과학기술정책은 자신으로는 알 수 없는 많은 가정을 묵시적으로 하고 있다. 가정을 반성하지 않고 정책을 수행할 때, 많은 문제점이 생긴다. 이 논문에서는 과학철학이 이러한 문제를 해결에 많은 기여를 할 수 보인다는 것을 보인다. 과학기술정책을 인식론적 관점에서 분석하고, 특히 사회과학으로서의 과학기술정책학의 인식론을 다루어 사회종을 실재론적으로 해석하는 것이 타당하다고 주장한다. 이렇게 했을 때, 과학기술정책은 사회적 존재자들의 인과적 관계, 정책이 미치는 인과적 영향을 다를 수 있어, 이데올로기나 주관적 해석에 빠지지 않고, 객관적으로 보다 넓은 시야를 가질 수 있다는 것을 보인다. 과학적 지식의 구조를 분석하여, 코드화 될 수 있는 지식과 그렇게 할 수 없는 폴라니의 암묵지 개념을 도입한다. 과학기술정책은 이 암묵지를 풍성할 수 있도록 과학철학의 도움을 받아야 한다. 그리고 과학기술 정책은 과학기술이 야기 시키는 윤리 문제를 고려해야 한다. 이를 위해 과학철학은 중요한 기능을 한다.

We live in two giant pendulum in called 'science' and 'religion'. But science and religion are contained in disparate information with each other, Those two is not easy to achieve convergence. But if you accept the ontological scheme of Great Chain of Being(存在의 大連鎖) in the Perennial philosophy(永遠의 哲學), Debate between religion and science is meaningless 'Great Nest of Being(存在의 대둥지, Great Chain of Being)' is similar to the multiple concentric circles, there are different dimension that the each top level to subsume surrounding the lower level. For example, upper zone 'Mysticism(神秘主義)' includes but transcends(or transcends but includes.) the sub-region theology, psychology, biology and physics. The Perennial philosophy is the great spiritual teachers of the world, philosophers and thinkers have adopted a common worldview, a religious views. Philosophers of the perennial philosophy seem to match the cross-cultural almost unanimous about the general level of the 'Great Nest of Being' for the past 3,000 years. The perennial philosophy made the conclusion that God exists in the world. Several types of view of God existing religions in the world have 'Monotheism(一神論)', 'Pantheism(汎神論)' and 'Panentheism (汎在神論)'. Although traditionally the God of the philosophers is the classical Theism, theological trends of today it is moving in the direction of Panentheism. Panentheism see that god is immanent and transcendent. also Daesoon Thoughts is the position of the Panentheism. so this paper points out the fact that the view of God of the perennial philosophy is precisely consistent with the view of God of Daesoon Thoughts. Wilber says 'envelopment [transcend and include]'. The word translates as 'powol(包越)' in Korean. 'Powol(包越)' means that all the developmental evolution is to surround the sub-region developed into the higher realms. View of the God in the perennial philosophy is 'powol theism(包越的 有神論)'. but 'powol immanent God(包越的 內在神論)' rather than building regulations as 'powol theism(包越的 有神論)'. It would have to be a more accurate representation of it. Because in the existing 'theism(有神論)' the god and humans are thought to exist apart. However, Daesoon Thoughts are deemed to also recognize another universal laws. also Sangje(上帝, the Supreme God) is recognized as a cosmic existence that transcends the laws. This point, as the characteristics of the Daesoon Thoughts, In other religions can not be found. Therefore, More specifically represent(More accurately represent), Sangje of the Daesoon Thoughts can be described as 'powol theism' or 'transcendental and included deism(包越的 理神論)'. Importantly, The idea of God can be captured directly by the discipline. In this sense, In terms of the other religions have no discipline law, the practice [discipline] of the Daesoon Thoughts required in the present age. It has the absoluteness.

이 논문은 한국십진분류법 제4판 철학류에 대한 분석과 평가를 그 목적으로 쓰여졌다. 그 과정에서 개선사항과 아울러 문제점들이 다수 확인되었다. 즉 항목명칭을 합리적으로 변경한 것, 서양인명 표기상의 오류들을 바로 잡은 것, 새로운 항목을 신설한 것 등이 개선사항으로 밝혀졌다. 그런가 하면 전 분야가 균형 있게 전개되지 못한 것 구분의 원칙을 엄격히 준수하지 않은 결과로 항목간의 수평$\cdot$ 수직적 관계가 유기적으로 설정되지 못한 것, 개념의 오용과 사상적 계보에 대한 이해의 혼란에서 파생한 오류 등이 문제점으로 드러났다. 이들 가운데 예의 문제점들은 철학에 대한 충분치 못한 이해에서 비롯된 것으로 볼 수밖에 없다. 이 같은 분석과 평가를 토대로 필자는 다음 개정을 위한 분류위원회구성에 문헌분류전문가 외에 각 주제분야 전문가를 참여시킬 필요가 있다는 결론에 이르렀다. 그렇게 하지 않을 경우 문헌분류법의 근본적 개선은 물론 통용성 제고에도 한계가 불가피할 것이기 때문이다.

간호학의 독자적인 지식체계의 구축을 위해서는 먼저 간호 연구가들의 간호철학 정립이 필요하다. 그러한 간호철학 정립을 워해 우선 간호학의 본질과 영역 그리고 간호학의 학문적 특성을 밝히는 것이 필요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 소외의 개념과 소외가 발생되는 상황 및 마르틴 부버의 사상을 이해하는 것이다. 이러한 개념들의 이해는 간호사들이 상호작용과 관계에 대한 문제점을 깨닫게 하여 관계와 상호작용을 향상시키게 된다. 소외는 현대 사회의 중요한 문제로 문화적 소외, 정치적 소외, 경제적 소외 기술과 기계에 의한 소외, 종교적 소외 등이 있다. 소외극복을 위한 간호의 한 방안으로 마르틴 부버의 관계사상에 기초를 둔 참된 만남의 상호관계 및 돌봄이 필요하다. 마르틴 부버 사상의 본질은 "너와 나" 관계이며 너와 나 관계는 5가지 특성이 있다. 1) 상호성 2) 직접성 3) 현재성 4) 강렬성 5) 표현불가능성 의료기술이 발전되고 복잡해짐에 따라 환자상태를 사정하는데 가계에 의존하며, 기계의 성능과 기계의 관리에 촛점이 맞추어지면서 환자와의 의미있는 의사소통은 점점 더 적어지는 결과를 낳게 되었다. 이러한 문제점 해결을 위해 의료진과 환자와의 "너와 나" 관계가 중요한데, 이 관계에는 의료진이 환자에게 성실하게 관심을 가지고 존경심과 온화함으로 대해야함이 포함되어야 한다. 궁극적으로 이 연구가 "나와 너" 관계개념에 대한 이해를 돕고 간호교육의 간호철학 정립을 위한 기초자료가 되기를 바라는 바이다.

Purpose: This article discusses nurses' moral dilemma and self-cultivation from the Foucauldian viewpoint. Methods: The philosophical inquiry approach is utilized to analyze the nurses' moral distress. Analyses are based on Foucauldian perspectives. Results: Foucault's codes of conduct comprising the mode of subjection and telos are discussed to explain nurses' moral dilemma. The dual process of caring is also discussed. Conclusion: From dilemmatic experience, nurses practice self-formation or self-cultivation to become more virtuous, well-balanced, or integrated people. Such characteristics form the essence of nursing practice.

Ancient Chinese philosophy has had a profound influence on Chinese clothing culture. The researchers reviewed five ancient Chinese philosophical thoughts on Chinese clothing culture. The results show that they had different view of point. The Confucianism advocated "being elegant and refined in manner". Dong Zhongshu believed "Interaction between heaven and mankind is the center of Dress rules". Mohist insisted "Clothing should meet warm first, and then seek for beauty ". Taoism believed "Although a gentleman wears coarse clothes, he has gem in his chest". Legalism believed "Clothing should focus on quality rather than decoration". These philosophy thoughts all have had a profound influence on Chinese clothing culture.

보존가가 문화재를 보존하기 위한 철학적 담론을 이해하고 보존에 대한 윤리적 태도를 갖추고 보존원칙을 실천하는 것은 문화재의 질적 수준을 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 지금까지 이에 대한 연구는 비교적 부족하였으며, 그로 인하여 문화재 보존에 있어서 지속적으로 철학의 부재나 원칙의 부재가 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 이에 대한 해결방안을 제시하기 위해서는 보존철학과 보존윤리에 대한 중요성과 필요성을 학술적으로 먼저 정립하는 과정이 필요하다. 본고에서는 보존철학과 보존윤리의 개념을 서술하고, 이들 간의 상관관계, 그리고 문화재 보존의 주체인 정부-학계-전문가가 해결해나가야 할 과제를 제시하였다.

The article studies the discourse and a legal uncertainty of the popular and generally understandable concept of cybercrime. The authors reveal the doctrinal approaches to the definition of cybercrime, cyberspace, computer crime. The analysis of international legal acts and legislation of Ukraine in fighting cybercrime is carried out. The conclusion is made about the need to improve national legislation and establish international cooperation to develop the tools for countering cybercrime and minimizing its negative outcomes. The phenomenon of nicknames is studied as a semantic source, which potentially generates a number of threats and troubles - the crisis of traditional anthroponymic culture, identity crisis, hidden sociality, and indefinite institutionalization, incognito style, a range of manifestations of loneliness - from voluntary solitude to traumatic isolation and forced detachment. The core idea is that it is the phenomenon of incognito and hidden name (nickname and other alternatives) that is the motivational stimulus for the fact of information trouble or crime.

Communication as a process of interpreting signs has always existed in people's life. In post-information society, the communication between a person and a technological system through the specific sign-attaching process becomes widespread. Moreover, it somehow replaces usual communication between people. One of the means of communication in the digital space are video games. They not only play an important role in communication processes, but also are a special case of sign-creating and interpreting. The purpose of the article is to examine video games as a space of sign-based communication between a person and a game as a specific digital system. With the help of general scientific and hermeneutic methodology, the analysis of video games as a post-information society phenomenon which people communicate to has been conducted. The process of semiosis as attaching special meanings to signs has been traced in both manipulating in-game objects and characters and understanding rules of an in-game world.
