한국의 사회복지지출을 어떻게 산출할 것인가? (How is Produced Social Expenditure Statistics in Korea?)

  • 본 연구는 한국의 사회복지지출을 어떻게 산출할 것인지를 다루는 글이다. 그동안 사회복지지출에 대한 연구가 전혀 없는 것은 아니나, 이들 연구는 총합적 양에 초점을 맞추거나 연구의 목적에 따라 개별적으로 이루어져 있고, 항목 구성 및 자료의 출처에 대해서는 문제제기 수준에 머물러 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회복지지출을 추산하기 위한 항목은 어떻게 구성될 수 있으며, 각각의 자료는 어떤 수준에서, 어느 정도 취합될 수 있는지를 살펴본 후, 사회복지지출과 관련된 앞으로의 과제에 대해서 지적하고 있다.

Variable stars in Galactic open clusters of the outermost VVV disk tiles

  • We present the preliminary results obtained from the search of variable stars in the fields of open clusters located in the direction of the Galactic disk. The current study is based on J, H and Ks photometric data obtained in the near-infrared (NIR) VVV Survey. A first classification of the newly found variable stars is performed based on their light curves, periods and amplitudes. We also show the (Ks, J-Ks) color-magnitud decontaminated diagrams of the selected open clusters and examine the location of the variable stars in these diagrams. Available proper motion data are also used to analyze the possible membership of the discovered variable stars to the corresponding clusters, as well as to redetermine with more accuracy the parameters of the poorly studied clusters.

  • Due to the variety of disturbance, it is not ease to accomplish the in-process detection of weld line with non-contact sensor. To get around this difficulties problem develop an automatic seam tracking weld system, the reliable signal processing algorithm has been recommanded. In this research, laser displacement sensor is applied as a seam finder in the automatic tracking system. The sensor is controlled by a dc servo motor which is mounted at X-Y moving table. X-Y moving table manipulated by an ac servo motor controls the position and velocity of the welding torch. First, X-Y table moves to Y-axis to search the welding joint feature before starting the welding, and welding joint is from the scanning data and weighting factor for each other. Second, weld line is determined using proposed signal processing algorithm during welding process. Form the experimental results, we could see the possibility that laser displacement sensor with procesed algorithm can be used as a seam finder in welding process under the severe noise (spatter,arc light etc.) condition

  • MAGLEV(Magnetic Levitation) with Middle-low speed be classified as a kind of LRT(Light Rail Transit) in KOREA. Also this vehicle has adopted LIM propulsion method. The MAGLEV has adopted LIM type in operational or developing model in the world. The power rail of LIM is very similar with the 3th rail of LRT in the functional property but the structure and shape of power rail is different with that. WE have to search the optimal power rail system for Korean MAGLEV vehicle. In this paper, we suggest the conceptual design and direction of design for power rail of Korean MAGLEV developing.

A KMTNet search for RR Lyrae Stars in the Crater II Ultra-Faint Dwarf Galaxy

  • We report the first detection of RR Lyrae variable stars in the Crater II dwarf galaxy, a recently discovered ultra-faint satellite of the Milky Way. Based on B, V time series photometry obtained with the Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet) at CTIO, Chile, we have identified ~45 fundamental-mode (ab-type) and ~2 first-overtone (c-type) RR Lyrae stars by adopting template light-curve fitting method. Our preliminary analysis suggests an Oosterhoff-intermediate classification of this galaxy from the mean period of the RRab stars, <$P_{ab}$> ${\simeq}0.63$ days, and the location of them on the period-amplitude diagram. We discuss the properties of the RR Lyare stars in this galaxy.

구성주의 접근의 그림자 활동이 유아의 그림자 개념 발달과 과학적 태도에 미치는 효과 (The Effectiveness of the Constructivist Shadow Activities on Children's Conception of Shadow and Scientific Attitudes)

  • In this study of the relative effectiveness of constructivist and non-constructivist approaches to shadow activity for young children, 59 children in two kindergarten classes were assigned to constructivist or non constructivist conditions. Each group participated in 12 units covering shadow search, shadow making, changing shadow size, changing shadow position, and shadow disappearance. Analysis of covariance of differences between the mean scores of the two groups on the posttests of shadow concepts and scientific attitudes revealed that the children in the constructivist group performed better than the children in the non-constructivist group. This confirms the constructivist approach to shadow activities as good science activities for young children by promoting their active experimentation using reasoning about light to foster spatio-causal relations construction.

간접 광대전에 의한 서브 마이크론 입자의 단극하전 특성 (The Unipolar Charging Characteristics of Submicron Particles by Using an Indirect Photoelectric Charging)

  • A new unipolar aerosol charger was developed by using an indirect photoelectric charging. The charger consists of two coaxial tubes, the inner UV lamp wrapped with stainless mesh and the outer Al cylinder. In this study, the effects of flow rate, particle size, and electric field were examined to search the optimal charging conditions with experimental and numerical methods. Monodisperse NaCl particles were fed into an annular space and the particles were charged by negative ions generated from Al plate exposed to the UV light. According to experimental results, the average number of elementary charge on particles increases from 2.5 to 5.5 as particle size increases from 50nm to 130nm at 2.5 L/min and 100V. The average number of elementary charge on particles was maximized at 25V as the electric potential between the stainless mesh and Al plate was varied from 0V to 400V.

  • The main purpose of this essay is to shed light on the foundation of the core notion used in oriental medicine. Under the premise that the important notion of oriental medicine has its origin in the culture of the ancient china before B.C.$2^{\sim}1$, we will get to the source notion of oriental medicine by retrospecting the analogical thinking used in the course of forming the main notion of oriental medicine. For the source notion being in various domains, we must search so many domains for example the political system including the offical system, the economic system and so on. But in this essay, we will limit the domain concerned with combat.

  • Machine vision systems is applied for various industries such as optimize your spending, automate your production and maximize your efficiency. This research is effective for most optimal light condition of machine vision that technology was applied bald outside human visual acuity. Image processing converts a target image captured by a CCD camera into a digital signal and then performs various arithmetic operations on the signal to extract the characteristics of the target, such as points, lines, circles, area and length. The mathematical concepts of convolution and the kernel matrix are used to apply filters to signals, to perform functions such as extracting edges and reducing unwanted noise. This research analyze and compares matching ratio with reference image and search for optimal lighting condition in accuracy that user wants coming input image according to brightness change of lighting.

  • In this light of economical engineering, the optimal configurations of ship structure that can save weights, production costs and operation costs should be investigated. This paper presents the general method of optimization based on non-linear programming and its application to weight and/or cost minimization of ship structure. Oil tanker is chosen as a ship type because of simple layout and easy calculation of stress. With the data of 16,200 DWT oil tanker built by KSEC 1980, this paper shows the procedure mentioned above by means of SUMT combined with two selected search methods. Then the differences between original and redesigned tanker structures are discussed.
