컴퓨팅 사고력 신장을 위한 퍼즐 기반 컴퓨터과학 교육 프로그램의 효과 예측 (Predicting the Effect of Puzzle-based Computer Science Education Program for Improving Computational Thinking)

  • 본 연구의 선행 연구에서는 1~3차에 걸쳐 초등학생의 컴퓨팅 사고력 신장을 위한 퍼즐 기반 컴퓨터과학 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 현장에 투입하며 교육 효과를 CT창의성과 CT인지력으로 나눠 검증하고 교육 프로그램을 개선해왔다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 선행 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연령과 CT사고력 하위 요소를 매개 변수로 사용하여 계층적 베이지안 추론 모델링을 실시하였다. 그리고 그 결과를 바탕으로 중 고등학교에서 퍼즐 기반 컴퓨터과학 교육 프로그램의 효과를 예측하고 향후 투입할 중 고등학교의 퍼즐 기반 컴퓨터과학 교육 프로그램의 주요 개선 항목과 개선 방향을 제안하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to look for the tendency of 391 Masters' theses(among total 405 theses), which were conferred from graduate school in interior design from 1993 to 1999. This study has been developed by two steps. First step is to select factors such as conferment year, graduate school, field and subject and space of study. Second step is to extract the characteristics of five factors and their interrelations during seven years. The conclusion could be summarized as follows; In the early years, interior design studies were chiefly made by a new schools. And these studies tended to carry out design projects which were connected with residential, commercial and exhibition space. Space design was an absolutely major subject and field of study. But gradually, by many graduate schools, interior design studies have been developed both in quality and in quantity. Various spaces and various subjects were included with design-oriented theories. It was very natural that the character of study depended upon the graduate school. In the future, interior design study had better add some related designs and theories to support it.

대학의 학교홍보를 위한 광고 표현전략연구 - 인쇄매체 광고디자인을 중심으로 - (The Creative strategy for the school Advertising)

  • 1995년 시작된 교육개혁이후 국내의 대학들은 설립이래 가장 큰 위기를 맞고 있다. 대학 설립이 자유로워지고 외국 교육기관의 국내 시장 진출이 가능해졌으며 무엇보다도 핵가족화에 따른 인구자연감소로 2003년에는 대학의 모집인원이 지원하는 학생 수보다도 더 많아지게 됐다. 이미 지방의 경쟁력이 없는 대학에서는 정원 미달이란 초유의 사태가 벌어지고 있으며 무사안일과 보수적 성향에 있었던 대학들은 이제 개혁과 변화의 물결에서 벗어날 수 없게 되었다. 2년제 포함 300여 개가 넘는 대학의 수는 서로를 경쟁의 상대로 느끼기 시작했으며 각 대학들은 이 치열한 경쟁의 해결책으로 광고 마케팅을 인식하고 본격적인 광고활동을 벌이고 있다. 양적으로 급작스럽게 커지고 있는 대학광고는 그 질적인 수준이라 할 수 있는 크리에이티브 전략에서는 기업광고나 제품광고에 비해 많이 뒤쳐져 있다. 본 연구를 통해 대학광고 특성을 파악하고 집행된 대학광고물의 표현전략으로서의 크리에이티브를 분석, 효과적인 표현전략을 제시하고자 한다. 대학이 가지는 공공성의 특성 때문에 일반 기업광고의 상업적인 차원과는 다른 접근이 필요하며 기존의 모집 공고형태의 수동적인 자세에서 이미지 홍보형태의 적극적인 표현전략이 요구된다. 이러한 효과적이고 적극적인 표현전략을 통해 수험생을 1차적 타켓오디언스로 하는 대학광고의 소비자들에게 대학선택의 기회를 제공할 뿐 아니라 미래의 잠재적 고객인 초·중학생 또는 일반인에게도 긍정적이고 적극적인 이미지를 주입시켜 효과적인 커뮤니케이션을 가능케 할 것이다.

직업에 대한 아동의 성별 고정관념의 인식 (Children's Perceptions of Occupational Sex-Stereotypes)

  • The purpose of the present research was to study (1) children's sex-stereotyped perception toward adult occupations, and (2) the impact of traditional sex-stereotypes on future occupational preference. The subjects of this study were 120 children, 3 to 8 years of age enrolled in kindergatens and elementary schools. The instrument was developed by the researcher and consisted of 10 occupations which are traditionally sex-typed in Korean society. 5 male and female sex-typed occupations were selected with the participation of 200 college students. These occupations were illustrated on 10 pictorial cards, and short verbal explanations were given for each of them. It was found that: (1) Levels of children's perception of occupational sex stereotypes show that children aged five to six are marked comparatively higher than those aged three to four in the perception of occupation, children of seven to eight age indicate slightly downward; however, they are not differed significantly from those of five to six. (2) As far as levels of children'5 perception of occupational sex stereotypes aged three to four, five to six and seven to eight are concerned, interaction between age and sex was not shown significantly. Female children were more stereotyped at almost all age levels. (3) Irrespective of sex and age, all subjects were more familiar with male than with female occupations. (4) in the choice of future occupations, boys as well as girls preferred sex-stereotyped occupations for themselves. Boy's choices were more stereotyped than girls', but the number of kinds of occupations chosen by boys and by girls was not different. (5) There was an increase with age in the number of children who gave future occupational choices.

부분 자율화를 통한 교복 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Development of the Consumer-Oriented School Uniform by the Partial Liberalization of the Dress Code)

  • Most of the students in middle and high schools today wear school uniforms. The school uniform is the most important and intimate clothes in adolescences and makes students feel a sense of group identity and belonging, and lessen the difference of economical capabilities. However levels of satisfaction is low because school uniforms do not express their individualities and do not keep up with the fashion. In this paper, we studied the partial liberalization of schools uniforms to raise the levels of satisfaction. The subjects were 378 male and female students from middle schools and high school in Ulsan, and a questionnaire was sent out. The survey was conducted in February 2007, and frequency analysis, ${\chi}^2$-analysis, and t-test were used for the analysis of the data. The results are as follows: The students recognized the partial liberalization of the dress code as loosening of the regulation As the result of analysis on attitudes toward the partial liberalization of the dress code, most of the students support the introduction of the plan. They chose a shirt as the most appropriate item and length as the best extent in liberalization. Among the elements of school uniform required to be unified, they selected a jacket and design as the item and extent, respectively. Through this study, we came to know the demands of students for school uniform and confirmed the possibility of the partial liberalization of the dress code as an improvement of consumer-oriented school uniform. In the future, it seems that their desires would be accepted and reflected in the design and school uniforms would be manufactured from the view point of consumer.

학교건축계획 연구의 동향에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Current Trend about Research of School Facilities)

  • It has been almost 20 years since Korea has started the research of school facilities, but there has not been any form of organized information or studies done about such a trend of the research. In this respect, this research places its focus on categorizing 44 policy studies initiated and proceeded by different organizations for last twenty years(1983-2004) and 186 volumes of the research about education facility plans and projects released by journal of Architectural Institute of Korea and journal of Korean Institute of Educational Facilities in 17 subjects of this study. It also concentrates on organizing data based on different levels of schools and periods of time as well as understanding the trend. The result of this research is followings. Considering every volume of the paper and the subjects that have previously been treated in those papers, the trend of this study is divided into the first stage of research period(1983-1993), the second stage of research period(1994-2001), and the third stage of research period(2002-present). Of all the papers, there has been the most number of papers objecting elementary schools(110 volumes, 56.1%), and most of them focused on space formation, size, and the present situation of utilization of each classroom in elementary schools. In the meantime, the studies about educational information, application of the media, space formation and size under teachers'consent, two-dimension types, a design of outdoor space(including gardens), the present situation of utilization, remodeling of school facilities, an evaluation of space and recognition-awareness analysis have been mainly done since 1995. Such a result mentioned above provides a sense of understanding about a level of studies about education facilities in our country, and as a basic source for future guidelines of studies and contents, in my personal opinion, it contains a high level of application.

Knowledge and Experiences of Risks among Pupils in Vocational Education

  • Background: Young male and female workers are over-represented in statistics concerning negative outcomes of poor work environment and risky work. Young workers often have low awareness of risk, a lack of safety training, and inadequate introduction to the work. The aim of this study was to identify the knowledge and experiences of pupils of vocational schools concerning potential work environment risks in their future work. Methods: The study design was a dual one, and included a questionnaire and focus group interviews. The study group consisted of 239 pupils from 10 upper secondary schools, who were graduating pupils in four vocational programs: the Industrial Technology Programme, the Restaurant Management and Food Programme, the Transport Programme, and the Handicraft Programme (in which students specialize in wood products). The upper secondary schools were located in the central region of Sweden. Results: The pupils had limited knowledge that employers must, by law, conduct risk analyses and prevent risks. Many felt that they themselves are mainly responsible for performing their tasks safely. Pupils in all programs mentioned acute risk as the greatest risk at work. The theoretical education about safety at work was provided in the $1^{st}$ year of the 3-year vocational programs. Conclusion: A systematic approach to pupils' training in work environment, which is a basis for a safe and healthy workplace, is lacking. The study findings indicate that pupils are offered knowledge far from that intended by laws and by state-of-the-art occupational health risk research.

미용특성화고등학교 학생들의 진로장벽이 취업결정수준에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Career Barriers on Employment Decisions among Students from Beauty-specialized High Schools)

  • This study aimed to investigate the influence of career barriers on employment decisions among high school students specializing in beauty-related field. The subjects of this study were 339 students attending beauty-specialized high schools in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollabuk-do, and a self-written questionnaire was employed for conducting the research. This survey was conducted from April 4 to April 18, 2022. A total of 380 questionnaires were distributed, and 350 responses were collected. Of these, 339 questionnaires were considered for the final analysis, as the remaining 11 had incomplete or insincere responses. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the career barriers affecting high school students in beauty-specialized schools were categorized into eight factors: lack of interest, economic difficulties, financial support, interpersonal challenges, job information, anxiety about future, conflict with others, and lack of self-clarity. Second, when assessing the impact of career barriers on employment decision-making, it was observed that the level of employment decision-making had a statistically positive (+) effect, and the lack of interest had a negative (-) effect on the level of employment decision-making. Next, the significance of the regression model, considering the specific factors of career barriers in relation to employment confidence, was established as p<.001. Variables such as a lack of interest, limited access to job information, and lack of self-clarity had a negative (-) effect on the level of employment confidence, with a significance level of 0.05.

웹툰 시대, 만화교육의 현황과 발전 방안 연구 - 대학만화교육을 중심으로 - (Webtoon era, current status of and development measures for cartoon education - Focusing on college comics education -)

  • 국내 만화산업은 2010년대 이후 웹툰을 중심으로 급격히 재편되었다. 관련 전공 대학에서도 출판만화작가보다는 웹툰작가를 희망하는 학생이 대부분이다. 대학뿐만 아니라 고등학교 교육이나 중학교에서도 만화교육은 이제 웹툰을 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 최근 몇 년 사이 사설 웹툰 학원이 기하급수적으로 늘어난 것도 궤를 같이한다. 학령인구가 줄어들면서 지방대학 중심으로 신입생 모집에 어려움을 겪고 있지만 만화와 관련한 입시는 높은 경쟁률을 보이며 시대를 역행하고 있다. 그러나 관련 대학교육은 현장의 수요와 동떨어진 커리큘럼을 유지하는 경우가 많다. 대학 교육이 일반화되고, 웹툰시대가 도래하면서 도제식교육은 점차 자취를 감추었다. 그 자리에 집체교육과 개인 기량을 중시하는 작가데뷔 프로그램이 정착하면서 과거와는 다른 양상을 보이고 있다. 웹툰 제작에 디지털 저작도구의 전폭적인 도입은 1인이 주간 연재가 가능하도록 하여 교육의 개인화를 더욱 심화시키고 있다. 웹툰교육의 성장은 웹툰시장의 활황에서 1차적인 원인을 찾을 수 있지만 단편적인 분석으로는 설명되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 만화교육의 현황을 살펴보고 웹툰 시대를 맞아 만화교육이 어떠한 방식과 형태로 바뀌어 나가야할지에 대해 논하고자 한다. 서론에서는 만화교육의 변화를 시장의 변화와 함께 찾아보았다. 본론에서는 고등학교, 대학교, 사설 교육의 현황을 살피고 다양하게 이루어지고 있는 교육 관련 움직임에 대해 포괄적으로 점검하였다. 특히 웹툰 시대를 기반으로 한 변화의 흐름을 집중적으로 분석해 보고자 했다. 결론에서는 웹툰 시대와 교육의 변화를 통해 궁극적으로 대학이 추구해야할 바람직한 방안을 구체적으로 제시하고자 했다. 또한 정부의 정책을 통해 대학만화교육의 여러 단위들이 어떻게 융합하고 결과를 만들어 낼지 연구했다.

이주근로자 가정의 사회적 관계망과 자녀교육 기획 : 몽골학교 학부모들의 학교선택과 그 의미화를 중심으로 (Social network and child education planning among Mongolian migrant workers: Focusing on parents' school choice in Seoul Mongol School and its meaning)

  • 이 연구는 가족이주의 특성이 두드러지는 몽골 이주근로자 가정 학부모들이 한국사회에서 체류하는 동안 어떻게 자녀교육을 기획하고 실천하며 의미화 하는지를 그들이 맺는 사회적 관계망과의 연관 속에서 탐구한 것이다. 구체적으로, 이 연구는 몽골 이주근로자 가정의 사회적 관계망이 한국사회 정착 과정에 어떻게 영향을 미치며, 어떤 과정을 통해 자녀교육 기획으로 연결되는지, 그리고 자녀교육 기획과 실천이 어떻게 다시 새로운 사회적 관계망 형성과 연결되는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 몽골학교 학부모들이 한국에서 자녀교육 공간으로 몽골학교를 선택하는 사례는 적극적 선택과 소극적 선택으로 나눌 수 있었다. 적극적 선택은 자녀교육 계획과 향후 진로 등을 고려하여 의도적으로 자녀를 한국의 일반학교에 보내지 않고 몽골학교로 취학시키는 경우이고, 소극적 선택은 한국의 일반학교에 자녀를 보내고 싶지만 취약한 정보력, 부모의 신분노출 위험, 자녀의 부적응에 대한 두려움 등의 이유 때문에 차선책으로 몽골학교에 자녀를 취학시키는 경우라고 할 수 있다. 이 같은 분석 결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구의 필요성과 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.
