The health of modern people is threatened by bad eating habits. In order to provide healthy desserts to people, we conducted a study on adding plum concentrate, which is effective for fatigue recovery, insomnia, and prevention of constipation, to scones. In order to examine the utility of scones made by adding plum concentrate, the following experiment was conducted. It was prepared by adding 0g, 3g, 5g, and 7g of plum concentrate to the scone dough, respectively. As a result of the test, the sensory characteristic value was the highest in the experimental group to which 5 g of plum concentrate was added (4.77). There was a significant difference in that the average value tended to increase as the concentration of the plum concentrate increased. As for fragrance, the experimental group with the addition of 5 g of plum concentrate showed the highest sensory characteristic value of 3.62, but there was no significant difference. The experimental group to which 3 g of plum concentrate was added showed higher preference than the control group in most items such as color, flavor, sweetness, and overall preference. This study suggests that the production of scones with plum concentrate has a high potential for commercial use.

In this study, scones were prepared using Cordyceps powder, described as 'immortal life'. Cordyceps powder was prepared in 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% ratios, and salinity, color, texture, and antioxidant properties were analyzed. The salinity of Cordycepsscones did not show a difference according to the amount of Cordyceps powder added (p=0.364), and the a-, b-values increased significantly (p<0.001). In the case of texture, there was no significant difference in the amount of Cordyceps added. Flavonoids increased significantly as the amount of Cordyceps powder increased (p<0.001). ABTS-radical scavenging capacity increased significantly as the amount of Cordyceps powder increased (p<0.001). Through this study, the antioxidant properties of Cordycepsscones were confirmed.

오늘날 실시간 하에서 자동적인 교통정보의 분석은 IVHS(Intelligent Vehicle High-way Systems)의 많은 분야에서 필수적으로 사용된다. 또한 바쁜 현대인들이 러시아워에서 교통이 다소 원활한 지역으로 이동하여 시간을 절약하고자 교통 정보를 이용하고자 한다. 하지만 모바일폰은 작은 디스플레이, 메모리, 전원 장치 등등의 제약 사항을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 제약을 가지고 있는 도로 교통 영상 스트림을 모바일폰에서 서비스하기 위한 실시간 비디오 처리 방법을 제안한다. 영상 스트림의 시간적 정보를 바탕으로 프레임 율을 조절하는 시간적 처리 방안과 불필요한 영역제거, 이미지 크기 변환, 칼라 수 줄이기등의 공간적 활용 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이와 더불어 모바일폰에서의 질 높은 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 비디오 스트림을 이루는 이미지 각각에 대한 이미지 질 향상에 대한 처리 방법들을 제안 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실험으로 모바일폰에서 효율적인 도로 교통 영상 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

Currently, due to serious increase of pollution scones, lots of technology has been involved to reduce exhaust gas in diesel engine. But the amounts of exhaust gas can not be decreased somehow due to the increase of diesel vehicles. Moreover, emission standards of each counties are being stringent in advanced countries such as USA and Europe. In the near future, sulfur contents in fuel must be essentially reduced f3r health and environment because sulfur can basically reduce exhaust gas. Therefore, when will be applied to Bio-diesel and ULSD, they could reduce sulfur contents of fuel without aftertreatment and might conform the influence of engine performance, emission, smoke and fuel consumption.

In order to process video data effectively, we need to save its content on database and a content-based retrieval method which processes various queries of all users is required. In this paper, we present VRS(Video Retrieval System) which provides similarity query, SQBE(Scene Query By Example) query, and content-based retrieval by combining the feature-based retrieval and the annotation-based retrieval. The SQBE query makes it possible for a user to retrieve scones more exactly by inserting and deleting objects based on a retrieved scene. We proposed query language and query processing algorithm for SQBE query, and carried out performance evaluation on similarity retrieval. The proposed system is implemented with Visual C++ and Oracle.
