A family business is a company where most of its capital and the management position is owned by family members (clan). The leader plays an important role in defining an organization, thus influencing the organization's success. A leader who has a leadership style based on family (clan) relation has the facilitator's role when conflict appears within the organization. This research aims to find the impact of the democratic leadership model on a family business that adopts the clan cultural organization. The independent variable of this research is the democratic leadership model. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is the clan culture within the organization. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and causality type of research. This research population is PT Global Avionika Indonesia staff, where the data was acquired by distributing questionnaires using a saturated sampling technique. The finding in this research shows a positive and significant impact of the democratic leadership model on the clan culture within the organization PT Global Avionika. The determination test also points out that democratic leadership models affect 19.8 percent of the clan culture within the organization, and the rest of 80.2 percent were affected by other factors that were not covered in this research.

본 연구에서는 다양성영화의 온라인 배급 사례를 분석하였다. 영화의 온라인유통은 일반적으로 극장상영 이후에 매체의 다양화를 통한 수익의 확대 측면에서 이루어지나, 다양성영화의 온라인 유통은 현실적으로 유일한 유통배급망일 경우가 많다. 이 연구는 다양성영화의 온라인 유통양상을 분석하여 다양성영화에 적절한 온라인 배급 형태를 고찰하는 것을 목표로 하였다.

Hypertrophy and the alteration of renal cell growth have been reported as early abnormality in diabetic nephropathy. However, the effects ot high PKCglucose and its action mechanism in renal proximal tubular cell (PTC) have not been elucidated. High glucose condition increases diacyl glycerol (DAG) and activates protein kinase C (PKC) in renal tubular cells. The PKC activates mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK), such as extracellular regulated kinase (ERK) and p38 MAPK. (omitted)

본 논문에서는 매년 증가하고 있는 청소년 허리질환의 문제를 해결하고자 가성비가 높은 스마트 방석을 개발하였다. 스마트 방석은 일반 방석에 압력센서 4개를 장착하고 앉은 사람의 자세를 모니터링하여 스마트폰과 PC를 통해 실시간 또는 통계적으로 분석해 준다. 이는 사용자로 하여금 경각심을 갖도록 유도하며 좌, 우측별 불균형한 자세를 교정하도록 하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 컴퓨터비전 기술 기반의 라이브러리를 이용해 미아 얼굴 정보를 중심으로 매칭을 하는 시스템으로서, 미아 데이터베이스에 등록된 얼굴과 유사한 미아를 정확도 순으로 배열해 주는 시스템을 개발한다. 이는 기존의 텍스트 정보 중심의 미아에 대한 정보 등록 및 조회를 하게 되었을 때 발생하는 정보의 부정확성 등의 문제점을 해결하고 편하고 빠르고 정확하게 정보 입력과 매칭을 함으로써 골든 타임 안에 미아를 찾을 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Individual surface(hydrophilic/hydrophobic) were prepared and mammalian cells were cultured on the hydrophilic region. For drug test, cancer and normal cells were treated with Taxol, as an example. Our system was compared with MTT assay. CHO cells were resistant to Taxol up to 100 nM in both Methods. However, A549 cells was sensitive at 100 nM Taxol in the 2 day-treatment. Cervical carcinoma cell, HeLa, was very sensitive to Taxol. In our system, the cells were not shown from above 20 nM Taxol treatment. Our system was competitive to MTT assay in animal cells for drug test.

본 논문에서는 매년 증가하고 있는 음식물 쓰레기를 줄일 수 있는 방안으로 IoT 개념을 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기의 양에 따른 부과 요금을 실시간 조회 가능하도록 하여 경각심을 갖도록 유도하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한, 편리성을 위해 종량제 카드 대신 스마트폰의 NFC를 활용할 수 있게하고, 쓰레기 분류, 쓰레기 버리는 날 등의 정보를 제공하며, 쓰레기의 양을 줄인 가구에게는 관리 부서 정책에 따라 쿠폰 등을 제공할 수 있는 기능을 통해서도 음식물을 줄일 수 있는 동기를 부여하였다.
