Based upon the previous experiences and typical oases of typhoon evasion fur ships as well as tile achievement in scientific research in this detrain, we developed the Intelligent Typhoon Evasion System for Ships. It consists of five subsystems, including electronic charts, ship movement management, typhoon information query and automatic plotting, real-time calculation of ship-typhoon situation, intelligent typhoon evasion decision making. With the synthetical application of analogy theory, synoptic chart, satellite cloud picture analysis, typhoon digital forecast and other relevant technologies, we leave established the typhoon evasion data bases. model bases and knowledge bases, which make it possible to automatically track the ships and typhoon paths. The system can realize ship-typhoon situation analysis, risk levee assessment, typhoon paths correction and course synoptic forecast, and intelligent typhoon evasion decision making.

In this study the meaning of well-being and welfare of home has been analyzed and a new direction in which home economics should advance has been suggested, This study not only would help the characteristics of home economics be properly understood and its displinary position take its own place but also a conceptual analysis which might be uncommon in the studies of learned circles of Korean home economics would be a basis for establishing the uniqueness of the discipline named by home economics. Based on the critical theory of Habermas it has been demonstrated that well-being and welfare of home have been emphasized unfairly in the physical and technical aspects and such a partial pursuit of positivism and purposive rationality of scientific technology has resulted in the situation that home would be gradually encroached and controlled by the social system pursuing purposive rationality. As an alternative to overcome this kind of problems communicative rationality that has em hasis on the process of intersubjective understanding and agreement has been focused. The meaning of well-being and welfare of home has been established through the classification of family life actions in to technical action practical action and emancipatory action, And the characteristics of them have been examined and ideal directionns of each element have been discussed.

The new knowledge in the textbooks for Physiology and Hygiene in Korea 1905-1910 was focused on the problems of hygiene. Lighting, ventilation, dryness were proposed as main conditions fer hygienic housing, for which management and planning methods were explained. This knowledge was taught as 'scientific' or 'modern' knowledge based on the physiological theory and air property, thereafter the conditions were placed as important conditions of modern housing.

In this study, the hydraulic channel routing model is applied to analyze water surface elevation pattern on the Nakdong river in flood cases. The procedure to apply FLDWAV model is presented to solve the Saint-Venant Equations by using four points implicit finite differential scheme. And the flood travel time is studied for reasonable dam management. As this results, variable assumption and constraint are followed to evaluate flood travelling time by hydraulic model. A guideline of reasonable dam's decision making considering downstream effect is showed by this constructed model, and scientific hydraulic analysis is possible by it.

Flood is the main natural disaster mostly in the world. It is a care problem to prevent flood disaster generally. The frequency of flood disaster is high and the distributing field is wide, the 50 percent population and 70 percent properties distribute at the threaten field of flood disaster in China. Flood disaster has caused a huge amount of economical losses and these losses have an increasing trend. Along with the development of reducing natural disaster action, it has become one of the most attentive problems for monitoring flood, preventing flood and forecasting flood efficiently. Remote sensing has the characteristics of large spatial observing areas, wide spectrum ranges, and imaging far away from the targets, imaging capabilities all weather. Spatial remote sensing information, which records the full, processes of the disaster's occurrence and development in real-time. It is a scientific basis for management, planning and decision-making. Through systemic analyzing the RS monitoring theory, based on compounding RS information, the technology and method of monitoring flood disaster are studied.

Mendeley reader count is good evidence of the early impact of scientific output since it appears before citations. This paper aims to scope and compare Mendeley readers of Library and Information Science (LIS) articles published from India and China. Mendeley readership data for the highly cited 1,000 articles in Web of Science are extracted using Webometric Analyst for both countries and are analysed using Excel and SPSS. The findings reveal that LIS articles that are published from China got more readers as compared to LIS articles published from India with an excess of 97 readers per paper on Mendeley. The occupational status of readers tells that PhD students are the top readers for both the countries' publications, followed by masters students. Discipline-wise readership shows that readers were spread across 29 different fields, with the highest readers from business, management and accounting, followed by computer science for both countries' publications. Location-wise readership depicts that the top engaged readers are from the United States for both the countries' publications. Finally, the study reports a positive association between citations and Mendeley bookmarks, justifying that Mendeley readership can be used to measure the early research impact of LIS scholarship in both countries.

In this paper data of index is acquired by some experts. Then the ambipolar models of Fussy Synthesis Evaluation theory is adopted in this paper which helps to the synthesis analysis of the Aids to Navigation in DaLian port area. At the same time, in accordance with the suggestion of the experts and the real condition, the idiographic implement way is mentioned in the point of view of Quality. The two points of view make the scheme more scientific and feasible. After achieving the status, the project scheme of synthetical alteration to Aids to Navigation in DaLian port area is put forward. Chinese medical science with long history has experience and theory of cure and prevention as well as the perfect different system with western medicine. Western medical science also was introduced in recent times and has been used in fast development in China extensively. Therefore only China that coexist oriental and western medicine is used the term, the integration of oriental and western medicine. Its object is to make better treatment and prevention value with utilizing their strong point and weak point. That is, its great principle is to develop through interchange together without interference in the other science. For mutual growth of both medical science, national concern and support, medical staffs, administrative system and a lot of fruits, etc should be arranged simultaneously. This paper was obtained the as follows. 1. The system of public health administration is composed a sanitary department for a western medicine and a managing agency for a chinese one in the center. There are each local organization under the control both agency in the locality 2. The importance of the integration of chinese and western medicine is to get the merit of special chinese system through the interchange of both medicine and union with modem science and chinese pharmacy. 3. It is the long term and great project. So its important study field is illness treatment and cure, oriental medical remedy and theory, acupuncture and moxibution etc. 4. It makes steady progress in all the healthy medical field. It has studied its foundation, the education of medical staffs, scientific study and strengthening of skill management considerably. 5. The products are the development of new chinese medicines and many researches about traditional chinese medical science. In brief, the integration of chinese and western medical science is the historical stream. Besides it will contribute toward the cure and prevention of human illness for future 21 century.

The article deals with the role of extra-curricular work by means of multimedia technologies in order to improve the quality of training of future specialists. An important condition for achieving high results in training specialists is the optimal combination of classroom and independent extra-curricular work of students by means of multimedia technologies. Very significant is the development of student independence, the formation of skills of independent search activity, the ability to take responsibility, independently solve a problem, find constructive solutions, a way out of a crisis situation, and so on. Extra-curricular work forms students' ability to master the techniques of analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison; develops flexibility of thinking; opens up opportunities for the development and stabilization of positive learning motives to activate the process of mastering knowledge by means of multimedia technologies as a means of forming the personality of a highly qualified specialist. The concept of multimedia as one of the priority areas of Information Technology, which plays a particularly important role in the process of informatization of education, is revealed, and its advantages in education are shown. The advent of multimedia systems optimizes transformations in education, in many areas of professional activity, science, art, etc. The necessity of distance learning to improve the quality of training of future specialists using multimedia technologies in extra-curricular work is justified. The effectiveness of pedagogical support in the process of distance learning is achieved by the following conditions, which is revealed in the article. Various forms and types of extra-curricular work of students that are used in the modern practice of the educational environment of a higher education institution are described. Scientific and informational activity is considered a key area of information activity. The analysis of scientific and information activities in the field of education allows us to identify its main functions, which emphasize the growing role of scientific information in the education system, in particular, extra-curricular work using multimedia technologies. Operational, complete, accurate, targeted information that meets objective and subjective needs becomes an important link between the field of management, science and practice.

Analysis result, Woman founder's characteristic and enterprise have been shown to influence school ability among demographic characteristic. Also, management ability, entrepreneurship, technological ability have been shown to influence sales, market share, profitability. According to research, it IS important for business women to know management, improving of technology ability and entrepreneurship.
