기름으로 오염된 토양에서 작물생육을 위한 계면활성제 생산 Bacteria의 활용에 관한 연구 (The Study of Application of Bio-Surfactant Producing Bacteria for Growing Crop in Oil Spilled Soil)

  • Bacillus LPO3 (계면활성제와 같이 유화물질을 생산하는)을 hydrocarbon을 감소시키는 bio-control agent로 사용했다. 토양 (시중구입)은 gasoline을 섞어 오염시킨 토양을 사용하였다. 13일 동안 bacteria의 성장, hydrocarbon의 감소, 그리고, Bacillus LP03 의 작물 성장에 미친 요인(식물의 싹과 뿌리의 길이를 포함한)을 관찰하였다. 우리는 이 bacteria의hydrocarbon을 감소 시키는 물질로서 이 균이 생산하는 계면활성제일 것이라는 가능성을 이미 확인 하였으며 이는 식물의 싹과 뿌리의 생장을 촉진하였고, 회색 곰팡이에 대하여항 진균 활성을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 bacteria를 넣지 않은 기름으로 오염된 토양 실험 군에서는 식물이 자라나지 않았을 뿐 아니라 살아남지도 못했다. 실험 결과로 볼 때, gasoline의 hydrocarbon이 시간이 지남에 따라 감소되었고, RNA blotting실험에서는 오염된 토양에서 균의 증식과 더불어 계면활성제관련 유전자 산물의 증가를 확인하였다 결과적으로, 이 bacteria (계면활성제를 생산하는)는 회색 곰팡이에 감염된 토양이나 기름으로 오염된 토양에서 작물이 자랄 수 있게 하기 위한 bio-control agent로서 유효한 균으로 생각된다.

고농도 질소함유 폐수의 총질소 분석법 비교·평가 (Comparison and evaluation of methods for the measurement of total nitrogen in wastewater)

  • 본 연구에서는 분석방법에 따른 고농도 질소함유 폐수의 총질소 측정결과를 비교평가하였다. 수질오염공정시험방법에 제시된 자외선 흡광광도법과 환원증류 킬달법을 주 시험법으로 하였으며, 추가적으로 TKN(total Kjeldahl nitrogen)법과 이온 크로마토그래피법(Ion chromatography)을 사용하였다. 자외선 흡광광도법은 실험방법이 비교적 간단하지만 고농도 폐수시료의 희석과 표준용액 제조에 있어서 큰 오차를 유발하였다. 환원증류 킬달법은 시료의 희석이 필요하지 않으며 가장 높은 측정값을 보였지만, 데발다 합금 및 NaOH 첨가량에 의해 최대 50 mg/L의 오차가 발생하였다. 동일한 시료를 반복하여 실험한 결과, 환원증류 킬달법($568.6{\pm}38.7mg/L$) > 자외선 흡광광도법($527.3{\pm}9.6mg/L$) > TKN법($494.7{\pm}21.4mg/L$) >이온 크로마토그래피법($417.9{\pm}7.3mg/L$)의 순으로 측정되었다. 그러므로 기타 분석법에 의한 과소평가 가능성을 고려하면, 환원증류 킬달법을 사용하는 것이 고농도 총질소 분석 측면에서 바람직할 것이다. 그러나 각 분석법과 시료의 특성에 따라서 실험 단계별로 최적분석조건을 확인하고, 더 나아가 표준작업지침서(Standard Operation Procedure: SOP)를 작성하여 분석 신뢰도를 향상시킬 필요가 있다.

  • The study were to assess technical factors between the high score group and the low score group, from the subjects of 16 male national gymnasts, and to analyze the kinematical characteristic and main technical cause on technique of Akopian's 3D motion analysis of the male vaulting game in 2001 classification championship. The result of this study is this. There were not so much difference between the two groups in term; of the time of board contact, pre-flight, and total performance, but it takes shorter time when the players who are in the high point group take down the board, and they take long time for post-flight(p<.01). The high point group has a longer perpendicular distance in the moment of horse taking off, 0.05m on the average, than the low point group. The high point group shows 0.16m higher on the average than the other group in term; of the height of post-flight(p<.01). In the phase of board contact, the range of horizontal velocity at board take on were $7.66m/s{\sim}7.33m/s$, but there weren't significantly statistic differences between two groups. The hight score group were 0.68m/s faster than the low point group at the horizontal velocity at board take off event(<.05). About the average horizontal velocity of deceleration, AG1(-1.95m/s) reduces the speed more than AG2(-1.57m/s)(p<.05). And the hight score group were 0.37m/s faster than the low point group at the vertical velocity at horse take off event(<.05). When board taking off, the projectile angle of com were $38.7{\sim}37.8degree$ on the average. the comparative groups show almost same results. When horse taking off, the HPVy of the high point group were 37.6 degree which were a little higher than the low point group. The angular velocities of the players who takes on the horse with a right hand and then takes off with a left hand in the high point group were 14.97rad/sec, 10.82rad/sec in the low point group. However, the angular velocity of the players who takes on the horse with a left hand and then takes off on a right hand with the high point group were 14.97rad/sec, 15.56rad/sec in the low point group.

경찰공무원의 구강건강관리행태에 따른 구강보건지식 (Oral Health Knowledge According to Police Officers' Oral Health Behaviors)

  • 본 연구는 경찰공무원의 구강건강관리행태에 따른 구강보건지식을 파악하고자 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 광주지방경찰청 내 경찰공무원 237명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였으며, 연구도구는 일반적 특성과, 구강보건지식, 구강건강관리행태 및 구강보건교육 요구를 사용하였다. 기술통계, t-test, Anova, 위계적 회귀분석으로 분석 처리한 결과, 구강 건강관리 행태에 따른 구강보건지식은 구강위생용품을 사용하는 사람과 치과 방문 경험이 있는 사람이 구강보건지식이 높았고(p<0.001), 원하는 구강보건교육은 전문가가 직접 구두로 설명하는 것과 올바른 칫솔질 방법이었다. 구강보건지식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 결혼여부, 교육수준, 흡연여부, 보조구강위생용품사용과 치과방문경험이었다(설명력 40.5%). 따라서 본 연구 결과는 경찰공무원의 구강건강을 증진시키기 위한 구강보건교육 프로그램 개발 및 구강보건 사업 계획 시 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Modified application of SAMe-TT2R2 scoring system in Asian patients with atrial fibrillation for the selection of oral anticoagulants

  • Background/Aims: The SAMe-TT2R2 score is used for assessing anticoagulation control (AC) quality with warfarin. However, it is hard to apply SAMe-TT2R2 score in Asian patients with atrial fibrillation (AF), because it has not been proven in those populations. This study aimed to validate the SAMe-TT2R2 score in Asian patients with AF and suggest a modified SAMe-TT2R2 score for this population. Methods: We analyzed 710 Korean patients with AF who were using warfarin. The AC quality was assessed as the mean time in therapeutic range (TTR). Each component of SAMe-TT2R2 score was evaluated for the relationship with AC. Further clinical factors that predict AC were analyzed. Identified factors were re-assorted and constructed as SA2Me-TTR scoring system. Results: Of the components of the SAMe-TT2R2 score, female, age, and rhythm control were associated with AC. Heart failure and renal insufficiency were newly identified factors associated with AC. The modified SA2Me-TTR score was reconstructed with the relevant risk factors (S, female gender, 1 point; A, age < 60 yr, 2 points; Me, medical history of heart failure, 1 point; T, treatment for rhythm control, 1 point; T, history of stroke or transient ischemic attack, 1 point; R, renal insufficiency, 1 point). The modified SA2Me-TTR score demonstrated an excellent relationship with the grading of AC. The modified SA2Me-TTR score ≤ 1 identified patients with good AC (hazard ratio 2.46, 95% CI 1.75-3.47). Conclusions: The modified SA2Me-TTR score was useful for guiding oral anticoagulants selection in Asian patients with AF.

PRECEDE-PROCEED 모형을 적용한 의무경찰의 건강증진교육프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effects of Health Promotion Education Program for the Auxiliary Police - Based on the PRECEDE-PROCEED Model -)

  • 본 연구는 PRECEDE-PROCEED 모형을 기반으로 의무경찰을 위한 건강증진교육프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상자는 2018년 7월부터 10주간 D지방경찰청 의무경찰 2개 부대를 편의표집하여 실험군25명, 대조군 26명으로 하였다. 모든 참가자는 자기 효능감, 사회적 지지, 자원이용가용성, 건강증진행위, 삶의 질에 대한 설문지를 작성하고 객관적인 스트레스 테스트를 받았다. 실험군은 5주간 PRECEDE-PROCEED 모형에 따른 7회의 건강증진교육프로그램을 이수하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실험군 대조군의 일반적 특성 및 건강관련 특성의 동질성 검증을 위해 카이제곱 검정과 독립표본 t-검정, Fisher's exact test을, 가설검증은 반복측정 분산분석(Repeated Measures ANOVA)을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 건강증진행위(F=7.63, p<.001), 자율신경활성도(F=29.24, p<.001), 스트레스저항도(F=31.22, p<.001), 스트레스지수(F=22.42, p<.001), 피로(F=12.87, p<.001), 삶의 질(F=3.49, p=.042)로 나타났다. 의무경찰의 건강증진교육프로그램은 삶의 질 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 검증되어 의무경찰에게 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

한우수소의 부위별 영양성분조성 및 이화학적 육질특성 (Nutritional Composition and Physico-chemical Meat Quality Properties of Korean Hanwoo Bull Beef)

  • 본 연구는 일반적으로 낮은 육질등급으로 유통되는 한우수소고기에 대하여 소비자 관능평가를 실시하여 사회인구학적 요인과 한국소비자들의 관능특성간에 어떠한 관계가 있는지 알아보고, 이 결과를 한국소비자들을 위한 요리방법별 부위별 맛 예측 모델을 설정하기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 수행하였다. 24개월령 한우수소를 도축한 후 업진, 보섭, 채끝, 등심, 꾸리, 홍두깨, 목심, 설깃, 우둔, 양지부위를 분리하여 전국 소비자 650명을 대상으로 탕, 그릴 및 구이형태로 각각 조리하여 연도, 다즙성, 향미 및 전반적인 기호도를 평가한 결과 탕형태로 조리된 한우수소고기는 거주지역, 연령, 성별, 직업, 고기섭취습관 및 10개의 부위에 대한 관능특성 4가지 요인(연도, 다즙성, 향미 및 전반적인 기호도)과 모두 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 스테이크 형태인 경우 쇠고기에 대한 기호성향이 거주지역, 연령 및 식습관 등과 유의적인 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나 직업, 가족수, 가계수입 및 부위에 따라서는 유의적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01). 구이형태인 경우 거주지역, 연령, 직업, 가계수입, 식습관 및 부위에 따라 기호도 성향에 차이가 있었다. 또한, 한우수소고기의 관능평가 결과에 대하여 주성분 분석을 실시한 결과 요리방법에 따라 연도, 다즙성, 향미 및 기호도가 부위별 관능특성에 미치는 가중치가 다른 것으로 분석되었다. 결론적으로 한국소비자들은 동일한 조건의 쇠고기일지라도 요리방법 및 부위에 따라 쇠고기 맛을 평가하는 기호도에 차이가 있었으며 이러한 점을 고려하여 부위별요리방법별 맛 예측모델을 확립한다면 한우고기를 차별화할 수 있는 유통시스템 개발이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.

치과의사와의 관계에서 치과위생사와 간호조무사의 직종 간 갈등 연구 (A study on conflicts between different occupational categories of dental hygienists and nursing assistances in terms of relationships with dentist)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the state of conflicts among dental health care workers. A survey was conducted on 266 dental hygienists and nursing assistants who worked in dental institutions from September 12 to November 13, 2017, and SPSS(statistical package for the social science) version 20.0 was employed to analyze the collected data. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. The most common reason of the dental hygienists for turnover was working hours and heavy workload(24.6%), followed by pay (22.6%), conflicts with dentists(16.0%) and conflicts with colleagues (11.3%). The most dominant reason of the nursing assistants for turnover was pay(31.1%), followed by working hours(24.4%), heavy workload(17.8%), conflicts with dentists(15.6%) and conflicts with colleagues(8.9%). 2. The largest reason for unsuccessful communication with dentists was that heavy workload reduced the opportunity to communicate well(54.5%). The second biggest reason was that they couldn't communicate well though they had the opportunity(24.0%), and the third greatest reason was that they tended to lag behind dentists in terms of professional knowledge(16.9%). 3. The biggest reason for unsuccessful communication among the dental health care workers was that they didn't have a lot of chances to communicate well on account of heavy workload(41.0%). The second largest reason was the differences in professional knowledge(24.9%), and the third greatest reason was that they couldn't communicate well though they had the chance(23.7%). 4. The most dominant reason for conflicts with dentists was the difference in power(24.0%), followed by poor communication skills(22.1%) and a lack of mutual respect(18.1%). But the opinions of the nursing assistants were different from those of the dental hygienists, as they cited poor communication skills as the most common reason, which was followed by the difference in power and a shortage of understanding of each other's work. 5. The most common reason for conflicts among the dental health care workers was a shortage of communication and communication skills(22.9%), and the second most dominant reasons were a lack of mutual respect and poor understanding of each other's work(17.5%), followed by a lack of mutual respect(17.2%). 6. As to the ways of resolving conflicts with dentists, the most common case was making some mutual concessions to compromise (28.9%), followed by delivering opinions through the staff meeting (23.9%), resolving conflicts by candidly exchanging opinions(15.8%), avoiding each other in moderation(11.7%) and following the opinions or assertions of dentists(1.3%). 7. Concerning the conflict resolution methods among the dental health care workers, the most prevalent way was making some mutual concessions to compromise(36.4%), followed by resolving conflicts by candidly exchanging opinions(23.0%) and conveying opinions through the staff meeting(18.5%). 8. Regarding communication among the dental health care workers, the dental hygienists(3.53±.729) considered themselves to be better at communicating than the nursing assistants(3.29±.745) did(p<0.05), and the dental hygienists(3.45±.809) who thought there was respectful treatment among workers who were different in occupational categories found themselves to be better than the nursing assistants(3.21±.952) who had the same thought did(p<0.05). As a result of analyzing whether frequent job-related meetings occurred among the workers whose occupational categories were different, the dental hygienists(3.05±.975) perceived that there were more frequent meetings than the nursing assistants(2.67±.955) did (p<0.01).

승화법에 의한 $CdS_{0.67}Se_{0.33}$ 단결정 성장과 광전도 특성 (Growth of $CdS_{0.67}Se_{0.33}$ single crystal by sublimation method and their photoconductive characteristics)

  • $CdS_{0.67}Se_{0.33}$ 단결정을 승화법으로 성장시켜 Laue 배면 반사법 (back refection Laue method)으로 결정성과 면의 방향이 (0001)임을 알아보았고, EDS(Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer)를 이용하여 소성비가 $CdS_{0.67}Se_{0.33}$ 임을 확인하였다. Van der Pauw 법으로 Hall 효과를 측정하여 운반자 농도(carrier density)와 이동도(mobility)의 온도의존성을 연구하였으며, 이동도는 30 K에서 150 K까지는 불순물에 의한 산란 (impurity scattering)에 기인하고 있으며, 150 K에서 293 K까지는 격자 산란 (lattice scattering)에 따라 감소하였다. 또한 운반자 농도의 In n 대 (1/T)에서 구한 활성화 에너지는 0.21 eV였다. 광전도 셀(cell)의 특성으로 spectral response, 최대 허용 소비전력(maximum allowable power dissipation: MAPD), 광전류와 암전류(photocurrent/darkcurrent: pc/dc) 및 응답시간을 측정하였다. Cu 증기분위기에서 열처리한 광전도 셀의 경우 ${\gamma}$ = 0.99, pc/dc = $1.84{\times}10^{7}$, MAPD : 323mW, rise time : 9.3ms, decay time : 9.7ms로 가장 좋은 특성을 얻었다.

자동노출제어장치를 이용한 요추 측면 방사선검사 시 환자 중심 위치 변화가 선량과 화질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Dose and Image Quality according to Center Location in Lumbar Spine Lateral Radiography Using AEC Mode)

  • The purpose of this study is to consider usefulness of using AEC mode and importance of patient center location in L-spine lateral radiography by comparing dose and image quality according to the change of patient center location with using AEC mode or not. In this study, guide wire is attached to the human body phantom's lumbar spine and the lead ruler is attached to the bottom of the wall detector to find out center location in detector. ESD, mAs, and EI were selected as dose factors, and image quality was compared through SNR. With the lumbar spine located center of the detector, dose factors and image quality were compared according to using AEC mode or not. Afterwards, phantom moved 4 cm and 8 cm back and forth and compared dose factors and image quality. The exposure parameters were 85 kVp, 320 mA, x-ray field size 10×17 inch, and the distance between the center X-ray and the detector was fixed at 100 cm. The center X-ray was perpendicular to the fourth lumbar spine and the only bottom AEC chamber was used. All data were analyzed by independent t-test and ANOVA. As a result of this study, with AEC when the center is matched, ESD was 1.31±0.01 mGy, without AEC was 2.12±0.01 mGy. SNR was shown to be 22.81±1.83, and 23.44±1.87 respectively. When the phantom's center moves 4 cm, 8 cm forward, and 4 cm, 8 cm backward, ESD were 1.09±0.004 mGy, 0.32±0.003 mGy, 1.19±0.017 mGy, 1.11±0.006 mGy respectively, SNR were 18.29±0.60 dB, 11.11±0.22 dB, 18.98±0.80 dB, 17.71±0.82 dB. Using AEC in L-spine lateral radiography reduced ESD by 38%, EI by 35%, and mAs by 38%, without any difference in SNR(p<0.05). When the phantom's center moves 4 cm, 8 cm forward, and 4 cm, 8 cm backward, ESD was decreasing each 16%, 75%, 9%, 15%, EI was decreasing each 14%, 77%, 15%, 20%, mAs was decreasing each 15% 75% 9%, 15%. SNR was decreasing each 19%, 51%, 17%, 22%.
