본 연구는 정보화사회에서 등한시되는 지역봉사에 관한 문제를 다루려 하였다. 지역 봉사활동에 천국이라 할 수 있는 미국을 예로 들어보면 1995년도 통계에서 50％이상이 자원봉사경험을 가지고 있다는 것은 우리에게 시사하는 바가 크다. 그러나 우리나라는 자원봉사의 경험이나 관심이 아주 저조한 형편이라는 것을 밝혀둔다. 이러한 상황의 관하여 문제적 접근과 해결의 방안은 여러 가지가 있겠지만 본 연구에서는 어떤 방법으로 효과를 올릴 수 있을까 생각해보았다. 정보화 사회가 발전하면서 각 학교나 단체들의 봉사활동이 계속적으로 요구되어오고 학교에서는 성적으로까지 접근되므로 폭넓은 접근방법이 요구되고있다. 본 연구는 지역사회의 개발적 입장에서 자원봉사의 관리와 활동을 정보 데이터를 통하여 운영되는 것을 목적으로 했다. 즉, (1) 지방자치단체의 지역 정보망을 통한 자원봉사자 자원 (2)관리 운영자원봉사자들의 봉사활동의 수요자와 공급자를 관리하며 (3)자원봉사의 팀별 운영 방안 (4)본 연구를 위한 기초적인 분야에 관심을 높이게되었다. 정보화 사회에서자원봉사 활동의 관리와 협력적 상호연락 등의 세부적 관리와 데이터를 운영하도록 하여야한다. 역시 자원봉사자들의 계속적인 교육이 필요하며 정보화 사회에서의 자원봉사자들의 관리를 위하여 컴퓨터교육도 병행되어야한다.

본 연구는 산림 건강치유, 요가, 휘트니스 등 총 세 가지의 건강관리 서비스 산업 비교를 중심으로 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾고, 그로인한 어느 요인이 각 서비스 산업에서 고객만족에 많은 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 분석하여 검정하고자 하였다. 이에 기존의 SERVQUAL 척도를 중심으로 분석된 연구들과 또한 고객만족에 관한 측정지표 등을 사용하여 분석된 연구들을 바탕으로 프로그램, 물리적 환경, 직원의 서비스 지향성 등 3개의 요인을 도출하여 각 서비스 산업별로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 산림 건강치유에서는 물리적 환경이, 요가에서는 프로그램이, 휘트니스에서는 직원의 서비스 지향성이 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 각 건강관리 서비스 산업은 고객들의 라이프스타일과 트렌드에 최우선적으로 역점을 두고 운영이 되어야 하며, 그에 따른 특성화 서비스를 제공해야 할 것으로 보여진다. 물론, 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해선 현대화된 운동장비와 차별화된 프로그램, 쾌적하고 고급화된 시설 마련은 기본이 되어야 한다. 더불어 현 시점은 건강과 운동에 대한 고객들의 관심이 양적 추구에서 질적 추구로 바뀌어가고 있다는 것도 직시해야 한다. 그 의미는 운동을 단순히 신체적 가치나 정서적 가치 추구에만 머물지 않고 교제나 유대를 위한 사회적 가치 추구에까지 미치도록 서비스를 변화시켜야 한다는 것이다. 이를 위해선 고객들 간의 유대관계를 위한 부가적인 프로그램 도입과 친근한 분위기, 적절한 동선체계도 함께 강구해야 할 필요성을 시사한다.

본 연구는 NDSL 웹사이트 전반에 대한 이용자 입장에서의 전문가 서비스 품질평가와 측정도구를 이용한 웹사이트 품질평가를 통해 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 제시함으로써 웹서비스의 효율성과 품질향상을 도모하고자 한다. 웹사이트 분석의 경우 NDSL 웹사이트의 완성도 분석과 사용자가 직관적으로 판단할 수 있는 이용상의 문제점을 파악하였고, 웹기반 서비스 품질평가는 데이터베이스 품질평가 항목 중 서비스 품질을 중심으로 검색성 및 사용성 평가를 진행하였다. 분석결과 전반적으로 이용에 큰 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났으나 검색 후 로딩 속도, 웹사이트 완성도, 사용자 체감, 개인정보보호, 메타데이터의 완성도, 웹사이트 접근성 등에서 여러 가지 문제점들이 발견되었다. 또한 웹사이트 서비스 품질평가 결과, 검색성 및 사용성 부분에서 검색방법과 검색결과 출력기능, 마크 리스트, Full-text 관련 항목에서 모두 만족하는 결과를 보이고 있지는 않지만 타 정보제공 기관과 비교하여 비슷한 수준의 품질을 보이고 있다.

A cyber shopping mall is a place where consumers acquire the product information and make purchase decision in the cyber space. Even though there are many advantages over traditional malls, there are still several limitations to do shopping in an existing cyber mall. One of them is the absence of efficient search tool to handle various products specifications. Existing search systems usually support the "keyword search only" with limited product information. Consumers spend lots of their time and efforts in searching products and comparing them. Recently, some web sites provide the shopping mall comparison service that supports the additional search conditions such as price and maker. These services improve the situation but it is not still acceptable. In this paper, we propose an intelligent product search system based on a mediator which supports various conditional search for each product. Our system provides consumers with search results that satisfy purchase specifications. Our system is implemented in Visual basic and pert and experimental results show satisfactory performance.

본 연구의 목적은 실시간 자료수집 시스템의 일환으로서 어떤 유역에 존재하는 기존의 강우관측지점으로로부터 유역평균강우량을 산정할 때나 이를 강우-유출 모형의 입력치로 사용할 때 필요한 강우관측지점의 수와 위치를 선정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 유역평균강우량 산정방법은 미국 국립기상청이 제안한 가중치방법을 사용하였다. 강우관측지점 수에 따른 국부적인 최적위치선정은 서로 다른 두가지 방법으로 추적되었다. 유량예측을 위한 강우관측지점의 최적위치와 수를 결정하기 위하여 실제 실무에서 적용하고 있는 강우-유출 모형을 사용하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between differentiation strategy of customer’s satisfaction and the effects on performance in family restaurants. Above all, looking into a device to take an internal competitive domination factor of family restaurants is the core purpose of this study. To achieve the purpose, a survey was conducted to 278 customers of family restaurants in Seoul. The result of this survey is as follows. First, the interior of family restaurants and responsibility of their employees had an effect on customer’s satisfaction. Secondly, menu/atmosphere satisfaction and employee’s appearance influenced quality performance of restaurants. In searching information on restaurants, reference group and visiting experience were highly recommended, leading to the importance of word of mouth.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the recent Korean medicine treatment and study trends of tic disorder by reviewing clinical studies. Methods The clinical studies of Korean medicine treatment for tic disorder were obtained from National Discovery for Science Leader (NDSL), Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal (KTKP) and Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). Results 15 articles were analyzed to find out the most commonly used herbal medicine, acupoints, other Korean medicine treatments and evaluation methods. Conclusions This study shows some common Korean medicine treatment methods for tic disorder which can be used for further research.

최근 대한 약사회에서 오래된 약물의 섭취로 인한 부작용을 예방하고 약물에 의한 환경오염을 예방하자는 내용으로 공공 광고를 하고 있다. 또한 의약분업으로 인한 약물 남용을 예방하고자 하였으나, 약물 처방의 복잡한 절차와 약물처방 비용만 증가시켰다. 현 상황을 벗어나기 위한 좀더 효율적인 시스템의 도입이 필요하게 되었다. 유비쿼터스와 융합 기술이 IT 분야의 트랜드가 되었으며, 이러한 기술을 이용한 약물 남용 및 관리를 위한 모바일 기반 의약품 정보시스템과 약품 이미지 검색의 프로토타입을 설계하고자 한다.

The purpose of This study is focused on the directions to improve the performance evaluation of cooks working in the primary school by searching for present job satisfaction and job description. Most of the employees' are women-cook and there were no man-cook in school feeding. This fact indicates that the foods which serving by school are not properly developed for the direction of taste and menu variations in the future. Most of married housewives were dissatisfied with long working hours, short break-time, dirty toilet, and other working conditions. And they were also complained of limited job performance in spite of their capacity and knowhow. In order to solve above-mentioned problems, School feeding is, needless to say, very important meal-program for the children and nations, therefore, The authorities concerned give much attention to solve their needs gradually. A real custom that help employees will conducted for the satisfaction of students, If so, really good quality of food service to younger students will be realized.
