고해상도 위성영상을 이용한 DEM 자동제작과 관련한 기존연구에 따르면, 토지피복 특성별로 DEM 정확도가 다르게 나타난다는 것을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 토지피복 분류영상을 이용하여 IKONOS Geo레벨 입체영상에서 상관계수 정합을 위한 토지피복 특성별 기준영역 크기 자동선택 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고 기준영역이 큰 지역의 경우, 정합시간 단 축을 위해 기준영역과 검색영역내의 일정간격 화소들만 참여하여 상관계수를 계산하게 하였다. 그 결과, 고정된 기준영역으로 정합한 DEM보다 제안방법으로 구한 DEM의 정확도가 향상되었다. 그리고 실험 대상지 중 경작지에서는 제안방법에 의한 DEM 결과가 수치지도와 ERDAS에 의한 DEM의 결과보다는 오히려 우수한 것으로 판단되어진다.

The semiconductor industry has grown rapidly, and subsequently production planning problems have raised many important research issues. The reentrant flow-shop (RFS) scheduling problem with time windows constraint for harddisk devices (HDD) manufacturing is one such problem of the expanded semiconductor industry. The RFS scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing the makespan of jobs is considered. Meeting this objective is directly related to maximizing the system throughput which is the most important of HDD industry requirements. Moreover, most manufacturing systems have to handle the quality of semiconductor material. The time windows constraint in the manufacturing system must then be considered. In this paper, we propose a hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) for improving chromosomes/offspring by checking and repairing time window constraint and improving offspring by left-shift routines as a local search algorithm to solve effectively the RFS scheduling problem with time windows constraint. Numerical experiments on several problems show that the proposed HGA approach has higher search capability to improve quality of solutions.

본 연구에서는 국내에서 발표된 측량관련 논문과 저서의 제목을 조사하고 정리하여 기구축된 논문-저서 제목의 목록을 최신화하였으며, 이 논문-저서 제목 목록의 관리와 효율적인 검색을 위하여 목록 데이터베이스를 구축하고 그에 따른 측량관련 논문 전문 검색 프로그램을 개발하였다. 현재까지 우리나라에서 발표된 측량관련 논문-저서는 총 971편이며 분야별로는 일반측량 206편, 사진측량 218편, 원격탐사 183편, 측지 및 GPS 127편 그리고 수치지형 및 GIS 237편이다. 측량관련 논문 전문 검색 프로그램은 윈도우즈 환경에서 운용될 수 있도록 Visual Basic 3.0 for Windows 3.1을 사용하여 개발하였으며, 구조적 질의어(SQL:Structured Query Language)를 이용하여 자료검색을 할 수 있도록 하였다.

In video image compression, it is important to extract the exact notion information from image sequence in order to perform the data compression, the field rate conversion, and the motion compensated interpolation effectively. It is well known that the location of the smallest sum of absolute difference(SAD) does not always give the true motion vector(MV) since the MV obtained via full block search is often corrupted by noise. In this paper, we first classifies the input blocks into 3 categories : the background, the shade-motion, and the edge-motion. According to the characteristics of the classified blocks, multiple locations of relatively small SAD are searched with an adaptive search window by using the proposed method. The proposed method picks MVs among those candidates by using temporal correlation. Since temporal correlation reveals the noise level in a particular region of the video image sequence, we are able to reduce the search are very effectively.

NTSS(New Three-Step Search Algorithm)는 대표적인 Fast BMA(Block Matching Algorithm)인 TSS(Three-Step Search Algorithm)에 중앙 편향적(Center-Biased) 특성을 고려하여 향상시킨 방법이다. 그러나 NTSS는 움직임이 작은 영상인 경우에는 TSS보다 개선된 성능을 보여주지만, 움직임이 큰 영상에 대해서는 TSS와 큰 차이가 없으며 탐색영역이 커질수록 오히려 성능이 떨어지는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 움직임 벡터의 특성에 맞는 탐색영역을 적용시킴으로써 탐색영역의 증가로 발생되는 NTSS의 단점을 보완하여 움직임이 큰 영상에 대해서도 향상된 성능을 갖는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법을 적용 하였을 때 움직임이 작은 영상에서는 기존의 방법과 동일한 결과를 얻었으며 움직임이 큰 영상에서는 최고 0.5dB이상 성능이 개선되었다.

The aim of this paper is to present the methodology for hand tracking and hand gesture recognition. The detected hand and gesture can be used to implement the non-contact mouse. We had developed a MP3 player using this technology controlling the computer instead of mouse. In this algorithm, we first do a pre-processing to every frame which including lighting compensation and background filtration to reducing the adverse impact on correctness of hand tracking and hand gesture recognition. Secondly, YCbCr skin-color likelihood algorithm is used to detecting the hand area. Then, we used Continuously Adaptive Mean Shift (CAMSHIFT) algorithm to tracking hand. As the formula-based region of interest is square, the hand is closer to rectangular. We have improved the formula of the search window to get a much suitable search window for hand. And then, Support Vector Machines (SVM) algorithm is used for hand gesture recognition. For training the system, we collected 1500 hand gesture pictures of 5 hand gestures. Finally we have performed extensive experiment on a Windows XP system to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed scheme. The hand tracking correct rate is 96% and the hand gestures average correct rate is 95%.

비디오 영상 프레임들에서 2D 특징점들을 지속적으로 추적하는 문제는 프레임 간의 빈번한 특징점 매칭 실패로 인하여 어려움을 겪어왔다. 본 논문에서는 긴 비디오 프레임들에서 강건하게 2D 특징점들을 추적하는 기법을 제안한다. 이전 프레임까지 추적되어온 각 특징점에 대해 움직임 상태변수를 정의하고 이들 상태변수로부터 현재 프레임에서의 움직임을 예측한다. 예측된 움직임은 추적을 위한 탐색 윈도우를 설정을 위한 초기 위치로 지정된다. 유사성 검사를 통해서 탐색 윈도우 내에서 대응점을 결정한다. 측정 데이터를 반영하여 현재 프레임에서의 특징점의 움직임 상태 변수를 수정하는 과정을 갖는다. 특징점의 추적 결과는 오차를 포함하고 있고 잘못된 추적이 발생될 수 있다. 잘못 추적된 이상값들은 RANSAC 알고리즘을 적용하여 제거함으로써 정확한 특징점 추적이 지속될 수 있도록 한다. 실제 비디오 프레임들에 대해 특징점 추적을 실시한 결과 긴 비디오 프레임들에 대해서도 특징점 추적이 안정적으로 수행됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 논문은 0.6㎛ CMOS 기술로 LZSS 알고리즘과 엔트로피 부호를 이용한 부호기/복호기 단일-칩의 본 논문은 0.6uul CMOS 기술로 LZSS 알고리즘과 엔트로피 부호를 이용한 부호기/복호기 단일-칩의 VLSI 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술하였다. 처리 속도 50MHz를 갖는 사전탐색처리장치(DISP)의 메모리는 2K×Bbit 크기를 사용하였다. 이것은 매번 33개 클럭 중 한 개의 클럭은 사전의 WINDOW 배열을 갱신으로 사용하고 나머지 클럭은 주기마다 한 개의 데이터 기호를 바이트 단위로 압축을 실행한다. 결과적으로, LZSS 부호어 출력에 엔트로피 부호를 적용하여 46%의 평균 압축률을 보였다. 이것은 LZSS에 보다 7% 정도의 압축 성능이 향상된 것이다.

This study analyzed the effective and suitable promotion method to increase visitors on the internet fashion soho shopping mall by surveying of female university students. The methods were in-depth interviews for 20 students and questionnaires for 363 students. The results indicated that the main routes of visiting the internet fashion shopping mall were keyword search window, banner advertisement window, and open market. Others were price comparison sites, the rank shop, fashion magazines or internet news, information in e-mail, broadcasting sponsor advertisements, name cards, and leaflets. So the effective methods to increase the number of visitors is to implement keyword advertisements, banner advertisements, and enter the open market to expose the brand names and item information. Being on price comparison sites or rank shops, advertisements in the fashion magazines, internet news or e-mail, broadcast sponsorships, and distribution of leaflets or name cards were also effective methods.

본 논문에서는 스마트폰 카메라의 객체기반 자동초점 기능을 위해, 움직이는 물체의 고속 추적 방법을 제안한다. 사양이 낮은 플랫폼에서의 비-학습 제약을 고려하여 히스토그램 특징 기반의 슬라이딩 윈도우 검출 기법을 사용한다. 각 부분 윈도우에 대한 히스토그램의 계산 시간문제는 적분 히스토그램을 통해 해결한다. 본 논문에서는 지역적 후보 검출, 적응적 템플릿 크기 방법을 제안한다. 또한 추적 위치의 안정화를 위해 정합 함수에 안정화 항을 추가하는 기법을 제안한다. 자체 수집한 데이터에 대한 실험결과는 PC 환경에서 초당 100 프레임 수준의 높은 처리 속도 달성을 보여주었다.
