Through 'Local Theme Science Museum' aid program that is one of emphasis promotion strategic project by 2007 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan', raises status of scientific technique by national core ability because all people expand base that understand and support scientific technique, and forms a social atmosphere which is scientific technique is important which scientific technique can be spread widely on national life and society whole, and proceeds target that expand local science museum facilities by a base of local science culture spreading and popularization. Accordingly, to plan balanced regional development and utilize to an advanced base of local science culture spreading because offer a science culture experience opportunity to local inhabitants, 'Local theme science museum' project is doing for that establish more 100 science museums for national.public.private institution in whole country until 2012 year. Support 39 projects to 2008 from 1999 thereby, in January, 2009, 13 'Local theme science museum' is opened and operated. This study examined arrangement preferentially about 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan' that is background of 'Local theme science museum' project. Since surveying science museum which is on opening and operation at the present and analyzed actual conditions and facilities and investigated specification necessity and direction of 'Local theme science museum'. Hereafter, to seek plan for propriety of project by characteristic and difference of 'Local theme science museum' is purpose of this study. Now, need set and promotion of following specification direction for right activation of proceeding 'Local theme science museum' by each area. First, differentiation of theme and justifiability of building, Second, propriety of site position, Third, maximization of synergy effect by mixing concept of 'Specialized Economic Zone for Regional Developmental Policy' and Ecomuseum's 'Theme center'.

Hangwa is a traditional food, corresponding to the current consumption trend, in need of marketing strategies to extend its consumption. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze consumers’ consumption patterns and perception of Hangwa to increase consumption in the market. A questionnaire was sent to 250 consumers by e-mail from Oct 8~23, 2009 and the data from 231 persons were analyzed in this study. Statistical, descriptive, paired samples t-test, and importance-performance analyses were conducted using SPSS WIN 17.0. According to the results, Hangwa was purchased mainly 'for present' (39.8%) and the main reasons for buying it were 'traditional image' (33.3%) and 'taste' (22.5%). When importance and performance of attributes considered in purchasing Hangwa were evaluated, performance was assessed to be lower than importance for all attributes. The attributes in the first quadrant with a high importance and a high performance were ‘a sanitary process’, ‘a rigorous quality mark’ and ‘taste’, which were related with quality of the products. In addition, those with a high importance but a low performance were ‘popularization through advertisement’, ‘promotion through mass media’, ‘conversion of thought on traditional foods’, ‘a reasonable price’ and ‘a wide range of price’. In conclusion, Hangwa manufacturers need to diversify products and extend the expiration date based on technologies to promote its consumption. In terms of price, Hangwa should become more available by lowering the price barrier for consumers who are sensitive to price.

Science & Technology (S&T) is the most important thing to attain competitiveness in the 21st century. Our traditional S&T policies have been focused on hardware infra structure. But, we should consider soft infra of S&T to enhance welfare development of S&T personnel. S&T should be had a correct understanding method of the creation for S&T culture. It implies that S&T policy in the 21st century should consider non-material factors which include social, human, environment and culture. Under this background. This paper defines the concept of welfare of S&T personnel. Also this paper deals with the change of S&T policy of Korea and analyzes the characteristic of each phase. This paper argues that all actors (for example S&T personnel, corporate using S&T, public) should participate in the process of S&T innovation since the 21st century is the generation of popularization of S&T. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a few methods of welfare improvement of S&T personnel to reinforce soft infra structure of S&T.

정보통신기술의 발달과 스마트 기기의 대중화는 정치, 경제, 문화 뿐 만 아니라 교육에까지 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 최신 기술을 바탕으로 모바일 기반의 능동적 학습을 가능하게 하는 스마트교육은 21세기 새로운 교육 패러다임으로 주목받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 보건의료계열 학생들이 언제 어디서나 편리하게 의학용어를 학습 할 수 있는 의학용어 학습 앱인 SMT(Smart Medical Terminology)를 개발하였다. SMT에서는 의학용어 학습에 흥미와 동기를 부여하고, 학습자의 수준에 따라 자기주도적으로 학습할 수 있는 다양한 형태의 학습 방법을 제공하고 있다.

지난 30년 동안 빠른 경제발전에 따른 가정 생활의 서구화의 경향으로 한국의 기업들은 제품을 디자인하는데 있어서 현재 소비자(생활자)들이 무엇을 요구하고 있는지 파악하는데 어려움을 주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도구환경이라는 접근방법을 통하여 이 문제에 대한 디자인 해결방안을 찾고자 하였다. 도구환경이란 제품환경의 확대된 개념으로 깁슨(Gibson, J. J.)의 개념을 인용한다면 인간 행위 목적을 달성하기 위한 모든 수단으로서 물질적인 것과 공간적인 것을 포함하고 있다. 이 접근 방법의 논리와 구조에 관하여는 디자인 방법론과 역사학, 사회심리학, 인간행동과학 등의 제 분야에 기초를 두고 논하였다. 특히 우리 나라의 식품의 보존저장을 위한 도구환경에 대해 선사시대이후 현재에 이르기까지 변화를 고찰한 후 미래의 도구환경을 예측하였다.

With the increasing popularization of cloud computing, how to reduce physical energy consumption and increase resource utilization while maintaining system performance has become a research hotspot of virtual machine deployment in cloud platform. Although some related researches have been reported to solve this problem, most of them used the traditional heuristic algorithm based on greedy algorithm and only considered effect of single-dimensional resource (CPU or Memory) on energy consumption. With considerations to multi-dimensional resource utilization, this paper analyzed impact of multi-dimensional resources on energy consumption of cloud computation. A multi-dimensional resource constraint that could maintain normal system operation was proposed. Later, a novel virtual machine deployment method (NVMDM) based on improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO) and Euclidean distance was put forward. It deals with problems like how to generate the initial particle swarm through the improved first-fit algorithm based on resource constraint (IFFABRC), how to define measure standard of credibility of individual and global optimal solutions of particles by combining with Bayesian transform, and how to define fitness function of particle swarm according to the multi-dimensional resource constraint relationship. The proposed NVMDM was proved superior to existing heuristic algorithm in developing performances of physical machines. It could improve utilization of CPU, memory, disk and bandwidth effectively and control task execution time of users within the range of resource constraint.

Purpose - The portability, functionality, and convenience of smart phones are constantly updated. With the rapid popularization of users of mobile terminals, Xiaomi is also developing rapidly. In February 2015, the users of Xiaomi exceeded 100 million people. As a transnational industry, Xiaomi has developed rapidly in not only China but also Korea. However, through the literature review, there is no radmissible study on the Xiaomi mobile telephones in the Korean market, so it is necessary to study the Xiaomi mobile phones in Korean market. Research design, data, and methodology - Figure analysis of data and social science analytical software of IBM SPSS AMOS 23.0 and IBM Statistics 23.0 were used for all the data researched. Results - First, the innovative diffusion temperament and the compatibility of Xiaomi have positive impacts on achievement expectations and effort expectations. Second, the innovative diffusion temperament and the complexity of Xiaomi have negative impacts on achievement expectations and effort expectations. Third, the innovative diffusion characteristics and the relative superiority of Xiaomi have positive impacts on achievement expectations and effort expectations. Conclusions - Through the analysis of the prior study, the innovation acceptance characteristics consist of compatibility, complexity, relative superiority, observation possibility, and the attempt possibility; the technical acceptance characteristics consist of achievement expectations, effort expectations, social influence, promotion condition, the study conducts relevant research on the continued use intention and analyze the hypothesis of research model.

스마트기기의 대중화와 무선 인터넷의 발달로 음원 콘텐츠의 소비방식이 다운로드가 아닌 스트리밍으로 변화하고 있다. 그러나 취약한 스트리밍 콘텐츠 보호 방식으로 인해 음원 데이터와 메타데이터가 외부로 노출될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 19개의 음원 스트리밍 서비스를 대상으로 네트워크 트래픽 상에서 노출되는 음원과 음원의 메타데이터를 분석하고 이에 대한 방지방안을 제안한다. 분석결과 19개의 서비스에서 모두 음원의 메타데이터의 노출이 있었다. 이러한 음원과 메타데이터의 노출을 막고자 인증서 고정 방법 등의 음원 및 메타데이터 보호방법을 제안한다.

Objective: The popularization of smartphones can lead to abnormal cervical alignment in university students. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship among smartphone screen time, cervical alignment, and muscle function in university students. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: Seventy-five university students participated in the study. They completed the evaluation of cervical alignment and muscle function, such as handgrip strength, proprioception, and muscle quality (tone, stiffness, and relaxation time). All participants recorded their general characteristics and individual smartphone screen time before the evaluation. They were evaluated craniovertebral angle (CVA) using smartphone application (angle meter 360) for measuring cervical alignment. The muscle function was assessed using a digital hand-held dynamometer, dual inclinometer, and MyotonPRO device. Results: Of all participants, twenty-five university students had forward head posture (CVA<49°, 33.33%). Independent t-test revealed that there were significant differences on smartphone screen time, muscle stiffness, and muscle relaxation between the participants with and without forward head posture (p<0.05). There were significant correlations between the smartphone screen time and the CVA, muscle tone, and muscle relaxation (r=-0.493, 0.250, and -0.500, respectively). Conclusions: The results indicate that the university students with forward head posture had high smartphone screen time and muscle stiffness compared to the students without forward head posture, and smartphone screen time might be associated with cervical alignment and muscle quality.

With the popularization of 5G networks and the development of AI (artificial intelligence) technology, Metaverse, which creates production capacity by combining virtual space and reality, is attracting attention. In this study, we searched for makeup applications with more than 100 million downloads from October 11, 2020 to November 3, 2020 through the Google Play Store. As a result of the search, four applications were found: YouCam Makeup, YouCam Perfect, Beauty Plus, and Sweet Snap. Based on the functions provided by the four applications, we attempted to suggest makeup functions applicable to Zepeto's avatar. Functions for the eyes (eyeliner, eyelashes, mascara, eye shadow, eye shape, eyebrow shape, lenses, double eyelids), functions for the nose (nose shape), functions for the mouth (lipstick, lip shape, smile function) ) Functions corresponding to the facial contour (contour, skin foundation, blusher, shading, highlighter, face painting, theme makeup) and functions corresponding to the body (body adjustment) were proposed. This study is the first in the beauty field to propose a method of applying the functions of the Metaverse platform as the importance of digital platforms is highlighted, and is the first to propose a makeup function applied to the Metaverse so that it can be used as important basic data in the future.
