방사선사는 사람의 생명을 대상으로 하므로 전문적인 직무역량(job competency)이 요구된다. 그럼에도 현재 한국에서는 방사선사의 직무역량을 밝히고 있는 연구가 이루어진 바 없다. 이에 한국 방사선사의 핵심 직무역량 지표를 정의하고 역량군별 요인모델을 제시하고자 방사선사 직무역량에 대한 설문을 실시하여 최종 147명의 응답내용을 취합하였다. 응답 내용은 PASW Statistics Version 18.0와 AMOS Version 18.0을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석 결과 전문직업성', '환자관리', '건강 및 안전', '장비의 운영', '절차와 관리'의 5개 핵심 직무역량군과 17개의 하위 역량으로 구성된 모델을 구성하였다. 5개 핵심 직무역량군의 측정 모델 RMSEA 값은 0.1, CFI와 TLI 값이 0.9에 근사하게 나타나 양호한 적합도를 보였으며, 타당도 분석 결과 평균분산추출 값 0.5이상, 개념신뢰도 값 0.7이상으로 각 하위 역량에 포함된 세부 항목 간에 상관관계도 높게 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 한국의 의료 환경에서 방사선사에게 요구되는 직무역량을 명확히 제시하여 역량 중심의 인적 자원 양성과 관리에 필요한 구체적인 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

21세기 지식 기반 사회가 추구하는 가치나 비전에 따른 과학 영재 교육의 새로운 방향으로서 핵심 역량 중심의 교육을 고려해 볼 필요가 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 향후 핵심 역량 중심의 과학 영재 교육을 위한 선결 요건으로서 과학자의 핵심 역량 모델을 개발하고, 타당성을 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 논문, 도서, 신문 기사, 행동사건면접에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 설문 문항을 개발한 후 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 설문 조사 결과를 바탕으로, 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 5개의 역량군, 15개의 하위 역량으로 구성된 잠재적인 핵심 역량 모델을 구성할 수 있었고, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 탐색된 핵심 역량 모델의 신뢰도와 수렴타당도, 판별타당도 등을 확보할 수 있었다. 과학자의 핵심 역량 모델에서 '인지' 역량군은 '창의적 사고', '종합적 사고', '탐색적 사고', '분석적 사고', '개념적 사고'의 5개 하위 역량으로 구성되었다. '성취지향' 역량군은 '주도성', '준비 및 문제해결력', '전략적 영향력'의 3개 하위 역량으로 구성되었고, '과학적 태도' 역량군은 '유연한 사고와 태도', '연구 열정', '과학에 대한 견해'의 3개 하위 역량으로 구성되었다. '개인 효과성' 역량군은 '풍부한 경험과 체험', '글로벌 자세'의 2개 하위 역량으로 구성되었으며, 마지막으로, '네트워킹' 역량군은 '대인이해', '의사소통'의 2개 하위 역량으로 구성되었다. 이 연구 결과는 과학자의 핵심 역량 모델을 과학 영재 교육에 소개하고, 핵심 역량 중심의 과학 영재 교육을 위한 프로그램 개발이나 전략 마련 등을 위한 기초 자료를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 온라인교육과 역량기반 교육을 중심으로 사서직 계속교육의 국내외 동향을 분석하였다. 현재 국내 사서 계속교육 프로그램의 70% 이상이 온라인교육방식으로 수행되고 있었고, 주로 온라인 코스웨어 형태의 표준화된 콘텐츠가 동영상으로 제작되어 반복 활용되고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 반면, 미국과 호주에서는 주로 웨비나 등 쌍방향 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 이러닝 방식을 사용하여 도서관 안팎의 최신 이슈를 다양한 교육강좌로 구성한 비표준화된 콘텐츠가 활용되고 있었다. 또한 최근 주목할 동향으로 미국, 영국, 호주 등 해외에서 전문직 역량기준에 기반하여 계속교육을 제공하려는 시도들이 파악되었다. 따라서 국내에서도 기 개발된 사서직 역량기준들을 계속교육에 접목시킴으로써 체계적인 교육프로그램을 운영할 것이 요청된다. 본 연구에서 분석한 해외 모범사례들은 향후 국내 온라인 계속교육 프로그램을 현장의 계속교육 수요와 요구에 부응하며 현장사서들의 역량을 강화시키는 방향으로 개선하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a student-led instructional strategy that is central to the teaching-learning process and to investigate its effects. For this study, we analyzed the learner-centered learning types (discovery learning, problem-based learning, inquiry learning) and extracted elements applicable to newly developed teaching-learning. Based on this, a student-led class strategy was established using pre-learning, teacher collaboration, small group composition, and limited open data and product presentation, and then science classes were conducted. As a result of the post-tests of the five science core competencies of the experimental group using the student-led instructional strategy and the comparative group conducting lecture-based classes, the experimental group showed higher scores than the comparative group in the scientific thinking, scientific communication, and scientific attitudes (p<.05). Based on these results, it was confirmed that the student-led class, in which the student self-adjusts the entire process of designing, exploring, and presenting learning, can help the student's scientific ability. In addition, I would like to discuss the implications of teachers' teaching-learning composition.

본 연구는 국내 금융서비스 담당자 중 방카슈랑스를 대상으로 교육을 실시하는 교육전문가들을 대상으로 방카슈랑스 업무를 수행하는 담당자들이 업무를 수행하는데 필수적이라고 인식하는 역량은 무엇이고 특히 그 중에서 업무의 성과와 관련하여 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 역량이 무엇인지를 탐구하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구, 1차 워크숍, 2차 워크숍을 진행하고, 역량전문가를 대상으로 추가 워크숍을 수행하여 방카슈랑스 담당자에게 필요한 역량은 무엇인지를 도출하였다. 또한 마지막으로 방카슈랑스 담당자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 연구결과의 타당성을 높였다. 최종적으로 성취지향성, 영향력, 제안력, 대인이해, 전문성, 관계형성, 호감도관리, 주도성, 감정절제, 자기개발, 성찰적자기확신, 문제해결, 자기주도적 업무수행, 정보수집활용, 계획수립, 개념적사고, 긍정적 자아 인식의 17개의 역량명과 역량 정의가 도출되었으며, 이 역량 중 담당자들의 육성을 위해 필요한 중요도 조사 결과, 성취지향성, 영향력, 제안력, 관계형성, 자기개발 등의 역량이 주요 역량을 인식되고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 역량모델을 통해, 방카슈랑스 담당자들에게 필요한 핵심역량과 그 내용을 기반으로 현장에서 해당 업무를 성공적으로 수행할 수 있는 인력을 채용하고 육성하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

Competencies are defined as an observable and assessable set of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Graduation competencies, which are more comprehensive, refer to the required abilities of students to perform on-site work immediately after graduation. As graduation competencies set the goal of education, various countries and institutions have introduced them for new veterinary graduates. The Korean Association of Veterinary Medical Colleges has recently established such competencies to standardize veterinary education and enhance quality levels thereof. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of establishing graduation competencies as well as their implication for veterinary education in Korea. Graduation competencies for veterinary education in Korea comprise 5 domains (animal health care and disease management, one health expertise, communication and collaboration, research and learning, and veterinary professionalism). These are further divided into 11 core competencies, and 33 achievement standards, which were carefully chosen from previous case analyses and nation-wide surveys. Currently, graduation competencies are used as a standard for setting clear educational purposes for both instructors and students. Establishing these competencies further initiated the development of detailed learning outcomes, and of a list of basic veterinary clinical performances and skills, which is useful for assessing knowledge and skills. The establishment of graduation competencies is expected to contribute to the continuous development of Korean veterinary education in many ways. These include curriculum standardization and licensing examination reform, which will eventually improve the competencies of new veterinary graduates.

Purpose: Nurses play an important role in ensuring patient rehabilitation and are involved in all aspects of multidimensional rehabilitation. Therefore, strengthening rehabilitation nursing education is vital to ascertain high-quality rehabilitation and optimum outcomes. This study examined the effectiveness of a new teaching reform-a modified Six-Sigma-based training program-against a conventional educational program on rehabilitation specialist nurses' core competencies, post-training performance, and satisfaction. Methods: A quasi-randomized controlled trial was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the modified training program. We recruited 56 learners from the 2020 training course at the Hunan Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse Training Base as the control group. Sixty learners from the base's 2021 training course were recruited as the intervention group. Data were collected in a consistent manner from both groups after the training program was implemented. Results: Those who underwent the modified training program showed better improvement in all core competencies than those who underwent the conventional training program (p < .05); the scores for theoretical knowledge, clinical nursing lectures, reviews, and nursing case management improved significantly following the teaching reform (p < 0.05). Further, overall satisfaction as well as base management and theoretical teaching satisfaction improved significantly (p < .05). Conclusion: The modified training program strengthens rehabilitation nurses' base management abilities; enhances their core competencies; expands their interest in and breadth, depth, and practicability of theoretical courses; and updates the teaching methods.

현재 우리나라의 대학들은 사회에서 요구하는 능력과 태도를 갖추고 이를 준비할 수 있는 인재를 키우기 위해 노력 중이며 이 중 많은 대학들이 핵심역량 기반의 교육을 실시하고 있다. 이에 학생들의 핵심역량을 객관적으로 측정하여 교육성과를 확인할 필요성이 제기되고 있으며 이를 진단할 수 있는 도구들을 개발하고 있다. 전문화된 해양인력을 양성하는 M대학의 경우에도 대학의 특수성을 반영한 핵심역량 기반 교육을 실시하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 M대학의 핵심역량을 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하고 이를 타당화 하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 첫째, 문헌고찰을 중심으로 예비문항을 개발하였고, 둘째, 문항분석 및 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 6개의 구성요소를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 최종 검사를 실시하여 총 52개의 문항이 도출되었고 이에 대한 타당성 여부를 확보하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 개발한 검사 도구는 학생들의 핵심역량 수준을 진단할 뿐만 아니라 개별 핵심역량 수준을 진단하여 프로그램을 연계할 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 해사 및 해양 특성화를 갖춘 대학의 차별화된 인재를 기르기 위한 기초자료로 사용 가능할 것이다.

본 연구는 데이터사서의 주요 직무와 핵심 역량을 알아보기 위하여 75개의 미국 데이터사서 구인광고의 내용 분석을 수행하였고, 미국과 캐나다 현직 데이터사서를 대상으로 설문을 진행하여 105명의 응답을 수집 후 통계 분석을 진행하였다. 내용 분석과 통계 분석을 종합한 결과, 데이터사서의 주요 직무는 collaboration, workshops, trainings, conferences, data service, research consultation, 그리고 research support 관련 직무로 파악되었다. 핵심 역량은 communication skill, teaching, diversity, inclusion, and equality, data management, 그리고 data tool 관련 역량으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 가장 최신의 데이터를 이용하여 데이터사서의 주요 직무 및 핵심 역량을 분석하고 현직자의 의견을 수렴했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 이는 향후 이어질 데이터사서의 직무만족도, 이용자만족도, 인식조사에 기초연구로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: This study aims to identify the core competency of sellers on their sales performance in the context of e-commerce, and to verify the mediating effect of innovative sales activities. Research design, data, methodology: A questionnaire survey was carried out to 200 sellers in e-commerce. Exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis for Cronbach's Alpha were performed to verify the validity and reliability of the and the regression analyses of 5,000 bootstrap samples were carried out to test hypotheses. Results: Based on the analysis, the elements of competencies of sellers in e-commerce such as self-control, trust-building, social interaction skills were positively related to the innovative sales activities and sales performances. Innovative sales activities also affected sales performances. Indirect effects of competencies of sellers on sales performance via innovative sales activities were partially effective depending on variables that brought practical implications. From a practical perspective, the valid competencies found in this study may be applied for the recruitment and selection of sellers. Conclusion: This study shed light on theories of e-commerce sales and sales practices by examining the competencies of sellers in e-commerce compared to those of traditional sellers and by revealing innovative sales activities as the effective mediator for sales performance.
