사회적 기술적 환경이 급변함에 따라 수동적인 지식습득자였던 학습자는 주어진 정보를 단순히 기억하고 재생하는 차원을 넘어 실생활의 현상을 비판적으로 파악하고 창의적인 문제해결력이 필요하게 되었다. 이는 새로운 형태의 교육목표 및 내용, 교육방법과 평가방법과 더불어 교육환경도 함께 요구됨을 의미한다. 변화된 교육패러다임에 부합하는 스마트교육에 대해 분석하고, 스마트교육모형에 의거 고등학교 정보윤리부분 '정보보호와 보안' 단원에 해당하는 교수-체험형 교육콘텐츠를 개발하여 수업에 적용해 봄으로써 스마트교육이 정보통신윤리의식에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다.

The study deals with the problem of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in information environment. The role of reflection as a mechanism of formation of a modern teacher's self-consciousness was cleared up. The technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills was characterized and tested. The main stages of the technology were: a motivational and cognitive stage, a problematic and practical stage, and a reflective and operational stage. The substantiated pedagogical conditions of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were adhered. The criterial and evaluative characteristics of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were worked out: components (reflection of personal conformity, reflection of the psychological and pedagogical barriers, reflection of professional growth); criteria (criterion of consistency, criterion of difficulty, criterion of potential); indicators (cognitive-evaluative, value-motivational, activity-creative). The levels of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills (insufficient level, acceptable level, and optimum level) were determined. The analysis of students' surveys showed the effectiveness and expediency of using the technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in the process of professional training.

본 연구는 경호원의 실패요인을 규명하기 위하여 실패귀인을 추출하고, 사례통합분석을 통하여 위해패턴 요인을 도출하였다. 실패귀인은 완전 개방형 질문지(8명)를 시작으로 반구조화 질문지(17명), 폐쇄형 설문지(179명)를 제작하여 SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.O 통계패키지를 통하여 자료를 처리하였다. 실패귀인과 실패사례 간의 인과관계(경호 실패패턴 요인)를 분석한 결과, 박정희 암살사건에서 불성실(2), 부정적 마인드(1), 업무능력부족(1), 경험부족(2), 조직의 비체계성(2), 사명의식결여(1), 개인주의(1), 업무공유실패(2), 사명의식결여(2) 등 14개의 실패 패턴이 발견되었고, 아웅산 묘소 폭발사건은 불성실(1), 부정적 마인드(1), 업무능력부족(2), 경험부족(2), 개인주의(1), 업무공유실패(1) 등 8개의 실패패턴이 있는 것으로 조사되었으며, 육영수여사 저격사건의 경우, 불성실(2), 부정적 마인드(1), 경험부족(2), 사명의식결여(2), 업무공유실패(1) 등 8개 실패패턴이 있는 것으로 조사 되었다. 3개 사례와 실패귀인 요인간의 관계에서 총 30건의 실패패턴이 발견되었다.

21세기의 세계화, 정보화 시대에서 국가의 안보목표를 달성하기 위한 하나의 수단이 국가 정보라고 할 수 있겠다. 국가안보의 목표를 충실히 달성하기 위해서는 안보환경에 변화에 따라 신축성 있게 부응하는 것이 국민들로부터 신뢰와 지지를 받는 길이므로 매우 중요하다. 그에 따른 국가정보체계는 세계의 안보적 차원에서 군사적, 비군사적 등 수집목표활동이 확대되고 다양한 분야로 정보 첩보들이 복잡하게 연계되어 있기 때문에 체계적으로 파악하기 위해서는 종합적 정보 체계의 확립이 요구된다. 인터넷의 발달로 정부기관은 보다 전문성과 사회성이 있는 정보생산을 위해 노력해야 할 것이다(세종연구소, 2007). 이와 같이 국가위기관리 측면에서 테러의 분야는 여러 사태 중에서도 가장 중요한 분야라고 사료 된다. 지난 17대 때에 테러 방지법이 통과되지 못했지만, 이번 18대에는 법적 반대하는 부분을 원활하게 상호 협조하여 대 테러법이 우선적으로 제정 되야 하는 것이 가장 중요하다고 본 연구자는 생각한다. 인권단체나 수사권에 관련된 기관들 간의 상호 협조, 권한에 대한 양보와 이해가 절실히 필요할 것이다. 본 연구자는 국가정보원 주관으로 국가정보의 국민의 홍보, 교육 참여, 신고, 포상, 피해 보상, UCC제작, 획일 된 대테러 교보제 제작, 대테러 전문가 양성, 대테러 학회 및 협회 창설, 대테러 연구소 설립 등 대테러 정보센타의 소극적 움직임을 탈피하여 적극적인 움직임으로의 전환을 통하여 국민의 대응조치 예방 사전지식을 계몽, 국가정보기관의 이미지 개선이 꼭 필요한 시점이라 사료된다. 즉, 과거 국가정보기관의 인식 탈바꿈과 국익도 필요하겠지만, 국민 개개인의 안전보장을 영위하며 함께 발전할 수 있는 계기가 필요할 것이다.

빅데이터는 인터넷의 발달로 인하여 규모를 가늠할 수 없을 정도로 많은 양의 정보가 생산되어지는 데이터를 말한다. 빅데이터를 활용하는 다양한 사례 중 기업에서 활용된 사례로 사람들의 구매데이터를 분석하여 개인의 구매 취향을 분석한 뒤 구매자가 원하는 제품을 빠르게 안내하는 시스템이 있으며, 정부에서 빅데이터를 활용된 사례로는 사회복지 자금이 대상자들에게 제대로 지급되고 있는지 판단하여 부정수급자를 원천봉쇄 하는 시스템이 있다. 이처럼 빅테이터가 인간의 삶에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있는데 본 논문에서는 빅데이터를 이용한 IoT의 활용사례를 알아보고, 긍정적 사례와 부정적인 활용사례를 분석한 뒤 그 발전방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

For happy life, it is first of all essential to live healthily although wealth is important too. Korean government has enforced National Health Insurance Program and has improved it every year. However, health security still leaves something to be desired in Korea. Although Korean government also enacted National Health Promotion Law in 1995, the national health promotion policy has not been effectively carried out because of the problems of institution related to policy implementation and expenses of organizations. Also, community health services have failed to realize the anticipated results. Especially, health education services which are deeply related to national health consciousness are not well accomplished. Therefore, the average life span of Korean people is 73.5 years which display the level of the developing countries, while it is 74.7 years in the developed countries. Various health education services which Korean government and private organizations are carrying out are not activated. At this time, national health behavior and Quality of life will be greatly enhanced if "Mobile Health Education Teams" play active roles with new image, visiting vulnerable areas to health problems all over the country.e country.

The purpose of this study is to find a root from naturalism to contribute the identity of Korean fashion design in the world which has universality and particularity. The beauty of nature has accumulated in our unconscious-ness, influenced to our unconsciousness, and contributed to make the formative sense. Our consciousness influenced by climate, for example, the sense of softness from soft curve which can feel from the sight of Korean mountain, land the sense of comfort and security from round rock formed by weathering, the sense of thick-ness from cotton to endure cold winter etc. has a tendency to thick and act by nature's law. This tendency made naturalism by Korean climate and linked to the sense of natural-istic beauty and became a important part forming the Korean fashion design. In this study, the researcher found Korean climate is a important factor acting in our consciousness, and influenced the formative sense. The concept of climate which is made our formative sense include topography, climate, soil, plant and so on. This influenced a lot to set up a foundation of Korean fashion design. And the naturalism by Korean climate newly created and developed shape, color, material and design. It is our duty to develope design based on naturalism to secure the competitive power against the world in this period of information and this design is getting important as a high value added method put into Korean culture. Therefore, developing Korean design which shapes the beauty of Korean nature and traditional culture will have a important competitive power in the world. Moreover, it will make a new tradition of Korean fashion culture stagnated by internationally universalized western fashion after the modernization. Also, it will be needed to develop a common design which can be agreed not only us but all the world for the request of these days of international. Therefore, this study contributed to find definite ours and found centripetal point to find the direction of Korean's philosophy and ideology. But this approach, we could secure the competitive power in this period of international and information and determine and develope the Korean fashion as a culture base, leading the world.

경호가 효율적이기 위해서는 단순히 눈앞에 보이는 위해를 방어하는 수준에서 벗어나, 위해의 빌미를 제공하는 원인에 대한 관심과 대응책 마련에 많은 노력을 경주해야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 1995년 11월 4일 밤, 중동에서의 평화 정착을 위해 동분서주하던 이스라엘의 라빈 수상이 암살당한 사건은 많은 경호적 교훈을 제공한다. 당시 라빈수상에 대한 암살 위협이 공공연히 자행되고 있었음을 감안하면, 이스라엘의 경호기관인 신베트의 대응은 정말로 무사안일하였다. 경호조직이나 경호관계자는 경호에 유용하고 경호활동을 지원할 수 있는 법과 제도를 정비하여 경호에 유익한 경호환경을 조성하여야 한다. 더불어 우호적인 공중을 확보하여 위기가 발생하였을 경우 대응할 수 있는 선택의 폭을 넓히고, 위기에 대응하는 경호조직의 신뢰도를 확보하여야 한다. 광범위한 정보네트워크를 구성하여 다양한 경호정보를 수집 분석하고, 위협의 평가에 기초한 경호계획을 수립함으로써 효과적이고 효율적인 경호조치로 위해행위를 사전에 예방하여야 한다. 위해기도자는 위해대상자에 대한 철저한 연구와 치밀한 계획 수립으로 위해를 기도한다. 항상 수동적으로 대응할 수밖에 없는 경호로서는 보다 주도면밀하고 체계적인 경호조치로 범행의 성공기회를 최소화하여야 한다. 또한 항상 위기의식을 갖고 우발상황에 대비한 행동지침과 상황에 따른 시나리오가 준비되고, 부서간 역할 분담과 지휘체계가 확립되어 있어야 한다.

This article is devoted to the problem of national and patriotic education of young students by means of digital technologies in the conditions of distance learning environment. It is emphasized that national and patriotic education is a powerful means of strengthening the unity and integrity of Ukraine. It is proved that national and patriotic education will be effective under the condition of systematic and purposeful activity on formation of patriotic consciousness in youth, sense of national dignity, necessity of service of ideals and values of the country. Various forms of educational work of national and patriotic orientation at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, which were conducted by digital technologies: online thematic lectures, educational classes, round tables, workshops, guest online meetings with famous researchers of historical heritage of Ukraine, online tours of historical places, virtual exhibitions of art, participation in the national-patriotic student camp "Diia" (Action) and etc. The activity of the University Library and V. O. Sukhomlinsky State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, which has a significant impact on the formation of national consciousness and social and political activity of students by modern means of information and communication technologies. It is determined that the project "Inclusive 3D map" helps to broaden the horizons and deepen the knowledge of young students, education of a true citizen, the formation of cognitive interest in the subjects studied, motivation to study, raising awareness of Ukrainians on historical and cultural heritage. The study showed that young students take an active social attitude: they speak Ukrainian, want to live and work in Ukraine, respect their homeland, its traditions, cultural and historical past, love to travel and they are tolerant of people with special needs. Promising areas of educational work with students based on the use of a wide range of information and communication technologies, namely 3D games, TV tandems, podcasts, social networks, video resources in national and patriotic education of youth.

1981년 우리나라에 기계경비가 도입된 이후 짧은 기간 동안 엄청난 성장을 보이고 있으며, 기계경비는 민간경비의 성장에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 앞으로도 지속적인 성장이 전망되는 가운데, 사회적 안전수요 증가와 안전의식 변화, 독신자나 독거노인 가구의 증가 등은 기계경비 산업발전에 긍정적으로 작용하게 될 것이다. 기계경비서비스를 이용하는 사람이 증가하고 기계경비에 대해 잘 알려지면서 서비스를 이용하는 사람들의 요구사항이나 불만도 증가할 것으로 예상되는 가운데 이에 능동적으로 대응하기 위해 다음과 같은 다양한 방안 모색이 필요하다. 기계경비는 다른 형태의 경비와 달리 전자기기와 통신매체, 관제용 소프트웨어, 관제업무와 출동업무를 담당하는 사람 등과 같이 여러 가지 요소가 복합적으로 구성되어 작용하므로 모든 구성요소를 균등하게 향상시킬 수 있어야 한다. 특히 기계경비는 생활에 꼭 필요한 것이 아니므로 가입자의 기본적인 요구를 충족시킬 수 있어야 할 뿐 아니라 고객에 따라 차별화된 서비스를 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 사용자 뿐 아니라 일반인들도 자주 보고 접하게 되는 기기는 조작이 편리하고 주변에 잘 어울리게 디자인 되어야 한다. 기계경비의 신뢰를 저하시키는 오작동문제를 해결하기 위하여 센서의 성능개선과 함께 기존의 공간감지 센서를 대체할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 센서개발이 필요하다. 가입자와 논쟁이 잦은 출동시간과 배상 문제를 감소시키고 경비회사와 가입자 사이의 신뢰를 향상시키기 위하여 기계경비의 대응방식과 한계점에 대해 가입자에게 기술적으로 설명하고 가입자를 경비업무의 협조자로서 참여시킬 수 있는 인식전환이 필요하다. 출동시간 단축을 위해 충분한 기동장비와 인원을 확보하는 것이 우선이지만 GPS(Global positioning System) 보다 진화된 GIS(Global Information System)의 도입을 고려해 볼 수 있다. 상업용 시설에 집중되어 있는 가입자 분포를 주택으로 넓히기 위한 상품개발과 기계경비시장 성장의 한계에 대비한 새로운 비즈니스모델 개발이 필요하다. 이를 위해 홈네트워크와 연계 할 수 있는 서비스 상품이나 영상관제서비스와 연계된 서비스 상품, 유비쿼터스 환경에 맞는 새로운 경비방법을 통한 저가 서비스 상품, 가입자와 경비회사 사이에 연결된 통신망을 이용해 제공할 수 있는 부가서비스 상품을 개발하는 것을 고려해 볼 수 있다. 경비원으로부터 발생하는 신뢰도 문제를 개선하기 위하여 경비원의 교육 훈련도 중요하지만 근무환경이나 처우개선이 같이 고려되어야 하고, 이직률을 낮추기 위한 복지 및 인사관리의 모색이 필요하다. 내부 근무자에 의한 범죄를 감소시키기 위하여 경찰과 연계하여 배치된 경비원에 대한 신상 변동이 있을 때 그 정보를 제공받을 수 있는 협조시스템 구축이 필요하다.
