교육안전자원부에서는 학교별 자원공유와 상호대차 여건 조성, 단위 학교 데이터베이스 구축의 효율성 도모, 단위 학교 목록 데이터 입력 및 시스템 관리부담 경감 등을 목적으로 인터넷 기반 학교도서관 정보시스템을 구축 운영 중에 있다. 이 시스템은 기존의 MARC데이터는 물론 다양한 형식의 네트워크 자원을 수용하고 누구나 쉽게 적용할 수 있도록 더블린 코아(DC)를 기반으로 한 고유 메타데이터(DLS-I)를 사용하고 있다. 이는 데이터 구조의 간략화와 동시에 주제 영역의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 DC를 채택함으로써 학교도서관의 주요 서비스 중의 하나인 독서교육에 필요한 각종 데이터를 체계적으로 기술, 활용할 수 있는 여건이 조성되어 있음에도 불구하고 이를 고려하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 학교도서관 정보시스템은 서지적 요소이외에 독서 관련 정보를 체계적으로 기술해야할 필요성을 언급하고 독서 관련 데이터 요소를 추출하고 이를 인터넷 기반 학교도서관 정보시스템(DLS-I)에 추가, 확장 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 의료분야 도서관 중 의과대학도서관의 전반적인 운영현황을 파악하고 이를 기반으로 향후 의과대학도서관의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 이에 웹사이트를 기반으로 1) 독립 홈페이지 여부, 2) 서비스대상, 3) 장서, 4) 분류체계, 5) 인력, 6) 시설(면적, 열람석 수), 7) 기자재(pc, 프린트, 복사기 등), 8) 서비스로 구분하여 조사 분석하였다. 그 결과 의학도서관 활성화 방안으로 첫째, 의과대학도서관의 장서, 규모, 사서 등에 대한 기준 및 가이드라인 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 의과대학도서관 간의 협력 커뮤니티 네트워크 구축이 필요하다. 셋째, 의과대학도서관 활성화를 위해 국가적 차원에서의 지원, 사서의 전문화 교육, 운영 가이드라인 개발, 도서관간 네트워크 활성화 등의 정책이 필요한 것으로 보인다. 또한 향후 국가차원에서 또는 의학도서관협회 차원에서 의학도서관의 실태조사가 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다.

국제 학교도서관 기준에서는 사서와 교사의 자격을 갖춘 학교사서를 학교도서관에 배치하도록 하고 있다. 그리고 교수자로서의 역할 수행을 위하여 보조직원의 지원을 받도록 하고 있다. 국내의 경우 사서와 사서교사의 자격 요건의 차이에도 불구하고 학교도서관에 둘 수 있는 인적자원은 교사의 자격 요건을 갖추지 않은 사서가 포함되어 있다. 또한 사서교사와 사서의 직무가 명확하게 설정되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 도서관 기준과 학교도서관 관련법에서 정한 자격 요건이 상충하기 때문에, 사서직의 전문성과 사회적 위상을 약화시키는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 학교도서관에 사서교사가 배치되어 있지 않다는 사실은 학교도서관 교육 기능의 불완전성, 교육 서비스의 불공평성을 극복해야 한다는 절심함을 안겨주고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 사서교사의 교육주제 전문사서로서의 정체성을 강화할 수 있도록 자격 제도를 더욱 강화할 필요가 있다. 또한 학교도서관에 두는 인적자원의 유형을 사서교사와 준전문가 그리고 자원봉사자로 구분함으로써 자격에 대한 올바른 사회적 인식의 토대를 형성하여야 한다. 특히 '경영자, 교수자, 정보서비스, 리더, 협동, 파트너'의 틀 안에서 자격 유형별 직무 분석이 이루어져야 한다.

본 연구에서는 교육실습과정을 체험하면서 느꼈던 개인의 경험을 심층적으로 살펴보고 실습과정 전반과 실습과정을 둘러싼 모든 환경을 총체적으로 이해해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 가장 최근 교육실습을 경험한 연구 참여자를 선정하여 심층 면담을 진행하였으며 Giorgi의 현상학적 분석방법으로 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 예비사서 교사의 교육실습에 대한 경험 구성요소는 '성장과정을 통한 도서관과 사서교사에 대한 인식의 형성', '진로설계에 대한 구체화와 실행전략', '실습경험을 통한 자기성장의 욕구', '조직문화 이해와 커뮤니케이션 관계 인지', '도서관과 사서교사에 대한 현실 직시'로 요약되었다. 이러한 연구 참여자들의 경험 요소는 시간적 흐름에 의한 맥락에서 이해될 수 있는 현상인 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 예비사서교사를 위한 교육실습에 대한 전반적인 검토와 환경을 개선하는데 활용될 수 있을 것을 기대한다.

Objectives: This article reviewed researches on intersectoral partnership of school health programs to suggest importance, current status and development plan of those. Methods: Domestic research papers were screened though Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), Koreanstudies Information Service System (KISS), Medical Library Information System (MEDLIS), Korean Medical Database (KMbase), and digital national assembly library. International papers were searched mainly via Pubmed. Results: Since intersectoral partnership is effective, comprehensive and universal approach for school health programs, many collaborative programs are universally progressing in various domain including smoking, alcohol, mental health and sexual behavior. On the other hand, intersectoral partnership of school health programs in Korea is still in the beginning stage, and there are few intersectoral partnerships. Moreover, there are several limitations including top-down approach, passive participation and lack of studies on the effect of intersectoral partnership. However, intersectoral partnerships in school health program including tuberculosis control system in school or WEE project are in progress, so it is worth looking forward in the future. Conclusions: To achieve successful intersectoral partnership in school health programs, appropriate partnership guideline for Korean society, policy support, active participation and improvement of consciousness in community stakeholders are needed.

The purpose of this research was to study the merits and barriers to successful school and public library cooperation in the city of Seoul and to obtain perspective and the basic data used to implement practical cooperative measures. A questionnaire survey was conducted for 22 public libraries in city of Seoul concerning both positive and negative aspect of cooperation between two types of libraries. Based on the survey results, the following conclusions and recommendations are made ; 1) The librarians recognized the necessity of cooperation that promote efficiency of library operation and also contribute toward local community development. 2) The librarians are agreeable to the cooperative service and the institutional cooperation will prevent redundancy of collection development and will make variety of book selection possible. 3) The cooperation will not result in manpower reduction or budget saving. 4) Inconvenience due to distance between two types of library is anticipated. 5) In order to develop the skills and capabilities of the librarians, it is desirable to offer reeducational program and o n.0, pportunities to attend conferences and meetings. 6) The library user orientation program is to be held regularly. 7) It is necessary to make policy statement of library cooperation in order to maintain autonomy of each library. 8) The establishment of branch libraries and moving libraries under the educational district is recommended.

본 연구는 대학의 다양한 정보시스템을 단일의 통합인증을 통하여 통합검색을 제공하고 학내구성원 그룹별에 따라 개별화 맞춤형 정보를 제공하는 대학 종합정보서비스의 포털 구축을 제안하였다. 특히 웹 기반 하에 대학정보화의 종합정보서비스와 단일 게이트를 수용하는 대학 종합정보서비스의 포털 모형으로 구축방안을 제시하였다.

대부분 도서관시스템 서비스 제공은 ASP 또는 Client/Server 방식으로 제공함으로써 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 라이센스의 고비용, 설치 및 배포, 구매비, Upgrade, Customization, 문제점 관리 등 소프트웨어 전반에 걸쳐 고비용과 관리가 힘든 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 제안된 멀티테넌트 환경을 지원하는 스마트도서관시스템에서는 간편하며, 쉽고, 초기 투자비용이 거의 없고, 저비용 IT 서비스가 가능한 소프트웨어 온-디멘드 방식으로 구현하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the schemes to enhance information service functions by the utilization of CD-ROM in medical school libraries. The results of the study are summarized as follows : 1. The selection and evaluation of CD-ROM database are necessary steps in the planning of a CD-ROM. Before the CD-ROM is selected, therefore, medical libraries must make a practical evaluation criteria in important order of information services environment, characteristics of hardware/software, service requirements, price and cost, etc. 2. If possible, CD-ROM MEDLINE must be suited for the information services environment. 3. In case of the popular core journals, full-text CD-ROM should be gradually purchased. 4. In order to reduce the time required from search of bibliographic informations to receipt of original articles, CD-NET system and library holding administration program must be built up and developed. And channel of information search and order/receipt of original article should be varied. 5. Search education program for medical librarians and users should be enforced, and librarians must play an important role in CD-ROM retrieval consultant and intermediator.

도서관과 사회봉사기관은 사회적 약자를 위한 다양한 프로그램을 진행하는데 도서관에서는 정보 접근 및 활용에 중심을 두고 있으며 사회봉사기관은 삶의 질을 향상하는데 집중하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 순서에 따라 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통해 국내외 도서관과 사회복지기관간의 협력 사례 및 사서와 사회복지사 간의 협업 방식을 살펴보고 국제적인 수준의 도서관 정책과 지침을 확인하였다. 그리고 용어 정의 및 관련 개념 분석을 통해 본 연구에서 다룬 정보취약계층의 범위를 살펴보았다. 둘째, 본 연구에서는 국내외 도서관과 사회복지기관과의 연계 모형을 이해하기 위해 전문가 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 해외 도서관의 경우는 미국 캘리포니아 소재 공공도서관 아웃리치 프로그램을 살펴보았고, 국내 도서관의 경우는 2018년도 국립어린이청소년도서관의 '학교 밖 청소년 독서 프로그램'에 선정된 기관의 프로그램을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서는 문헌연구와 인터뷰를 통해 도출된 시사점을 바탕으로 하여 정보취약계층을 위한 도서관 아웃리치 모델 개발 시 고려해야 할 핵심 요소들을 제안하였다.
