는 물류보안 인증 획득 기업 및 인증 준비단계에 있는 기업을 위한 정부지원 정책 방안을 도출하고자 기업의 요구사항을 파악하고, 우선순위를 분석하기 위하여 AHP와 QFD 기법을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 물류보안 인증 확산을 위한 기업의 요구사항에 대한 우선순위는 물류보안통합시스템(40.3%), 정부지원체계 강화(32.4%), 인증제도의 운영효과(27.2%) 순위로 분석되었다. AHP 분석 결과를 토대로 QFD 기법을 적용한 상대적 가중치 분석결과에서는 생산성 향상(28.38%), 서비스 수준향상(26.70%), 물류비용 절감(21.60%), 정보기술 선진화(19.68%), 환경보호(3.64%) 등의 순위로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 물류보안 인증 획득 및 유지관리 개선을 하고자 하는 공급망 내 관련 기업뿐만 아니라 다른 기업들에게 물류보안에 관한 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 수 있으며, 기업경쟁력을 강화시키고 글로벌 시장에서 경쟁우위 기업으로 성장할 수 있는 발전 도모에 활용될 수 있다.

Objectives: Standardized guidelines and reference points for a food security policy are necessary to guarantee that basic social safety nets work properly. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the basic concepts and detailed dimensions of food security, including the potential relevant indicators, and sought to establish standardized well-being baselines. Methods: A literature review and 14 expert roundtable discussions were carried out to analyze and extract the key concepts of food security. After determining these concepts and detailed dimensions of food security, a conceptual framework was modeled. Then, indicators for each local government that could be monitored and evaluated for each sub-area were suggested. Results: The concept of food security was defined as follows: Individuals should be provided with sufficient, safe, and quality food, which should be accessible to the community and available for use to achieve health and well-being. In addition, food security should be ensured sustainably in a changing environment. Four dimensions were suggested while conceptualizing food security. First, sufficient food, which means sufficient food supply in quantity, quality, and safety. Second, equitable food which includes creating environments in which high-quality and safe food can be purchased at an appropriate price and can be provided regardless of the socioeconomic gap. Third, healthy food which should be provided to promote people's health and happiness through the eco-friendly consumption of food. Fourth, sustainable food, which can be supplied in a sustainable manner and as part of an eco-friendly food system that considers the conservation of natural environments. Conclusions: The basic concepts and detailed areas of food security including the potential indicators proposed in this study, may be useful for developing and implementing various policies and programs to support food and nutrition security in the future.

본 연구는 아직까지 민간경비업체 경비원을 대상으로 거의 적용되지 않았던 상사-부하 교환 관계의 질 이론의 적용을 통해 민간경비업체의 낮은 직무만족과 높은 이직을 개선하는 방안을 찾고자 상사-부하 교환관계의 질과 직무만족 그리고 이직의도를 주요 연구변수로 한 이론적 논의를 통해 그들의 관계를 설정하고 이를 바탕으로 실증분석을 시도한 연구이다. 이를 통해 이론적용의 가능성 확대에 기여하고, 민간경비업체들의 보다 효율적인 조직 관리를 위한 근거를 제시하여 이론적 실무적 공헌을 시도하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다음의 세 가지를 확인하고자 하였는데 그것은 첫째, '민간경비업체에서 상사-부하 교환관계의 질이 구성원의 이직의도와 관계가 있는지', 둘째, '민간경비업체에서 상사-부하 교환관계의 질이 구성원의 직무만족과 관계가 있는지' 그리고 마지막으로 '민간경비업체에서 구성원의 직무만족이 이직의도의 감소와 관련이 있는지'의 여부이다. 이를 위해 서울 경기지역에 소재한 민간경비업체에서 실제로 종사하고 있는 경비원 238명을 대상으로 실증분석을 시도해 본 결과 상사-부하 교환관계의 질은 이직의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 아닌 것으로 나타났지만 직무만족에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족은 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치며 상사-부하 교환관계의 질과 이직의도를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 민간경비업체에서 부하와의 교환관계의 질을 높이려는 상사의 노력은 부하의 직무만족의 향상을 통해서 간접적으로 이직의도 감소에 영향을 미칠 수 있음이 확인되었다. 이에 우리는 민간경비업체에서 상사의 위치에 있는 구성원들에게 자신의 부하와 맺는 관계의 질적 수준을 높일 것을 제안하고자 한다.

The study is focused on the perception of husbands and wives family financial security and satisfaction with quality of family life. Data was collected from the husbands and wives in Seoul. Eligibility was limited to family units with husband, wife, and at least one child. 852(Husbands:432, Wives: 420) out of 1200 respondents were finally selected as datum sources. The data was analyzed by Frequency, OneWay-ANOVA, t-test, Pearson' correlation and regression analysis. The major findings are the following: 1) In regard to the perception of family income adequacy, wives' perception was higher than husbands'. On the family financial problem, husbands had more experienced the financial problem than wives. 2) Marriage education, family income, husbands and wives education , and savings effected satisfaction with quality of family life. and husbands are more satisfaction with quality of family life than wives. 3) Determined the impact of the perception of family financial security on the satisfaction with quality of family life was 41% for wives and 33% for husbands, respectively.

민간경비업은 경비대상시설에 인적 서비스라는 유무형의 상품을 제공하는 사업이기 때문에 경비 서비스 질이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 경비서비스의 내용을 파악하여 수요자의 욕구변화를 분석하고 변화하는 내용을 반영하여 결국 수요자의 고객만족을 가져올 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 민간경비 특히 시설경비의 서비스 질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 따라서 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 민간경비의 서비스 질과 고객만족은 차이가 있고 민간경비의 서비스 질이 높을수록 고객만족도는 높다고 할 수 있다. 첫째, 민간경비서비스에 대해 남자집단 보다는 여자집단이 민간경비서비스를 높게 평가하고 있으며, 고객만족도도 높게 나타났다. 또한 연령이 많은 집단일수록 서비스의 질을 높이 평가하여 고객만족도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 민간경비서비스에 대해 학력이 높을수록 고객만족이 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 민간경비서비스 질의 하위요인인 신뢰성, 기능성은 서비스만족과 보안시설 만족에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 신뢰성, 기능성의 서비스 질이 좋을수록 보안시설만족이 높다는 사실을 반영해 주고 있다. 넷째, 시장세분화 전략을 꾀하여 다양한 고객층을 형성할 필요가 있다. 또한, 양질의 서비스를 위한 현장 맞춤형 시스템의 개발과 전략형 시스템의 운영이 필요하다.

The service industry has been acknowledged as a critical part of mobile banking services in recent years. This study examines the impact of e-service quality and loyalty on the intention to use and use behavior of mobile banking services in Mongolia, a Central Asian country. As a result, based on past research, a conceptual model was suggested. This study comprises 209 completed questionnaires from young Mongolians who own a bank account and a smartphone. The data was collected based on convenience sampling, and it was analyzed with SmartPLS software using a partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The findings indicate that system quality, interface design, and security assurance have a significant positive impact on service quality; service quality has a positive impact on loyalty. Moreover, the results reveal that service quality and loyalty have a significant influence on the intention to use mobile banking services. The findings of this study suggest that local or international banks and financial institutions in Mongolia should consider system quality, interface design, and security concerns as key successors to building perceived security quality to retain current mobile banking users and attract new customers.

사이버 공간에서 안전하게 시스템을 사용하기 위해서는 상황에 적합한 보안 솔루션을 사용해야 한다. 사이버 보안을 강화하기 위해 과거부터 현재까지 보안의 흐름을 정확히 파악하고 미래의 다양한 위협에 대비해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 텍스트마이닝을 이용하여 신뢰도가 높은 네이버 뉴스의 보안/해킹 뉴스의 정보보안 단어들을 수집 후 분석하였다. 첫 번째는 지난 7년의 연도별 보안 뉴스 기사수를 확인하고 추이를 분석하였다. 두 번째는 보안/해킹 관련 단어 순위를 확인 후 매년 주요 관심사를 확인하였다. 세 번째는 보안 솔루션별 단어를 분석하여 어느 보안 그룹의 관심도가 높은지 확인하였다. 네 번째는 보안 뉴스의 제목과 본문을 분리 후 보안 관련 단어를 추출 후 분석하였다. 다섯 번째는 세부 보안 솔루션별 추이 및 동향을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 연도별 매출액과 보안 단어 빈도수를 분석하였다. 이러한 빅데이터 뉴스 분석을 통해 보안 솔루션에 대한 전반적인 인식 조사를 수행하고 많은 비정형 데이터를 분석하여 현재 시장 추세를 분석하고 미래를 예측할 수 있는 정보를 제공하는 데 기여하고자 한다.

정보보안 정책은 산업융합의 흐름에 맞추어 융합보안시대가 가속화되어가고 있는 요즈음 조직의 보안을 실현하고 지속하는데 필요한 가장 중요한 도구 중 하나이다. 하지만, 지금까지도 정보보안 정책의 효과성을 측정하는 연구는 많이 부재한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보보안 정책의 효과성을 측정할 수 있는 측정지표를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 데이터 품질, 정보 품질에 관한 문헌을 기반으로 품질의 기반 요인들을 살펴보았다. 문헌 검토결과 내용 관점에서 정확성, 완전성, 해석의 용이성, 관련성 등을 그리고 형식 관점에서 이해의 용이성, 표현의 간결성, 그리고 적정성 등이 정보보안 정책의 품질을 측정하기 위해 중요한 구성요소라 판단된다.

2012년 시행된 소프트웨어 개발보안 제도에 힘입어 시큐어코딩은 개발자들에게 정보시스템 구축시 보안성을 향상시킬 수 있는 기법으로 인식되고 있다. 제도의 확산에도 불구하고 지속적인 보안성 향상에 대한 관리는 개발보안 제도에서 간과된 부분이기도 하다. 본 논문은 품질관리 시각에서 보안성과 관련한 시큐어코딩의 특징을 조명한다. 또한, 보안 메트릭의 제시를 통해 구현과 유지 보수 활동을 자연스럽게 연계시키는 방법과 보안 메트릭을 활용하는 방법을 제안함으로써 소스코드의 관리에 도움을 주고자 한다.
