Many students with disabilities and special needs are enrolled in higher education, which substantiated the need for research regarding faculty members' knowledge and willingness to implement supportive strategies in higher education in Saudi Arabia. This study explored Saudi university faculty members' knowledge and willingness to apply UDL (Universal Design for Learning) principles in their teaching practice. Surveys were used for data collection for this descriptive research. The findings indicated faculty members felt that they were knowledgeable regarding UDL and were willing to use UDL principles in teaching their students. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences between faculty members' knowledge levels regarding UDL based on their current position and years of experience. The findings indicated there was a significant relationship between gender and knowledge, with males having a significantly higher mean knowledge, although further analyses revealed it was a small effect. Finally, the results suggest more years of experience are related to greater willingness to use UDL principles, and this is particularly true for those in a lecturing position. These findings could be helpful, particularly for the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia to shed light on faculty members' UDL knowledge. Further research is needed to substantiate the findings.

Nowadays clusters are recognized as an important instrument for promoting industrial development, innovation, competitiveness and growth. An educational cluster is a set of interrelated vocational educational institutions of various levels that are united by industry with each other and are connected by partnership with industry enterprises. This article attempts to develop and describe cluster model of university students' multilingual training. The purpose of this study is to describe multilingual training of university students and their polycultural competencies formation and to define the process of multilingual training in form of a cluster. The authors consider clusters as an integral part of the educational campus within the concept framework of Shadrinsk State Pedagogical University. To determine the essence of the concept of a cluster model of university students' multilingual training, theoretical, empirical, observational, and diagnostic methods were implemented, such as a review of scientific literature, a compilation of best practices, observation, statistical methods, etc. The authors analyzed the programs of partner universities and organized international webinars and internships for bachelors and masters abroad and developed online courses "Foreign language for undergraduate students and masters". Experimental data obtained during the implementation of cluster training show the effectiveness of the formation of students' polycultural competencies.

"Tolerance" is considered as an important professional quality of a modern specialist, which is manifested in an active moral position and readiness for constructive interaction with other participants in the pedagogical process; characterized by the manifestation of humanity, tolerance, friendliness, focus on resolving conflict situations in the professional sphere on a non-violent basis. The article considers scientific approaches to understanding the phenomenon of "tolerance". There are a number of factors that significantly affect the formation of tolerance in students. The way to the formation of tolerance is the rejection of social prejudices, negative social stereotypes, the development of an objective attitude to man regardless of his individual characteristics, the formation of skills of tolerant interpersonal interaction, the use of lectures, discussions, games and training in educational work. The purpose of this article is to highlight communicative tolerance as a necessary component of pedagogical practice of future professionals. It was emphasized that tolerance is the basis of religious tolerance and peace, prevention of all kinds of extremism, which are of particular importance for a multinational and multi-religious Ukraine.

Reforming social relations requires changing the system of relations between state executive bodies, institutions subordinate to them and a citizen, which is characteristic for most of the country, in which the latter is a petitioner even if his indisputable rights and legitimate interests are satisfied. One of the most important areas of public administration reform is the formation and development of a system of administrative services and appropriate information support. The result of the implementation of this direction should be the creation of such a legal framework and its real implementation in administrative and legal practice, in which consumers of administrative services will have broad rights and powers and will not be passive subjects manipulated by civil servants.Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the normative legal aspects of information support for the provision of administrative services in the field of public administration. The article is devoted to the formation of approaches to improving the system of administration of customs payments in modern conditions. It is established that important components of the administration of customs payments are customs expertise, customs value assessment, and control over the declaration of goods to ensure the completeness and timeliness of customs duties payments to the budget. It is found that the practice of customs administration shifts the emphasis of foreign trade regulation to the use of the principles of work implying the use of the latest technologies for the preliminary electronic exchange of information, remote customs clearance of goods without the physical presence of an official, and consistent application of risk management. It is established that an important place in the structure of the state authorities regulating the foreign economic activity is given to the customs service. Furthermore, the existing problems in the implementation of international trade operations necessitate the improvement of approaches to the customs regulation of export-import activities of enterprises.

The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of an educational program using 3D glasses as a technological innovation on academic achievement and attitude towards elearning in science in the preparatory stage. The research relied on the analytical descriptive approach and the semi-experimental approach. The research tools were the achievement test and the scale of attitude towards e-learning. An educational program was designed and produced using 3D glasses. The study sample consisted of 60 students from the second grade in the preparatory stage at the Rural Jeddah School. The research concluded to the following results: There was a satistically sigificant difference at the level of sig. (0.05) among the -mean scores of the experiemtal and control group students in the post assessment atthe level of achievement in favor of the experiemental group and therewas a satistically sigificant difference at the level of sig. (0.05) among mean scores of the experiemtal and control group students in the post assessment at the level of attitude towards e-learning in favor of the experiemental group. And it was found that the positive effect of the 3D educational program for improving the level of achievement and the attitude towards e-learning for the students. The program allowed the experimental group students to practice self-learning, interaction, and achievement according to the individual differences among them.

This article presents an examination of the major cognitive-semantic theories in linguistics (Langacker, Lakoff, Fillmore, Croft). The CST's foundations are discussed concerning the educational policy changes, which are necessary to improve the linguistic disciplines in the changing context of higher education, as well as the empowerment and development of the industry. It is relevant in the light of the linguistic specialists' quality training and the development of effective methods of language learning. Consideration of the theories content, tools, and methods of language teaching, which are an important component of quality teaching and the formation of a set of knowledge and skills of students of linguistic specialties, remains crucial. This study aims to establish the main theoretical positions and directions of cognitive-semantic theory in linguistics, determine the usefulness of teaching the basics of cognitive linguistics, the feasibility of using methods of cognitive-semantic nature in the learning process. During the research, the methods of linguistic description and observation, analysis, and synthesis were applied. The result of the study is to establish the need to study basic linguistic theories, as well as general theoretical precepts of cognitive linguistics, which remains one of the effective directions in the postmodern mainstream. It also clarifies the place of the main cognitive-semantic theories in the teaching linguistics' practice of the XXI century.

Deep learning has been incorporating various optimization techniques motivated by new pragmatic optimizing algorithm advancements and their usage has a central role in Machine learning. In recent past, new avatars of various optimizers are being put into practice and their suitability and applicability has been reported on various domains. The resurgence of novelty starts from Stochastic Gradient Descent to convex and non-convex and derivative-free approaches. In the contemporary of these horizons of optimizers, choosing a best-fit or appropriate optimizer is an important consideration in deep learning theme as these working-horse engines determines the final performance predicted by the model. Moreover with increasing number of deep layers tantamount higher complexity with hyper-parameter tuning and consequently need to delve for a befitting optimizer. We empirically examine most popular and widely used optimizers on various data sets and networks-like MNIST and GAN plus others. The pragmatic comparison focuses on their similarities, differences and possibilities of their suitability for a given application. Additionally, the recent optimizer variants are highlighted with their subtlety. The article emphasizes on their critical role and pinpoints buttress options while choosing among them.

In contemporary education, the rapid advancement of digital technologies elevates demands for integrating the latest tools into the learning process. Mathematical analysis, as a discipline, benefits from computer mathematics in distance education, enhancing practical aspects and enabling individualized learning. This article addresses the integration of the Maple computer mathematics system into higher education, specifically in teaching "Mathematical Analysis." Emphasizing its role in distance learning, computer mathematics optimizes the educational environment, reducing the time required for knowledge acquisition. The article showcases the application of Maple in finding extremum points and introduces an educational software simulator, enabling students to practice the method. The simulator, developed within Maple, facilitates self-checking and enhances the study of functions. Conclusions drawn from the study highlight the positive impact of these tools on distance education, affirming Maple's role in enhancing professional training and information culture among higher education students.
