In this paper, OUIG IDL CFE, provided by Sunsoft, is used to take a IDL definitions as inputs and parse those. OmniORB3 is introduced to support functionality of the ORB. Suns CFE produce AST after parsing inputs. Actually, the node of AST Is instances of classes which are derived from CFE classes. As the compiler back end visit the node of the AST using iterator class, UTL_ScopeActiveIterator, it dumps codes of output. During processing, two files are generated. Routines of generating code are invoked by BE_produce.cc and codes are produced while visiting root of AST, idl_global->root(). The dump* functions which dump codes is called according to the type of node. In this paper, Mapping C++ of IDL definition is experimented and results In the same as that of omniidl which is provided by omniORB3. The code of results behavior correctly on omniORB3. In the future, we are interested in optimizing the performance of marshalling code via IDL compiler.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of the acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Korean medical practice and to identify the meaning and potential rearrangement of the acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods : The study was performed by analyzing 136 cases of lawsuit in the year between 1968 and 2010 which were selected among the acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Korean medical practice. Results : According to court rulings, the acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Korean medical practice is an act to diagnose a person's illness, prescribe and treat to cure based on traditional Korean medicine, to be understood as a medical care in traditional Korean medicine, to have some factor to create or increase danger to preservation of health or hygiene, and to be practiced by medical specialists based on their professional knowledge. But, such definition is not proper and exceedingly vague. Besides medical circumstances in traditional Korean medicine are changing, the enlargement of definition of the acupuncture and moxibustion is required. Conclusions : The meaning and scope of the acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Korean medical practice should be modified and amended, reflecting these conditions.

In can occur to many problems on progressing step without close scope definition, interrelation definition between activities, resource plan, and schedule plan on planning step. But it have not closely defined performance system on planning step because of many constraints of domestic construction industry. Therefore this paper intends to discuss a method of calculating optimal cost and duration using Linear Programming that solves maximing or minimizing problems among decision making methodology and Monte Carlo Simulation that decreases to probability errors. With outcoms applying Linear programming and Monte Carlo Simulation for calculating optimal cost and duration, follow as : With outcomes applying Monte Carlo Simulation, it could calculate reliable estimator about project duration through removing various constraints. With outcomes applying Linear programming, it could calculate optimal value about project cost through defining various variables and constraints on many activities.

In this article the present writers have surveyed recent cases on Warsaw Convention especially on the cases emerged in the years between 1986 to 1993. The cases before 1986 were discussed already in the book titled "Liability of International Air Carrier," written by Professor Choi, published in Seoul 1986. In this article the writers have reviewed most of the American cases and some cases from the courts of Germany, France and England. Main subjects which were discussed herein were as follows: Liability of air carriers in Warsaw Convention carriage 1. Exclusivity of the Warsaw Convention as a remedy 2. Warsaw Jurisdiction 3. The scope of the Warsaw Convention's definition of "Accident" under Article 17 of the Warsaw Convention (1) Mental anguish (2) Unusual or unexpected events 4. Adequacy of notice of the limitation of liability to passengers for injuries and death 5. Damages recoverable, punitive damages and burden of proof 6. The wilful misconduct exception; definition of wilful misconduct 7. Cargo and passenger baggage 8. Time limitation of actions After examining articles published world-wide, this article compiles and analyses recent cases involving the Warsaw Convention system. As Warsaw System is based on international convention, maintaining uniformity in interpretation is of utmost importance. Therefore, this type of study is essential for resolving air-transportation disputes in Korea. This article examines the current state and recommends the desired course for the Warsaw Convention. The writers hope that this article is helpful to the Korean courts and those in the air-transportation industry in interpreting the Warsaw Convention.

In order to manage repair and maintenance efficiently in the mobile environment, the system structure to manage service as a policy and the policy description language are needed. This research defined the structure of PEP, which is the executioner of policy in the IETF policy framework, and proposed the policy description language which can be carried out under the PEP structure. The proposed policy description language derived demand matters based on documentary data and the characteristics of mobile and the policy information model was designed with the three stage approaches and was defined as policy description language. The three stage approaches are made up of the policy domain that decides the scope to which the policy applies, the policy rules which distinguish the kinds of policy application and control, and policy grammar which contextualizes the policy structure. In order to verify the efficiency of the policy description language, scenarios are defined with the policy description language and verified it by using policy tool and proved the expansive nature by comparing and analyzing other policy description language.

The purpose of this study is to investigate various opinions on changes and revisions in the Medical Technician Act, to compare the curriculum of radiological technologist and physicians or dentists, and to compare the definitions and scope of work of radiological technologist in Korea and abroad. From the information, The goal is to review whether the phrase 'guidance of a doctor or dentist' specified in the definition of the 'Act on Medical Technicians, etc.' is realistically appropriate. radiological technologist receive specialized college education on radioligical science & medical imaging. The training hours for radiolgical science student are greater than medical students. In addition, radiological technologists are continuously developing their competencies for new knowledge and skills through continuing education in clinical fields. In particular, radiological technologist are making steady research efforts to reduce patient exposure and improve medical image quality. As a result of this investigation, it is considered that the term "guided by a doctor or dentist" as currently defined in the 'Act on Medical Technicians, etc.' may need to be revised in consideration of the professionalism of the radiological technologist.

Objectives : Teaching the standardized acupuncture point locations and improving the accuracy of acupoint locations through objective evaluation is a very important part of Korean medicine education. The aim of this study is to develop a dummy system for evaluation and support of teaching acupoint location in meridian and acupoints classes and to introduce the developed system. Methods : We established a protocol for the development of the system. The protocol included definition of usage purpose, definition of its essential performance, and set of scope. The system compares the amount of light at the target acupoint with the amount of light at the other sites to determine whether the target acupoint is properly specificated. Results : A prototype of the system was built according to the protocol and consists of light emitter, dummy, control/operation, input part and output part. The light emitter projects laser beam passing through the skin of the dummy. Light sensors were attached inside the acupoints of the dummy. Three types of light sensors were selected depending on the location of the acupoints. The arithmetic, input, and output parts were constructed using Arduino and Raspberry pi boards. The developed system was applied in class. Conclusions : It is thought that the dummy system for evaluation and support of teaching acupoint location can be used as a training model in order to help teach standardized acupoint locations and objective evaluation.

In this study, research cases related to blue carbon storage were collected and analyzed, and various definitions of blue carbon were considered in terms of spatiotemporal scope and scientific aspect. 444 papers were selected as research cases related to blue carbon storage, and analysis of the number of papers published by year/country and keywords was performed. Publication of papers related to blue carbon storage has continued to increase since 2011, and more than 50 papers have been published annually since 2018. The most publications by country were in Australia with more than 100 papers, and the United States and China also published more than 60 papers. Key terms related to "natural environment" and "storage characteristics" were analyzed in the sentences defined in the 23 papers that presented the definition of blue carbon. The natural environments where blue carbon was stored were mostly mangroves, salt marshes, and seagrass beds, and blue carbon repository included sediments and even plants themselves. The existing definition of blue carbon focused on the vegetation environment as the storage environment for blue carbon. However, since blue carbon is stored in the sediments of coastal wetlands, it would be appropriate to define the coastal ecosystem, including non-vegetated mudflats, as the storage environment for blue carbon.

The purpose of this study is to explicate the contemporary concept of the term 'sportswear' by studying the history of sportswear tradition in America where sportswear was first established and developed. American sportswear originated from some functional clothes made for specific sports during the 19th century. Early in 20th century, there occurred many significant events in America while Americans were undergoing two successive world wars. First of all, due to the wars, women's role in labor force became so significant that their social status was enhanced remarkably. With economy growing every decade, the amount of leisure time for American people substantially increased and, therefore they could develop their leisure activity culture. All these changes made Americans demand the need for comfortable and functional clothes suitable for their changed way of life. In response to this demand, the sportswear tradition became mature due to the contribution by many creative All-American designers, most of whom have made their active contributions since 1970s. Now the sportswear, which used to be designed for specific sports, developed into casual wear in general with its extended definition. The contemporary concept of sportswear is no longer limited to those clothes for specific sports. Sportswear has now become more like a casual activity wear which all classes of people can enjoy in their life. Since the concept and scope of sportswear is extended to a great degree today, we need a new professional term to correctly express the extended nature of these contemporary clothes.

The purpose of this paper Is to describe the matters to plan the best information systems in Korean old books. It analyzes: i) a range of definition of old books, ii) its characteristics and current state of processing the old documents, iii) the scope of automation and building up the library institution, iv) the construction of Korean old books Information systems, v) its case study, and vi) the evaluation and vision of system. The old document information system have been organized on the basis of library networks systems with the National Central Library as leader, its implemented system has the subsystem such as cataloging system, annotation system, full-text or image-based system, and retrieval system. In case study, it is suggested two examples which has been built in the National Central Library and Sung Kyun Kwan university. finally, it provides the evaluation criteria and vision for the library which designs the old document information systems.
