본 연구는 대학생 핵심역량을 기초하여 학생들에게 다양한 교육기회를 제공하고 산업변화에 따른 산업인력 수요에 적합한 대학인력 양성이 가능하도록 대학생의 핵심역량을 설정하고자 시도되었다. 연구절차는 핵심역량에 대한 문헌고찰과 학생, 교수, 산업체, 학부모 대상의 핵심역량의 중요도에 대한 조사 및 전문가의 타당도를 통해 대학생 핵심역량을 설정하였다. 연구결과 문헌고찰을 통해 14개의 역량을 도출하였으며, 재학생, 졸업생, 교수 대상으로 중요도와 전문가 타당도를 통해 창의력, 문제해결능력, 자기주도능력의 종합적 문제해결역량, 전문지식보유능력, 정보처리능력, 기술활용능력의 산업체맞춤전문역량, 배려 섬김인성, 사회봉사의 실천 나눔역량, 의사소통능력의 의사소통역량, 자기관리능력, 대인관계능력, 리더십, 외국어 능력, 글로벌 역량의 글로컬 리더십의 최종 5대 핵심역량과 세부 14개 하위 역량이 설정되었다. 본 연구결과에 기초하여 교육과정 개발과 운영에 적용하여 대학생들의 역량을 증진시키고, 향후 역량측정도구 개발을 통해 역량증진 정도를 파악하는 것이 필요하다.

디지털 정보기술과 인터넷의 발달로 인해 데이터는 여러 학문과 사회 분야에서 의미 있는 결과를 도출하고 의사결정과 정책을 수립하는 데 있어서 중요하다. 따라서 대규모의 데이터를 축적하고 관리하는 업무를 담당하는 데이터 큐레이터는 데이터 관리의 효율성과 활용성을 높이는데 필수적인 역할을 수행한다. 본 연구는 데이터 큐레이터의 핵심 직무 요건을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 두 종류의 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 첫째는 2011년부터 2014년까지 총 255건의 국외 데이터 큐레이터 구인 공고를 수집하였으며, 둘째는 국내 데이터 관리 실무자 5명과의 심층면담을 실시했다. 수집된 두 가지 데이터는 선행연구에서 제시한 7가지 핵심 직무 요건을 바탕으로 범주화하여 분석하였다. 데이터 분석 결과 데이터 큐레이터의 핵심 직무 요건을 4가지 범주로 구분할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과 데이터 큐레이터의 핵심 직무 요건은 효율적인 데이터 관리 직무 수행을 위해 이해관계자와 원활하게 소통할 수 있어야 하며, 이와 함께 정보기술 지식을 기반으로 데이터 관리 시스템을 구축하고 운영할 역량이 필요하다. 또한 데이터 관리 지식 및 전략을 이해하고 마지막으로 데이터 관리 이용자 교육 및 데이터 관련 서비스와 도구를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 통해 데이터 관리에 있어 4가지 범주로 구분되는 다양한 측면의 요건이 요구되고 있음을 도출하였으며, 이를 위한 데이터 관리에 대한 통합된 전문적인 교육과정의 필요성을 제안했다.

Background: Dental treatment has shifted to the center of the community, and the public policy of the country has expanded to support the vulnerable classes such as the disabled. The dental profession needs education regarding oral health services for persons with disabilities, and it is necessary to derive the competencies for this. Therefore, we conducted this study to derive the normative ability to understand the role of a dental hygienist in the oral health service for persons with disabilities and improvement plans for education. Methods: We conducted a qualitative analysis for deriving competencies by analyzing the data collected through in-depth interviews with experts in order to obtain abilities through practical experience. Based on the competency criterion, relevant competency in the interview response was derived using the priori method, and it was confirmed whether the derived ability matched the ability determined by the respondent. Results: The professional conduct competencies of dental hygienists, devised by the Korean Association of Dental Hygiene, consists of professional behavior, ethical decision-making, self-assessment skills, lifelong learning, and accumulated evidence. Also, core competencies of the American Dental Education Association competencies for dental hygienist classification such as ethics, responsibility for professional actions, and critical thinking skills were used as the criterion. The dental hygienist's abilities needed for oral health care for people with disabilities, especially in the detailed abilities to fulfill these social needs, were clarified. Conclusion: To activate oral health care for people with disabilities, it is necessary for dental hygienists to fulfill their appropriate roles, and for this purpose, competency-based curriculum restructuring is indispensable. A social safety net for improving the oral health of people with disabilities can be secured by improving the required skills-based education system of dental hygienists and strengthening the related infrastructure.

최근 미래 인재가 갖추어야 할 21세기 핵심 역량으로서 집단 창의성이 강조됨에 따라, 집단 창의성 계발 방안으로서 협업과 공감을 강조하는 디자인적 사고를 과학 교육에 도입하는 방안을 고려해 볼 필요가 있다. 그리고 디자인적 사고의 효과적인 도입과 전략 마련을 위하여 디자인적 사고에 대한 이해가 선행될 필요가 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 일반모델 덧씌우기 방법, 초점집단면접, 중요사건기법 분석을 통해 디자인적 사고의 속성을 규명하였다. 연구 결과, 4개의 역량군과 15개의 핵심 역량을 추출할 수 있었다. 즉, '팀의 조직', '의사소통', '자기조절', '설득력', '주도성'의 5개 역량으로 구성된 협업 역량군, '분석적 사고력', '전략적 사고력', '직관적 사고력'의 3개 역량으로 구성된 통합적 사고 역량군, '사용자 지향', '관계형성', '대인이해'의 3개 역량으로 구성된 인간중심 역량군, '성취지향', '정보수집', '호기심', '유연성'의 4개 역량으로 구성된 다학제 역량군을 들 수 있다. 이 연구 결과는 국내 과학 교육에 디자인적 사고를 효과적으로 도입하고, 집단 창의성 계발을 위한 프로그램 개발이나 전략 마련 등을 위한 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to establish the role of master gardener coordinators and develop an education program to enhance their job competencies. To analyze and develop the new job of master gardener coordinator, we used the CBC method for curriculum development. The research findings can be summarized as follows. The analysis result of need and importance of education based on the performance level and demand level revealed 20 core competencies, which were classified into organizational education, learning by experience, individual learning, low-priority competencies for program development, with focus on the importance and need for education. The 17 courses are comprised of Eastern and Western Garden History, Understanding of Community Garden, Garden Aesthetics and Environmental Design, Master Gardener's Mission & Management, Garden Plants, and Garden Design and Practice etc. and the curriculum is 33 hours in total. The master gardener coordinator education program was conducted on 73 rural extension workers and the curriculum was evaluated by those who completed the program. The overall satisfaction was 4.29 and 97.1% of the trainees decided that the program would help them perform their duties. The analysis result discovered that all 20 core competencies increased after the program. As a result of conducting contingent valuation to determine the value of the program, willingness to pay (WTP) per hour was KRW 33,223 and the total WTP was KRW 1.096 million, which, when multiplied by 73 participants, is approximately KRW 80.008 million. This is relatively higher than the budget used (KRW 22.943 million), indicating that the program is worth it.

본 연구는 2010년 1월에 미국의 청소년도서관서비스협회에서 공표한 '청소년 담당 사서의 역량'에 대한 국립중앙도서관 사서들의 인식을 조사한 것이다. 이를 위하여 국립중앙도서관의 사서 50명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 '청소년 담당 사서의 역량'에 명시된 7개 분야와 48개 역량에 대하여 각각의 필요성과 효과성, 난이성 정도를 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 청소년 담당 사서에게 요구되는 핵심 분야는 자료정보, 행정, 사서직과 전문성이며, 난이도가 높은 분야는 소통 및 마케팅, 소외계층지원 서비스이다. 청소년 담당 사서에게 요구되는 핵심 역량은 A4(도서관이 제공하는 서비스와 도서관 자료이용방법, 청소년의 성장 및 발달 실현에 도서관이 어떠한 기여를 하는지 알게 함으로써 청소년이 평생 도서관 이용자가 되도록 장려), A1(청소년의 요구를 파악하고 서비스 향상을 위한 리더십 기술 함양 및 발휘, 성인 및 어린이 담당 사서와 같은 수준의 재정 지원과 직원 확보)이며, 난이도가 높은 역량은 C4(도서관, 학교, 청소년 담당 기관 및 지역사회 전반의 청소년 서비스 증진을 위한 전략적 마케팅 계획 구상, 실행 및 평가)이다.

이 연구는 공공도서관의 지적자본과 평가지표를 통한 도서관의 지적자본 평가모형을 설계하고자 하였다. 공공도서관은 지식정보서비스 기반 지적자본과 사회자본의 창출자이다. 연구에서는 정보생태환경에 기반을 둔 도서관의 핵심역량과 지표, 지적자본 평가지표를 제시하고 이에 대한 평가모형을 도서관에 적용 가능하도록 하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 도서관의 내외적 환경에 대한 가치와 역량을 정량과 정성적으로 평가할 수 있는 지표가 될 것이다.

미래 사회의 변화는 미래 교육의 변화를 요청하며, 이러한 미래교육의 변화 요청을 과학과 교육과정에서도 적극적으로 반영해 나갈 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 현재 교육과정인 2009개정 과학과 교육과정에 대한 실태를 진단하고, 미래교육의 변화 방향에 비추어 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 초 중 고 과학교사 447명의 설문조사와 12명의 전문가 심층면담을 통해 과학과 교육과정의 주요 쟁점 및 개선 방안을 탐색하였다. 과학과 선택과목 구성, 일반선택과목인 융합형 '과학', 과학 과목 집중이수제, 진로집중과정, 과학과 선택과목의 이수단위 증감, 대학 입시에서 과학과 선택과목 간 형평성 등으로 구분하여 2009개정 과학과 교육과정의 문제점을 살펴보았다. 이어서 현장교사들과 전문가들이 제안한 과학과 교육과정 개정방향들 중 핵심역량과 융합교육에 초점을 두고 과학과 교육과정을 구상하는 방안을 탐색하였다. 그 결과 과학과의 핵심역량은 기존 교육과정에서 강조한 문제해결력, 의사소통 능력뿐만 아니라 기초학습능력과 자아정체성, 도덕적 역량 등이 추가되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 융합교육은 다른 교과와의 융합 이전에 과학과 내부 과목 간 융합이 먼저 이뤄져야하며, 과학 과목을 중심으로 한 STEM 형태의 융합이 바람직함을 알았다. 이러한 결과를 실천하기 위해서는 과학과 교육과정 연구 개발을 전담할 교육과정 개발센터의 구축이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to propose a theoretical model for an integrated medical humanities curriculum based on a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) education framework and to provide a guideline for curriculum integration. Three dimensions of integrated curriculum development are competencies, core contents, and elements of integration. Competencies imply the purpose of the medical humanities of a medical school and the exit outcomes of the curriculum. Core contents imply the goals and objectives of the curriculum. We compared the goals and themes of the medical humanities with core attributes of professionalism. Four elements of integration were proposed: units (cases, problem activities, core contents, disciplines/subjects), types (multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary), contexts of integration (life cycle of patients, scope of society), and stages of student development (from student to doctor). It is expected that this theoretical model for an integrated medical humanities curriculum can be used as a guideline for curriculum development and an evaluation criterion for instructional designers and subject matter experts.

개관한 지 10년을 맞이하는 국립세종도서관은 정책정보 전문도서관으로서의 책무를 수행하는 동시에 세종시민을 위한 공공도서관 기능을 수행하여 왔다. 그럼에도 국립세종도서관이 계속해서 정책정보서비스와 공공도서관 서비스를 병행하는 것이 바람한지에 대해서는 의문을 제기하는 견해가 적지 않다. 국립세종도서관이 정체성을 바로 세우고 핵심역량과 서비스를 강화하기 위해서는 국립세종도서관의 현주소 및 이해집단의 선행조사가 선행되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 국립세종도서관의 현주소를 진단하여 SWOT 분석한 후 정책정보서비스와 관련된 이해집단(국립세종도서관 및 유관 정책기관 직원)을 대상으로 국립세종도서관의 핵심 역할과 정체성, 정책정보서비스에 대한 인식을 조사·분석하여 이를 바탕으로 정책정보 특화도서관으로서의 핵심역량 제고 방안과 미래 지향성을 제시하였다.
