Fixed-mobile convergence services can be defined as the combination of previously separate fixed and mobile services, and networks and commercial practices. Examples of fixed-mobile convergence services include single voicemail box, single number and unified messaging across fixed and mobile networks. Recently as more voice is transferred to mobile networks, convergence services between fixed and mobile become more important. In Korea convergence services are only starting to become established, and are likely to become an important part of any operator's offering. In this paper, I search the different levels of fixed-mobile convergence services and the trends and regulations for fixed-mobile convergence services in major countries. And at the same time I also try to find a new direction of future regulatory principles related to fixed-mobile convergence services.

Nowadays great changes arises from the digital environment and technology. And Also, our living environment are changes very rapidly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics and trends of future housing reference to ubiquitous housing cases in U.S.A, Japan and Korea. From these cases, reorganized ubiquitous-apartment elements are suitable to our housing environment. To search them, it is investigated to 4 ubiquitous housing examples, such as Aware Home, Toyota's PAPI, samsung raemian's housing gallery and GS E&C's apartment. In this study, we could get types and characteristics and planning elements of ubiquitous housings. The findings showed that many kinds of common network systems were suggested and were acted in limited spaces. In conclusion, it was considered as the one of the most suitable future housing type that had a special feature of the demands of residence and life with free accessibility of information and data. Especially, it is necessary to prepare for coming aging society.

최근 인터넷상에는 매일 방대한 양의 정보가 창출되어 유포되고 있으며, 수많은 정보 제공 사이트들이 늘고 있다. 이용자들은 필요한 정보를 찾고 활용하기 위해 야후(Yahoo), 알타비스타(AltaVista) 등 국외 검색엔진(search engine)들과 심마니, 미스 다찾니 등 국내 검색엔진 등 인터넷상에 운용되고 있는 이들 시스템들을 이용하고 있지만, 대부분의 시스템들은 자체 정보 제공보다는 로봇 에이전트를 이용하여 인터넷 사이트에 등록되어 있는 다양한 분야의 홈페이지 정보들을 수집/분석하여 관련 사이트를 연결해주는 방식의 메타 검색엔진들로서 불필요한 정보들까지 제공함에 따라 이용자들이 필요로 하는 정보를 찾기에는 너무 많은 노력과 시간을 소모하게 되는 문제점을 안고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 형태소 분석 및 시소러스 사전을 이용하여 검색의 정확성 및 재현율 향상을 고려하고, 주제어 중심의 불리언 검색뿐만 아니라 하이퍼텍스트 기반의 주제어 카탈로그 검색, 각기 다른 사이트의 검색엔진들로부터 질의한 결과를 통합하여 제공하는 지능형 통합검색, 이용자 프로파일에 근거하여 최신 업데이트된 정보를 주기적으로 제공해주는 맞춤정보서비스(Selective Dissemination of Information Service: SDI) 등을 통합한 인터넷 기반의 한글 정보검색시스템의 구현에 대한 내용을 기술하고자 한다.

정부는 2017년까지 뇌 연구분야 세계 7위 진입을 목표로 연구개발 인프라 인력양성 등의 분야에 2009년에 총 610억 원을 투자한다. 인간의 뇌 정보를 활용할 수 있는 인지 메커니즘에 대한 분석이 이루어진다면, 인간과 같이 스스로 생각하고 느끼는 수준의 인공두뇌 및 인간형 로봇 개발이 가능하게 되고, 생각만으로 제어하는 뇌-컴퓨터 뇌-로봇 뇌-기계 인터페이스 기술로 사용자의 뇌파 혹은 신경 근육신호 등에 따라 알아서 움직이는 휠체어나 인공수족, 자동차, 비행기 등이 가까운 시일 내에 실현될 것으로 기대된다. 이에 인지과학의 한 분야인 증강인지(augmented cognitive)와 HCI 기술의 교집합 영역에서의 응용연구 이슈를 탐색하기 위해 인지과학의 개요, 증강인지의 출현 증강인지 시스템 모델, 프로젝트 사례 등에 대한 자료 수집 및 분석 내용을 본 고에 서술코자 한다.

There are several methods for the hydrogen production such as steam reforming of natural gas, photochemical method, biological method, electrolysis and thermochemical method, etc. These days it has been widely studied for the hydrogen production method having low hydrogen production cost and high efficiency. In this paper, patents in the hydrogen production by steam reforming of natural gas were gathered and analyzed. The search range was limited in the open patents of USA(US), European Union(EP), Japan(JP), and Korea(KR) from 1996 to 2006. Patents were gathered by using key-words searching and extracted by filtering criteria. The trends of the patents was analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies.

The purposes of the study were to identify the present status of the agricultural extension services in Korea and its surrounding environment, and to search the desirable ways of improvement under the serious restructuring period occurred by the nation-wide localization, globalization and development of information technology. Agricultural extension services have made great accomplishment in the education for rural people and agricultural technology diffusion, but agricultural extension service system no longer well fits in the changed environment. Agricultural extension services in Korea should restructure the system, function and methods in order to cope with the changing technology and rural society. The objectives of the extension services should be clear and simplified so that the extension workers can understand their role and duty more clearly. The local governments should encourage the extension workers to carry out their services diligently and with the pride. Also, the extension workers should change their mind to fit in the changing world and should improve their capability for their services.

The purposes of this study are to understand the international competitiveness of modern higher education and to search the tasks for strengthening international competitiveness of Korean higher education. I reviewed domestic and foreign trends for higher education and then analyzed the statistical status of Korea's higher education. And I proposed tasks for strengthening international competitiveness of Korean higher education. These included university specialization from an international perspective, securing excellent research resources, revitalizing international education cooperation, fair quality management of higher education institutions, learner-centered higher education reform. Subsequently it is necessary to systematically select the factors of international competitiveness of higher education and to propose concrete plans for improving international competitiveness of higher education.

웹을 통해서 수천 또는 심지어는 수백만 명의 정보 수집이 가능해짐에 따라 이러한 사용자들로부터 생성된 데이터를 결합하는 알고리즘을 사용하여 새로운 비즈니스를 창출하는 집단지성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 최근 건강정보에 있어서도 웹을 통하여 사용자들이 정보의 획득이 일반화되면서 웹을 이용하는 사용자의 패턴을 이용하여 식중독이나 독감 같은 공공보건 관련 예후를 예측하는데 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 사용자들의 검색 동향을 통해 독감의 유행을 예측하기 위해 국내외의 인플루엔자 표본감시 데이터 및 검색 동향을 비교하였다. 이러한 사용자들이 독감 관련 검색어의 증가는 실제 독감의 유행과 높은 상관관계(p=0.5, p=0.76)를 보였으며, 이는 인터넷 검색 동향만으로도 초기 단계에서 감시하고자 하는 질병의 발생 양상과 유행 양상의 전개를 예측하는데 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있음을 의미하는 것으로 인터넷 검색 동향을 통해 공공보건을 예측하는 시스템을 제시한다.
