본 연구는 영상콘텐츠 산업과 과학문화 산업의 지형 변화에서 시작되었다. 모바일 과학기술 영상 콘텐츠는 수요와 정책적 지원에 따라 성장 가능성이 예견된다. 본 연구의 목적은 과학기술 관련 모바일 영상콘텐츠 활성화를 위해 현황을 분석하여 기획 및 제작시의 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 모바일 영상 중 영향력이 가장 큰 유튜브의 과학기술 채널의 영상을 사례로 하여 유형 및 스토리텔링 분석을 시도하는 융복합적 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학기술 유튜브 채널 글로벌 선도그룹의 영상 콘텐츠는 과학기술의 맥락과 활동에 따라 활동형, 해설형, 비평형의 세 유형으로 범주화된다. 둘째, 언어의존성이 낮고 재매개 가능성이 높은 활동형 채널은 다시 라이프 해킹형, 소품 제작형, 파괴형, 탐구형으로 분류된다. 셋째, 활동형 채널들의 핵심 스토리텔링 전략은 일상적 소재를 전문과학기술적 방법을 통해 다루는 익숙함과 낯섦의 조화이다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 국제적 경쟁력을 가질 수 있는 킬러 콘텐츠 기획 및 제작을 기대한다.

This paper proposes an HDR display system using multi-projectors for presentation of HDR contents to multi-users. An HDR image is resolved by luminance and the resolved images are assigned to several projectors. The proposed system projects the HDR contents onto a large screen, and the system can display the HDR contents to multi-users. The proposed system realized to output the broad luminance by emitting the light of multi-projectors onto the same screen. In addition, tonal steps of the proposed system increase so that other projectors cover the tonal steps in the region where the dynamic range is expanded. In this paper, we indicate an effectiveness of the proposed system.

국가 R&D의 투자 효율을 제고할 수 있는 시스템에 대한 요구에 따라 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)의 주관으로 구축 중인 국가과학기술종합정보시스템(NTIS)은 정보화 전략의 일관성 확보와 정보화 투자의 효율성 확대를 위하여 ITA를 수립하여 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 여러 국가연구개발사업 관리 기관을 연계하는 NTIS 구축을 위한 NTIS ITA의 정립절차와 수립된 ITA를 소개하고 ITA 수립의 시사점과 기대효과를 알아본다.

과학기술정보 서비스를 효율적으로 지원하기 위해서는 동일한 콘텐츠와 기술을 상호 공유할 수 있는 과학기술정보만의 플랫폼이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서 다양한 콘텐츠 및 기술을 공통의 활용 요소로 사용할 수 있는 플랫폼을 설계함으로써 신속하고 효율적인 서비스를 지원하고자 한다. 더불어 과학기술 데이터와 기술들을 용도에 따라 활용할 수 있는 플랫폼 환경 체제에서의 다양한 API 활용 사례를 제시하였다. 이를 통해 각종 콘텐츠와 기술들은 플랫폼 상에서 API Gateway를 통해 상호작용하고 식별된 연구자, 기관, 용어 데이터를 중심으로 과학기술콘텐츠를 융합할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: This study is to explore which genre of sports culture contents will show the most consistent growth in the future and analyse the development outlook based on those results. Research design, data, and methodology: Case study was used for this research as it seemed to be the most appropriate approach in order to obtain the most complete and meaningful information from a particular phenomenon. A total of 15 participants were chosen to participate in a semi-structured in-depth interview and the recordings were typed out as text. In order to ensure validity and credibility of findings, peer and member check were conducted. Results: As a result, the sports culture content that is most likely to consistently grow in the future is games. Additionally, it is expected that sports culture contents will develop as new categories of sports culture contents emerge, as the evolution of sports culture content occurs through the combination with technology, as well as the activation of sensual sports contents, and the production of sports culture contents utilizing big data. Conclusions: It is concluded that convergence of sport, cultural contents, and technology will promptly progress, and it will promote the development of sport culture contents and related industry.

This study investigated change in the chemical components and antioxidant activity of ramie (Boehmeria nivea) leaves (RL) for the development of functional foods. Proximate compositions of protein, crude ash, and crude fat were 24.49, 11.41, and 4.89%, respectively. Contents of minerals of calcium (Ca), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), and iron (Fe) were 1,874, 1,433, 362, and 16 mg/100 g, respectively. ${\alpha},\;{\beta}$, and ${\gamma}$-Tocopherol contents were 9.79, 0.18, and 1.44 mg/100 g, respectively. Linoleic and linolenic acid contents were higher than those of palmatic and stearic acid. Total phenolic and flavonoids contents showed the high level of 149 and 49 mg/g. The $IC_{50}$ values of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), hydroxyl, and superoxide radical scavenging of RL extracts were 688, 424, and $596{\mu}g/mL$, respectively, while the radical scavenging values by butylated hydroxylanisole (BHA) were 92, 58, and $98{\mu}g/mL$, respectively. Thus, RL has the potential to be used as a healthy and functional food ingredient.
