In rapidly changing environments of Foodservice Industry, it would be leading companies have made constant efforts to establish efficient management through active involvement in management accounting. Especially the foodservice business in Korea needs more critical managerial environment to grow and develope as a going business, these management environment is changed according to deepening of the competition between foodservice companies and customer's wants. In order to succeed in this change of management environment, a new managerial policy is required which the economic environment, estimates the level and the direction of change and makes efficient use of various resources through internal control.

Purpose: The primary aim of this study is to investigate the current issues in the leisure sports tourism and propose viable solutions based on a comprehensive review of existing literature. The specific objectives are to: (1) Identify the key challenges facing the leisure sports tourism industry. (2) Analyze the impact of these challenges on the industry's growth and sustainability. (3) Review and synthesize existing research to propose evidence-based solutions. Research design, data and methodology: The preliminary search yielded an extensive list of articles. These articles underwent a rigorous screening process based on their titles and abstracts. The inclusion criteria were: (1) studies focused specifically on the leisure sports tourism industry, (2) empirical research providing data on the identified issues, and (3) peer-reviewed journal articles. Results: The leisure sports tourism industry faces several pressing issues requiring effective solutions to ensure sustainability and growth. This section provides four critical solutions addressing the identified challenges: environmental sustainability, infrastructure and facility management, seasonality and economic impact, and health and safety concerns. Conclusions: The findings highlight several actionable solutions to the current issues faced by the leisure sports tourism industry. This industry can achieve a more stable and sustainable growth trajectory by addressing environmental sustainability, infrastructure and facility management, seasonality, and health and safety concerns.

This study was conducted to prepare canned salmon frame and to characterize its food components. In the preparation of high-quality canned foods, the boiling water generated in the pre-heating process should be removed, and then the pre-treated canned salmon frame should be sterilized for an $F_0$ value of 12 min. The proximate composition of the canned salmon frame prepared under optimal conditions (CSFP) was 58.4% moisture, 15.7% protein, 21.4% lipid, and 3.5% ash. Based on the results of volatile basic nitrogen and microbiological tests, the CSFP was acceptable. The sensory score for the color of CSFP was 4.1 points, which was higher than that of commercial canned salmon frame (CCSF). However, there were no significant differences in the sensory scores for flavor and taste between CSFP and CCSF. The total amino acid content of CSFP was 14.58 g/100 g, which was 4.9% lower than that of CCSF. The major amino acids in CSFP were aspartic acid (11.0%), glutamic acid (14.8%), and lysine (10.6%), which accounted for 36.4% of the total amino acid content. The CSFP was high in calcium and phosphorus, while it was low in magnesium and zinc. The major fatty acids in CSFP were 16:0 (15.2%), 18:1n-9 (17.0%), 18:2n-6 (16.7%), 20:5n-3 (9.3%), and 22:6n-3 (8.8%). Based on the results, CSFP is a high-quality canned food in terms of hygiene and nutrition.

The reduction of greenhouse gas emission currently becomes more urgent task for Korean Industries, especially for the paper industries because of the new regulation based on the low carbon-green growth law. In order to reduce effectively the greenhouse gas emission, the development of greenhouse gas emission inventory has been widely considered as one of the basic processes and has been applied to many industries. In this study, the fundamental schemes and the cases of greenhouse gas inventories were investigated. Especially, the major considering units for paper industries were suggested to develope greenhouse emission inventory of paper industry.

In the knowledge based economy, it's important to know the place where the proper knowledge locates as well as to produce the creative knowledge. This paper intends to clear up the linkage structure between research fields and its application areas. 2,135 proposals submitted to Korea Science and Engineering Foundation were analyzed to investigate the relationship between research fields and application areas. The results are as follows; first, 51.8% of the basic research is devoted to the advancement of knowledge, second, 40.8% of that is applicable to the industry, third, 49.9% of engineering and 20.2% of natural science research is applicable to the industry.

Purpose - This study is one of a series of studies on the successful Sextic industry, which was conceived because of the urgency of transforming agriculture to cope with global market-opening pressures as well as to solve domestic difficulties facing Korean rural areas. Research design, data, and methodology - This study involved constructing a questionnaire based on evaluation standards proposed by prior research. Further, this study intended to lay the groundwork for the development of the Sextic industry through the use of IPA. It also sought to explore the possibility of developing scales capable of performing causality analysis. We conducted 149 effective questionnaires, and applied the paired t-test and IPA for the analysis. Results - The results of the analysis indicated that the degrees of producers' perceptions regarding the importance and performance with respect to five variables of the performance indicators were different. Conclusion - It was suggested that the implementing subjects of the Sextic industry should prevent possible problems relating to several factors by building close cooperative relationships with the interested parties of each industry.
