기록전문직의 기록관리 사업예산 확보 전략 연구 (A Study on the Strategy of Securing the Archival Budget through Qualitative Research Method)

  • 이 연구는 공공기관의 기록전문직들이 기록관리 사업예산을 지속적으로 확보할 수 있도록 예산 확보 전략을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 공공기관에 근무하는 기록전문직들의 예산 확보 사례를 연구함으로써 예산 확보에 영향을 주는 환경 요인과 그에 따른 예산 확보 전략은 무엇인지 분석하고, 예산 확보와 관련한 기록전문직의 역할과 제도개선 방향 등의 함의를 제시하였다. 질적 연구 방법을 통한 분석 결과, 예산 확보 영향 요인으로 4개의 상위범주, 10개의 범주를 추출하였다. 상위범주 4개는 기록전문직의 직무환경, 모기관과 조직문화, 사업과 예산 특성, 제도와 사회 환경이다. 기록전문직의 예산 확보 전략으로는 총 3가지 상위범주, 13개 전략 코드를 도출하였다. 기록전문직은 '개인 중심의 역량 동원', '조직과 대내 환경중심의 관계 맺기', '대외 환경 중심의 트리거 찾기' 전략을 구사하고 있다. 이 연구는 기록전문직이 기록관리 사업을 추진하는 현장에서 바라보는 시각을 강조하였으며, 예산 확보를 위한 기록전문직의 역할뿐만 아니라 제도 개선에 대한 방향까지 제시하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

  • The aim of this study is to propose the plausibility of Ship-repair industry brand in the global market. It has been argued that it is necessary to secure the identity of company because of the expansion of international market in the age of globalization. Authors of this paper have considered that the brand is a solution for global ship-repair industry's development in Busan region with focusing on the 5 elements (Salience, Imagery, Performance, Feeling, and Judgments) of Keller's brand equity block except Resonance. As a result, we presented the roles of company for securing the brand equity in ship-repair industry comparing with the elements of Keller's brand equity block. and implied the plausibility of global ship-repair industry's development. Especially, Securing the licences and certifications related to ship-repair industry is very important thing about the brand equity.

  • The utilization of Internet, which started only at the level of advertisement, has been gradually expanding its application areas as the trial commercial transaction becomes successful, the password-coding technology which removes the risks on the cyber transaction develops, the electronic money appears and other various related technologies progress. Following this trend the securities industry has been experiencing changes along with efforts to use it commercially. This study is to analyze the work of cyber securities companies on the basis of the theoretical background through preceding studies and literature and also analyze the common and different reasons for superiority-securing strategy in competition along with problems and their reasons. And also the objective of this study is to offer new superiority-securing strategy in competition and problem-solving strategy.

  • In the methods for securing software quality and safety, two approaches - product centered approach and process centered approach - can be suggested. SPICE is a standard for the process improvement and the capability determination, which is planned for securing software quality and safety by the process centered approach. In this paper, general SPICE model, which is presented in ISO/IEC 15504 and Automotive SPICE model for automobile industry are analyzed. For securing railway software quality and safety, appropriate scheme to apply Automotive SPICE to railway software is proposed.

해상 파고 정보를 활용한 카페리 선박의 고박안전성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Cargo Securing Safety for Car ferry Ships Using Wave Height Information)

  • 카페리 선박의 안전 운항을 위한 요소 중 화물 고박안전성 분야는 2015년 이후 화물고박기준이 적용되어 파랑에 의해 발생하는 선체운동과 고박력을 상호 비교하여 평가하고 있다. 항해 중 카페리 선박의 안전 운항을 담보하기 위해서는 운항해역의 기상정보를 바탕으로 선체운동을 해석하여 화물의 이동을 방지할 수 있는 고박력을 결정하는 것이 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 부산-제주를 항행하는 총톤수 3,700톤급 카페리 선박을 대상으로 기상청이 운용하는 해상파고부이 3기의 최근 5년간 기상정보를 분석하였으며, 실제 해상에서 선체운동을 계측하고 수치시뮬레이션을 수행하여 선체가속도를 비교하였다. 태풍기간을 제외한 2~3월의 유의파고를 입력조건으로 선체운동을 해석한 결과, 유의파고 2.5 m 조건에서 횡방향 가속도가 실선계측에서는 1.5 m/s2, 수치계산에서는 1.8 m/s2로 이론적 수치시뮬레이션의 결과가 크게 나타났다. 파고별 선체운동을 추정하는 가속도를 실선결과 기반으로 보정하는 근사식을 제안하여, 운송화물의 고박안전성 평가에 적용한 결과 풍랑경보 대비 일반 기상조건에서는 40 % 이하로 분석되었다. 운항해역의 기상정보를 바탕으로 실선계측에 따른 정량적인 가속도 결과를 활용하는 고박안전성 평가 기법이 널리 보급되어 국내 연안 카페리선박의 안전 운항 지침에 적용되기를 기대한다.

  • In the past few decades, the measuring instrument industries have made rapid progress with increase on the demand in industries such as precision instrument, chemistry, electronics, industrial measurement and automobile. Thus, development strategy and technical advancement are required for both securing the competitiveness on products in the world market and industrial development. Intensifying competitiveness of measuring instrument is needed in the world market. It can be achieved by development of measuring instrument holding comparative priority. A development strategy should be drawn up in the long-term point of view for coping with the increasing demand of measuring instrument and securing competitiveness in the world market.

ECC based Authentication Scheme for Securing Data Contents over Open Wireless Network Systems

  • Multimedia contents have been increasingly available over the Internet as wireless networks systems are continuously growing popular. Unlimited access from various users has led to unauthorized access of third parties or adversaries. This paper deals with the implementation of elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) based user authentication for securing multimedia contents over the Internet. The ECC technique has been incorporated with the advanced encryption standard (AES) algorithm to ensure the complexity of the proposed authentication scheme and to guarantee authenticity of multimedia services.

A Groove Technique for Securing an Electrode Connector on the Cranial Bone : Case Analysis of Efficacy

  • Objective : A groove technique for securing an electrode connector was described as an alternative surgical technique in deep brain stimulation (DBS) surgery to avoid electrode connector-related complications, such as skin erosion, infection, and migration. Methods : We retrospectively reviewed 109 patients undergoing one of two techniques; the standard technique (52 patients using 104 electrodes) and the groove technique (57 patients using 109 electrodes) for securing the electrode connector in DBS surgery, regardless of patient disease. In the standard percutaneous tunneling technique, the connector was placed on the vertex of the cranial surface. The other technique, so called the groove technique, created a groove (about 4 cm long, 8 mm wide) in the cranial bone at the posterior parietal area. Wound erosion and migration related to the connectors were compared between the two techniques. Results : The mean follow-up period was 73 months for the standard method and 46 months for the groove technique. Connector-related complications were observed in three patients with the groove technique and in seven patients with the standard technique. Wound erosion at the connector sites per electrode was one (0.9%) with the groove technique and six (5.8%) with the standard technique. This difference was statistically significant. The electrode connector was migrated in two patients with the groove technique and in one patient with the standard technique. Conclusions : The groove technique, which involves securing an electrode using a groove in the cranial bone at the posterior parietal area, offers an effective and safe method to avoid electrode connector-related complications during DBS surgery.
