간호대학생의 스트레스가 섭식태도에 미치는 영향: 외모 스트레스, 취업 스트레스, 대학생활 스트레스를 중심으로 (Influence of Stress on Eating Attitude in Nursing Students: Focused on Appearance Stress, Job-seeking Stress, and College Life Stress)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of appearance stress, job-seeking stress, and college life stress on eating attitude in nursing students. Methods: Data were collected in September and October of 2017. A total of 153 fourth-year nursing students were included in the analysis. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SAS 9.2. Results: The mean score for eating attitude was 2.71±0.56. From the univariate analysis, appearance, job-seeking, and college life stress scores were all significantly related to eating attitude (r=.26, .35, .30 respectively, and p for all <.001). After controlling for covariates, job-seeking stress and college life stress were significantly related to eating attitude (β=.20 and 0.17 respectively, and p=.005 and .024 respectively). Among the covariates, experience of diet and physical anxiety were significantly associated with eating behavior (β=.33 and .24 respectively, and p<.001 and .008 respectively). Conclusion: Job-seeking stress had the biggest influence on eating attitude, followed by college life stress. Therefore, in order to promote healthy eating attitudes in fourth-year nursing students, preventive measures focusing on decreasing job-seeking stress should be considered as a top priority.

초등학생의 스트레스와 사회적지지가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 -스마트폰 중독의 매개효과분석을 중심으로- (An Analysis on the mediating effect of mobile addiction of Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생의 스트레스와 사회적지지가 스마트폰 중독과 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향력을 밝히고자 하였다. 이론적 고찰과 선행연구를 검토하여 초등학생의 스트레스와 사회적지지가 스마트폰 중독과 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 가설을 설정하였다. 또한 초등학생의 스트레스와 사회적지지가 학교생활적응 간에 스마트폰 중독이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 가정하여 모형을 설정하였다. 연구모형을 분석한 결과, 초등학생의 스트레스는 스마트폰 중독과 학교생활적응에 영향력을 미치는 것을 알 수 있으며, 사회적지지는 학교생활적응에 영향력을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 초등학생의 스마트폰 중독은 학교생활적응에 영향력이 미치지 않는다. 초등학생의 스트레스는 스마트폰 중독, 사회적지지는 학교생활적응에 영향력의 정도가 높다. 즉 스트레스 정도가 지나친 경우에 스마트폰 사용 횟수나 빈도가 많을 수 있으며, 이는 스마트폰 중독이나 학교 생활적응에 직접적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 초등학생의 스트레스와 사회적지지가 학교생활적응에서 스마트폰 중독의 매개효과 여부는 궁극적으로 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 규명된 연구결과를 바탕으로 초등학생의 스마트폰 중독과 학교생활적응에 대한 정책적 시사점을 대안으로 제시하였다.

환경변인 및 내적통제력, 부모와의 의사소통이 청소년의 스트레스에 미치는 영향 -농촌, 도시비교- (Influence of environmental variables, inner control and communication with parents on adolescent's stress -compared rural with urban-)

  • The purpose of the study is to examine the differences between rural and urban in the factors and the level of stress in adolescent, inner control and communication with parents. Also, It is to research the influence of environmental variables, inner control and communication with parents on adolescent's stress in sides of rural and urban. Therefore, I provide needed data in instructing students. For the data set, academic high school students in second grade in a town for rural and Su-Seung gu, Dal-Sugu, chung gu in Dae-gu for urban were chosen. The data were analyzed with the frequency, percentage, factor analysis Mean, S.D, reliability, t-test, regression in use of Spss PC+ Program. The main results are as follow. First, for rural students, stress level is displayed studies, future0affair, life-attitude, companions, self-assurance and home life in order by lower sphere. For urban students, it is displayed future-affair, studies, life-attitude, companions, self-assurance and home life in order by lower shpere. In case of rural "I don't know effective study method" is highly displayed by factors. In case of urban. "I am tired of a competitive life" is highly displayed. The mean of stress level is 3.22 for rural and 3.07 for urban. The differences between rural and urban are showed in self-assurance, studies and companions. Finally when we see the stress generally the stress level is higher in rural high school students than in urban high school students. Second, rural students are lower displayed than urban students in inner control and communication with parents. There is no difference urban students in inner control and communication with parents. There is no difference in communication with a mother. third, influential variables on stress level are inner control, communication with parents, satisfaction with companions and school life as environmental variables in sides of rural and urban. Physical condition is added for rural and sex for urban Finally we get the result that stress level is high in low inner control, poor communication with parents, bad companions and unsatisfied school life for both rural and urban. Bad physical condition for rural and female for urban are added.

다문화가정 자녀의 지각된 어머니 고부갈등이 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향: 문화적응 스트레스와 학교생활적응의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Influence of Perceived Mother-Grandmother Conflicts on Subjective Well-being among Multicultural Children: Focused on Mediating Effect of Acculturative Stress and Satisfaction of School Life)

  • 본 연구에서는 다문화가정 자녀가 지각한 어머니 고부갈등과 주관적 웰빙 간의 관계를 확인하고, 그 관계를 문화적응 스트레스와 학교생활적응이 이중으로 매개하는지를 검증하였다. 참여자는 강원도 J군에 거주하는 다문화가정 자녀인 남녀 청소년 205명이다. 이중 매개효과는 PROCESS Macro 3.5 모델 6으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 다문화가정 자녀가 지각한 어머니의 고부갈등은 문화적응 스트레스와 정적 상관이, 학교생활적응이나 주관적 웰빙과는 부적 상관이 있었다. 다문화가정 청소년의 문화적응 스트레스는 학교생활적응과 주관적 웰빙과는 부적 상관이 있었으며, 학교생활적응은 주관적 웰빙과 정적 상관이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 다문화가정 자녀의 지각된 어머니 고부갈등과 주관적 웰빙 간의 관계를 문화적응 스트레스와 학교생활적응이 직렬로 이중매개 하는 것이 발견되었다. 이런 결과는 다문화가정 자녀의 지각된 어머니의 고부갈등이 문화적응 스트레스를 경험하게 하고 그 결과 학교에 적응하지 못하여 주관적 웰빙 수준이 낮아질 수 있음을 시사한다.

간호대학생의 생활 스트레스와 자살생각 간의 관계에서 스트레스 대처방식과 자아존중감의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Stress Coping Type and Self-esteem between Life Stress and Suicidal Ideation in Nursing College Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of stress coping type and self-esteem between life stress and suicidal ideation in nursing college students. The research design was descriptive study. Methods: A set of self-reported questionnaires was completed by 197 nursing college students, including demographic characteristics, life stress, stress coping type, self-esteem, and suicidal ideation. Data was analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis for mediating effect by SPSS ver. 22. Results: The mean age was 20.9 years. The mean scores were 2.4, 3.6, and 1.7 out of 5 Likert scales for items of life stress, self-esteem, and suicidal ideation, respectively. The mean score for stress coping type was 2.36 out of 4 Likert scales. There was a positive correlation between suicidal ideation and life stress related to tasks, life stress related to interpersonal relationship, and emotion-focused coping of stress coping type (r=.537, p<.01); while a negative correlation between self-esteem and suicidal ideation. emotional-focused coping of stress coping type had a partial mediating effect between life stress related to tasks and suicidal ideation. Also, self-esteem had a partial mediating effect between life stress related to tasks and suicidal ideation as well as between life stress related to interpersonal relationship and suicidal ideation. Conclusion: Based on the finding of this study, it is necessary to apply various program to stress coping skill and self-esteem in order to reduce suicidal ideation in nursing college students.

학령기 아동의 입원생활 적응 (School aged Children's Adjustment to Hospital Life)

  • Purpose: The study was done to identify adjustment to hospital life of school aged children. This research was designed as a descriptive study. Method: A convenience sample of 186 patients who were hospitalized children, 6~12 years old. The instrument in this study were developed by researcher and constructed to include 5 sub categories about adjustment to hospital life. They ask children to rate each item on 5 Likert scale. The data were analyzed by SPSS Win Program. Result: The mean average score of adjustment to hospital life was 91.75(SD 11.22); the social support revealed the highest value, followed by self-esteem, stress on disease, stress on hospitalization, and defense strategies. There was differences on bibliographic data; hospital date, disease type. The relationship between adjustment and sub categories was significant, especially in the stress on hospitalization and disease, social support and self-esteem. The relationship between coping strategies and stress on diseases was reversed. Conclusion: These results suggest that pediatric nurses need to be aware of the adjustment to hospital life. A development of nursing intervention program may be useful and critical for hospitalized school aged children.

청소년의 생활스트레스, 우울 및 자살생각의 관계 (Structural Relationship among the Life Stress, Depression, Suicidal Ideation of Adolescents)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among the life stress, depression, suicidal ideation of adolescent. Methods: Participants for this study included 285 students from five middle schools located in Seoul and Gyeongsangbukdo, Korea. The SPSS 18.0 program and AMOS 18.0 program were used for analysis of data. Results: The characteristics of this study were to analyze causal relationship with latent variables by considering measurement error and to grasp direct effect, indirect effect and total effect. Life stress and depression were found to be factors influencing suicidal ideation. Depression was a direct factor and life stress was a indirect factor. The effects of depression as a mediator between life stress and suicidal ideation were significant statistically. Conclusion: The findings of this study may provide useful assistance in development of effective nursing interventions for prevention and management of middle school students' suicidal ideation.

간호대학생의 생활스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향: 무조건적 자기수용의 매개효과 (The Effects of Life Stress on Depression in Nursing Students: The Mediating Effect of Unconditional Self Acceptance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine the meditating effect of unconditional self acceptance on the relationship between life stress and depression in nursing students. Methods: Data was collected from a survey of 140 nursing students using self-reported questionnaires. The data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistic 25.0. The mediating effect of unconditional self-acceptance on the relationship between the subject's life stress and depression was analyzed using Baron and Kenny's method. In addition, the Sobel test was conducted to determine the significance of the mediating effect. Results: The regression model explained 43% of the variance in nursing students' depression. Significant factors were task-related life stress, unconditional self acceptance, and academic achievement. Unconditional self acceptance had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between nursing students' task-related life stress and depression. Conclusion: To prevent depression in nursing students, it is necessary to build effective strategies to manage task-related stress and improve unconditional self-acceptance.

아동의 스트레스와 자아탄력성이 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Stress and Ego Resilience on School Adjustment and Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생의 스트레스와 자아탄력성이 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 자아 탄력성이 이를 매개하는 효과가 있는지 확인하고자 하였다. 충남과 대전의 4-6학년 초등학생 399명을 대상으로 스트레스 경험, 자아탄력성, 학교적응 및 생활만족의 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 스트레스 경험과 자아탄력성이 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고, 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 아동의 스트레스가 높을수록 학교적응과 생활만족은 낮았으며, 자아탄력성이 높을수록 학교적응과 생활만족은 높았다. 둘째, 아동의 스트레스가 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 자아탄력성이 부분매개하는 구조모형이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아탄력성이 스트레스가 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 완충하는 매개효과가 유의미하였다. 연구를 통해 초등학생의 스트레스가 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 완충하는 자아탄력성의 효과를 확인할 수 있었으며, 초등학생의 교육과 상담연구에 주는 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

대학생의 취업스트레스와 대학생활적응과의 관계에서 가족지지, 자기효능감의 매개효과 (A Study on the Mediation Effects of Family Support and Self-efficacy on College Students' Unemployment Stress and Adaptation to School Life)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 취업스트레스가 자기효능감과 가족지지를 매개로 하여 대학생활적응에 미치는 구조적 관계를 검증하였고, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 취업스트레스가 자기효능감, 가족지지, 대학생활적응에 미치는 직접적 영향을 분석한 결과, 취업스트레스는 자기효능감, 가족지지, 대학생활적응에 부적인 직접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 취업스트레스가 가족지지와 자기효능감을 매개로 대학생활적응에 부적인 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가족지지가 자기효능감에 미치는 직접적 영향을 분석한 결과, 가족지지는 자기효능감에 정적인 직접효과가 나타났다. 자기효능감은 대학생활적응에 정적인 직접효과가 나타났지만, 대학생활적응에 간접적 효과는 검증되지 않았다. 가족지지는 대학생활적응에 직접적 효과는 검증되지 않았지만, 자기효능감을 매개로 정적인 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 대학생활적응의 향상을 위해서는 취업스트레스의 완화, 가족지지 및 자기효능감의 향상이 수반되어야 함을 알 수 있다.
